Has anyone made a miracle circle with butter around the edge of the bowl? Does it help?
I do this when I cook semolina porridge. Helps.

Try another milk, very often it's all about milk, not technology.
Also noticed! But changing the manufacturer does not always help. Now cows have a winter diet, respectively, and the composition of milk differs from the summer one.
katyaspb
brendabaker,
Oksana, the fact of the matter is that for six months of daily dairy preparations (either ghee or porridge), not a single incident, on ANY milk, on ANY hercules, and with a delay, and without, and at night and at work
And now I'm afraid to leave alone, now I don't know what to expect from her
brendabaker
katyaspb,
Ekaterina, I read someone here, on the forum, that after 2 years Shteba began to fail with cereals, and ours are quite simple.
It is possible that yours is also overworked, although, to be honest, I think for winter milk, since her normal half of the year just fell on spring and summer.

And I am upset this morning. In the evening, I put the wheat porridge on hold. Half a multi-glass + 3 halves of a multi-glass of water, salt. I woke up, and the porridge seemed to be boiled too well and the worst thing - the whole lid is in the porridge and the valve (((((((I washed it. What did I do wrong? water, so there in 35 minutes on the Express, too, boiled well ... and I do not like this .... Learn everything only by trial and error?
Did anyone make semolina porridge with milk? what proportions? and can it be done on a postponement?
But I cooked awesome cranberry juice last night!))))
MANUELA_555
In general, after soaking oats for a day and rinsing them in several waters, the situation is the same (the lid is stained). Interestingly, is the situation with pearl barley? Has anyone cooked barley porridge in milk or water?

I cook wheat and barley on the milk porridge mode, 20 minutes. The proportions are 1/4.

Good evening everyone! : rose: I accidentally came across this Temko and was very surprised: probably our little ones really are, each with its own temper: my Redik was bought in June as a cooker, I use it all the time, that is, I cook porridge for breakfast seven days a week, always on set aside start 1 mst., cereals +4.5 mst., milk, various cereals and millet, and rice, and friendship of peoples (rice and millet), and wheat, and oatmeal. I cook on baby food for 30 minutes, a little on heating for 10-15 minutes no more, there have never been shoots, well, if sometimes there are traces of milk on the lid of the day. Milk is mainly Piskarevskoe, cereals are always washed thoroughly, well, something like this))
katyaspb
Sveta * lana,
So, since April, in the same cooking mode, everything was fine until recently, and last week, the first (and then, the second) escape, spat through the valve
Now I try not to leave unattended
MANUELA_555
I will duplicate the question here. Because I have two multi, 01 and 02, and I just can't decide which one is better to make yogurt without spoiling the food.

Who has adapted which jars for yogurt (except for the original ones) to this model? Maybe baby food will suit and how much?

MANUELA_555,
You can make yogurt right in the bowl, and then transfer to jars.
In the topic about 01, I looked at Tatiana Admin's recipes with ready-made yogurt activation.
I repeated after her, I liked it, I just need to guess my time.

I really like how the STEAM mode works.
Strudli made from dumplings, some onions inside.
400 ml water, STEAMED, default time.
Tastier than purchased pasta, especially since the filling can be with cottage cheese and with cheese and minced meat.

brendabaker,
Oksana, very interesting strudliks, how long should they soar?
brendabaker
The author Anna Samaya has a recipe for * Strudli (with fish, with meat), there are options for dough and fillings. At my home they did the same, only with pork.
I hover 40 minutes by default. but that's just Strudels, no meat sauce.
Manti, dumplings, dumplings are also steamed well, I really like this program
Want to know everything
Oksana! And if ... on the "Steam" down the saucepans are not just water, but straight meat with vegetables ... but strudliki at the top? Or is there no point in "cooking" the grill with meat? ... Has anyone tried it like that? or have I made up some stupidity ...
(I usually just cooked such strudliks in a large saucepan, right with meat in one container, and when the dough is in water it “boils well” well, it would be more interesting for a couple ... but it seems like I want to combine two processes at once .. .)
brendabaker
Want to know everything,
Stew strudley at the lowest temperature.
Spread them OVER the sauce, above the water level.
The mode of MILK porridge may be suitable, where it boils once and then languishes.
I usually cook a little sauce and a LOT of strudel, so I cook in a large cast iron deep skillet for 1.5 hours with a minimum boil
And, strudel with soda, or yeast, so they increase in volume and must lift the lid themselves.
With a slow cooker, this will not work.
In general, the site has recipes for SHTRULI, SHTRUDLI, NUDLI in a slow cooker

Yes Yes Yes!
I understand it!
I just want to combine meat and struts in one dish, I don't want to boil water
(I read Temki about the struts in the cartoon, thanks for the tip)

Yeah, okay, just need to reduce the portion and try on Baby food, or Milk porridge, or Soup?
Here you need to choose it yourself, there is a choice

Sveta, Oksana!
Thank you, I myself would not have guessed that it is possible to put everything in the Cartoon ... Although it seems that the cartoon has been in work for a long time, and we do shtroliks periodically! Greatly the collective mind helps!

I myself only recently came across this recipe, I haven't cooked it yet, I'm just going to. I have so many recipes in my bookmarks, my eyes run up, what to cook first. I want everything at once
brendabaker
Want to know everything,
Good health, I love Strudels, they are Strudels, they are Strudels, they are Noodles., They are * meat roses *, they are lazy dumplings
Whatever you name it, this is my family's favorite dish.

brendabaker, Oksana!
In general, I began to make "economical" strudliks - my meat is directly wrapped in rolls (minced meat with vegetables). And they cook on a vegetable "pillow". Children don't eat meat in pieces, but they are already tired of cutlets
And here it seems like "pasta", but the meat is wrapped inside. I am a fool, in a word, a child ...
So I thought ... if you just do it for steam in a cartoon, then it's a pity that the meat juice will leak into the water, I wanted to put something useful there instead of water, i.e. combine 2 in 1
And special thanks for the recipe! We will definitely try with young cabbage!
brendabaker
Want to know everything,
There are such large strudel rolls, called KHANUMA, or Khanum, or lazy manti.
They are steamed as a whole, nothing comes out, they are cut ready-made and poured with sour cream sauce with tomato, well, or another.
The dough is meat and vegetable dumplings, but they are not cut into separate pieces.
We HAVE such recipes on our website, even in the Shteba someone did something
Marina22
Girls, never made yogurt. I want to do it in a bowl. There is village milk and yoghurt, natural activism. Please tell me the proportions and time, I want to put it at night.

Yes, Oksana!

For a couple, 50 min-1 hour.

Wow, Oksana! No, I'm a little different - a smaller size, but not quite like manti, but one "impeller" per serving. I haven't tried it yet! It will be necessary to conduct tests! Thanks for the idea!

For a couple, 2 hours.
lot

45 minutes on gas in a pressure cooker, the volume is small, the heat is almost not dissipated, 40 minutes is a maximum

I am so manti - in fact, an analogue of this * khanume *, because I put them close to each other = falls out in a continuous casserole pie, I cook on * baking *

I hardly use the program * for a couple * anywhere, somehow I don't even want to
brendabaker
Irsha,
Ir, I was sealed, the potatoes steamed very well in 1 hour, although my variety is hard, sorry: rose: I fixed it for 50 minutes-1 hour.
(For 40 minutes it has not completely steamed, the potatoes are placed raw, cut into strips.)

I also love with pumpkin to have pumpkin, cumin onion, pepper, salt, coriander and a little butter on top of the filling.
Irgata

exactly, exactly = on the type of potatoes and on the size of the cut, the cooking time depends
brendabaker
Irsha,
Ira, and for BAKING, do you make manti with water, or without water?
I wonder what kind of technology I can't even imagine how to do it yet?

TATIANA, I don't have a roll there, there is one layer of dough on top and 1 layer of dough on the bottom, and in the middle there is a long sausage made from filling
From the side along the entire length I blind and twist * a snail *
Look, Malika has a photo in her recipe
Irgata
Oksana, I put the manti in any multicooker on the bottom, ghee under the manti, + water to cover the manti cm by 2 and get a manti pie

there are more cartoons and I load the steamer basket with manti

below * pie * will also be fried (like macaroons), above - steam

Added Sunday, 04 December 2016, 04:40 PM

khanum to do - you need to roll the layer = more space, and manty = dough roll and a little space for sculpting mantas
brendabaker
Irsha,
ZdOrovo
More pieces can be made and for different tastes
This khanuma rolls * with a tape *, if there is a dough roll, it magically turns out.
But the place, of course, will need 60 cm in length for each of 4 * snails *

Irsha, Irina! brendabaker, Oksana! Thank you for sharing your experience! They told and showed everything so deliciously! Perhaps it's time to take the dough

mirtatvik, Tanya! Does the cheese dissolve in this soup or does it turn out in pieces-flakes?
I cooked cheese soups from Karatov's cheese curds for soup, and Hochland never tried to dissolve ...
mirtatvik
Want to know everything, Tatiana, the cheese dissolves completely, you get a rich creamy taste. I always add this kind of cheese to cream soup and add cream soup)))

Tatyana, thank you very much for so many soups! And you don't need to fantasize yourself.
