Thank you so much! I will stay today! You will excuse me that I have already bothered everyone with the fact that the dough does not rise, but it upsets me so much! how will I look at your masterpieces

Girls, hello!

Sveta, happy JAM DAY!

I wanted to make a Zebra cake, but it didn't come up and the colors mixed. Could there be a reason that I did not dilute cocoa with boiling water before adding it to the dough (I forgot, to be honest), but first poured cocoa, and then added a little boiling water. The cake turned out to be tasty, but only cm 3 in height. I always use the baking powder "Prypravych", as it is mostly on the shelves.

Someone here wrote a recipe for Charlotte at my request - thank you very much! everything worked out, very tasty!

I have such a problem. also don’t know what to do. older minds think that cleaning products are being sold specifically from this.

I always put a perfectly dry crutch on, as I always wipe it with a towel before putting it there, but alas! there can really be condensation! Eh! and it's not realistic to clean them at all. I rubbed, rubbed, and "things are still there" I'm worried as if over time my assistant did not refuse to work

No, it will work anyway. I somehow rubbed it with silite (which was with a spray gun), wiped it off, but the appearance of the disc was no longer shiny and with some kind of stains, but there were no dark spots ...

Yesterday I fried cutlets on the 120-degree frying program, 10 minutes on each side, it turned out very tasty and juicy! I didn't get those in the pan! And there is no brand, not greasy splashes in all directions. In general, I'm happy! and the husband is eating everything by both cheeks!

Hello dear forum users! Take into your ranks, the happy owner of this multi model. The day after tomorrow, my husband gave the duck anniversary. I have been walking on your forum for a long time but have not registered. Well, now I want to join your ranks. In the donated saucepan, the whole family has already managed to bake a marble cake, especially the husband was satisfied. I have my first slow cooker and I have nothing to compare with, but I am very pleased with this one. I thought I couldn't deal with the buttons, but it turned out to be very simple. I'm going to make dinner.

I am always bothered by this moment, the disc is aluminum and most cleaning agents oxidize it, so it darkens and stains appear. I still haven't found a product that cleans it well and doesn't oxidize it. I brush with some kind of acid-free toothbrush, trying not to let the liquid drip down, but it still doesn't get cleaned up to the end.
The instructions for my old Panasonic multicooker said that to remove heavy dirt, clean the disc with sandpaper, but I never did that, it's a pity - I'm afraid to scratch ..
but in general it does not affect the operation, so it's okay ..

I was going to somehow ... so still I am going
GalYr
Exactly, I have not tried this program yet. Thank you
Zima
I cooked on "beans" once, my pre-soaked red beans burst all over in 1.5 hours - a very intensive program turned out to be - do not go far from the multicooker, otherwise it will suddenly "run"
I would try to cook barley on a multibove 100C for about an hour, or you can try it on oatmeal, it’s just up to an hour and for cereals of different grind, including for whole grain ... - this is if for a side dish, and if milk porridge, then soaked, boiled for a short time over high heat, and then languished for a long time, if my memory serves me about 6 hours (this is according to Pokhlebkin). Once I cooked once, in a slow cooker it's a nice thing - you can put languor overnight ...
Kirywa
I recently cooked rossolnik with barley. I fried onions, carrots, added cucumbers, cereals and potatoes, poured boiling water over everything, set a timer, set the "soup" program for 2 hours and left everything overnight, in the morning everything was ready, the soup turned out to be very tasty.

I put peas, without soaking, for 1 hour several times. Super-porridge turned out nothing ran anywhere. And the peas were boiled, of course, but not so much (although everything is relative), so it seemed to me that this program would be the most suitable for pearl barley

Girls write in detail who prepares how yogutra. Yesterday I did everything as it is written in the book, but after 8 hours + 2 hours in the refrigerator, the milk remained milk. I, out of my own naivety, put fruitis yogurt there, then when I could not read its composition and this is not yogurt at all, but a yoghurt product. And I also read about the valve here that it should be closed, how is it, is it moving? I don't touch I'm afraid it will suddenly break. In our pharmacy they sell the "narine" starter culture, is it suitable for yogut in our mv. In general, I am very pleased with this saucepan, I cook every day, and everything is eaten twice with appetite, everything works out while I cook according to recipes from the book and according to what you post here. I drew attention to the fact that food from mv is much more satisfying than the one that was cooked on gas. But the banana pie did not work out, but I took the recipe from another site, it did not rise at all.

I make yogurt twice a week and everything works out great. In a mixer (or by hand) I mix a liter of milk 3.2% or 6% + two tablespoons of sugar without a slide + a jar of activity yogurt without additives at a minimum speed for about a minute, after 10-20 minutes I pour it into sterilized molds, close with lids, I put it in mv without water for 8 hours, at the end I put it in the refrigerator, and already in the ready-made one before use I add different berries or jam to taste, the yogurt turns out to be very tasty. Good luck to you!

Hello. Yesterday my husband and I bought our first multicooker Polaris PMS 0517 AD. Yesterday we tried to cook buckwheat, I really liked it. Now I was trying to make a soup with bacon. There, according to the recipe, fry the onions with carrots in the FRYING mode for 15 minutes. I set it for 15 minutes, it’s good that I looked earlier, but my carrots and onions were charred right there. Who faced this? I look and the degrees are 160C, that's why, right? How many degrees did you need to set?
And where else can you find more recipes other than the recipe book?

you are not the first to come across this in the "book" of recipes that comes with the cartoon, a lot of wrong recipes. Your example is one of them, the same concerns fried ribs, etc. And Cheesecake is generally cooked on a different program. So don't worry. Experiment and adjust the time and temperature to suit you and your dish. I personally approached the 120 degree Fry mode for 10 minutes for frying.
And as for the recipes, you can take any recipes for the multicooker and slightly adjust them to your own. But this will come with experience!

The girls yesterday bought a drink from Danone, and milk 6%, everything was heated up to room temperature, then mixed, poured into cups and in a cartoon for the mode of yogurt at night in general. I switched it on at 12 pm and at half past six in the morning it was already ready and at the bottom it was probably hotter at the bottom. But in general, everything turned out deliciously, everything was slupasili before dinner. So I thought about yogurt for activation, and 6 hours will be enough for him, but for 8 hours it will probably oxyderate, and I need to put something under the cups, that is, raise it from the pan itself. I ordered my daughter (she is studying with me in another city) a ferment specially for yogurt. Bring it to see what happens.
Zima
cheflera,
If you do it on purchased yogurt, then 4 hours is enough, for me it can be ready for 3.5. I don’t put anything under the cups, it doesn’t sour. I don't put it at night now, I put it at 6 o'clock and go and glance from time to time. As soon as it is ready, I forcibly turn off the multicooker. I put the cups in the refrigerator - there it "comes". 8 hours or more is needed to prepare yoghurt with sourdough culture.
If you think that your multicooker is overheating in this mode, you can try several options:
1. To evenly distribute the temperature, pour water into the bowl so that the cups are "on the shoulders" of the level
or
2. Place something under the cups: a paper towel rolled in several layers or a silicone mat or a napkin.

cheflera
Not that it overheated, but just the top of the glass was very thick and not very sour, and at the bottom it was sour and, as it were, with whey already, so I thought that I should put something, I will definitely take into account thanks for the advice.
natali2205
hello cartoonists !!! I got the knack for doing yogurt like this: we have homemade milk, I must boil it (1 liter), as it boils, I remove the saucepan, add 2 multi-spoons of sugar without a slide, stir and cool to
, approximately, paired state (about 40 "). I do everything in a saucepan, I don't pour into glasses, it's easier for us. Then I add half a bottle of miracle yogurt (only it, no substitute goes), and I mix it on the" YOGURT "mode on 4 hours Then I pour it into another saucepan and into the refrigerator for 2 hours. It looks initial like yogurt (water on top), it's not scary, after the refrigerator I'll mix finely with a mixer and very tasty drinking yogurt, even thicker.

Girls, please share how who cooks pilaf in this multi. The second time I get porridge with meat (very tasty), although I do everything as in the book. True, I take round rice from us, they like it more. If the matter is in rice, then how the Uzbeks prepare such pilaf from round rice. The first time I put the water and rice as it says -As a result, the rice is too boiled and sticky. Today we poured less water, but it still turned out to be porridge. Maybe you can somehow use a multi-cooker, write who uses what rice and the ratio of rice to water.
