The "Pilaf" program is very hot. Vegetables can be very boiled, but they are unlikely to burn.
I would reduce the pressure and set the minimum amount of time.
For vegetables, I like the "Porridge" or "Manual" program (very close to it).
You can get a crust on top if you put the pan in the airfryer or fry vegetables on the "Fry". (In my stewed cabbage recipes, I practice this method.)

I cook stew without water (vegetables give water) on "Plov". If the water still remains, then on the advice of Shelena I drain the water, and 5 minutes for "frying". The stew is great.

In polaris, even a fast pilaf is excellent. Fast pilaf is when everything is according to the recipe, except for meat. I put frozen meat in pieces in prepared rice with vegetables. Then I add less water. Rice to Rice !!!
