Ingredients

a hen
cauliflower
potatoes
salt, pepper, herbs
sour cream or mayonnaise 2-3 st. l.
rast. oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Fry the chicken pieces in a small amount of rast. butter in the Baking mode on both sides. I pre-marinated the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce and Tkemali sauce, but you don't need to marinate. While the chicken is fried, peel and cut the potatoes. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 2 minutes in salted water (you can do this in a slow cooker, I just saved time).
  • When the chicken is fried, place the potatoes on top of it. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
