Well, I don’t know, the cream, in my opinion, no longer depends on the mixer, but on the original product. I am the unfortunate Saturn, presented to my daughter at some presentation, whipped up wonderful creams. Yes, and now I whisk when Boshik is too lazy to wash. And there the power is already 250 W
And for potatoes better than Berner they have not yet come up with anything. Even the special french fries attachment in the food processor will produce slightly curved cubes.

Yes, I totally agree about potatoes! The Boshievskaya grater produces thin and semicircular plates. I didn't like it very much for frying. Berner is in charge of making French fries !!

Thanks to all! I decided to buy Louse 5529th with cubes. I looked at Berner's graters, but somehow I reacted coolly to them. And we eat crooked potatoes, in the airfryer any potatoes turn out delicious
It seems to me that in AG, such potatoes will simply burn out. To fry them in a frying pan, well .. nothing else ... But Boshik is sure to buy !! : flowers: You will not only make these potatoes, but then you will also need to buy this disc separately - it does not come with the kit.

I found something here, grater-cutter attachments, maybe it does not fit the "cube", what topic should I stick on the forum?
And if it suits me? I want to separate the attachments for "hard" foods and for "soft" ones, so that if you really dull the blade, then only one. The second grater to remain "in reserve".

who plans to buy a mesh corolla for their 5529 - I want to tell about my war with him

he beats whites, eggs well, kneads a liquid biscuit. but when I needed to whip the softened butter - he refused to do this, the shoulder on which the whisk is attached, collapsible - consists of two parts. and so, when the butter was wrapped around the whisk, these two parts "sorted out" right in the bowl while whipping, I thought something broke - there was such a deafening crack. I corrected everything, turned it on - again the same thing. I got angry, I wound the weak point with electrical tape - and he beat everything up perfectly

this is how my whisk looks now

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

They will not be able to knead the dough for the cake, the whisk is too thick.
such a whisk is only for liquids, such as cream, eggs. For thicker liquids, such as dough for thin pancakes, butter, the whisk should be 4 or 6 rods (or blades, I don't know what to call them)
katusa
Vanya28, thank you very much for your answer !!
But by the time I read it, I had already bought a cube Delighted with the wild! Cuts into cubes with a bang. Rubs all vegetables without waste! But I didn't understand the grater for potato pancakes ... I rubbed an apple on it for a small one, all the apple remained on the grater, and only juice got into the bowl ... Immediately I bought a medium grater and a grater for French fries, as well as a whisk and a dough mixer with 5540 models (I haven't tested them yet, but they are becoming like family).
But today I had a byaka. I made a soup-puree for a child in a blender. When I removed the bowl, the knife, along with all the contents of the blender, fell out ... the whole nest (where the blender stood) was filled with this soup (thick). The combine was immediately turned over and cleaned with a damp sponge and ear sticks. Then they dried it with a hairdryer. We haven't turned it on yet (we're afraid). No one knows if this model has a protection against leakage on the motor (after all, the blender was placed above the motor). Did anyone have a similar situation?

Judging by its appearance, there should also be a press puree for boiled vegetables.

katusa, apparently, the insert with the knife was not fixed in your blender. When screwed down, it sits very tight! It is not even immediately possible to unscrew it for washing, you have to make an effort.

Girls! tell me, pliz .. can you grind the boiled cherries right with the seeds through a press-puree for boiled vegetables? to separate the crumb from the bone .. or does our cube grind only fruit without bones?
Lisss's
I once rubbed a boiled dogwood, with a bone .. or a shallow plum, I don't remember already .. the puree came off very quickly, but the bone sometimes slips under the blade, and as soon as this blade of the blade over the edge is jammed .. such as scratches on the blades appeared but - does not affect the efficiency, and wipe through the nozzle a thousand times faster than with your hands! so I, in spite of the scratches, wipe through the wipe

It's finished! I ordered an assistant, all in anticipation of a day in 3-4 I'll unsubscribe.

Here it is, standing on the table, smelling of fresh technology. The beautiful Speed controller is not red, but gray. There was a surprise in the box: the MUZ45RS1 grater (it was announced on the store's website, but not on the Bosch's website). The bottom of the blender is very tightly unscrewed - my husband helped, the bowl is inserted tightly enough, but I think the mount will work out. I read the instructions and this topic, of course

Nope. Blades not damaged. And any problems were not deposited in my memory (I did a year ago) can I have a well-boiled cherry plum and the bone itself gave away the pulp?
ABOUT! I remembered! I was rubbing still blanched red currants. A lot! I had to pick out the bones from the lattice once (with a hard brush)

Once I decided to rub the cottage cheese. She took it out of the refrigerator, unrolled the pack and threw it into the rubbing. Although I saw that the pack was frozen on the edge. There was a strong crack. Paddle in half because of a nut-sized piece of ice. She scolded herself for a long time. It's good that I was able to order a new blade.

katusa, I poured a cocktail. The husband opened the bottom. It is held by a screw with a clever hex head, we have such a screwdriver, and a latch around the perimeter. there is a small protective film under the blender, and most of my ice cream with bananas is glass on it, but it also gets numb under it. We cleaned everything thoroughly and put it back together. I recommend cleaning it. It works now.
lana_beauty
And I poured a cocktail at the very beginning of use. She began to remove the bowl and everything spilled out ... I was terribly upset, while I was washing everything around, my husband tried to unwind, they did not think to unscrew it from the bottom, but from the front side of the blender, nothing gave in. In general, everything that we could have washed, but did not climb inside. It has been working properly for half a year already. I thought the smell would be awful, but no, it's ok for now. We must try to untwist, see what happened to him ...
After that, I generally stopped unscrewing the lower part of the blender (all the more, it still did not give in to me, only my husband could unscrew it), I use a brush and every time with fear, carefully remove the blender ...
Lisss's
mmm, I have never spilled anything yet, I twist it tightly, check that the bottom fits into the blender correctly, and that's it ...

Made a strawberry milkshake today. I liked the process The only thing that confuses is that there are drops of milk under the glass of the blender. Everywhere is dry, and the very bottom of the glass is stained. It's not because of the rubber pad, but from somewhere else. It looks like it has leaked in a gap near the knife's axis of rotation ... but I'm not sure. I blame the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid column and the cell phone (which I was constantly called). Probably it was impossible to leave a full glass for 20 minutes after turning off the engine - so it leaked
I set an experiment: I poured water - it does not flow. I twisted the knives by hand - it does not flow. Began to whip milk - again 3 drops leaked
The rest of the parts are functioning normally (under verification). I still don't understand how a whisk disc can scratch the bottom of the bowl. 🔗 I didn't buy eggs today, so I can't test this attachment.

Dot, Thank you! I got to dicing. 1 kg of potatoes crumbled in half a minute. Then I cut zucchini for stewing and cucumbers into slices of 1 and 3 mm.On a coarse grater, turned the tomatoes into puree. Only a fine grater (coarsely / finely from the disk) choked on a very lethargic carrot. In general, while I am in a state of euphoria from such a useful acquisition

Who asked about slicing onions for soup? Perfectly turned out from "cubes". You just need to lower the onion (or its half) so that the layers are as perpendicular to the table as possible. Scales that have fallen flat under the knife may not cut and get stuck under the knife.
Dot
Maria, have you tried dranniki on a fine grater yet? Be sure to try
Oca
Honestly, just reading this topic I learned that there is such a dish as pancakes. Is this a type of potato cutlets? A fine grater is called the one with "4 thorns" sticking out of each hole? Just then the tray came to the airfryer, we need to try to fry something
ammarova
Well, here I am in the ranks of cube cutters, take!

I slowly read the topic, but with two children a little problematic

I am ashamed to admit, but I haven’t gotten to cutting a cube, until I have mastered only graters and a blender
by the way, on a coarse grater it turns out quite normal carrots for soup, but this is apparently not for everybody

a great way to chop onions for soup !!! exactly what is needed

if you remember about the tags, then everything is easy to put on and take off, I do not experience difficulties
but he is very noisy !!! today the older child asked to make a cocktail in the evening, but I could not, because the younger one is sleeping
and in the afternoon, when I rub something on a grater, the younger is crying from the noise) he really is still quite small (9 months) can get used to it ... I would like

I'm going to order a few more graters, but this is in the future, I need to get comfortable with these
I think I don’t need a whisk - the dough for pancakes is easier with a hand whisk ... and the volume I need will not go into the Bosch, but in two passes of a mutorono, faster by hand
all sorts of dough hooks are not needed for those who have a bread maker, for mashed potatoes I think to use crush pots the old fashioned way, since they are now dark, and it's easier to wash later

after reading it is scary to use a whisk disc

I'm still thinking how to store it all, I'm looking for a suitable container in stores ...

Girls, I decided to insert my own five cents. First I read the entire forum several times until I decided to buy a Cube. Acquired in February. On the first evening I prepared a bucket of Olivier for my peasants (father, brother and son). Then came the vinaigrette, cucumber and radish salads, preparations for soups and borscht. I am absolutely delighted. But...
I decided to share my impressions of the puree mash. Last year I prepared a lot of black and red currants with sprigs for compote. It so happened that little compotes were cooked this winter, and more and more peasants asked for a berry with sugar and sour cream or cottage cheese. I decided to rub red currants on jelly. I took it out of the freezer, defrosted it and rubbed it straight with twigs. There was a slight noise, but a wonderful juice without a single pitted came out into the bowl, and twigs with pits remained in the yellow nozzle with propellers. I made a wonderful fruit drink from the remains. And when I decided to grind the raspberries, the crackle was terrible, I thought something broke. God had mercy ... The juice came out with small bones, but the large ones still remained in the nozzle. Now I know that I won't wipe raspberries anymore. Now the red currant has ripened again in the country, I will harvest it with jelly.

The pancake dough is perfectly kneaded in a blender. And the hook is very good for semi-liquid, for example, for pancakes with additives (without additives, a standard impeller knife will knead). Or mixtures for fillings that need to be mixed without grinding (curd with raisins). Beat off the same minced meat, mix with other ingredients for minced meat. The hook is a useful thing even if you have HP.

Tell me which hook do you mean? I bought almost all the attachments for the Cube, but I don't have a hook.

Good evening everyone! Take to your ranks! Today I became the proud owner of a super assistant in the kitchen (5529)
The truth is still in the box, there is no time yet .. When buying everything is checked and included (I managed to read the first pages of the forum)
Immediately a question about additional nozzles. What do you really need to get for more Boshik functions? I will say right away that I love the oven, do I need to take a hook for the dough?
azaza
Sokombayniki! Help someone, pliz! It is very necessary to measure the height of the blender installed on Boshik. I can’t measure my own, because the repair, everything is scattered over the knapsacks-boxes. It is necessary to hang the upper cabinets, so I think to what height they would stick, so that the blender is normally installed on the combine standing under the cabinets. The old cabinets hung 70 cm from the work surface - too high for my modest sprout. I would like to omit, but will the blender work? Is there a kind soul here with a tape measure and a couple of minutes of free time?

The total height of Boshik 5529 with legs and an installed blender is ~ 44cm.

Well, I was late with an answer. According to my measurements, it turned out closer to 45 cm. Just hung up the cabinet. I have it 81 cm from the table top and only because my forehead does not bang on its edge. And still, HP, standing on a mini-oven, does not open to the end

Oh, and 81 cm from the table - isn't it too much? My old ones hung by 70 cm, so I could only look from a stool on the top shelf
By the way, I'm also going to put HP under the cupboard. According to preliminary measurements, it seems to have passed. Hmm, where did I put it? How to measure, to be sure

Dear Boshik users, please help with tips! I'm a completely newbie and it's scary to approach Boshik (mcm5529) without knowing the case, at least in theory I mastered only 10 pages of the forum .. The instructions say briefly which nozzle for what, but I think that the nozzles are used in a more extended range. Who is not difficult to describe please briefly what attachment is needed for what products and at what speed, maybe there are still some secrets. I want to order additional attachments, but I don't know which ones. Please find a kind person
and is it possible to grind buckwheat into baking flour in a blender? And the blender will take coffee beans?
Moskvichk @
It seems to me difficult to answer what nozzle for what. In the instructions, everything is written on this topic, and then you adapt as you like. Someone loves that the carrots in the soup are large pieces, and someone loves that they are like small noodles ... You try all the nozzles in action and then you will understand what you are missing. Maybe those shredders that you already have will satisfy all your needs ... Many on this forum ordered a medium grater. And already all sorts of nozzles for French fries or Korean carrots, etc., that's what anyone needs.
I congratulate you on your purchase of Boshik, delicious dishes and good mood! Personally, this is my favorite assistant in the kitchen!
ArinaMalv
Moskvichk @
Thank you! then I will carry out tests on my Boshik, I hope I just wanted to order successful nozzles, so I’ll wait a while, but I was happy about his appearance in my kitchen like a child with a toy I really, really wanted
Moskvichk @
Don't be in a hurry with the attachments! I ordered them too - but I hardly use two. The one for French fries. I can't get even bars. And what are the crescents. And then some kind of transparent completely and some kind of plump ... But I use the middle one all the time. And I'm happy with the whisk too.
