Charlotte is definitely on baking ... and in my opinion the amount of flour in all recipes is slightly overestimated ... the dough for multi should be a little thinner than for the oven, apparently the liquid evaporates a lot ... I reduced the flour and the baked goods turned out softer. ...

actually the opposite: in a multicooker, the liquid evaporates much less than in a saucepan on the stove, and even less in pressure cookers
Lina Lin
I'm not sure if I'm answering correctly. There are many such recipes in the net. Grease the bowl with oil, then onion with the first layer, then beef (I took beef), then toko chopped potatoes, mayonnaise and grated cheese. I did so 3 times the layers, it was recommended to bake in the baking mode. But so much liquid was released .. What turned out is a stew, though delicious, potatoes with meat and cheese. Probably it was necessary to repeat once

logically, of course so ... but the fact is the fact .. did charlotte first put 240 gr. flour according to the recipe .... it turned out dense and "heavy", did not rise well ...
the same recipe, but 180 g flour - a completely different option ...

maybe the recipe is just not correct, and sometimes the volume and weight are confused, in the case of flour these are two big differences
I think 240 grams of flour is also a lot because the diameter of the bowl is not large, the main heating is only from the bottom - therefore, it is difficult for the multi to bake such a volume of dough properly

The charlotte turned out to be a little wetter than in the oven, but the children liked it And no one saw the fried top! Although at first it looks wild ...
Zima
Well, I mean, the liquid evaporates a little - all baked goods in any of the multicooker are more humid than in the oven. The top is always white (if without cocoa and other coloring products) - or sprinkle with the bottom up or on top with powder or cocoa

Girls, a question like this. Maybe we've already discussed it, but I'm sorry, then I'll repeat. There is a paste mode. I fill in water, close the lid, press start. The water boils, the cartoon squeaks, I hold the start for a long time (I tried to hold the start even after opening the lid) - but the cartoon does not stop beeping .... Then I put everything, stops beeping on its own and starts counting down ... The instructions say that after a long press Start - stops emitting signals ... what's wrong? Tell me - who and how does this mode work?
Zima
the same bullshit history, I just can't stop this squeak, she stops and continues to cook
Any85
And another question, multi-cook - does everyone have a snake running after pressing START?
Or just the countdown?

Everything is just like that. First, the snake runs, then after reaching the set temperature, the countdown begins.

once again about milk porridge:
and who uses what kind of milk? ... maybe it depends on it: running does not run ??? .. for example, I had milk boiled the day before (even about 20 minutes stewed, after boiling, over low heat) ... judging by the state of the pan , it didn't even try to escape .... maybe fresh, not boiled milk "escapes"?

and I'm not worried.I read that milk porridge doesn't work, I didn't even experiment))). I cook in oatmeal. Never spoiled it))

Girls!!! Back to to our rams Mol. porridge. Do not believe it! Today I cooked buckwheat porridge on THIS program. Stunned! nothing escaped !!! I'm even in such euphoria ...
I'm telling you. Sedna decided to cook buckwheat. Then I discovered that there was a lot of milk in the refrigerator (the "bull" student left, there was no one to drink too much!), so I decided to cook porridge. And let me, I think, I'll swing at this buggy program! I fell asleep 2 ms of buckwheat, poured 6 ms of milk (well, like 1k 3) and set it for 15 minutes. Honestly, I dropped in! but when the countdown began, I felt somehow calm - the porridge was puffing so measuredly and completely not aggressively. Then she turned off (again, to be honest, I didn't even cut off when, because I was sticking HERE on the Bread Maker. ru) I looked in, but the porridge was a little thin. I put on the same program again for 10 minutes and left! The fields squeaked in due time and went to warm up. 15 minutes I still sweated it there, put the butter, sugar and mmm - the awesome porridge was ready !!!!
In short, girls, probably buckwheat is suitable for this program?

These modes were called buggy only because they do not work as the user expects.
And the modes are absolutely normal: both Pasta and MolKasha.
You just need to understand: how they work
I will repeat about MolKasha. When set - 10 minutes - porridge is cooked for about 25-30 minutes. Here is a user (I remember myself) and is furious: how so - I set 10 minutes, and the porridge is cooked for 30 minutes. In fact, the manufacturer did not describe the mode correctly enough! if the instructions said: The countdown begins after boiling milk for 6-7 minutes, and boiling begins after reaching the boiling point of 100.4C. The exit time depends on the environment (on average 8-11 minutes). It would be clear that the total cooking time is about 30 minutes.
Further, if the manufacturer prescribed in the instructions that when we set 15/20/25/30 minutes, the cooking time (after boiling) increases in proportion to something (I still don’t understand what it depends on), and maintenance does not turn on at the end temperature, it would be clear that these are not glitches, but as intended.
Moreover, if it is necessary that at the end it languishes at 60C, then set the default to 10 minutes, since then the temperature maintenance is turned on.
And if you need to turn off the temperature maintenance, then set it to 15/20/25/30 minutes.
Moreover, I believe that it is necessary to separately write in the instructions that the success of cooking depends on the products placed in the bowl for 99.9%. That is, milk is different, and that which is not suitable for boiling may escape.

If everything was correctly spelled out in the instructions, then many questions and angry attacks simply would not exist
The modes are completely NOT buggy, just not the same as those of most Panasik users and similar MVs.

MolKasha WORKS
only the algorithm is as follows: reaching the boiling point of milk (which not every milk can withstand) 100.4C for 8-11 minutes, then boiling milk at 100.4C (this is where the shoots of some types of milk happen) for 6-7 minutes, then languishing at 87-93С for 10 minutes - the countdown timer also counts auto heating (approx. 60С) at the end.
If you set 15/20/25/30 minutes, then languor at 87-93C happens in different ways: both 12 minutes and 15 minutes, but not set 15/20/25/30, that is, there is some kind of non-linear dependence of an increase in the duration of languishing. However, there is actually an increase in time! And this is why the auto-heating is not turned on at the end, so that the hostess comes and looks: how is the porridge, and if necessary, she turned on the yellow one! button on the left - for auto heating!

Heating in the menu keeps 100C - this is another heating

I use the regime every day. porridge. I cook and porridge, and more often they say. soup for my daughter. Everything is great. I throw in the products, set the default to 10 minutes. and went about my business. Nothing has ever escaped or spoiled. If it is thick, then I dilute it when serving. It's just a godsend for the lazy, you don't need to stand and watch the boil, stir it so it doesn't burn, but while it is boiling on the stove, it still has time to boil the milk. you have to add, and then nothing like that. I am delighted with the free time, and my daughter is well-fed and happy !!! This is the most frequently used mode for me.

did yesterday fermented baked milk.. the result exceeded all expectations ... the milk turned out to be creamy with froth, like in an oven .... the fermented baked milk itself is quite thick, homogeneous, very tasty, not every store can be compared ...

well, I have it stored for no more than 3 days, I eat it every day in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening .. just when I pour it into jars, then I have a little ... 130 grams .. I put a special jar into it and pour (on photo with a pink lid) ... it fits perfectly into a saucepan with the rest ... so I ferment it with it .... I just pour it into warm milk, mix thoroughly, pour it into jars and put it in a saucepan ...

sorry for so many questions, I have a couple more, I saw that dry starter culture narine is sold in 10 bottles, it turns out that you use 2 for 1 liter. milk, dilute in warm milk (do you heat everything at once?), and then add to the main one or what?
And how to store the rest of the jars of narine that are not used yet.

And we make yogurt from the first day of purchasing a multicooker (about a week). And with Activia and with White yrgurt from Prostokvashino. The taste not only depends on the type of sourdough, but also on how fresh it is. I will sterilize the same jars.

Celestie , I'm even in a stupor! How is it not a delayed start ?? Girls, you need to "go" to the Polaris website and ask the appropriate question there. Or to the store, to also explain. Was the model updated so quickly and not informed consumers in the instructions? Some kind of garbage!

Irishka, why should we be surprised
how much we wondered here ... I even bought a thermometer to understand how they (modes) work, because from the Polarovtsy there were only strange answers ...
now on their website in general, fiHnya hangs in our model: a description about ours, and if download instructionsthen there is an updated
yes, the instructions say: what is the delayed start on the multi-cooker ... so we also say about MolKash: what time can be set
Irishka CH
Ira, I also went there, to be honest, I read the same thing. I didn't download the kindly offered instruction ... Exactly garbage! Apparently, each of us needs to get used to our specifically purchased model. These Chinese probably collect each field by hand and put my troubles into them! So we use exclusive models !!!
0791
exactly: Exclusive in every model
I don't understand: Why don't they themselves (Russian adapters) eradicate these "jambs"?
After all, user discontent will begin again

but it is necessary - just to register in the instructions EVERYTHING AS it really is
Irishka CH
Namesake! For the most "sober" reflections on our model! (I wish I could hear them !!!)
And still, our Fields is the coolest !!! Every time I take out a saucepan, I think - and how are pots without handles?
0791
spring is coming, you can exchange roses

I also just adore our MV with all its "features"

and even without handles, the saucepan has adapted to get out without problems, BUT! I have no idea how to do it if there are no these recesses for the handles
that is, I take out the pan (Teflon without handles) - inserting silicone tacks into these recesses.
And without these grooves I find it difficult to imagine the process ... I tried to pull out outside the grooves (next to) - it does not work
