Oh thank you! I keep walking happy. Now I'm buying it for my sister's wedding. Found in Kirov for 5,100 rubles. Today I already habitually cooked milk oatmeal with a banana - for the baby (and we all VERY NRA), and so as not to stand idle - I fried dumplings in the evening

I had one time, in an extension cord, in which the MV was turned on, well, and whatnot, the fuse was knocked out, and within a minute, the program did not reset.

Masha, where did you find it in Kirov. I searched yesterday, found only in the "Expert" online store?
natali2205
hello girls! For a week since I have this magic pot, I cooked almost everything that is attached here above. Liked everything except the yogurt. Made with sour cream, got curdled milk. I will try to do with activation. What do I want to say ?! Girls, you are all so great, the forum is wonderful! Go on, post your recipes! For people like me, beginners, your tips are irreplaceable!

my question is ripe. Tell me, steamed vegetables (for example, potatoes) at what point do you need to salt? I salted after cooking, it was not salted. Who does what?

ABOUT!!! This is my topic! What else do you cook in a cartoon for a child? Mine is one year old, I want to cook tasty and healthy for her and also so that she does not spit it out, but finally ate.

But I wonder if he himself will be able to distinguish the dish "with a soul" and "without a soul"? You can conduct such an experiment

And we always put our soul into it when we cook - the products themselves do not jump into the multicooker
And the multicooker is just an electric pan, nothing more. She does not take soul away from food

And my husband told me yesterday that he didn't like everything from the multicooker, because without a soul
Katya, I would be upset too. But still don't pay attention. He wants your more attention. My only glad of hot porridge in the morning) So it was unrealistic to raise me, an owl, for making breakfast. Today with the baby we got up at 9, and porridge is waiting for us too. Om-Nom-nom.
Marusya
You might think that the multicooker cuts the vegetables itself and rolls the minced meat ... We do this, so the dish is made with soul !!!
Marusya
Today I made steamed turkey meatballs for lyalka, it turned out - delicious !!! Such delicate ...
Girls, did anyone make a cheesecake from a multicooker recipe book? How did it happen?
Zima
I didn’t bake, I like to bake in the oven, but I read on another forum that the girls tried to make cheesecake on the "dessert" mode, as indicated in the book, but this mode turns off after 10 minutes (due to lack of liquid). This problem was reported to technical support and a response was received that there was an error in the recipe book. The "Dessert" mode is intended for: SAUCE, JAM, etc.

In general, the recipe itself - this "curd cake from Lola" - ripped off one to one. An old (from multicooker there were only Panasonic then) recipe popular on many sites. On our site there is also https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=422.220
read the comments to avoid possible mistakes - not everyone gets it right the first time.

And don't expect it to be a classic cheesecake. More like a sweet airy, but casserole.

Good luck!

R @ is @
I baked this curd "cheesecake" on the baking mode for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then he cooled down for an hour and a half in a slow cooker with the lid closed. Everything was baked well. Really looks like a casserole, only airy well, like a soufflé

girls, I have tried few cheesecake recipes - I don't really like them, and if you do it right, it turns out very expensive, confusing (it is baked in a water bath). But the taste is beyond words !!!
I can't get such a taste from cottage cheese, in my opinion ... in any case, I couldn't ...

I don't know if a similar recipe will work in a slow cooker, I don't want to experiment with such products
Ksyushik555
I’m not overjoyed at my assistant, but apparently I have hooks on my hands. The dough does not rise with baked goods. I look at the girls' photographs and the biscuits and breads are so high. And I have them in 1-2 centimeters, they turn out to be naturally eaten in 5 seconds, since I have to cut it off, not due to the height, but the length. Maybe someone can tell me how to make the dough fluffy at least 5-7 centimeters in height?

tomorrow I will lay out in a cut, you can make one tall or two small ones, whoever likes it, or take half of the products and not steam, therefore 50 minutes will be enough to cook faster, I think so, then I'll check it out or who will be ahead of me)))
I look and admire what a wonderful biscuit you have. But I can't do that!

So here - on this site - a bunch of recipes for multicooker! Choose any. Almost everything can be cooked in this slow cooker.
Zima
Ksyushik555 ,
I would suggest starting with the classic recipe: eggs, sugar and flour. You will definitely succeed !!!!, and then move on to more complex biscuits.

Verunka2007 ,
Congratulations on purchasing a device that makes life so much easier!
milk porridge is cooked on programs:
1. "Oatmeal" (if cooked without a timer). I cook rice and millet in a ratio of 1 part of cereal / 5 hours of milk or water + milk, I set the time for 45 minutes. It turns out semi-liquid, very boiled.
You will need to experimentally select the amount of liquid and cooking time to suit your taste.
2. With a delay, you can cook on a "multi-cooker", although I have not tried to cook milk porridge on this program in this multicooker, I cooked it in other multicooker, set T100C and the time was 45-50 minutes. In this slow cooker, you can set 90C, so that it is guaranteed not to run away. Need to try.

There are many recipes on our website, look in all sections, as there are many recipes for other multicooker, but they all fit ours.
There are many recipes on the website and on the Good Cook website.

yeah, I learned from Tortyzhka here:

everything is detailed there, the only thing, well, I can't use this technology to introduce flour into the dough with a spoon and I do it with a whisk at the 1st speed of the combine for a very short time.

Hello everybody! Girls who tried borscht in the "STEWING" mode are fantastic! I'll tell you now. I don't take much food, we don't eat borscht for 2 days.
1. 0.5 medium onion (cut as soup);
2. 0.5 medium carrots (grated);
3. Small beets (read, rubbed). In general, you need 2 beets, peel the second and set aside.
4. All this on the "Frying" mode roasted in vegetable oil, added 0.5 tbsp. l. tomato. pasta "Tomato" (it is better to take a good pasta), fried a little more, turn off the mode.
5. 2 pork bones, put on top of the grill;
6. Cut 3 medium corotofelines into large strips, put on the meat;
7. Since the sauerkraut is in my jar, I gain a full hand, squeeze it with my other hand (I do not rinse it) and on top of the potato bed.
8. I fill with water 2.5-3 liters 0.5 tbsp. l. salt (it is better not to add salt than to oversalt).
9. I put a container-steamer on top, in it the second beet, cut in half.
10. I close the lid, set the "EXTINGUISHING" mode for 2 hours and go to do my own thing.
5 minutes before the end of the program, I take out the beets along with the steamer. Cooled, rubbed on a grater. As soon as the "HEATED" mode is turned on, put beets, lavrushka, a couple of leaves, a little greens in the soup, and on "HEATED" for another 40 minutes.
Leave the meat from the bone, the potatoes melt in your mouth, M_M_M! Delicious !!!

I seem to have already opted for Scarlett's multicooker-pressure cooker, but then I saw your Polechka in the store, I liked her so much ... I am especially interested in the Baking program .. Tell me, are everyone happy with the baking? And in general cartoons?

Wow, stewing means more heat than soup - we'll know ..
Yesterday I made baked milk on a multi-cooker 100C, 3 hours 10 minutes (I didn't reset the minutes, they are set by default, I added 3 hours and that's it). did not run away, it turned out normal in color and consistency.

Hello. I ordered my wife a gift Polaris PMC 0517AD. But they do not have time to bring it to NG. Offer Polaris PMC 0512AD. Tell me is it worth taking or still refuse and look for Polaris PMC 0517AD ???
As I understood the main advantages of 0517: Russian language, a little more programs, a ceramic bowl with handles, a multi-cook.

I am very interested in how much better ceramic is about the bowl, is it possible to buy ceramic separately for Polaris PMC 0512AD? The Polaris PMC 0517AD has a manual mode (multi-cook), while the Polaris PMC 0512AD does not, as I understand it! ???

As I understand it, it is much easier to cook with a multi-cook, you put it yourself. So? Or is this regime not so necessary?

All the same, 0517 turns out better (ceramic bowl with handles, multi-cook, Russian language - basic!) Only here in the shops there is no need to go to NG. So I think I won't regret it if I take 0512?

Or maybe it's better to look towards the multicooker-pressure cooker. After all, there are cat models. and cooks with pressure and without (but not with Polaris, as I understand it). It turns out the functionality is higher! A???
natali2205
you are such a smart husband, you know everything yourself, you yourself answered your questions. Better 0517 or REDMOND 4205 new version with Russian language, at the price is almost the same. If you buy another wife to please, but no matter how you have to buy another on March 8 ...

I want to try it on porridge in the morning. I read the forum, but, unfortunately, I did not understand how to cook porridge with a delayed start and whether it is possible.
Help out, Girls !!!!

I had a Sinbo 5024 multicooker - at that time it was a complete analogue of Redmond 4502, only in English.
a very weak button that holds the lid, as a result, it still broke (I looked at Yandex reviews on Redmond now, many people write about it) .. and the coating at the pan is horror (after a month everything began to stick), but now judging by the photo with other pots Redmond 4502 is completed, but not all the same not with a ceramic coating, like Polaris 0517. Plus from Redmond - you can order additional bowls, and there are ceramic and even stainless steel. But a very pleasant function was gone: it was possible to see the temperature of the heating element while the program was running.
The programs themselves suited, or rather suited the presence of the Multipovar program, which was used very often.

But Polaris is definitely better !!! And the appearance, and the pan with handles and programs ..., I have not seen additional bowls on sale yet, but I hope they will appear over time.
True, the polaris also has a plastic button, and I'm afraid for it, having a sad experience, but still, it seems to be stronger.

For myself, I have identified several characteristics that must be in my multicooker:
1. Removable inner cover
2. Multi-cook program
3. Decent inner pan
4. Design and color that matches all other kitchen appliances.
Reliability is also desirable - but this is a novelty, we will draw conclusions after a year of operation ..

Polaris fulfills all my requirements, and I think in terms of price-quality-functionality ratio - this is the best option.
Of course, if you look at the items separately, you can find better. For example, I really like the Philips bowl - it is so thick-walled, just super heavy, and the coating is also excellent, but I don't like everything else, and so on: I like one device in one device, and another in another. Try to determine for yourself what are your mandatory requirements and then choose. Of course, when you choose something for the first time, it is more difficult, but you are thinking correctly, so everything will work out.

About the pressure cooker: it's individual. Someone is an ardent multicooker, someone is a pressure cooker, while others successfully use both devices.
What comes to mind first. The plus of the pressure cooker is quick cooking, the minus is that you can't put your nose in the pan, you need to relieve the pressure, this is not a quick process. Another disadvantage for me is that the lid of pressure cookers is completely removable - when you load, or stir something in the pan, it needs to be "tucked in" somewhere, for example, I have a huge deficit with a work surface - almost everything is crammed. Accordingly, with a multicooker, the opposite is true - a multicooker is more convenient for me. But if the task is to run home, put a piece of meat into the device and get a ready-made dinner and spend 30 minutes on it, then you need a pressure cooker.
The 2-in-one devices are interesting. I would try, but not a budget model (though I don’t know if there are any), but a cuckoo, for example, but this is completely different money that I don’t want to spend on such a technique. If it's cheaper (although it's also not cheap), then I also like ourson 5005 (by the way, I felt a pot from 5005 in the store - it's awesome, only small inside). But if you take it as the only device of multi-cooker programs there are much less than in a multi-cooker.

It seems to me that if there is a place and a need, then 2 devices are better: a separate multicooker and a separate pressure cooker or a pressure cooker-multicooker

And why borscht should be done in stewing mode if there is a "SOUP" function. Everything is cooked normally on this function (and meat too) and not 2 hours as it is written above. I have for soup 1h20 min +30 on heating and Class. My soup has never run away, although I cook a lot - the level is round, round fasteners of the handles, at the exit there are 10 servings of soup (a family of 5 people, all for the weekend)

Hello. I ordered my wife a gift Polaris PMC 0517AD. But they do not have time to bring it to NG. Offer Polaris PMC 0512AD. Tell me is it worth taking or still refuse and look for Polaris PMC 0517AD ???
Definitely only her - 0517. Well, explain to your wife that while Santa Claus delivers gifts to all the kids, he will bring a gift to her only by mid-January (for the old new year). But seriously, you yourself answered all the advantages of this model. When I was choosing I shoveled for more than one day all the information about all the models. In general, I took 0517 and do not regret it. There was still no dish, the cat would not have worked and a lot of time was freed up. I liked that you don't have to worry too much - all 16 functions think for you. And you also haven't written in the merits about the container for collecting steam - it's very convenient - the water does not pour from the lid, but flows into the container. In short - I speak like a wife with many years of experience - take a simpler model - your wife may be fooled that they took not the best of the good. In general, look, maybe you will find it through online stores. For some reason, they also disappeared in the city, my mother now also wants one. And why is it incomprehensible with the prices for it - initially they were at 6990, I took discounts for weeks in Mvideo at 5590 (like), and now they are not there at all, I saw them in Technopark for 6100 (like + -), until we reached to buy them was gone. And today, ksatti, I saw an advertisement on Channel One for this model. And according to our inter. shop they are in advertisements, but not available, they say that the first purchases were dared, and orders are not accepted temporarily, because they are supposedly held by the manufacturers (apparently, the price cannot be determined in any way). In general, good luck to you

can you get more details? well proportions and all that?

If the simplest biscuit is 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour.
Important! (maybe that's why you can't get a biscuit) First, beat ONLY eggs with a mixer separately until the consistency of thick sour cream. Add sugar and beat again with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. All this sweet egg mass will rise in 3 times during this time. And only then we add flour (everything will settle a little, but it doesn't matter). The better you beat, the more magnificent the baked goods will be. In a conventional oven, this biscuit is baked for 180 g for 30 minutes. Based on this recipe, I also made cakes for the cake, and if the apples were cut, add cinnamon and charlotte. I haven't baked it on the cartoon yet ... I just baked bread ... By the way, I have apples too ... I'll go and try it on the cartoon ... otherwise I'll advise you here I'll sign off later, like no one has ever made a charlotte here
Yulchita
Well, so: I cooked a charlotte according to the recipe described above. From the pros - the biscuit rose well, fluffy and baked. But I also put the minuses on the baking mode for 50 minutes, looked in, and the charlotte on top was pale, not baked. Something I didn't like all this and I decided to continue baking it for another 30 minutes. The result did not satisfy me and I remembered: yahoo: we have a multi-cook. And why didn't I immediately set the desired temperature and bake it? I decided to finish it off and turned it upside down and put it on a 160g multi-cooker for another 10 minutes. After that, I was satisfied with the result. At the exit, of course, I got what was expected from the finished tasty charlotte, but it took too long for the whole baking process - 50 + 30 + 10 minutes, while in the oven the charlotte is baked for exactly 30 minutes. In the next. just try to bake on a multibove right away. And one more thing - there was no condensate in the first two stages of baking, and there was condensation on the multi-cook, but the cake did not turn out wet.In general, for myself, I came to the conclusion that at home I will still bake the charlotte in the oven (especially since I make a double portion to my ogloeaters), but in the summer, when you live in the country (there is no oven, and in summer there are plenty of apples) you can also cook in the cartoon. As a result, the charlotte turned out

Harita-n
The sticker does not interfere with the choice of the mode, but it worsens the visibility, I always rip them off right away. And to go through the programs, you need to press the menu button as many times as it takes to select the program and so on in a circle.
natali2205
no need to press anything, the panel is touch-sensitive, just touch with your finger. The "START" and "CANCEL" buttons work from the third second.
Harita-n
by pressing, I meant touch, everyone who has a touch panel understands what works from a touch.

I can only say one thing! this is some kind of trick! the countdown begins only from the moment the water or milk boils, so it does not count down immediately until the liquid boils!
