Lard in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M70

Ingredients

Fat 600 g
Salt, garlic, spices

Cooking method

  • Take a piece of lard with layers. (I removed the skin, but this is not necessary. Whoever likes it.) Rub the bacon well with salt, garlic, spices. Place in a baking bag, tie and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker bowl (I poured boiling water). Put a bag of bacon in a container for steam and put it in a bowl. Using the "Menu" button, set the "Steam cooking - meat" program, cooking time 1 hour. Cook until the end of the program. Cool lard and chop.

I think I have tried such bacon - very tasty!
In Ukraine it is called "barrel", if I have not confused anything ...

How delicious it looks. Is it cooked in an ordinary slow cooker? No pressure ?. Probably you can cook in Panasonic

You can cook in any multicooker. The recipe is very simple.

So you will have to buy baking bags !!!
Very similar to boiled pork! You can try it without the package, using the "Quenching" program for Redmond RMC-PM4506!
Thanks for the recipe!

instead of a baking bag, you can use foil
Grigorieva
Of course, and foil, I'm just afraid that I will pack badly.

Brisket without pits and skin I pepper, salt, rub with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, stuffed with garlic.
I carefully pack each piece in foil. I put a piece of foil on the bottom of the cup to keep the bottom clean. I put the packages, pour 100 grams of water into a cup.
I put on the "baking" program for 1 hour 10 minutes. (Redmond - 45010)
It turns out a very tasty cold appetizer. Freed from the foil and the liquid in it, I cool it down and put it in an ice cream box. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a week, keeping all its excellent qualities.

And ready-made bacon with layers, from the store, should it be subjected to such processing?
DonnaRosa
What I see in the photo is not lard. This is either the brisket or the undercrown, but not lard.
Lisa alisa86
a friend in a multi-kitchen cooked this, also steamed, only added sauce for lard with liquid smoke there, just took lard, it turned out sooooo tasty
DonnaRosa
I tried to steam it in m / v. Conclusion: one liter of water was NOT enough! You need one and a half.
