You can connect a washing machine and a water heater and a refrigerator to the same line (I did it the same way, plus an oven). Only I do not turn on two powerful consumers at the same time, so as not to overload the line. The grounding wire and the RCD are already a safety technique. It is possible without them (if nothing is "shocked"). And I have no grounding and an RCD only on the water heater. Above, I wrote the ideal conditions for connecting the PMM, which are written in any instruction. But I consider Chinese extension cords to be incendiary time bombs, it should not be left unattended, and not innocent Zanussi. If PMM has the Rosstandart certification mark, then it does not need any additional filters (they are already inside it) and it should work normally with our "stable" mains voltage.
