So I don't care to order a new facade for it? In both cases? I thought it would have a door like an oven ...

Hairpin, there will be a door, but it also needs a facade for installation. With their own door - these are freestanding, they are now almost all with a removable top cover (with the possibility of insertion), but they will all stick out (my stove sticks out like that from the common facade, and I thought that if the PMM would also stick out -) By the way, I have a PMM Whirlpool ADG 789.

And I have a grief - the cake for the Kiev cake is burnt

aynat,
here I disagree)). I have just an ordinary car, not a built-in. Under a common table top with a kitchen. And nothing sticks out, I give a grudge)))))
Now I'll try to make a photo.
But another thing is that it so happened that at first the PMM was bought, and a year later - the kitchen. I did not want to change it at all, they left it. This is not to say that the built-in is bad (if everyone was buying at the same time, I would, of course, make the built-in one), but to the fact that an ordinary machine normally stands perfectly and does not stick out!

But in any case, you also need to measure the depth ... My oven turned out to be 2-3 cm deeper. The gasman said that he was seeing this for the first time ... The hoses did not fit. The underspirit section was sawed off.
aynat
Exactly, while the freestanding Electrolux has a depth of 63cm, the AEG also has 63cm (and why did they do that?), I don’t remember exactly at Beko, it is necessary to measure it. By the way, I didn’t like Beko’s service. If anything, you need to call the unified help desk, and they will kind of send it to you ...

Of course, the Bosch Siemens service is much cooler: if it is in stock, then 2 weeks, no - I wash the dishes with my hands for 2 months. Interestingly, in Europe, they can also afford this? In the USSR, if a workshop could not make a warranty repair in two weeks, it was obliged to issue a certificate for an exchange or refund, here ...
Serious
So, PM are:
1. Solo (freestanding, at best, the top cover is removed and this allows you to build it under the tabletop, but there are also non-removable covers, although this is a rarity)
2. Partially integrated (partially recessed), there are 2 types of them - a) The front panel is decorative, there is no need to hang anything on it b) The front panel from the top is a strip of control panel, and then you need to hang the furniture front.
3. Fully integrated, its door is ugly, it is necessary to hang a full-fledged furniture front on it.
PM also differ in the way of drying dishes - a) Condensation type of drying, drying occurs due to residual heat b) Turbo drying, drying also occurs with the help of a fan. The first option is quieter, more inconspicuous, the second option dries faster and better. But with a turbo dryer, PM is extremely small and it has a number of unpleasant drawbacks, therefore, condensation PM is more often bought.
Not all PMs have programs for working with multicomponent tablets, this does not mean that tablets cannot be used in such PMs, but with special ones. mode is better, the rinse aid supply is turned off, etc.
To use tablets or powder is more likely a question of price and religion. The tablet is convenient, removed the shell, put it in a special recess and all the cases. The powder must be dosed. But the tablet is designed for a full load of 60 cm PM, for others it would be nice to reduce it, which, as a rule, no one does, it turns out that initially 25% of the funds are used more than necessary. On short programs, the tablets do not have time to dissolve properly, and do not have time to work normally in cycles.
Well, something like that ...
Now about the USSR and 2 weeks, if within 45 days the service center cannot repair the warranty product, then you have the right to demand a replacement certificate and go to the store with it. In theory, everything is easy, in practice, initially prepare for the capture of Ismail, the seller is just so unlikely that he will meet halfway, there is a mountain of reasons, in short - then the seller has nothing to do with your PM, and the margin from its sale does not cover even half of the losses ...
sazalexter
Lux-aeg simply does not have a part, (delivery of 30 days for a non-running part - ten), an act of the SC, an application for a repair, and to a store for a replacement, for another or money
Yes, and when using the table, you can forget about the exact tincture for the hardness of the water
Chantal
Hairpin, I read the whole epic, I was imbued with your problem, in some places I even shed a tear, I looked at your living space, putting my life experience on everyone .. I still like Aunat's proposal most of all the full-size PMM (60cm) is in many ways better than 45cm, but in your case it is more reasonable instead of 60cm put a 45cm PMM + bottle holder 15cm (with a lower roller !!! - I'll tell them about this separately) the only thing I don't like about this option is that the PMM will turn out far from the sink and the trash can, so I would consider this option:
sink + PMM 45cm + cabinet with drawers + oven + (bottle holder) + cabinet with drawers + (bottle holder)

There are two bottle-holders - you can cross out the unnecessary ones; if you store seasoning oils in the bottle-holder, then it is more logical to place it closer to the oven, if you store booze, then it is more logical - closer to the window so that it is cool

still in my opinion you really need a roll-out drawer under the oven not to use the space behind the plinth - an unforgivable luxury with such a footage, wait, I'll find a link, I'll show you how it looks

Chantal oh-oh ... how interesting ... I also need to settle down ... so I look out for what and where, and at the same time a dishwasher, either 60cm, or 45cm ... Damn, how I already started ... a dishwasher seems to be a nice thing, but how many different things, we seem to have a kitchen that allows you to put it, but there will be a stove (not built-in), a 60cm washing machine, and there are places for all sorts of lockers ??? How to plan for a mustache to fit ???
Chantal
Svetik_, if space allows, then of course a full-size PMM is better

in order to plan, write down everything in detail what exactly you have (will) be stored in the kitchen and try to scatter it according to the functionality - in which place in the kitchen it is most convenient to use it. and then try to "arrange" and "arrange" all this wealth in the drawers, while it is better to proceed from the standard sizes of bedside tables, cabinets and shelves, because from experience I know that with a non-standard solid ge firebrand, you can simply draw a kitchen plan and cut out large-sized objects from paper and "arrange" furniture, or you can look for special programs on the internet .. if my memory serves me on the ikea website, there is such a program, however, a program is sharpened for their own assortment, but if you contrive, you can pick up items in size and see everything in a three-dimensional picture

And now cooking takes much less time and effort (for example, drying dishes was a big problem).
Did you think about the option of a table in the form of a bar counter? They are quite compact, and you do not need to unfold the "ears" every time to eat.

And here I will disagree. The quality of washing dishes with powder and tablets, as they say in Odessa "Two big differences" Tablets make dishes much cleaner.

I am quite satisfied with the quality of Calgonit powder and overpaying exorbitantly for pills, or, like many, breaking them into pieces, I'm too lazy, and I respect myself. (And the tea leaves that have stagnated last week are also washed off the fat from the pan - it's all about the amount of powder, the time and temperature of the sink). It is also necessary to take into account the fact that lately they began to forge powder, and in some cases they even release such "crafts" in plastic bags insolently. As an example - remember calgonite with lemon a year or two ago and modern - there is no lemon scent.

I did not use gel nirazu, and I did not see it on sale either.

Maybe you just had no luck with the quality of the powder? Or do you indicate an inadequate work of the PM? (like, you always take the vigor of chemistry, not time and temperature). By the way, to reduce the rate of scale build-up, my salt consumption is 1 pack in 1-1.5 months (although with the correct settings, 1 pack = 1.5kg for about 6-8 months).

In experiments with chemistry, one moment scares - so that it would not be like with calgone for washing machines - a clever advertising move for housewives in order to quickly disable equipment. Therefore, I take the most expensive and trusted companies I know.

Proceeding from the fact that any chemistry, by and large, is harmful to PM (and some dishes with a pattern are a pity), for me the only plus in powder is the dosage. In any case, the dishes are much cleaner and more pleasant than hand washing.

Shl Tell me, pls, to reduce the rinse aid flow, the regulator must be turned downward (towards 1), and to increase the flow, it must be turned upward? What is the statistics on the consumption of 1 liter of rinse aid? how long does it take? I have approx. 1.5 months. In the instructions I read that if the setting is not correct - a high flow rate - there will be a lot of foam and it will stick, as it were. therefore I experimented within 1-4 and did not notice much difference. Now stands at 2.5

ZYY And a bucket of a bread machine with a non-stick coating (Teflon? - the one that was recognized in America as unhealthy and forbidden to release) can you wash in PM? will not disappear?

1. Tablets can be used not only, but also necessary. If, of course, finances are good.
2. Salt should ALWAYS be in the exchanger.
3. If the ion exchanger works without salt for some time, even a month, then the devil will not take it, but it is better not to allow this.
4. Tablets are used only and exclusively in 3in1 mode.
5. The powder does not wash the coagulated protein at any temperature. From my experience, coagulated protein tablets are washed off, but very badly.
6. Tablets do not contain salt. They contain phosphates that prevent limescale build-up.
7. Read the instructions. And follow the instructions strictly.

I will raise a little from the old

1. It is possible with extra money, but is it necessary? - optional

5. It washes me just like the pills. There is no difference. (not automatic mode)
6. Calgonite powder contains 15-30% phosphates. I doubt that the %% - content in the tablets is higher. But with the powder, you also need to use salt.

So what?

By the way, in my bosha the pure water sensor always works - not only on the machine (you can hear it by the number of water renewals. Usually 2 times, but sometimes more often)

Sorry, didn't pay attention to the country. You have, of course, both cheap and cheerful. On the domestic forums, however, there are a lot of tips from a series of how best to break pills (in truth: the need for inventions is cunning!). Let's just say - if the price of the tablets was comparable to the powder with the rinse, taking into account the 2 times washing a day for 3 months, I would use it, otherwise, I am not going to overpay every 10 times because of the compactness and "show-off".
Caprice
What does "show-off" have to do with it? I say: I tried both Finish powder (which you have there Calgonit ") and tablets. The quality of washing with tablets is immeasurably higher. There is some difference in price, but not 10 times, as you write there, and not so significant.

Duc, you did not understand me. I believe you and did not want to offend anyone. For foreign countries, the prices for both powder and tablets are commensurate, but here it is a holy cause to warm up on our neighbor, therefore tablets are very good. expensive. Based on this, I wrote that it would be a little expensive. And what about show-off - if you still remember the shovel life: the more expensive the trinket, the cooler. Here, for example, at work one new woodpecker boasts that he drives around only in the most expensive taxis and throws tips - this is clearly not for the salary of a civil servant.

Maybe the quality of washing the tablets is higher because a lot (more of a tray) amount of powder will fit in such a compressed volume? The chemistry there is hardly more vigorous. And did anyone come across statistics on the service life of powder PM and tablet? (gaskets, valves, etc. there, which can corrode chemicals). In the instructions for my bosha, for example, it is clearly indicated that the tablets are better, but in any case, only calgonite and the finish. (By the way, I use tablets for free - I get to stocks, like, I bought salt, got 3 "3 in 1" tablets and a menu of water hardness indicator strips)

And returning to the topic - definitely a full-size PM. Not necessarily with a semi-load or a car wash (the Germans at one time called automatic cameras well - literally "camera for do .. kov", in other words - everything that is on the machine is bad.), It is even possible with a mechanical mode switch, but not China and not domestic production (in the codes on the nameplates, the country of manufacture, type, etc. is encrypted - for example, some Liebher refrigerators are produced even in Russia (Belarus?) - do not link !!!!). I even removed the bedside table in my kitchen - pm is more important, and you can put spoons and pots in a wall box). It is very convenient, not far from the dining table (for lovers of kitchen settlements), and rushing around with dishes through the whole apartment is not a thing.

Sorry for offtopic, but do not flatter yourself so much. They try to warm up on their neighbors everywhere! Sorry, but the dispute about which is better than pills or other means for PMM has already been in this thread, so you should not start it and continue again! Especially if there are no new arguments. The topic will be cleaned and repetitions of all debates will be deleted.
Mams
I will add in size. It's four of us. The machine is full-sized, 60 cm. It works every day. On weekends, often and 2 times. This is when there is more cooking. The baking trays fit perfectly into the lower basket as well. They are also washed without a special "watering can". I don't have a half load. But for 1.5 years of use, such a function was never needed. So, if possible, then 60 cm. Although, of course, if there is nowhere, then 45 is many times better than without a dishwasher at all.
My powder + salt + rinse aid. In terms of money, it is 3-4 times cheaper in Moscow than pills. Despite the fact that I buy chemistry is not cheap, let's say, the middle option.
Salt 1.5 kg is enough for 4-5 months (we have medium hard water). Rinse aid, also for a long time, I won't say for sure, I don't remember when I bought it. But also for 4 months, maybe for six months one bottle is definitely enough. It is also at the middle level. I pour 1 tablespoon of powder into a full car. This is 20 grams, a pack - 2 kg, enough for 100 sinks. 2.5-3 months. I bought pills, there is a box just in case. I honestly didn't notice the difference in washing. Both good powder and good tablets are washed in the same way.

We'll have to buy some dishes. We are currently running 12 glasses! All three times a day juice-water-kvass - glasses run out quickly

And further. Now, setting the table, you don't think about washing the dishes with your hands, and when preparing the next "confused" dish, you can use any amount of dishes quite calmly

p. from. It is better to wash the knives by hand. Bucket from HP - do not wash in the dishwasher! Teflon pans can only be those that have a special "dishwasher-safe" icon, for example, there is one on Rondel.
Svetik_
Mams I have already decided on a typewriter and a brand and a full-size one, there are four of us in the house too ....... but bribing dishes, damn it, you probably still have to ... we have enough glasses, but not many plates problems, but this is not such a problem, probably the main thing is the dishwasher

Oops! How on time - thank you. I just wanted to wash the bucket (I added a lot of sunflower oil during the experiments).
"Smooth" - ordinary knives wash well for me, but "saws" - like bread - disgusting.

I determined the hardness of the water using Calgon test strips - you put it in a glass of water for 1 second and after a minute you see how many of the four squares turned red. 1 - soft, 2 - medium, 3 - hard and all 4 - very. I understand that the test is "in parrots", but I think it is sufficient. Where did you get it? - when buying salt / powder / rinse aid / freshener - I go up to the representative of the company in the supermarket and ask for it. Sometimes there are 2 tablets "3 in 1", sometimes "max in 1 power", sometimes the finish-powerball - they, it turns out, have a supply for advertising purposes - in advertising packaging, usually 2 pcs.

From the entire list, I agree only with knives - firstly, they are dull from hot water, and secondly, they rust from salt, brown spots appear on the blade, which eventually stop rubbing off (unlike forks and spoons, knives have a slightly different alloy) ... But all my Teflon dishes have been in the dishwasher for a long time, the only drawback is that they do not dry completely in the PMM and must be wiped dry. About the definition of water hardness in the topic has already been either In Mosvodokanal, you can ask, or determine with test strips, they are sold in pet stores, or order a water examination.
Kosharik
Test strips are usually attached to the load on units connected to water (washing machines, coffee machines, PM). Often this is an advertisement of certain means.
I have a question: Calgonit was attached to my PM (in my opinion, it's 3 in 1). In such a plastic self-expanding shell, with a liquid rinse in the center. I really liked it (much more than all-in-one). M. b., Who met on sale? I have not seen in any supermarket.
As for the sets of dishes, we, for example, do not have enough tablespoons and forks (we have 18 teaspoons, forks, there are plenty of them). This is for a family of 3.

Why know the hardness of water? Salt for PMM, which is poured into a special compartment at the bottom, extinguishes the rigidity completely. As far as I understand, the more hardness, the more salt consumption. And the machine itself signals when the salt has run out.

And the program selector indicator lights up. After a short time (10-15 seconds), the program continues. And so - throughout almost the entire wash. Filters (mesh and others) are clean. I don’t know how it "automatically" happens, but depending on the hardness of the water, you need to adjust the rinse aid dose regulator. At least my BECO came with a stiffness plate and tem-strips. I did not call anywhere and did not run, after a couple of minutes I knew the hardness of my water by the color of the test strip and. comparing with the plate. set the rinse aid regulator. We have a stabilizer suitable for our PMM installed by a technician from a service center for a fee. So far, for a year now, there have been no failures, except for short interruptions in the supply of electricity. The most interesting thing is that after that the machine continued to work from the minute of the program where it was stopped, when the electricity was turned off ...
Kazak
the voltage stabilizer must be selected according to the maximum power of the connected device (or better and with a margin - more). I would not say that a 1.5 kW stabilizer is cheap (domestic ~ 8700.00 rubles per piece), and at the same time only 1 device can be connected to it (bread maker, refrigerator, see, ...). The whole apartment needs at least 10 kW)

In order for modern appliances (refrigerators, cm, pm, air conditioners ...) not to burn out, I would recommend connecting an overvoltage circuit breaker to the meter input (power is the total maximum power of all devices in the apartment / house) - with the programming of the lower and upper voltage limit (for me, for example, 190V-235V is configured - the instructions for the equipment indicate the recommended range during operation in which the correct operation of the equipment is guaranteed), as well as turn-on delays (I have 15 seconds). Extension cords with an integrated overvoltage breaker are sold in stores, but the price is immeasurably high, and the power is somewhere up to 2KW (to be clarified) (for comparison, 20KW costs about 900 rubles and ~ the same price of an extension cord with a 2KW automatic machine)

Is this option cheaper than a voltage regulator? And then I want to buy for the dacha, but ... I need 5-7 kVA, and the toad is strangling ...

And now I somehow began to doubt that the problem with our dishwasher would be solved so simply - by buying a stabilizer. Today, at breakfast, I watched the behavior of the machine: it fills in water normally, it works for the first 10-15 minutes, too, normally, then the remaining washing time of the PMM "show off" (that is, the washing process is intermittent), then drying - no problem. It seems that you cannot do without a master. To be honest, I don’t know at all where to start here and how to take advantage of the fact that it is still under warranty. Our town is small, but the service center (s) is in the capital. In addition, this is the first time in 30 years, and we have enough household appliances, but we have never had any problems.

These devices have different purposes. The overvoltage circuit breaker bluntly cuts off the voltage if it does not match the specified voltage range in the network, and turns it on, if it matches, not immediately, but with a delay (if it was turned on immediately, then with a series of on / off, the equipment may also burn out)

The stabilizer stabilizes - that is, you always have 220V at the output, but if the input voltage (to the stabilizer) is less (and even more) permissible for this device (as a rule, China has 190V - I only came across these), the stabilizer will turn off. On the example of a computer, an uninterrupted power supply unit with a built-in voltage stabilizer and an overvoltage circuit breaker is ideal (the cheap ones only have a battery, which does not save the PC from power surges - this is the only way they burn, feathers fly). For a PC, a 1.5 kW stabilizer will cost from 6 thousand rubles. and then China - ours is better !, but not beautiful - clumsy "manual" work on the knees, and much more expensive.

If you often do not have voltage at your dacha, the ideal option would be to buy a diesel generator, if without it, an overvoltage machine is required - because due to welding at the end of the street, the percentage of equipment combustion is more than 50% (this was done in the Union at century, European / Chinese - businessmen)

Well, don't forget about grounding. By the way, in Soviet houses, where there is an elevator, there is a grounding bus in the elevator shaft - I welded to it and brought it into the apartment (when I changed the wiring around the apartment, I laid a 3-core cable everywhere)

And there it will not hurt to the company and the RCD (Automatic switches and residual current devices (RCDs) are the main protection devices in electrical networks. Automatic switches protect the network lines from short-circuit currents and overloads.).

Lydia, maybe there is a gap with work interruptions not in PM, but in power surges in the network? - when it is below the permissible - does not work?
By the way, in most modern machines (overvoltage, ouzo) there is an indicator of the current voltage in the network - a handy thing: we have no light, but our neighbors have - I look at the indicator, but the network is 250V! (or 160!) - that means my technique will survive.

ZY kVA and kW are slightly different capacities. You need exactly kW (kilowatts, not kilovolt-amperes)

ZYY Pay attention !!! that, in the warranty coupons and instructions it is UNDERLINED that you undertake to ensure the permissible voltage in the network, and if this condition is not observed, the warranty will be canceled. Based on this and "free" money, an overvoltage machine is cheaper.

Or maybe this is how it should work? Maybe this is her cycle? Mine too does not thresh without interruption.
