Today I cooked millet porridge and took 720 ml of milk, on the Milk porridge mode. I put the cook on and left the multicooker as usual. About 30 minutes later I went into the kitchen, and then ...
Multicooker Redmond RMC-02
Everything inside was completely dirty with the porridge, of course it was cooked, but the cartoon had to be washed. I usually cook for two somewhere from half a liter, or a little more, milk and there are no shoots, but from 700 and more it still escapes. Then only cook on baby food.

Apparently, my potatoes were oak (one, but very large) and the steam is not enough with a slight boil. I cooked stewed potatoes with mushrooms in the baby - in an hour, those potatoes were even digested.

Once I cooked semolina porridge and forgot to grease the saucepan with oil. I had to wash the cartoon and the table. As I turned it on, I remembered that I had forgotten, but decided to check. Checked it out!

Finally I got an electricity bill. I have an electric stove and it was very interesting to compare. With the purchase of cartoons, I started to cook a lot more, but the bill did not increase. So multicooker is not only saving time and effort, it is a tangible saving in electricity.

Today a charlotte tried to escape from me. Raised up to the lid and stuck. Apparently she put few apples. There were two small ones, a tunic in a tunic, but my dogs did not agree with this and begged for half an apple. It turned out a lot of dough and it jerked free.
Recently, I liked charlottes with dough mixed with a mixer - first beat the eggs with sugar and then pour the flour and stir with a mixer. The dough is fine-pored and more moist.

Which beans do you tame? I usually don't have much of a problem with beans. Soak it for 12 hours. I cook for two or three hours. Red and black are longer than white. White lima (such flat) generally boils down quickly.

I bought a mixture of white and red. Soaked for 12 hours. Cooked in m90 for 2.5 hours, the first 1.5 in water without salt, then put smoked meat, potatoes, carrots and onions. Good soup turned out. m90 cooked, and the baby fried onions

Ira S, fine!

Please tell me, in this thread I read that standard cups for yogurt, which are 180 g each, were suitable for the RMC-02 multicooker, but I only managed to place 1 glass, and if I put the second one, the lid does not close anymore, because. the bottom of the mutivarka is very small.
How did you do it? Or is it possible to cook yogurt in it only in a bowl directly, and when it is ready, pour it into jars?
brendabaker
Anastasiya_I, I cook in THREE standard REDMOND glasses, 200 ml each.
I do not cover the glasses with their lids, there is no condensation, then the lid closes.
Glasses are close to each other
When with yoghurt, it is up to a shoulder in water.

Girls, our baby for Wildberries today is 1,740 rubles for the SHOPING promo code,
And if you find someone (acquaintances or online) sharing personal discounts, you can buy another 120 rubles cheaper.)
Delivery at the WB is free.
This is more expensive, of course, than 1200 ozone, but more interesting than current prices)

Hurrah! And yesterday I bought Redik for 1660 in RBT. ru by promo code Chef!

brendabaker, Oksana, is there a significant difference in water or without water to do yogurt?
brendabaker
aprelinka,
I have never done it without water, because I believe that this warms up more evenly and is safer to cover the bowl than dry heating for many hours.
But that's just my IMHO.
I just never even considered the option without water, because I used to do Tefal with water from a yogurt maker.
But girls in some kind of MV do without water.

I used to simplify all the processes to the point of disgrace, I always do it without water on a rug or a cloth or even thick paper napkin. It turns out great yogurt.
You just thought you were comparing processes and saw the difference
brendabaker
aprelinka,
No, I didn’t compare it this way, just because I’m so used to it.

Girls, I want to cook milk rice porridge. Please tell me the proportions so as not to run away
brendabaker
Twig,
I make 0.5 cups of Kuban rice,
3 cups of milk
1 st. l. sugar, butter and vanilla sugar - to taste
Rice is washed very well on a sieve to clear water, I give it to dig out.
Milk is known not to run.
Dairy kssha, 1 hour 40 minutes.
Rice-like pudding tender

As for the time, the first time will have to be viewed after 1 hour.
Some rice is cooked in 1 hour 10 minutes, and some in 1 hour 40 minutes.
Twig
Oksana, delicious porridge came out!
And I threw in rice and milk and suddenly I had to urgently leave home.
The magic pot did it, I arrived just in time for the porridge
Millet will be next in line.

The price for it now on Ozone is gorgeous, and for wildberry, and elsewhere. Separately, the cord and the bowl are more expensive.
Wildebeest
brendabaker, Oksana, I decided to cook a takshka like that. Only put on baby food. An hour later I looked in, and there was rice separately, milk separately. Now I will look only at the end.
brendabaker
Wildebeest,
Sveta, after 1 hour everything will be exactly like that, rice is a separate hard mass, milk is separate.
But after 1.5 hours already a completely different calico.
I noticed this circumstance when I was cooking rice pudding in a slow cooker.
It's worth it, it's worth it, everything is tough and separately, and then, for the last half hour, once and pudding.

Twig,
I boil millet a little less than 0.5 cups of millet, (scald and rinse)
3 cups milk
MILK Porridge, 50 minutes.

I'm glad that the porridge turned out.
In the MILK Porridge mode, milk boils only 1 time, after 10-13 minutes from the start of the mode.
If at that moment it didn’t run, then it won’t run anymore, then it cooks very quietly there.
I have so adapted to make myself cocoa.

brendabaker, Oksana, it turned out great porridge. I thought that my rice was wrong. Thanks for the porridge.

Today I fried potatoes for one portion in baking mode. A very nice potato turned out.
And I'm also fighting the last apple fight. Most of them were boiled in Panas 18, and the rest were evenly distributed among the kids: in Redica and Binatosha. So 02 coped with boiling (stewing) in 45 minutes, and Binatosha is still stewing. I don't take Panas into account, because he is simply overloaded.

Sveta, and how much time was fried, with the lid closed?
Lagri
And I will listen. Also, do you need to turn it over while frying?
Wildebeest
Lera-7, Lagri, fried potatoes with the lid closed for 45 minutes. In the process of frying, I interfered three more times. 40 minutes would be enough, but I wanted to get tanned.
Lagri
Wildebeest, Thank you. I'll fire tomorrow.

Oh, devuli, and I still wear my bread. I liked the result so much that I want everyone to try it.
Be sure to try baking, because it is very tasty!
Proofing on Yoghurt for 40 minutes and baking on Pastries 40 + 10. Next time I will try to reduce the time to 35 minutes. Approximately 250 grams of flour.

Light, and I put a layer of potatoes, and on top a layer of pumpkin, also cut.
BAKING, 35 minutes,
after 20 minutes, the layers were mixed and fried, like ordinary potatoes.
Everything is soft, pumpkin shaped.

Ritual, very tasty, I believe. I baked like this, with cottage cheese and whey. And I'll try this one. Have you reduced the ingredients for baby 02?
Oksana, I also intend to fry potatoes this way today, but without pumpkin, since I simply do not have it. If it works out and you like it, I will fry it like that, not in a pan. I hardly ever use gas with these cartoons.)
Wildebeest
brendabaker, Oksana, I'm very glad that everything turned out great for you.
Lagri, Masha, have you ever fried potatoes in a cartoon?
Lagri
Sveta, it seems not, but if she fried, then for a long time. I have already confused everything with so much technology: what I did and what I didn't. But so that periodically fried, then of course not. I have a deep-fat frying basket from Redik 4502, I fried it several times in it.
Wildebeest
Lagri, I really like fried potatoes from multi.
brendabaker
Wildebeest,
With pumpkin, or zucchini, the taste is softer.
I also often add a little cabbage, for the sake of a variety of taste, especially during fasting.
Lagri,
Maria, such potatoes are obtained without splashing, takes less oil, in short, there are pluses.
Now I also very rarely fry potatoes in a frying pan, or in a slow cooker, or in the oven, I again copied Donna Rosa's potato recipe and it turns out like from McDonald's
Lagri
Sveta, Oksana, thanks for the comments for the fries. Convinced and I completely agree, multi has advantages in this and apparently I will move on to frying potatoes only in cartoon. And splashes and a lot of oil are exactly what I don't like when frying. And if you need more, then you can fry in a five-liter one.

Everything, set to fry. So I think to fry open then or with a closed one? Better, probably, with a closed one.

I cook with the lid closed, for BAKING
From 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the volume and hardness of the potatoes themselves.

Thank you, Oksan. I was ready in 30 minutes, but I turned it off after 35. I fried only 3 potatoes for a test. Great, delicious! And the potatoes were good. Yes, a lot depends on potatoes, of course.

Oksan, and how it is, you can in more detail.
brendabaker
Lagri,
Oven-baked potatoes by Donna Rosa.
Cut the potatoes, blanch in boiling water for just a couple of minutes, drain.
Then the excess starch is washed off and the potatoes do not stick to the foil. Season.
Then on a baking sheet covered with oiled foil and in the oven until golden brown.
The first time you will have to select the baking temperature yourself so as not to dry out.
Lagri
Thank you. I'll try.

I don’t know, maybe it’s delicious, I haven’t tried it, but I only love potatoes and salt, sometimes I can add garlic.
