I completely forgot to write yesterday that I do not add any fish seasonings, aromatic spices, etc. to the pike-perch, so as not to kill the pure taste of the pike-perch. It is unforgettable even without all these additives (especially freshly caught)

Manna, and the sauce was cooked on the stove? You can probably cook on the "Milk Porridge", and then throw the fish there and turn on the "Milk Porridge" again.
Manna
Why on the stove? In a slow cooker, just like that
Midnight lady
Yes? Then great! I will try, only I have frozen red fish, or salmon, or pink salmon, but I think it will do. Thanks for the recipe!
Manna
Yes, yes, this sauce will go well with red fish. Hope you like the fish

Manna, in general, I am reporting. On "Milk Porridge" (at Panasonic 10) I made a sauce: I mixed milk and flour in a glass, poured it into a saucepan, about 5 minutes, and you need to open the lid and start stirring with a spatula, when the sauce thickened - turned off the program. She put the fish and mixed it, turned on the "Milk Porridge" again, after 40 minutes it was ready. Maybe it was possible to get it before, but all sorts of things were done, so the Fish turned out to be very tasty, given that red usually comes out dry, but here it is not. Thank you! Especially from my husband, I am not about meat and fish, so I tried only the sauce.
Manna
Oh, how glad I am that I liked the fish Midnight lady, thanks for the report
40 minutes is really too much for fish Although, the main thing is that the husband appreciated the efforts
