Zima, Nadyush, I even don't even see the point in this Paste! She poured water, turned it on, boiled, squeaked (this START still needs to be turned off the Schaub did not squeak!). And cook with the lid open. And how is it different from gas cooking? I tried it a couple of times, I didn't understand the difference, honestly. the same amount of time. it is also impossible to move away ... This, of course, is my personal opinion !!! Maybe someone has applied to this program and uses it for some other products. I decided for myself that this was not even a glitch, but a flaw ("they wanted the best, but it turned out, as always!").

yes, I remember, Irina, your posts, that 8 minutes works fine, and if you turn it on more, it’s cut down, I also thought that I’m fine, since I’m not standing over it, I downloaded it and left .... I came - and she is already on Heating .. No, the pasta is not boiled, I cooked it by hand .. but !!! both times I cooked in the classic way: there was about half a pot of water. Maybe that's the point! We must also try with a small amount until it boils completely, next time I will do so - I will check.
Irishka CH,
if you cook in the classical way, the convenience is (if the program, of course, works correctly - in my last cartoon, the program worked as it should) that you are not standing over the pan, the water boiled, the cartoon beeped - you came up and fell asleep pasta, that's just this .. I always check the readiness anyway, because I don't like overcooked ones .. but you know, you get used to good things so quickly - I have been making all such dishes in a slow cooker for a long time. I'm just impatient - to stand - to wait for the water to boil for me "broke", and if you leave and don't return in time, then you come, and the water boils, the lid jumps, and the stove is splashing - do we need it? nope
Well, if you are still spinning around the kitchen, then yes, I agree no matter where to cook. Again, I repeat - these are classic pasta ..
But there are still other recipes where the macaroons are cooked until the water boils completely and then fried at the end - in this case, it's generally great to cook in a multicooker - well, at least wash the dishes less.

So. Tady ask for a recipe (recommendations!) How to do this?
I tried to make a casserole here the other day. She fell asleep pasta (dry!), Put the minced meat, poured tomato paste, cut the onion, and again filled the pasta. I poured it all with a delicious filling (cream + sour cream + milk + egg + a little cheese) so that everything was covered. Included Baking... after 30 minutes everything seemed to be ready (the smell was breathtaking !!!). BUT. she (casserole) fell out of the multi in parts: the top separately, the bottom all stuck. It was delicious, but ochchchchchchcheny all this mess looked very unaesthetic. and then I barely scrubbed the bottom of the pan ...
nika-773
If you need a lot (I'm talking about pasta), that is, for the whole day, then I cook on gas. And if you have a snack for 1 meal (for three or four), then in a slow cooker, well, why did I buy it then? I cook without draining the water until it boils.
0791
there was about half a pot of water. Maybe that's the point!
ahh, so yes, she can't handle it, I somewhere (on Mulvarka ...) wrote that if you pour half a pot of water, then everything will turn off
water critical volume about 1 liter (this is about 3 cups, even when I pour 4 cups ... there are problems with boiling after the "whistle")

and I did it on Pasta for a long time (as I was mistaken here (p. 10, probably), I liked it): I put the horns, fill them with water to hide them a little. And Pasta 8 min (default). Beeps, open the lid, I do not hold the start after a squeak, press / do not press it, all one squeaks and cooks on
After the end, usually all the water boils away, and I put the frying on the Frying 120C.

Irishka CH, so baking to 130-145C is heated ... that's the bottom and stuck. Recently I have been dabbling in Heating (which is on the menu), he fries at 100C for all 20 minutes. light fry is obtained.
I ate such an omelette today.

Ira! Thanks for the clarification (for the stupid ones!) A little settled in my head ... And if the minced meat, for example, fry first in a cartoon, then how can I add pasta there right away? Just pour hot water over the Pasta? Kind of naval work?
And further. then baking for what can be useful? So that it does not burn, does not stick? I poured liquid into it. Maybe a little?

Of course, that's what I did. I didn’t post it, because I was sure. that everyone does that
in fact, I do everything like that, first I fry (on different modes), and then I finish it.
And further. then baking for what can be useful? So that it does not burn, does not stick? I poured liquid into it. Maybe a little?
the most struck me - boiled pork! on baking for 45 minutes (here I just did it without preliminary frying) each side - only two.
And baked apples in 30 minutes were super

oh, girls, and yesterday I did pilaf for the first time in my life
I took the recipe in the book as a basis, but after reading some tips here (especially Nuta_), I decided to slightly correct it.
There were chicken ... Well ... in general, 2 wings + 2 thighs without bone + about 1/4 of the breast (I would say that it is not enough, the next time I will take half a chicken and some other organ) I fried for 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil on Frying +140 degrees 15 minutes, and since in this regard I am a nutcase, I added water (about 1 / 4-1 / 3 cup) and put it on Stewing. After 30 minutes I turned it off. On top of the meat I laid out carrots cut into semicircles (2 small ones - but it was not enough) and well washed rice (I took 1 multi-glass of Shebekinsky round-grain and 1 multi-glass of Macfa long-grain steamed, I specially went to buy it, there was no such thing at home). Sprinkled with cumin (0.5 tsp), salt (1 tsp), poured 4 glasses of water and put on the Krupa.

Here's what happened:
Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)

(black - this wing sticks out)

I didn't have time to take a picture in a mixed state - colleagues ate it while cutting the bread well, even though I managed to snatch a couple of spoons delicious, damn it

PS 1. the bow at home ran out, so I did without it
PS 2. the next time I'll try to add barberry (I wonder what happens)
PS 3. What do you think, if the portion is increased, for example, by 1.5 times, the time needs to be increased or will remain the same?
Zima
Speaking of Pasta! For a long time I have in my bookmarks the recipe for Pasta Carbonara from the site Multicooker from druzhina.
I've already forgotten about him, I still can't get ready to cook.
I'll post it here, maybe it will come in handy for someone.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil (OM)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon, finely chopped
- 180 ml heavy cream
- 540 ml of water *
- salt and pepper to taste

Put OM, onion, garlic and bacon in a MV saucepan.
Press the MENU button to select the ROYING program.
Using the PRODUCT SELECTION button, set VEGETABLES - in our Fry 130-140С
Press the COOKING TIME, set with the MINUTES button - 10 minutes.
Press START and brown the bacon and onions.
Break the spaghetti in half and put them in a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, pouring water over them.
Mix.
Select the RICE / PASTA EXPRESS program - we have Pasta.
Close the lid, press START - how we saw it, press Start again
* The water in the recipe must be adjusted so that the pasta is cooked al dente.

Many THANKS to everyone for responding
I started not with cereals, but immediately with baking. I made a biscuit for the cake, after all, the holiday is coming soon.It was scary, I loaded a saucepan with dough and, having prayed, turned on the MV. I was looking forward to the result, I did not try to look, I know that it is impossible. When I opened the lid, the joy knew no bounds The cake turned out: victory: uraaaaaaa !!!!!!! And baked and moderately ruddy. Of course, I will continue to try different recipes, and of course there will be a lot of questions, but I know where to turn for advice, I am sure that they will always help me here.
ne_peku
And do not tell me how to turn the pastries correctly?

Did the 1st time in life and in multicooker cake, in the 517th polaris naturally.
The top is light, after the first cycle, you need to turn it over. Well, I dumped it, though not on a streamer, but into a wide enamel bowl, light well below. I grabbed the cupcake by the sides with potholders, well, like I'm turning it around, but it began to fall apart in my hands. Of course I managed to throw it into the bowl, although he did crumple. How to do it right?
Yes, is it customary to turn a charlotte? She tried to do the same, sintered in general, but the gagged one came out, did not turn it over.

True, I took ready-made baking sets, store ones (I will also try local recipes, then when I figure it out).
I tried the oven, in fact, to see how the heating element works, since it is new to the MV, if anything is exchanged. Thank God it bakes evenly, otherwise the jambs may get caught - bakes on the left, does not bake on the right.

And another question about baking, if you believe the off. site, then "baking" is made at a temperature 118-122 g... And if you bake on a multi-cook, the same 50 minutes 140gr... put, or even 160 worse / better? Who tried the options.
I do not bake in ceramics, but in a teflon bowl. Maybe all part of the heat escapes from the sides (although there is clearly nothing "siphonite"), or the thermal conductivity of the coating is different, for some reason it goes a long way on the "baking" program. Or I often look into the cup - the tempera is lost.

About the program "paste", the same jambs are available, I set the time to more than 8 minutes, but it works hard for 8 minutes. The programmers frolic. I started getting to know the multicooker from her, I saw it did not work as it should, I think, well, everything, the marriage was caught. already not scary.

Yes, I also calmed down when the engineer from Polaris himself said that Pasta works for him the same way
and expressed, the assumption that they deliberately turned off the time, since almost all varieties of pasta are cooked in 8 minutes, I neighing, kanesh, slowly and calmed down
about baking, I generally realized that this is not such baking for us. BUT I picked up a few dry biscuits that bake well. And the top will always be white, turning it over will only turn out dense (such as Easter cake) types of baked goods. I just do it with cocoa, it looks quite fried
at 140C everything will most likely burn out.

ne_peku (* JOKINGLY * cool nickname for the site !!!). I never turn baked goods over. Immediately here I read that the top will be white. but everything is baked, all the more so then you turn it (biscuit) "with the priest up" and you can't see the white! smeared, veiled with cream filling and BEAUTY. or, indeed, like Ira 0791 advises adding cocoa so as not to be embarrassed. I really like the baking program. I also baked buns (well, what's that white on top! I sprinkled them with cinnamon, yes poppy seeds) In general, bakes on this program, do not look in and everything will be OK!
And I never turn a charlotte!

One and a half glasses of flour (200 mg each)
Soda 1 tsp (slaked)
Egg 1 pc.

HAPPY HOLIDAY!

It was a rabbit stew with prunes.

Recipe 1: Rabbit with prunes in a slow cooker
A thick, aromatic gravy with light mustard-garlic notes, which harmoniously combines with the taste of tender meat and sweet-sour prunes, gives this dish an amazing taste.

Ingredients: rabbit fillet (carcass) - 2kg, 2 medium carrots and onions, 200g pitted prunes, 3 tablespoons. lies. delicious ketchup and sour cream (or mayonnaise), vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons. lod., 3 cloves of garlic, 1.5 tsp. lies. ready-made mustard, spices and herbs.

Cooking method

Soak the prunes for half an hour, if it is too dry, then for an hour and a half.

Cut the carcass into portions (cut the fillet into medium cubes). In the "Baking" mode, fry the meat for thirty minutes. While roasting is in progress, cut the carrots into strips and the onions into half rings. Add vegetables to the bowl with meat and continue frying for another ten minutes (total - 40 minutes).

Pour two-thirds of the rabbit with water, add ketchup, sour cream (mayonnaise), mustard, spices - salt and pepper, favorite spices and herbs (optional). Stir the mixture so that the ingredients are evenly distributed. Set the "Extinguishing" mode for an hour and a half. Half an hour before the expiration of this period, add the soaked prunes to the bowl. Be sure to try the taste so that there are enough salt, spices and pepper and continue stewing. Add chopped garlic ten minutes before turning off.

Put the finished rabbit on a large dish, sprinkle with herbs, lay a side dish around (mashed potatoes, stewed or boiled vegetables, rice) and serve.

The recipe is taken from the site 🔗otоvit-krolika-v-multivarke /

Thank you Irishka CH, 0791 for the answers.

This means that you should not experiment with the "baking" mode and come up with something else.
And turn the product, well, the hand itself stretches itself.

I am still a beginner multicooker, I will periodically torture you with questions.

yes I understand .... but sometimes you need a lot of product. I did it for work, for (read - a friendly get-together) and, to be honest, it was not enough. It turned out to be about 8 small portions. And our team is not small, besides, 90% of men who love to eat. So we will slowly increase the portion

I made PS yesterday according to the same recipe (1 mst of round rice + 1 mst of steamed long). But there was a whole chicken (about 1 kg). Fried for 20 minutes, then "Stew" for 45, also chopped carrots (pancake onions again forgot to buy), rice, 0.5 tsp. cumin and 2 tsp. dried barberry + 1 tsp. salt (but not enough, it was necessary to put at least 1.5). Groats + 15 minutes on heating. Suuuuuuper !!!!!! MCh put the additive 2 times. Said it was delicious

Girls! straight craving for cooking appeared !!!!!! I want to try something new, experiment what a cool thing, our slow cooker

After all, Soup is close to stewing, and Beans is close, but more active.

For 30-40 (up to 60) minutes, if it is necessary to extinguish, then MolKasha just realizes languor - from 100C to 60C within an hour it will work out.

Yeah, and I once tried a standard portion on cereal and filled it with cold water, I had to turn on the cereal twice.
I used the steam cooking next time, hoping it would work like a sensory one. Alas, there was not enough time. It is necessary to check on a small portion There are many ways to find the optimal one.

Girls, I congratulate everyone on the start of Shrovetide week.

On March 8, she became the owner of the multi cooker 0517 AD. I already managed to cook a potato grandmother with a rabbit, pilaf (the proportions of ordinary long-grain rice and I took water from the recipe book), the frying program for 10 minutes. fried chicken fillet + vegetables, then the program isp. multi-cook themes. 160gr. cooking time 20 min. It turned out very good crumbly rice

I cooked buckwheat with chicken.
Buckwheat 3 m / st
Water 900 ml
Chicken + spices
Oil 1h. l. for roasting chicken
Frying chicken 10 min. The washed cereal + water was put into the MB. I chose ave multi-cook temp. 140gr time 20 minutes, Then decided to use. delayed start for 45 minutes. (I understood the interest, what kind of curiosity it is) turned out to be very convenient. I took the time to be ready for the arrival of my son from school. I controlled the cooking process after the "Delayed start". After 10 minutes, the groats were ready. The rest of the cooking time + heating was canceled. It’s a miracle.

Now I'm testing ave. Yogurt
milk 3.6% 500 ml
cream 12% 400 ml
plain yogurt 3 tbsp l.
sugar 3 dec. l.
vanillin on the tip of a knife.
All products are at room temperature.

Milk 100ml + sugar stirred until sugar dissolves, then everything else. the products were mixed until smooth with a whisk, poured into yogurt containers.
Girls who have already prepared yoghurt do I need to add water to the MV bowl and then put the cups? I haven't found it anywhere in the manual and recipes. I put it just like that, that is, in a bowl without water. The first 10 minutes. ran checked, to the cups not melted: crazy: Like everything OK. Tomorrow I will try the result.

the cups will not melt in the same place at about 40C - even the hand tolerates this temperature
At the end, be sure to refrigerate for 2-3 hours, because there yogurt ripens / thickens
no water is needed, since this MV normally keeps the set temperature.
water is poured to smooth out temperature changes when there are overheating, because when overheating, yoghurt does not work, yoghurt cultures die
Thank you for your congratulations
I also congratulate everyone on the holidays

I put the jars and the YOGURT mode (6h). I set up an alarm clock and after 3 hours I put it in the refrigerator. You can eat after 2 hours. Towel - because the bottom sour more quickly (because it comes into contact with the pan, the temperature is not equal to the top). In general, then he does not sour. With 6% milk tastes better.

It just seemed to me better to make 2 rolls from this amount. When cooking like dumplings, it increases, I was afraid that it would rest against the lid. And she did the right thing.

I later read about the temperature in operation, put it in the refrigerator. All . The family appreciated.

the cups will not melt in the same place at about 40C - even the hand tolerates this temperature
I also congratulate everyone on the holidays

what a beauty and deliciousness! I'm going to bake pancakes today! and I will also try to throw out the photoreader. Can you share the recipe for your pancakes? Painfully beautiful on what the dough was started? on milk? kefir? water?
P.S. your cat on your avatar can do me!
Ksyusha! First, I ask for YOU (under the same word it is written !!!)
And I make pancakes according to an old proven recipe that I once cut out of a flour package !!! I am very glad to share!
500 g flour, 3 glasses of milk or water (I make half), 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1/2 tsp each salt, soda and citric acid.
Mix eggs with warm water. add salt, soda, sugar. (I interfere with the mixer). To avoid lumps, gradually pour the liquid into the flour, and not vice versa. (this is of course a rhetorical phrase, well, just in case ...) When the dough becomes homogeneous, add citric acid and immediately bake pancakes. On my own behalf, I also add the "gurgle" of sunflower oil to the dough. And one moment. Flour is different, that is, an indicator of gluten. And the manufacturer does not write this information now. Therefore, it so happens that three glasses of liquid are not enough. I add (whisking) more. Right now I am buying flour of one brand, I really like it, so I add a whole glass of warm milk to it, otherwise the mixer just dies!
That's all! Ksyusha, I hope you like it and get accustomed to my recipe! Good luck !!!

Good evening everyone! So, on March 8th, my family gave me MV POLARIS 0517! I didn't know to be happy or! I went to your forum (last year there was a panic when I bought PHILIPS HP and could not really find out anything about it) read it, took a few recipes you checked and started cooking! I stewed chicken thighs in sour cream-tangerine sauce, cooked borscht with pork ribs, fish soup, cutlets with rice on a double boiler (though I didn’t guess to put the butter in rice, I added it later), oatmeal porridge (it turned out to be such a treat) baked a cake " zebra "and today I make yoghurt, I use the starter culture" Narine "(I bought 1 bottle ready at the children's dairy kitchen). And I want to say that I and especially my husband really liked the taste of all the dishes! I have a request, tell me in recipes for baking: 50 + 30 minutes-30 minutes is it left on the heating?

About Baking. 50 + 30 minutes, i.e. switch the baking on again, and switch it off after 30 minutes. Sometimes they are then left on heating. but this is also mentioned in the recipe.
