I just got insolent with the cartoon - if I didn't have time to defrost it or forgot, then YES, I stewed and cooked the soup and steamed it, laying in unfrozen, pre-cut meat or vegetables. The only thing that I did not immediately set to cook and stew, but put on a delay so that it would defrost there in the total mass for a while (well, for example, I really want to run or sleep to work, so what am I going to wait for)

Girls, in general, by trial and error, today we got a real Uzbek pilaf from round rice, straight rice to rice. I poured water in a one-to-one ratio, in general, 2 multi-glasses of rice (pre-soaked and washed) and 2 multi-glasses of water and everything turned out great. When the cereal mode ended, the rice was still damp, but heating in 10 minutes brought it to the desired state. But while I reached this ratio, they ate all kinds of rice for the year ahead. I did everything as in this famous book, only the rice is round and one to one. My daughter brought dry starter cultures for yogurt, fermented baked milk, which is delicious, I also take milk for yogurt 6% in general super. The first sourdough was made for 8 hours, and the over-sourdough was obtained in 3 hours, and not at all sour, just like homemade sour cream. I cook everything only in cartoon, the whole family is very happy. And what kind of stewed cabbage turns out to be just super. Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)

I put it for the night at about one o'clock in the morning (I go to bed late) and put the cartoon on the window, it is cooler and a timer for 7 hours, milk is only tetropak, in the morning the porridge is good, the milk does not sour. Once I put it on milk (three days), I did everything in the same way, but the milk turned sour

I'll tell you my recipe, maybe I like it) I boil the mushrooms earlier on the stove, or in the soup mode for an hour for 1.5. then I fry the carrots, onions and mushrooms in a slow cooker for 5-10 minutes in frying mode. I add potatoes, pour mushroom broth and soup mode for 1 hour (if the broth is warm), if not, I look at the readiness of the potatoes. As the potatoes were boiled, I put cream cheese in 2.5 liters of 200 grams so that the taste was saturated and another ten minutes on the soup mode. then greens and done. a recipe with cheese once my mother suggested to me now, that's the only way I cook))) well, try it if you liked it

Frozen can be put, then either thawed at a low temperature or heated, or poured with water and on the broth. with a ceramic coating, the most important thing is that there are no strong temperature drops. that is, if the bowl is hot after frying, do not pour cold broth into it, heat it up a little on the stove and only then in mv. well, the same thing with a cold bowl and hot water. cracks appear from temperature changes that cannot be seen immediately

But how can you poison your own and even porcini mushrooms? !!! I just cooked it today. I soaked the mushrooms for an hour and a half (honestly, I didn't notice). how they became soft - washed, cut into pieces, threw into a bowl. I sent the cut potatoes there (as much as you like), the carrots are straight in circles, filled with water, salted, and thrown the lavrushkas on the SOUP mode for 1 hour 30 minutes. I like "empty" soup, we just throw chopped onions into the ready-made soup (it crunches so cool). The smell went through the kitchen, I will say, um, well, and the soup turned out to be rich. In general, the SOUP program in our Field is super awesome! broths are rich and tasty. My husband already said to me - "I'll take the multicooker back! I don't fit into any pants! Everything just became awesomely tasty !!!"
Yes! And further. I filter the water in which the mushrooms have been soaked several times and send part of it to the pan too! Well, you can, of course, pre-fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, throw the onion there. And then everything is the same .... Glad if I helped!

I read that many multi-cookers, even for Olivier, peel raw vegetables, cut them into cubes, boil them for a couple, and then just cool and mix them - but I don't like that, since childhood it was hammered into my head that vegetables should be cooked in a peel - to keep the vitamins

My mother-in-law does this in an ordinary steamer and the vegetables turn out tough (maybe they need to be kept there longer), so I did not dare. And in our cartoon you will have to try. With cartoons, now I do not know who would give my steamer (she is now unnecessary, except that it is not convenient for her husband - his present)

It can be longer. Vegetables right in the skin, not too large. If the beets are large, I cut them in half and put them skin side down in a steamer pan. And everything turns out okay.

Today I tried to bake "Zebra". By advice Zima read a master class on this recipe. Indeed, everything is sensible and understandable. I wanted to "dream up" a little. On the oiled bottom I poured a little sand and 100 grams of a little crushed hazelnuts. I began to make the dough ... the phone rang, and of course I messed up - I poured cocoa into the whole dough and forgot to add vanillin Well, what can I do, then it won't be Zebra, but the Horse After baking (80 minutes plus 10 - on heating) I opened the lid, waited about 10 minutes and took it out.

Hello everyone! Now I am the owner of this wonderful thing)
What I did in 3 days from the date of purchase:
Yogurt - fermented with ordinary milk 2.5+ snow leaven - I liked it very much.
Oatmeal according to the recipe book - made without raisins with honey - delicious, but my husband didn't like it without milk
Steamed cutlets with mashed potatoes according to the recipe are very tasty, just need IMHO for 40 minutes.
Soup with meatballs - ingredients in water and for a program "SOUP" for 1 hour - very tasty.

"Multiu" chose at the end of the bulkhead of all brands - between brand 502 and this 0517. Brand like its more compact design and the presence of a lower steamer) plus there are awesome videos on the Belarusian forum site - a man prepares all sorts of goodies in this cartoon (yes, I am very bribed). But there was no brand in the cash in the city.

I did not expect that the soup, cooked at 17-00, will be hot at 23 pm without heating)
