..... my cartoon was not cut off the 1st time in 7min. it turned off somewhere after 10, and the second time, I still baked about 25-30 minutes. Also did not turn off.
It's a complex system ...
Not many did not understand you ... the first time after the start of the cartoon it turns off after 10 minutes. You stop and restart the program again, right? The second time, the cartoon may disconnect after 7 minutes, maybe after 10 minutes, or may not disconnect at all and finish burning to the end. Or you will interrupt it forcibly 20 minutes before the end of the program in order to prevent strong frying (which I always do with success).
It is not clear what such shutdowns depend on in terms of time .. apparently, the machine is spinning and thinking in its electronic mind, but it is difficult for our human brain to understand it.
But this is all theory, adapt and you will bake real culinary masterpieces.

Well, listen here:
200 gr. Melt margarine, drive in 4 eggs one by one, add 1.5 cups (a glass of 200 grams everywhere) sugar, 1 glass of kefir (I didn't have kefir, but there was whey, so I took whey and added a tablespoon of sour cream), a pack of baking powder , 1 tsp. soda, vanilla and 4 cups flour. They mixed everything with a spoon, the dough turned out to be thick, like thick pancakes.
She poured half of the dough into a saucepan, sprinkled nuts on top and poured the second half of the dough, sprinkled with poppy seeds. Baked on XP for 40 minutes.
Delicious to the point of madness! Good luck.

And I baked in my cartoon on the Baking mode. It was baked for 50 + 50 minutes and for another 20 minutes on heating. Rose to the top mark. But the top was almost baked. Next time I will do half of the portion. And so it turned out delicious. The only thing, I would have reduced the flour.

Yes, yes, the first time it turned off after 10 minutes. then, I started anew, and it didn't turn off.
Yesterday I made a cottage cheese casserole (for 700 grams of cottage cheese), so, for the second time, I kept it for 30 minutes, it turned out very well, nothing burnt, even I think it was enough for 20-25 minutes. In short, I'm happy.

Well, yes, the main thing here is to adapt, you will already know approximately how long it takes for which type of test and you will be forced to turn it off. And everything will be fine. I really love to make charlotte with apples, it always turns out excellently and the honeymoon is very simple from our Angela and I also really like the Enchantress cake ... so experiment with pleasure!

I can't understand ... in the PR-57 model, the "Baking" mode is what "baking" (which is 50 minutes), and what, during this time, has time to bake everything well?
Why am I asking, I'm going to buy a second cartoon, I think which one?
Pingvinus
Tanya-z, at 57 Perfezze "Pastry" is Cake (it has an English-Russian-Ukrainian interface).
The "baking" mode lasts 50 minutes, most of the pies have time to cook well during this time, but sometimes you need to add another 10-20 minutes if the dough is very dense or the portion is increased.
57 Perfezka is an excellent multicooker, I like it very much, but I wouldn't buy a second Perfezza. Now there are so many options and multicooker novelties that I want to buy and try everything, well, or at least half.
SupercoW
and I seem to want to try something new, but it doesn't work out - perfezzes are constantly being turned up at a normal price.
in addition, when I start to examine other multi-products under a microscope (well, before buying) I find something that personally does not suit me.
so I'm sitting with my three perfezz and happy up to my ears !!!

if the price is correct, then you can take the second performance, if it is too high, it is better to choose something else.

there is still silence about the bowls. if something clears up, I'll let you know.

I bought a silicone insert on the bottom of the pan, I fit perfectly into Perfezza, you don't need to cut anything anywhere, one to one according to the diameter of the pan, only 15 UAH. and lots of fun!
Marishechka, and I want this, where did I get it?
Give me a tattoo, otherwise I just returned from Kharkov, but there is someone to instruct to buy. Pliiiz! ..
Well, maybe I can get it somewhere; in any case, now I know what IT looks like ...

I took it at the Blagoveshchensky bazaar, in those rows where they sell all kinds of offal such as dishes, silicone molds, knives, these rows are closer to the rows for the sale of poultry (chicken-duck).
Tanya-z
I made Chocolate on boiling water, it didn't work out ... But, I'm probably my own fault, the dough was liquid (although they write it was liquid), and then after the first multi shutdown, I took it again and interrupted the program, and put it first, and then held it for at least 20, in short, it did not rise, and with a lump of some

This recipe in general on XP turns out to be beyond praise, read it, I described the cooking process in stages. There was the first shutdown for 10 minutes, then I started the program again (I don’t remember whether the mode was turned off the second time or not), if it turned off again, then again it was necessary to turn off and turn on the mode again and the oven for about 50 minutes, it seems, did not open the lid in any way - will fall!
In general, in this case, the jambs are on your side, not on the Perfezzo's side. Let's take two!
I think I found it. Here, study, pliz, material and you will be happy!

It is possible in the "Steam" mode, but you need to stand nearby or "Soup", but this is a little longer. If the milk is normal, it will not run away.
Inusya
olga27, I always boil milk in Soup, a guarantee that it will not run away, and the heating is not so thermonuclear.
And sometimes it is also useless to stand, I know from the experience of a gas stove - it happens, you stand ready, well, just about, - turned away literally for a second, and just at this damn moment, he needs to boil ... the punishment is washing the stove.
MNP
it turns out it's Yummi's pots for sale. I do not risk it, since my cartoon has become difficult to close even with my own bowl. So we wait for the Auror bowls

minus all perfuzzes have only one - the bowl. but this is a minus of all budget multicookers. but it seems that it's not such a minus - alternative bowls have been found.

pluses ... this is a slow cooker, this is its huge plus.

in fact, it's easier to name what you expect from this multi and we will answer whether it will meet your expectations. For me personally, each of my perfezzka justified everything.
the main differences between the 58th model are the YOGHURT, PASTA, FRY mode
YOGURT is a controversial regime. I find it very convenient to make 3 liters of yogurt at a time.if the family is not big, then it is easier to buy a yogurt maker for 100 UAH and make it in jars.
PASTA - this mode has never been useful to me personally. I make pasta in a different way.
Frying is a great mode, I use it regularly.

cartoon is good. adequate price within 500 hryvnia. (plus or minus UAH 50)
Sherstyusha
SupercoW, thanks for the details!
I have such a question on the agenda - which MV to replace the venerable Panas on the 18th
so what I would like:
- bowl more than 4.5 liters
- the presence of frying (on baking does not fry as we would like)
- the function of yoghurt (but not essential)
- initially wanted a ceramic bowl, but already decided to abandon this idea - limits the choice ooooooooo
- color white-gray-yellow () -metallic-black

that perfzz 58 goes against my expectations:
- the color does not match the interior at all
- the bowl is not ceramic - we skip it
- the size would be more compact

and what is wrong with the function of pasta? she also attracted me - we often eat them
And what is the big minus of the bowl - quickly wear out? even with careful handling? or what's the problem?

all perfumes have a bowl of 5 liters

frying is available only in the 58th perfuse model.
still in the aurora. it seems there is in Orion. well, dexs too, but there is a bowl of 4 liters.
I personally am very pleased with the HOT, chic mode.

Well, it's just a cuckoo, and there the price goes off scale.

Quote: Sherstyusha

58th - only red and black, like the aurora.
57th - white, but there is no YOGHURT and FRY.
Orion is light. There is YOGURT, but I don’t remember.

Quote: Sherstyusha

there is such. only that color. and size too.
I personally do not care about the size and color. or rather, the size can be smaller, it's just my first and only multi-perfezzi, that's why I'm so used to it. but I often hear that they are big.
dex like a little smaller in size. but there the price is higher and the bowl is less.

Quote: Sherstyusha

noooo! with her everything is so! she's great. I just cook pasta in a different, lazy way, without draining the water, on the rice program. because PASTA never tasted.

Quote: Sherstyusha

well, not that very quickly, but wear out. especially if you often fry and bake.
but for the 58th perfsez the bowl from the aurora fits perfectly and not perfectly, but the bowl from yummi fits. so I don't see the cup as a problem anymore.
Sherstyusha
thank you, kind man

now I will think
strained that the bowl deteriorates from frying and baking (the latter is not important, I have never baked anything in MV)
that is, it turns out that the coating wears out under the influence of high temperature, such a moment ... sad to say the least
Sherstyusha

SupercoW

in any multitude, the bowl cover will deteriorate from high temperatures. there's nothing you can do about it. the main thing is whether a replacement can be bought and at what price. we have already found a replacement, so now everything is ok.

I would recommend a new dex (although I have not tried it myself, users praise it). there you can buy a replaceable bowl, and there is yogurt, and there seems to be frying. the price is certainly higher, but it seems like a good cartoon.
For me personally, dex is not an option because of the displacement, 4 liters is not enough for me. if a liter is not important for you, go ahead, but if it is important ... then perfezza / aurora is your option.

I also have Perfezka 58.Very, very happy with her! Why didn't I cook in it: cabbage soup, borscht, stewed meat, cabbage rolls, and charlotte - yes, you can't list everything !!! I really don't know how I got along without her. Now I'm scouring the shops, choosing for myself another 2.5 liter cartoon, because I need it! Cook all kinds of porridge (if a little), stew meat too, in general - a necessary thing! By the way, the yogurt turns out to be excellent! Three liters in 1 hour on heating !! The "frying" mode is wonderful, "stewing" too (I cook borscht on it). Anyway, I think Perfezka is no worse than the "advanced" brands !! I still have a good saucepan, I use it ashore, I use only a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon. Success !!!

small - it's only Panasonic. but I will take it upon myself to advise one more device. slow cooker.
I just got it - I'm not overjoyed. Really!!! I took a big one for myself - 6.5 liters, and there are small ones - 3 liters. maybe this will suit you. porridge in it can just be cooked and you can stew the meat.

HERE I'm talking about my first experiments. come in - admire!

now a new unknown company has just appeared (as I love), slow cookers are generally not expensive to sell.

VES also has frying, a volume of 6 liters. Color n. g. I have VES and Perfezza for my son. I wanted to buy another one for myself, but so far I've become so close to VES that I'm afraid to change it. I have it for 1.5 years soon. So there, when buying, I slipped a small but deep scratch in the top of the saucepan, but during this time it did not expand, did not burst. I use the spoons that were attached there and additionally bought some silicone ones.
And what makes me very happy about it is the step of 5 minutes. The only thing is that there is a time limit of up to 99 minutes, and then you need to turn it on again. This is if, for example, cook jellied meat or simmer something. But I cook jellied meat on gas (a habit), and somehow I didn't put the languor on for a long time. But the price of VES was, according to my last observations, something about 650 UAH.
Sherstyusha
thanks for the details on MB WEIGHT. is there a question, but is there a quenching mode? also for 99 minutes?

There all programs are up to 99 minutes, except for heating for 24 hours!
Rice / porridge; baking, frying, soup, steam, m. fire, stewing.

shit !!! what kind of discrimination is this - no notification of new messages came!

Well, if someone else is relevant, then the 57th is really too big for one, but I gave my mother the 57th ... she uses it, I'm happy. uses it differently than I do, of course, but 4 times a week she works for her. does not complain about the size.

but as for the slow cooker ... oh-oh-oh !!! I'll sing like a nightingale here ...
Well, I fell in love with this saucepan (home name is a basin). already horror fell in love. I even hid one of my perfezzinks, can you imagine !!!
I've already told Marina personally my impressions of the slow cooker, and I'll also copy it to you.
it is a hundred times more convenient and easier to care for. and you know how lazy I am. there is simply nothing to wash in a slow cooker. but for me so in general beauty - put it in the dishwasher and the whole business. in the cartoon, I won't throw the top lid in the bag, I'll have to stand and wipe it with a rag, but I really don't like it.

cooking is a little different. I really like the taste, but it is not the same as in the cartoon and on the stove.

I like that you can shove a whole chicken. or a large piece of meat. I usually didn't buy a lot of meat, or I always cut it into small pieces, and then I started looking at the shanks, at the pieces of beef ...

Well, as for me, cooking turns out to be even lazier than in a cartoon. Well, lately I've been cooking meat according to one scenario - I took a large piece of any meat or a whole chicken, smeared it with herbs and in a slow cooker for the whole night.

I still can't figure out why I like to cook at night. it seems that in the cartoon it is possible, but in the cartoon I always put only milk porridge for the night. meat never. and now almost every night I put some kind of meat in a slow cooker, in a cartoon porridge on the water and by the morning I get a hearty breakfast for my boys. :-) I am delighted.

and also fish. we are a fish family and eat a lot of it. now we are bastard. do you remember how I complained that my cartoon smelled of fish all over - it was a nightmare and I no longer cook fish in the cartoon. now I cook in a slow cooker - no smells stay!

Well, I am already silent about the fact that ceramics will somehow be more useful than a non-stick coating. I never respected him at all. suffered only because the cartoon is really my savior. had to. Well, ceramics are more durable, don't worry about getting scratched.
and slow cookers are also cheaper than cartoons, and it's mega cool.

that is, if you need to stew and cook porridge, then you can take two small slow cookers - for the price you get just one cartoon.

Congratulations on your purchase!
the 58th perfezz has the most normal instruction of all perfezz.

as for temperatures, no one has such information. As far as I know, there is no such information at all for any multicooker. and it does not exist for the reason that this infa is not needed at all.
in a multicooker you need to know what happens in each of the modes, that's all. and adjust the cooking for this.

we can only roughly guess about the temperatures ... what we managed to find out by typing:
- BAKING - approximately 150 degrees.
- YOGHURT - approximately 40-42 degrees.
- MARMIT / HEAT RETENTION - about 80 degrees.
all other modes are brought to a boil and then act according to their program.

Strange, I open the site, there is no 58 at all. I sent my son to look at the cartoon in Comfi, so he calls and says that there are 57, at a price of about 1000 UAH. This is Sevastopol. And what is the bottom line. I want to buy my son with more functions, and pick it up for myself. Probably now I'll call and ask where the cartoons are?

I have already monitored the foxtrot, the prices are a bit lower, but just a bit, and not twice. It makes no sense to buy something there. For example, I ordered Santa Claus for myself a Bosch harvester, they bring it to me on Saturday for 2400, and there it is 3600, and 3500 in the internet store.

girls, this is all very well known - the internet is ALWAYS cheaper. well, we don't overpay for consultants, for renting premises, for advertising and other nonsense.
so as not to buy a pig in a poke, we go to a regular store, touch, feel and then order on the internet. that's all business.
I don't remember when I bought something in ordinary stores, everything was only through the Internet.

as far as perfzz is concerned, in some incomprehensible way, but they are a comfy product, that is, they can only be found in ordinary stores there. on the internet, they periodically appear in different places.
