Svetlan , you have good recipes there, maybe you will put them on the forum better in the recipe department? only in brackets like this (Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD) And the baker can then create a separate topic for you as in Stadler , BRAND and other cartoons.
and how to do it? to create Temko Polaris recipes, help ..

Does it have overhead heating? Or have I misunderstood something? There is no shadow above ...
there is an upper heating, so I took it, just as you remove the top cover, then under the pillars there is a heating plate, someone even posted a photo on the internet, disassembling a new cartoon, sorry for not saving the photo
Sveta Nguyen
my first biscuit also dripped, but the second time it stopped. do you drain the container with water? are you checking?
vernisag
The upper heating element is now present in almost all multis, but the condensate still kaaaaap ...

It is necessary to baker contact or the moderators of this topic ... (Moderators: Luysia, Rina, SupercoW) write them letters in a personal.

The one in the back for condensation? I have it dry, today after boiling the oatmeal there were a couple of drops in it and they dried out.
Sveta Nguyen
maybe it was not developed yet)) I had a current once it was during baking and then no more, in other modes it is clear what is.
Sveta Nguyen
who knows how to draw up your recipes correctly? to add to Temko?
vernisag
So you read other people's recipes and you will understand everything, we threw off a bunch of links to recipes ... (or maybe you didn't understand that highlighting in yellow is a direct link to topics, recipes ...)

I was just told that it is better not to post recipes here, I thought that I would create another Temka, if I clog a Temko I can go out and write them on my vk page,
vernisag
Yes, you don’t clog anything ... it would just be better if you exhibited your recipes not only in the topic, but in a normal way for all users of the site and that they were stored in the recipe topic and they could be easily found, but in the topic simply photo and link to the recipe. So have you read the recipes from the forum?

Mom boiled pasta yesterday. not boiled, turned out delicious. fried onions and carrots were added to them. plus steamed cutlets. I didn't see the cooking process, but according to my mother, the water almost ran away. she is a very careful woman. I think the water rose to the lid and she was scared that she would run away. I am now cooking badly from the recipe book of this multi. I will unsubscribe by the result.
Lipisinka
The pilaf turned out to be very tender and tasty! in my opinion the meat turned out to be a little harsh, albeit fresh. then it is necessary to fry it first for 10 minutes, then throw onions and carrots for 15 minutes (the book says everything together for 15 minutes). 25 minutes, as written in the book, is not enough. I did 50 + heating for 20 minutes. but during this time I managed to bring beauty to myself, feed my daughter, clean the house.

and more. the mold was coated with sunflower oil, not butter, as in the recipe.

You don't need to create a section. You just indicate in the name of the recipe (which is separately taken out, that is, created in a separate recipe topic - how to design them Irisha-Vernissage I showed earlier) that it was cooked in a multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD, and as soon as the number of recipes exceeds 30, a separate Temka with these recipes will be created.

Tell me who cooked the corn porridge, which mode should you choose? in the "milk porridge" mode, it started to run away through the valve, barely managed to catch it and put it into heating mode, where I got it and reached readiness.
Manna
MarusYa, you only have corn porridge running away? How many crumbs were there? Have you thoroughly washed the crumbs? And the milk was checked, that is, other porridge did not run on it?

If the grains are less than 1, or better than 2 mst, then it can run away. If it is not rinsed well, it is also very active. Well, milk is not very good for cooking porridge.

I wonder how the "Oatmeal" mode works. It's inconvenient without a temperature table, you don't know which mode is better to choose

This is how I got a cake from those cakes, on which condensate dripped. Cakes, of course, did not rise very much, they are dense, but the cake is still delicious

for myself, I realized that "milk porridge" is good for rice pudding, it is great to cook porridge on "oatmeal" with subsequent heating, but I didn’t find a delayed mode on it, someone wrote here about the cotter, from the evening to "soup" I cooked corn like
GalYr
I cooked jellied meat on a multi-cooker, temperature 100 degrees, set it on for 5 hours, but turned it off after 4 kopecks, it turned out great! The second day I test the program "Milk Porridge", in the morning I cooked millet, now I put rice with pumpkin, after the end of the program, the heating turns on and the porridge rejects, it turns out very tasty, like in the oven, even my husband was happy to eat at breakfast
0791
but about the delays on milk porridge and oatmeal, I now think that this is REFINING!
that is, I think that all sorts of troubles (I read on different forums) happened precisely for reasons of delay and "forgetting" about the porridge, so mb Polaris modified this flaw.
I also cooked on Mol. Porridge millet milk porridge. It turned out very good. tasty husband was just happy, he recalled his grandmother and her porridge in the village in the Russian oven

Yesterday we made lunch SO FAST that I can't help but share
minced chicken from the freezer for a multi-cook: 40 C and 20-30 minutes (depending on the amount of minced meat, we had about 0.5 kg), close the lid.
By the end of the time, stir, according to the degree of defrosting, decide on further actions.
I was in a hurry, so with the remainder of 1 cm of semi-frozen minced meat, I began Frying 100 C for 10 minutes. stirred, everything melted. The frying was set for 10 minutes 160 C.
At the end of the Frying, the chicken frying was poured with water and the Pasta mode was set for 11 minutes. MV squeaked immediately, I laid the spaghetti for a long time (almost 5-7 minutes, gently straightening it so as not to scratch the saucepan), then I closed the lid, because the water had almost boiled away. While I was getting ready for work, the cartoon still stood in the Maintaining the temperature (or my husband turned on the Heating - I don't remember, to be honest)
At the end it turned out like this

Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)
without any extra. seasonings (I like it so much) in the course of cooking kanesh were: salt, pepper, parsley, chopped dill, my husband was throwing something else

and with add.seasonings (ketchup, pepper) - my husband likes it so much

Let's try oatmeal mb today, unsubscribe.
I asked (I don't remember where) about the temperatures in each mode, they told me that it was a secret of the company

MarusYa, well, you immediately started with such a "terrible" porridge
I remember that corn on my stove ALWAYS did nasty things

I had 1 mst of cereal. Proven milk, soap cereals ... But, as a whole, although with an attempt to escape, the porridge was a success, the husband praised. I haven't cooked it for a long time, because on the stove it is necessary to stir it for an hour, and I have a small child spinning under my feet.

By the way, I tried the "oatmeal" mode, the porridge cooks quickly and boils well. I used whole grain cereals. But it turned out too thick - I poured little liquid. Next time I will try as everyone advises - the proportion of 1 cc of cereal and 6 cc of liquid.

I beg your pardon: sorry: I messed something up for joy, apparently. Today I also tried to set a deferral - but there is none
There is NO delayed start on Oatmeal and in the instructions

I read somewhere (and even tried it myself (albeit on pea porridge)) that the BOB mode with a delay
I have already set the delayed start for the night (it is convenient for me, because I got used to counting the delay time in PanaseXP) and the Beans mode for 1 hour. In the morning, my husband was happy, he ate his pea porridge (how he likes: thin and with peas)

We really love this porridge. I want to try everything at once! my husband does not have time to eat everything that I have prepared
By the way, I really liked to cook the chicken in the "bake" mode. I take chicken thighs, remove the skin from them, cut carrots, onions, potatoes in large pieces, dried mushrooms, salt, pepper, pour 1 - 1.5 cups of sauce: (tomato juice + mayonnaise or sour cream), mix everything and for 30 minutes. in the "baking" mode. Then I move it again, add greens and for another 30 minutes. to "bake". Then about an hour on heating. It turns out a dish like from a Russian oven.

Oatmeal - Time adjustment from 10 minutes to 1 hour. The default is 30 minutes (for the one above the picture, 20 minutes was enough for me). Automatically at the end of the temperature maintenance mode is written in the instructions.
About the temperature regime is written in the instructions like this
Specialist. the mode is intended for quick preparation of a healthy and healthy breakfast. Thanks to OPTIMAL temperature conditions, the porridge will not burn and retain all its useful properties
my husband and I (to the taste of porridge) believed the Manufacturer about the optimum Tempra

in general, if you need a specific temperature regime, then there is a Multipovar

Well, of course, they can still answer if they do not have information - only that it is very, very, very secure

There is nothing wrong with corn porridge. I cook it from time to time in Brand. I do not know if this will help with what, but here corn gruel in Brand, a this millet and corn.

And about "Oatmeal" I meant, is it possible to cook grains in this mode, or rather porridge from grains (such as corn, wheat, etc.)

Recently I cooked borscht according to the recipe in the mv. dietary, but tasty. Rich, rich color. My husband really liked it. Even the fact that the onions and carrots are not fried does not almost spoil it. But next time I'll do it with meat. I cooked potatoes yesterday. Cut into circles, onion into half rings. I threw everything there. Fry for 30 minutes. She did not spare sunflower oil. then bake for 15 minutes, so that the crusts are crispy. It turned out very tasty. The main thing is, I closed-opened-ready today I will try to cook a biscuit, the recipe of which was placed here on the first pages

FINALLY GOT A GREAT and made friends with the multi-cook mode for porridge with delayed mode

in the evening I put 60-80ml (1 \ 2ms) of cereal in a bowl, depending on the thickness of the porridge you like. add liquid 500ml (1 part water 3 parts milk) salt, sugar mix and take into account the mode

"multi-cook" 100 * 30 minutes

"delayed start" and the time after which it should turn on
I put porridge on the table at 23.00 by 8.00 we put a delay of 7 hours, 30 minutes cooking, 30 minutes steaming (heating automatically turns on
cooked wheat, corn, rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, barley, wheat
always great porridge. nothing escapes NEVER

I read in another Temka that you can cook baked milk in a cartoon. And in the "polka" has anyone tried it? If yes, please share on what mode and how long to cook?

You can cook on Stew for 4-5 hours somewhere. (At least Brand 37501 tried to do baked milk like this - here HERE you can read about it)
Marusya
Thank you! I'll try. I hope the milk doesn't run away.

Hello everyone! I'm new! Polka is my first day! Stewed cabbage, wonderful! But with the baking trouble, nothing happened. I baked a marble cupcake from a book on "Pastry" - did not rise and did not seem to be baked inside! In general, some kind of flat cake! Tell me what's wrong?
Manna
Zub, have you baked a zebra before? You didn't beat her up? HERE master class on "Zebra", maybe how will it help
Zima
For a couple of weeks now, I've been trying to make friends with this slow cooker - of course, she's a beauty! So far, not everything works out, even though my multicooker is not the first, and not even the second.
The impressions are:
Beautiful and looks more compact than other models, it has an elongated oval shape, although it is almost the same in size.
The presence of handles on the bowl is a very convenient option.I liked that the multi-cook program was placed on a separate button, otherwise it was located far away on the others, while you are browsing, especially since with each press the multicooker beeps - and when the child is asleep, you want silence. The container for condensate is also a plus, in this model it is simply a necessity. Nothing has hit the heating element yet, I was afraid of this (it is not easy to clean it), since there is a recess for the handles in the sides and if the water reached these places, everything would flow down. This is exactly what happened on my previous multicooker (except for Panasonic, which has a container), although there were no recesses on the sides in them - but there was a lot of condensation.
Ceramic coating of the bowl - I don't know yet whether this is an advantage. While new, of course, super! Super easy to clean, nothing sticks. Let's see how long its non-stick properties are enough, the "ceramic" coating quickly loses them.
According to the programs: not everything has been tried yet.
"Stewing", "frying", "steam", "soup" - there are no questions yet (although "stewing" could have been done from 1 hour). I liked that the "Krupa" program lasts 25 minutes from the moment of boiling. The most optimal cooking time for cereals.
"Milk porridge", "Oatmeal" seems to me to duplicate each other, only the first has a maximum time of only 30 minutes from the moment of boiling - for some cereals this is not enough (for those who like well steamed, but simply not cooked), but Oatmeal has up to hours, but the result is not very good. I cooked buckwheat porridge - nothing escaped. And yesterday I tried to boil milk for cottage cheese on the "Milk porridge" mode - there was only 1 liter of milk, miraculously caught it, I was well near - I saw that it was flowing from the valve, apparently this mode was not finalized.
It's good when there is a "Multipovar", you can not get upset because of the jambs of automatic modes ...
And I still haven't managed to cook pasta in the classic way (that is, in a large amount of water) on the Pasta program. When the signal rang out, I lowered the pasta, pressed start again - everything was according to the instructions - the water no longer boiled. I even tried to close the lid, even though the instructions say to cook with open. The water did not boil, I had to bring it to mind on another program. I saw that Sveta managed to cook in this mode in a small amount of water, before it evaporated. I will try this method in the near future.
Girls, did anyone manage to cook pasta the traditional way?
Well, also of the minuses, there is not enough information about the temperature on different programs. Here at Brenda, everything is written in the instructions, at what stage what is the temperature, on Shinbo, which I had even earlier, it was possible at any time to see the temperature of the heating element - it's so convenient !!!

And about "Oatmeal" I meant, is it possible to cook grains in this mode, or rather porridge from grains (such as corn, wheat, etc.)
I recently bought various grains from Belovodye, I cook it on the stove (but it takes only 3 minutes). You can, of course, do it in a cartoon, especially since the minimum time is 10 minutes, you just need to stir it constantly until it grabs, well, like semolina, otherwise it will be tasteless in lumps. I am uncomfortable in the cartoon to interfere, so it is my location. Anyway, I appreciate the cartoon for pawning the groceries, pressing the button and walking. And if you "stand" above it, then it is more convenient above the pan, the sides are lower and steam goes into the hood, and not on the cabinets.
