I boast - I bought myself a multicooker - Kromax Endever MC-77M. it's just that 77 is no longer produced, only with the letter "M" - the "yogurt" function is present in the MV.
I'm starting to experiment !!!! )))))

Thank you)))) manna, but don't tell me where the rumor comes from that the 77/78 model copies Brand? I'm now studying a forum with a 502 model - read and read)))) outwardly, the multicooker is almost identical, and they seem to be similar in functions ... it is clear that all these questions are from lack of practice (so far), but still - you can whether to take recipes for Brand directly? ))))

What kind of rumor? Kromax 77/78 is an analogue of Brand 37502. Isn't it? Another thing is that Brand has repeatedly updated his multicooker, modernizing it. But what about this with Kromax, I do not know. But they produce, apparently, these multicooker at the same plant. Although, I don't know what kind of coating the Cromax bowls have - there is no information about this on the official website - it is simply said that it is non-stick. Brand's 37502 bowls have a ceramic coating. Of course, you can take recipes. Why not?
voita
Yes, you can generally take any recipes, the main thing is to keep track of which modes to cook.))))
and "hearing" - I wrote it like that, for a change ...

I have a 32nd model, the packing box says:
the removable pan is made of high quality three-layer high-strength aluminum alloy, has titanium ceramic non-stick coating, scratch and abrasion resistant, thick heat-resistant walls that retain heat for a long time double flat bottom with protection against deformation, evenly distributes heat.
Actually, it was the quality of the bowl that was decisive in my choice of this MV. I cook in it two or three times a day (and porridge for breakfast on the timer, and pastries, and main courses for dinner). I am very pleased with my Kromax.

Yes Yes...About the titanium-ceramic coating was originally written on the official website (I also quoted a quote in the first message of this topic). This is no longer indicated on the website. The instructions do not say anything about ceramics either. Here.
I use it every day two, three, or even four times. The bowl does not lose its non-stick properties, but its appearance has suffered a little (a burnt plaque has appeared, which I cannot clean at the dacha).

I don’t want to think that it was a marketing ploy. I will believe that the manufacturer changed (simplified) the technology, and I got a bowl from the series "with titanium-ceramic coating"
Today I baked bread in it according to the recipe given above. I wanted to hold the dough on the "Heating", but could not turn it on. This mode does not work as an independent one? Or is there a trick I missed in the instructions?

Heating is turned on by pressing the corresponding button. But keeping the dough on heating is not worth it - the temperature is much higher than 28aboutC - 30aboutC required for proofing.

Thank you. That is, press once on Heating and that's it. And yesterday I pressed on both Time and Start ... Probably, along the way, I also hooked on the Cancel. And I wanted to turn it on only for a minute or two, in order to slightly increase the temperature in the pan.
Everything worked out well. Thank you.

The bottom of the saucepan heats up quickly. I turn on the heating during proofing for a few seconds. Or you can put a silicone mat on the bottom, then a minute or two or three (no more, of course) will not be critical. Or you can turn on the heating without dough first, then turn it off, wait a little for the bowl to warm up evenly, and only then put the dough in the multicooker (just quickly so that the heat does not go away). These are the perversions with the proofing, because there is no special program (Brand 37502 is good for this) and there is not even a program for yoghurt (one could have argued on it, including it for 20 minutes).
voita
I read on the box of my 77M, a new batch: "removable pan for cooking food:
1.high quality non-stick coating;
2. double bottom with non-stick coating and high thermal conductivity;
3. protective decorative coating;
4. three-layer high quality aluminum alloy "
this is the composition)))

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE TIP !!!! read about Brand, broke her head on what to lay the dough on. and I have a function "yogurt".))))
cooked stewed cabbage with smoked meats ..... aroma - not to convey

and the pan really heats up very quickly ...

and what is the rate of heating? And where in general can you see the temperature that is used on different programs? it seems like general information flashed somewhere, but I don't even remember, here or on the multicooker. ru .... I've stuffed so much information into my head, I can't sort it out yet))))

Common for which multicooker? Different models of multicooker from different manufacturers have their own temperature modes. For example, on heating, temperatures fluctuate from 40aboutFrom to 70aboutC and even 100aboutFROM.
voita
I meant the temperature according to kromax. probably one manufacturer has the same indicators.

Not at all necessary. Multicooker can be produced in different factories and temperature conditions can be different.

Hello, I join the owners of kromax. I started by making cereals. I'm happy with the result so far. Charlotte is being baked now. At the prompts, I set the time for the second time. it's good that there is a forum where you can find useful tips. Can you please tell me how to cook this pasta? On which program and in what proportions?

Greetings! I cooked pasta on different programs. I tried it on the Express. If it is made from durum wheat, then it is normal, but if it is looser, then it is boiled. I tried it on Soup, turning it off after about 15 minutes. And the water so that it covers the pasta. In any case, you need your own practice. Much depends on the pasta itself.
voita
Have you tried fried pasta?))) you pour pasta on a DRY surface and fry until golden brown. as soon as - fill in some water so that the pasta is covered, add a little salt.
I have not tried it in the cartoon yet, but wait you read about pasta, I'll try it today)))

Elena, welcome! I don't have 88 models. Is there a "Soup" mode? You can cook milk porridge on it. I'm in the 31st model on "Soup" and I cook milk.
Alfik_Elena
Yes there is a soup program! Today I tried the express program on the program like nothing ran away. but dry it turned out very dry
azaza
So Express is for side dishes, not for dairy!
Alfik_Elena
already understood
Manna
"Express" and "Normal" are the modes programmed to evaporate liquid. I wrote about this on the first page of this topic.
"Soup" can be used for both soups and milk porridge.
For stewing and steaming, there is a "Stew" mode.
For baking (and I also use this mode for quickly boiling liquid, pasteurizing jars, etc.) - the "Baking" mode.
Bake mode is still a mystery
Alfik_Elena
I tried the soup ... She tried to escape in the first 10 minutes ... She switched to express mode, everything was fine.! In what proportions do you cook porridge in the soup mode? and which one?

I already wrote about this a little earlier. HERE... So that the porridge does not try to "run away", the cereal must be washed in vain. Pour boiling water over especially "runaway" cereals for 5 minutes before cooking. Well, milk, of course, is "fluent", you can try to change.
Alfik_Elena
The crumble did not require rinsing ... And then I rinsed it .... But with milk, yes .... We must try something else !!

Immediately for cooking in sachets ..

I bought another milk of 2.5% fat ... It seems that this is better for cartoons ... I will wash the Kurupa .. I want porridge. Tomorrow I'll try to put SOUP on the program! I hope to succeed!

Alfik_Elena
Thanks for the worry..! I haven't tried it yet. One of these days I will definitely write! ! I found another way so that the porridge would not run away. Boil it in an extra glass container.

ABOUT! Well, this is already dancing with tambourines. I didn't need such excesses in the 31st Kromax. Such difficulties are usually resorted to by the owners of Maruchi (as far as I know).
Alfik_Elena
And here's another question.! Modes "normal" "fast" "express" on them a certain time is written in the instructions. but no matter how hard I tried to detect it always comes out more !! do you have the same ?? Or is everything as in the instructions ??

The 31st model has Express and Normal modes. The time in the instructions is indicated approximately, since, as I said, these modes work to evaporate the liquid, but when it evaporates is difficult to determine exactly. That is, their operating time can be as in the instructions, or maybe longer.
Alfik_Elena
well thank you
