And I'm wondering. Yesterday I felt it in a foxtrot, I immediately found a flaw, step by step time with an interval of 10 minutes. There is no minute step. Maybe this is unimportant until I have a pressure cooker.

And I'm talking about the same thing - there seems to be a foxtrot on them, and it seems like a good brand, can someone advise? or advise ...
Hellena
I ordered myself, it seems to me a very decent price on Hotline is lower than in Foxtrot and without a promotion!
I love mechanical control - the simpler the better!
The package is good - I really like it!

Lena! And for how much did you order, if not a secret? I'm currently looking for a pressure cooker. Aren't you embarrassed that there is no minute count in it? Sorry, I showered with questions, it's just that it's relevant to me now.
Hellena
Albina is somehow incomprehensible to her. The price went up in an hour, I ordered for 571, and now it is 632.
Tomorrow should call back - unsubscribe.
Regarding the countdown, it seemed to me that the timer can be set in any position, then it’s intermediate, it also turns in the opposite direction. I turned it around well, since the managers were not around! In general, very good.

In Foxmart (aka Foxtrot) the price was 599 today, I felt it. It seems like a casserole - nothing! Len, I'm waiting for your report. I'm still in search. : girl_in_dreams: I am also satisfied with the mechanics. Unsubscribe, please, Sho enta for the pressure cooker.

For some reason this fuse for me, although I have a Vimar 164, and Polaris Floris. Vimar 164 - pressure cooker, Floris - multicooker. I bought it at intervals of 3 weeks. Vimar is beyond praise, I can't compare her with me first, while there were no punctures, everything she cooked very well! Floris took it to the dacha - also good, but one thing - time. After the pressure cooker it is very slow for me. I really want it to be easier with the mechanics, maybe my mother will master it. It has one pen and everything is clear - for the elderly it is the most. In Technopolis I felt another one, as for me it is very good - Gorenje MCB6BB there is even a "Fry" function, but there is no yogurt. In Sokol, she is 589, unless, of course, nothing is messed up. In Techno there were about 800, and everywhere well over 1000.

Julia, I also held Saturn in my hands more than once, the price is good, and the saucepan is frail! Although the girls buy replacement ones, it's a matter of taste. It is necessary to look at the functions who need what. I took Vimar exclusively for yoghurt and did not go wrong - although in everything else it is good! And if yogurt is not needed, everything is much easier - the choice is good!

The shift knob is chasing me. On the typewriter Indesit was the same - switching between programs. Broke down, spinning in vain, not switching. They demanded a fabulous sum for the repair, the result is not guaranteed. We bought a new car. On the microwave, this switches the temperature. Switches every other time - the handle turns, and the temperature instead of the maximum is stuck in defrosting.A cartoon is not a cheap thing, and it’s a pity to part when you’ve already got used to the device. So I am wary of these knobs.
Hellena
Here the handle acts as a mechanical timer. I have the same in the washing machine. For 12 years, there have been no problems. The company is good, and the guarantee, if it breaks down immediately, but if it works, it works!

Albina, I'm unsubscribing as promised.
They called back at 2 o'clock, there are no pots, and when they appear, they will be more expensive.
My husband was in Foxmart in the morning for the Cosmonauts price - 799.
We didn't even hear about the action! I bought it at Epicenter on Okruzhnaya - 599.
While I feel it - a solid and simple thing - like it !!!

Albinochka, you can put it at any time. There are only intermediate lines on the scoreboard. By eye, you can determine where the required number of minutes is. The timer, as I wrote, turns in the opposite direction, and this is allowed in the instructions. From the pleasant - very good equipment! Including an additional silicone ring, which perfectly matches my Vimarchik. And the lid also fits, only there is no limiter, it turns, but clicks and closes as it should. In general, everything is thought out: the switch on the cord and pans is solid Japanese, the stand for the steamer is metal. In general, everything is as it should! If the pots are suitable for Polaris too ... I can only check on Saturday - Polaris is still at the dacha.
: girl_dance: The ultimate dream - I will have a set for all occasions!

There seems to be no yoghurt in it, although the instructions say - heating without time limit. Measure the heating temperature and you can create. I read it somewhere, the girls tried it.
I have great yogurt in Vimarchik. I haven't tried it in Polaris yet. Polaris has a very convenient manual mode.
It seems to me - this one is extremely simple. I want to give it to my mother, she is afraid of technology, the touch buttons confuse her, and the handle seems to be simpler.
Hellena
Good evening girls! I share my first impressions. In one word - simple! Or maybe because it is the second and there is some kind of experience.
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507
Here is the actual saucepan in place. Everything was done well, neatly - one thing - the rubber feet left a mark on the table, it is noticeable in the photo, not critical - but there is. The saucepan is solid, heavy, the coating is much better than that of Vimar and especially Polaris! On the cord, the switch is also the switch. Quite close to the saucepan, ideal for right-handers.
I decided to cook the usual stew for dinner.
So:
8 chicken drumsticks
6 young zucchini
3 medium carrots
3 medium onions
3 large potatoes
1 large bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste, about 2 tbsp tablespoons of oil for frying.
I cut everything into cubes, salted the zucchini separately to drain the juice.
Timer for 20 minutes the lid is open - fry. He heated up very quickly, fried well, put the onion a little fried, added drumsticks. Does not stick, an even golden crust formed in 10 -12 minutes. Added carrots, another 3 minutes. Threw everything else, did not add water. I realized that I had violated the instructions, which contained no more than 4/5 of the volume. She did not take it away - she decided to sit down. The first part of cooking took about 15 minutes. I covered it with a lid. The valve is in the "closed" position. Pen for 30 minutes. Literally 2 minutes later, the pressure indicator came on. I think - it cannot be, the pots are full to the top, I turned the lid - it turns. I read the instructions, the pressure and temperature maintenance button - did it not switch to heating? I wait, a minute later the temperature caught fire, in general - the same light and music as on the touch ones. The signal for pressure build-up is a click of the second valve. The pans, full to the top, gained pressure in 15 minutes. Since I put 30, I decided not to change anything. For chicken and vegetables, 15 is enough. Curiosity was bursting ... and I blew off the pressure by hand, opened the lid - the stew was still boiling beautifully and steadily, I closed it for about 5 minutes. Here is the result
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507
Prepared very well. The chicken did not crumble, the vegetables were cooked, but not boiled, the color of the vegetables almost did not change. I am pleased with the result that I liked it - after putting pressure on the handle, it is easy to set the right time. After cooking, a signal sounds like a bicycle click on metal. That's all for now!

albina1966
Lenochka! With the initiative you!
And I was so waiting for your report. And he exceeded my expectations. Delicious!
Today I went to the foxtrot and the epicenter again, the price is 599 UAH. I would have bought it already, while there is no extra amount needed.
Ponra casseroles (and Sho she really is 5 liters), it seemed not big. But in principle, everything is fine. Now I'm torn between redmond and vimar. : girl_in_dreams: But closer to Redmond I gravitate.
You, this one, continue to send reports, pliiiz.

Julia, have you already bought a Redmond?
Hellena
Albina, the pots are really 5 liters, although compared to Vimar it seems much smaller.
As for the sensations, this one is easier.
If you have 2 more multicooker, then the lack of some modes is easy to compensate.
Now I have yoghurt in Vimara, another 3 hours until the end, but there was no dinner. Now there is both.
As an independent saucepan - I probably would not have bought it, but as an addition to the cartoon - it is the very thing!
Mainly for meat dishes - I think this one is good.
As I had hoped, my mother - she is 74 years old, showed interest in Redmond - the old people are easier to handle.
By the way, the heating is 60-80, so you can forget about yogurt, there is no delay either, who cares.
But as the manufacturers write, it is baked in foil. I bought a handwriting, I'm thinking of trying to bake a roll. The pastries, I think, might be good. For steaming herbs, infusions and decoctions, unlimited heating is not bad. There is a lot of baby food in the cookbook, a whole section is devoted to sterilization. The modes of operation with a closed and open valve are described. Tob then the multicooker and pressure cooker mode.
There are so many devices now that it is difficult to choose!

This is exactly what I need! Simple and sound. Me, just for meat dishes and nat. I don’t practice yoghurts and pastries, but only meat, soups, borscht and side dishes.

Julia, have you already bought a Redmond?
No, I'm torn ... Next week I'm leaving on a business trip, for 6 days. I’ll come, I’ll decide something. And for the cup - this is for the future, so as not to knock around later. On Saturn from Polina, you can take - both non-stick and stainless steel.
So far, I am most worried about the rotating mode switch. I already wrote that on my washing machine and on the microwave, such handles are out of order. My husband is categorically against such a pen, but I am attracted to the brand - I hope for good quality that compensates for other shortcomings. Unless, of course, the handle breaks ...
albina1966
Yul, well, for the life of me, well, I do not understand this excitement about additional. pots. I have had a cartoon Panasik for 3 years now, and there is such a flimsy panache, and still not a single scratch. Well, our people will pick up these reserves, and then they don't know where to attach them. Do you need them for a fig? And if the cartoon pressure cooker itself fails and Shaw is to do with these kasrulya? IMHO.
Yu l and @
No, I don't understand this either - they buy a bunch of extras. pots, then they buy spare multis for the pans ... No, I just want to have one stainless steel stock - so as not to be afraid to scratch (I count on jellied meat), well, in general, sometimes you need to quickly two dishes in a row so as not to pour and wash. Anyway, to know that they are somewhere, and, if necessary, know where to get them. My HP costs about a year - the bucket leaked.
Hellena
Julia, I cooked jellied meat in Vimara and nothing gets scratched!
In the pressure cooker, I put the food in and got it at the exit,
the lid is blocked, boils quietly.
Spare pots are needed for those who have the same appliance, I realized this as soon as I bought a pressure cooker.
Either you need to constantly shift, or buy another saucepan.
And ideally - both a multicooker and a pressure cooker.
If you also pick up with interchangeable bowls .....
Yu l and @
Well, I have more than one. Buy - there will be one. Therefore, I immediately select a spare tire.
Hellena
If the first - a spare wheel is needed.
I am not a seer, but a second will appear, and perhaps a third, like mine.
The only question is time and money. I really love technology and buy quite often.
These pots are very useful for me and I feel they will take root for a long time !!!
Yu l and @
I also love. Therefore, the husband replied to the decision to buy a multicooker: "Julia, how much more equipment do you need?"
Hellena
Julia, and mine welcomes any technique - if only she cooks well!
I offered to go for a saucepan, but in that store it was more expensive and I bought it myself.
albina1966
Lena, did I understand that this pressure cooker immediately starts the countdown, and not from the moment the pressure is set? Or how?
Hellena
Albina, plug in the network - the heating indicator lights up, you can not turn the timer - the mode range is 60 - 80 degrees, meaning heating. Turning the timer starts intensive heating, if the lid is not covered - frying, cover it brings it to a boil and if the valve is not closed - it works like a regular multicooker, if the valve is closed, it brings it to a boil and closes the second valve. As soon as the indicator switches, the pressure builds up, and then you set the pen for as long as you need. It is impossible to miss, if you put more, it spins in the opposite direction. Yesterday in the roast, the chicken was slightly stewed. Prepared under pressure for about 15 minutes. Today I prepared "Gavrilovskiye" wings ready in marinade. After the pressure was set, I set 10, the pressure did not release - it is the most juicy and moderately elastic, there was 1 kg 300g in the package.
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507
Prepared the promised handwriting.
Mom rubbed it from the morning, and I baked it when I came home from work.
First I read the recipe from the book. There, as a mismatch on me. The valve is in the "closed" position. Meat in foil, put everything in an empty saucepan.
The instructions say - baking in foil, like baking with an open valve. Where is it right?
I decided to sit next to the saucepan - but it's dumb !!! I closed the valve all the same, set it for 1 hour and 30 minutes - I'm waiting. On a saucepan of light and music, the indicators light up alternately, silence, after 20 minutes - a pleasant smell, after 30-35 it began to make a lot of noise, as when pressure was set, however, the valve did not close. It was noisy periodically with a red indicator when it was heating. It rang, the lid is not locked.
Here is the result.
It's on top.
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507
It's from the bottom. The meat is soft and juicy. In the recipe, 200g of water flashed, I think maybe it was necessary to pour it into the pan? Or for the marinade? If she poured it in, she would gain pressure, but then the meat would be stewed for 1 hour 30 minutes - a bit too much.
Yes, I made rice for my meat dinner for 15 minutes - great! I didn't have time to photograph him, my men could no longer wait.
albina1966
Lenchik! Thank you for your detailed report.
And tell me, as an experienced pressure cooker, in your Vimara you also need to watch when the second valve salutes (like you need to watch when the pressure is built up to put the lever at the right time - it looks like my pressure cooker, when the valve whistles, you need to put it on slow light). Or in the vimar he pressed a button and went ... to sleep. And she herself will gain pressure and cook for the set time. Or I didn't move in.
But judging by your description of the cooking process in Redmond, you still need to follow up, the codes there the second valve will snap shut, and then set the timer.
Hellena
Albina, you don't need to follow in Vimara, he inserts the time himself, and you, if necessary, make corrections. But you can add or subtract time only before the start of the program. And in the cooking process, this is impossible. Can be turned off and set again.
In sensory programs, automatic programs are designed for a specific recipe, therefore they are tied to a measuring cup.
I have a big family, I cook a large volume, but this makes recipes go astray, I focus more on the eye. Several times in Vimara I came across the fact that while the valve was closing it took almost all the time, I turned off the program and put it on a new one, now I almost always guess the time. Therefore, I liked Redmond, I can already roughly set the time, so that later I will not edit. And if you didn’t guess it, it’s not a problem with a pen added or removed. It is important just to understand the very principle of cooking in a pressure cooker and automatic modes are not particularly needed. That is why they are looking for all the "Multipovar" function. Set the temperature and time yourself, and if it also remembers the recipe - the best option. I have such functions in the microwave - very convenient!
Hellena
Not at all, I will be glad if I help you make a choice. The pressure cooker is a worthwhile thing !!!

SchaZ I want to master the wonderful grill frying pan, and then the pressure cooker. Your reports are very useful to me in choosing.
It seems to me that all sorts of bells and whistles in the form of touch programs for a pressure cooker are unnecessary. The main thing is pressure and the ability to choose the time.
Moreover, I have already been trained with a pressure cooker, I already have a rough idea of the process itself.
And what attracts me to Redmond is the cool castor and the cute look.
Lenchik, don't get lost. If possible, continue to familiarize yourself with this unit. It is very interesting, especially since I still have time to decide.
Hellena
Albina, what a wonderful grill beast? If possible, in a nutshell.
I have turkey hearts today
Here
Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507

Especially photographed so that you can see the ruddy crust.
1kg 100g, turkey hearts
1 large onion
1 large carrot
1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning
salt and pepper to taste.
15 minutes frying - onions, carrots, hearts
seasonings, no water added.
I covered it with a lid, the valve was in the "closed" position for 40 minutes.
I gained pressure in 2-3 minutes - very quickly.
Hearts are soft, just right.

And the hearts are gone ...
Len, I heard so much negativity about Redmond here in a parallel Temko, read https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=158832.0

And I like it.
Hellena
Thank you Albinochka for a useful reference - how many people, so many opinions.
I am a person of impulse and I trust more intuition. I have two criteria: "mine" - "not mine". Redmond is mine, unlike Vimar, I did not choose him, here is love at first sight.
I saw it on Saturday, and did not calm down until I bought it.
The third day I have it, but it seems it has always been. The feeling is simple and easy.
I chose Vimar and do not regret the choice for a minute!
Now I really understand girls who have several pots. I really don't want to go to the stove.
Now I'm thinking about slicing automation. I have a harvester - I want a good cut, a shredder ...
Sone4ka
Hellena, could you measure the saucepan so I can compare it to the spare?
I would be very grateful to you

I'm wondering if this spare tire will suit her:

BOWL FOR SPOKER. MATERIAL - STAINLESS STEEL (thin). VOLUME - 5 liters. Price: 250,00 UAH.

Pressure cooker Redmond RMC-PM4507

Inner diameter - 22.0 cm.
The outer diameter is 24.0 cm.
Height - 13.5 cm.
Bowl circumference just under the rim - 69.5 cm
Russian
Yes, it looks like it is .. Just in case, here are the dimensions: diameter at the top - 14cm, height 13.5cm and shape - one to one and the markings are the same .. Redmond calls it Radmond RB-S520 (RIP-S4) in the instructions for 4507 it is recommended as an additional accessory.

The other day I bought 4507, a great thing, before that there was just a multicooker, sold it for half the price, added it and took this ... Simplicity is its main advantage. You can change the time in the process in any direction, the pressure is gaining reactively, and then it cooks reactively, you do not have time to look back .. the color of the ingredients remains the same as it was before the bookmark! I already went nuts)) The first thing I did from the store was steamed corn (cobs) under pressure, as it was yellow - it came out like that, cooked it in water on the stove next to it for comparison, it came out pale and watery, and it took three times longer to cook .. WORKS!

Oh, Russian, that's what I need you
Top diameter 14 or 24?
And yet, could you take a measuring tape or tape / string / tape measure and measure the circumference under the side (this is in a circle)
and the inner diameter would not hurt (this is the distance without sides from wall to wall at the very top)

that's really necessary, really, really
Russian
Yes, of course 24 cm diameter, not 14 .. Under the side in a circle - 70 cm, inside diam. from wall to wall (without sides) 22cm.
