I washed the stove outside, washed it inside - it’s worse inside, I’m still afraid that some of the water will not flow where it should not, I covered cracks with towels everywhere. She's almost clean inside, I bake with butter in a cartoon or in the oven. The plastic and the bucket are also steamed of soap - nothing has happened to them, the bread is not baked at 100 ° And also soaps air fryer only let her dry thoroughly after such a bath.
For HP, washing with steam was successful, only it would be necessary to give it time to dry, because the electronics can switch off from high humidity. Some of my equipment is so buggy when 80-90% humidity in the room is already used.

What 6x5? The whole package is 6 rubles. And pens are made for work, not for manicure. It's not like rolling stones.

Yes pens + time, because this time, as Vitaly writes, can be "spent" on a bunch of pleasures

Lena!
We are now going to please ourselves with your Creamy bread. And I have a question. I finally love the dark crust, or at least the middle one. And in your recipe, from which I am not a step away (because it turns out awesome yummy), light is set. Can I put at least an average? Suddenly no way
Elena 65
Of course you can, I just put a light dough, sweet, dairy. The crust is already golden. Set the middle one to be darker. And another tip after the last mixing (1.40), turn off the stove from the network for 15 minutes, start a timer. Then just plug it in and wait for the end of baking.

Thanks Lena!

Hello dear bakers!
Here is my second bread in my new HP 2502. I continue to experiment with sourdough rye, that is, I bake exactly the bread for which I bought this HP. The rye sourdough dough without yeast was kneaded on pizza, it was brewed for a little over 3 hours, and then baking for an hour and a half. With the proofing, I tightened (missed), I had to knead it a little with a silicone spatula (the photo shows how the edges in the upper part of the loaf were smoothed). The leaven is less than three weeks old, all the time it seems that it will not cope with the rise, so I "click" the moment ... But all the same, the result is pleasing. the stove is cool!
Oh oh!!! I don’t know how to add a photo HELP !!!

I used the rye regime ... I don't remember when. So, I'm with you! And I forgot pure wheat, too, when baked.

And I baked chabata every day for a week, and today I changed 100g of white one to whole grain and it turned out so delicious. When there is a stove in the house so easy to invent new breads, I really like it

That's for sure! Me too. I almost never bake the same bread. But I don't use premium wheat flour for bread, only first or second, whole grain, rye.

A recipe for this beauty is possible ?!
George
good day! So I became the happy owner of Panasonic 2501. There were long agonies of choice, shopping trips, removing noodles from the ears, hung by sellers, etc. Fortunately, I found this wonderful forum and everything fell into place. I chose between Supra, Bork and Panas. the purchase is timed to coincide with my wife's birthday, but I will have to bake too, because I love this business. Therefore, because of DR, I wanted to buy something not entirely cheap, my mother's house faithfully serves a cheap Elenberg, an Eldorado clone of some Chinese manufacturer, bakes delicious bread. For this reason, Bork has disappeared, since although it looks like the most solid product, the toad does not allow paying 8 sput for a clone of a Russian-Chinese entrepreneur. Unfortunately, there are no Hitachi on our market, I have a terrible respect for this brand.
But nevertheless, after reading the forum, the Internet, I realized that Panasonic is the best, especially since they generally came up with homemade bread makers in the 80s.
In short, thanks to the forum for the useful and very voluminous information!
But there is a question, somewhere in the depths of the forum I read that there is one erroneous recipe in Panas's instructions, and I just can't find which one? Tell me plz. where is the error in the instructions and what is it?

I don't remember exactly, but it seems to me that there is too much water in the rye bread recipe.

Wait, I'll look. There is a mistake about water.

By the way, those who doubt and choose, now you can buy Panas 2501 for less than 5 sput, cheaper than on Yandex Market, in the Eldorado online store there is a promotion for a night order of 10%. Not advertising, but to help.

This is my favorite 50x50 from Rina. Everything is strictly according to the recipe, only whey instead of water. By technology: first, the dough (2/3 of the liquid, all wheat flour, yeast) knead on the "pizza" for 5 minutes and left to ferment and bubble for 30 minutes, then added all the other ingredients and again on the "pizza" the first batch; then 1 hour and 30 minutes the bread just rose in the off / n and after this time set the "baking" for 1 hour. Phew, writing takes longer than doing!

Attention to beginners! Congratulations on joining the friendly company of bakers!

Panasonic bread makers have differences in performance compared to others.
Please do not be lazy to study the instructions.
If you have any questions, read the topic

Features of the Panasonic 254-257 bread makers.

Don't try or try to tackle an exotic bread recipe or a quick baking program right away! Start with plain wheat bread on the main program!

Read "A guide to baking bread in a bread machine" and study "kolobok rule" (see the necessary links below, they are "clickable") - this is your minimum... Please note that recipes are often geared towards a certain flour standard, which the flour sold in our stores may not meet! Therefore, the kolobok rule allows adjust the dough at the stage of mixing.

Nothing else is needed to start.

We read the rest already after obtaining at least the minimum, that is, the first experience with the bread maker!

Realize that food volume and weight are not the same thing!
250 milliliters (standard glass) is only 160 grams of flour!

On electronic scales, the scale can be either in kilograms or grams, or in ounces and pounds. Be careful!

In section Helpful hints and help in baking bread
there is beautiful UNDERSTANDING BREAD IN HOMEMADE BREAD,
pay special attention To the kolobok rule

All possible rules, errors and links to their solutions are considered in the topic

The bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong?
Attention! There is an error in the recipe in the "native" instructions for Panasonic - the amount of water in rye bran bread. See HERE

Remember that ALL RECIPES for making bread in a bread machine are suitable for ALL MODELS of bread machines.

For beginners (and not only) there is a section "The easiest bread for bread maker models", which contains SIMPLE and affordable recipes for wheat and wheat-rye bread.

Hello! A week ago I bought sd zb 2505. At first I wanted moulinex mainly because of the baguettes, but at the last moment I was scared by the number of breakdowns that are written about in reviews on various sites, in the end we have what we have. The bread turned out the second time, for the first time I hoped for the accuracy of the recipe and did not control the bun, as a result the bread inside is damp and the lid is opal; I judged that the liquid was too much and the next time I added flour during kneading, it turned out well!
So, explain to me, a stupid fool, read about my stove in topic 2505? And then I was looking for the cherished letters sd zb in the topics, but I never found it ... So I don’t know what to read. But in general, I have a question: there is no Borodino bread in the programs, but I really love and respect it, so: can you bake it on a rye program, for example? If this has already been discussed, please send me there. And then I have nailed your 300 pages for now, and I don’t know if I’m in that Temko at all ... Thank you very much
Elena 65
"A week ago I bought sd zb 2505" the model is incorrectly recorded. I don't know, maybe this is a novelty that is not available on the Internet, or maybe it's sd 255 ??
Fookie
And one more thing: it so happened that I, fed with jam since childhood, like more jams, on bread, again, it is more convenient to spread them, and in the recipes of my stove - jam ... so I'm wondering: is there a difference between jam and jam in bread maker, does the jam program exclude making jams? Thanks again.

Jam, jam are foods with a high sugar content, the only difference is in the cooking time, jam is boiled down more, cranberry currant jam, etc. do not need to be cooked for a long time, therefore this mode is also suitable. I also have a mode "compote" - fruits in syrup is another mode.

I don’t recommend cooking any jams or preserves ...
Here the point is this - in terms of volume in this bucket it will turn out well HIGHLY not enough ... but you will add a lot of sugar - damage to the bucket from sugar is inevitable, since sugar can scratch the bottom of the bucket ...
We, old bakers, sometimes even try to dissolve a teaspoon of salt in advance (again, in order to "preserve" the bucket) ...
Well, one more fact, someone's buckets were leaking - and this is generally fraught with CP, that is, even if sugar syrup even in the slightest amount (literally a drop) falls on the mechanism that rotates the bucket, then you will suffer and think - why the scapula rotates so badly!
Therefore, my IMHO, you shouldn't cook jam in HP ..... although ... .. in secret ... I tried it myself twice ... and it was after the jam that the bucket "got" a lot of small scratches ...
