Girls, came to you to cry. Again I started having problems with the cartoon. During the cooking process, it turns off completely and the display writes the error E4. After a few minutes I turn it on - it works, but I'm afraid it will soon stop completely. I looked in the instructions, it says that this is a problem with the heating element. And what should I do with her? Maybe someone had such a problem, tell me how to be.

So if 2 years have not passed, maybe you should quickly change it under warranty?

Nadia, but how can they prove their error? Well, I'll bring it to the service, and it works. And I also don’t have a purchase receipt, and they probably won’t take it without it.

Is there a guarantee? Now it seems possible without a check, could we give it to you? And then you hand it over to the guarantee about a periodic failure. You are not saying that it simply does not work completely, and sometimes it crashes. Let's just check its performance. I would do that. And then they will lick your problem and they will have to give an opinion.

Yes, there is a warranty card. I'll try to call the service today.

Then tell me what and how. I have a problem here too. I decided to cook raspberries in my Vesochka and went away for a couple of minutes and the lid was naturally closed, well, of course, there was jam on the table, in a slow cooker, on the floor and in the kitchen environment. Yesterday I washed it, it seems like a little got into the disk, but I'm afraid that I will need to buy a new one. So I'm sitting there studying which Dex 50 or Dex 60 to take? I will definitely tell you.
The agony of choice is also familiar to me, but I can't choose a pressure cooker. Maybe Dexik will appear in the fall.

And I have a pressure cooker, I bought it from Lena (Lyali Toy). I won’t learn all its name, it’s some kind of Italian. But somehow there is no strong friendship with her yet. Maybe from the heat, but my cartoon plows every day. but the pressure cooker occasionally.

Nagy, take 60. I have both, and 50-ku I have the most tender love. But 60 is stronger in terms of functionality. It would be worth taking for Milk Porridge alone!
But they say that the July party was dismantled in record time, and there are few places where they still remain. So if you see - grab it urgently! The next batch may appear only in a few months.

So I have an Italian !!! I no longer need to miss! Lenochka brought me a spare pot and rubber band and all the pleasure for our Ukrainian money cost 780 UAH. Well, not counting the transportation!

Nadyush, I'm not suggesting you grab a pressure cooker, but a 60-ku cartoon. You yourself said that you were wondering which one to take: 50 or 60. I shared my opinion, as I own both models

Damn, that's what it means to do two things at the same time! Instead of the July one, I read the Italian game and therefore understood that you advise me to grab it. Yes, there are also Dexes on sale. I saw yesterday. But until I buy, finance is singing romances. Yes, and my Vesochka works, so the current checked her, but I want to take a new one. By the way, it is the milk that torments me most of all now, it means that the boom is taken later than 60! Thank you, druh!

Wrote to Dex's representative about it
can answer something
however, in the case of the Azazy valve, there was only the answer "write to the site" and silence
the representative who helped me in exchange under the guarantee went on maternity leave - thank her very much for her help,

To health
And the milk in the 60's is just perfect. I exhausted all the devices with my barley porridge. I got used to it in a pressure cooker (it was the only one that did not run away), but I need to throw dried fruits separately so that the milk does not curdle. This means that in a pressure cooker, the process becomes more complicated. I bought 60-ku mainly bread for baking (proofing on yogurt), I did not even expect that she would cope with the yachka. But no! A very nice bonus! And bakes, by the way, Manual modes are again not superfluous, I play from time to time. So a justified purchase turned out

So they, as far as I understand, must give a conclusion that the multicooker is faulty. And then with the cartoon and this conclusion, you need to contact the seller for an exchange. No?
Me, by the way, from the office. Dex's website about the valve was never answered Thanks to the forum users Nimart and Alex, they helped Guys, once again, huge to you

So you are not asking for an exchange in the guarantee, but to really give an opinion or repair it. What kind of a service center is this that immediately gave its opinion on the call? Is there still a seller on the market? Maybe then drive up to him? If anything, then scare the consumer protection society! we (sellers) really don't like it! there is a drain of headaches in which case it is better to change the thing, it will be cheaper for yourself. All options should be tried while the warranty is still valid. And the fact that there is no check, so the seller's stamp or seal must be on the guarantee.
IRR
The service center, if there is a guarantee, can give an opinion that they cannot fix it. And with this conclusion one must go to the one from whom they took. Or it will fix it for free, if there is a guarantee, so that Vitala, all is not lost. The seller from whom I took it explained to me so.

In general, I realized about the dex, that according to the 2 year prochet, it begins to slowly crumble, well ... nothing lasts forever under the moon ... considering how zealous we all use it.

Oh, Nagy, that's right, I understood so too
Vitalinka
I didn't have time to ask for anything at the service center. They first of all asked what kind of ticket and immediately kicked off. I don't know about the seller, it's been 1.5 years already, but I'll try to go. Just try to prove that she has malfunctions, because he won't cook in her.

IRR, so I have the opinion that now all equipment is designed for 2 years of service. My HP worked for 2 years, but I managed to repair it and change the bucket under the guarantee. After the repair, 2 years have passed - the bucket leaked. Now I don't know whether to buy a new bucket, or a new HP.

which of the sellers will bother to exchange? although, this check is a convention. I bought a lot of things on my internet and the seller takes my word for it and can always write a check retroactively. The main coupon. Vitalinka, do you have the date and date and signature of the seller in your coupon?

shl. buy a new and inexpensive stove. Now in services for all models of Orions and Delf (and others like them) you can buy a bucket from 100 to 150 grams. Exactly this from Moulinex (EXACTLY THIS, believe me, I stuck it in and measured it - it costs 300)

Vitalinka
IRR, so I just have Moulinex HP, our bucket costs 320g and a mixer 100g. I went and watched Orion 27 - the price for today is 370g, and the functions are the same as those of my Mulinex, only the plastic is certainly worse. So I think.

Vitalinka, this is, of course, a different topic, but my first bread maker in my life was Orion 27G, which cost 330 UAH per share in Foxtrot in March. It was a sin not to buy. Although I have nothing to compare with, but I'm very good. and very good satisfied, for 5 months no jambs were found.

But someone changed! And multicooker, and blender! So, the exchange still works. It's just that contagion service providers don't want to contact. I think they’re playing football on the phone. And if the client does pin down the machine, they will be obliged to tear the ass off the chair.

no not like this. A bucket from Delfa Delfa DB-104708 for 150 grams or a bucket from Mulinex for 320 (exactly the same) Then, this is some kind of sensation. Moreover, you are used to the stove and, apparently, you like it.

and I wrote about 2 mixers, it cost 300 gr in the Mulinex service a year ago. And you have so much for one mixer?
Lozja
Vitalinka! I am telling you how I know all this from my side and from my own experience. Dax has an exchange guarantee, he does not have any coupons with tear-off spines (at least I did not see how much equipment I sold). An exchange guarantee means that you must deal with the defective item exactly to the seller! Further, it seems to me, it happens in different ways, depending on whether it is a store, an Internet store, or just an emergency, like my husband. Let me tell you how this happens next in our case. We work with the supplier from whom this product was purchased, there is an invoice and a record in their database (or something like that). We send them the faulty goods, and there must be a fully completed warranty card with a seal and sales receipt! Since we do not have a cash register, a receipt, invoice, etc. can serve as a check. But without a check from me, for example, they did not accept my cartoon, they sent it back, wrote - there is no sales receipt. They don't care what I bought from my husband. I had to make a receipt retroactively.
So, the guarantee or not - only the service of my supplier determines, if the guarantee is exchange. That is, no other services have anything to do with this technique at all. This is the essence of the exchange guarantee - only to the seller, and he, in turn, to the supplier, and those to his supplier, etc. In general, I give it to my suppliers, and the further chain does not concern me at all. They give me the final result.

I don't even know what to advise you in this situation. You didn't know about this exchange guarantee when you bought the cartoon from your hands on the market? Now only one chance is to find this seller. Or, if it becomes really bad with the cartoon, find a good handy master and ask him to fix it for money.

What I wrote above is just my representation of the situation, I will not undertake to give a grudge that this is true, but I understand everything exactly as I wrote it.
Vitalinka
Lozja , thank you very much!
I do it almost like you do - I just bought it in an emergency without a check. I'll try to find a seller.

Well, just almost. We provide buyers with an expense document for sales, and we have an office. I was left without a check, because whoever will do checks there if he buys from himself. ))
In your case, it will be salvation if this seller is permanent on the market, and has not bought a batch of cartoons, left, sold, and has long been engaged in other business elsewhere. Then only paid repairs will remain.
Good luck to you! Let your seller be found and he remains in touch with the supplier.
Vitalinka
THANK YOU!!!

A little more about services and about the fact that they should issue an opinion. Services are not state organizations, no one pays their salaries. If the service is authorized, it works for certain firms that pay him money for the guarantee service. For example, we were approached by a Kiev service that serves Foxtrot stores. Well, my husband entered into an agreement with them for warranty service of equipment (computer, mobile, etc.), which was bought in our Foxtrot. For each such repair or diagnostics, this Kiev firm transfers money to her husband. According to this principle, as I understand it, services work.
Since Dax has an exchange guarantee, that is, Dax does not pay services for diagnostics and repair of this equipment, then there is no reason for the services to engage in any kind of warranty service of Dax equipment. Therefore, they immediately kick off. They just don't want to waste time and energy on something that no one pays them for. Something like this. Plus, probably, this conclusion, even if someone makes it to you, will have no effect for your seller and his supplier in the event of an exchange guarantee. So it seems to me.

I think that the Dex company pays a lot of money to these very centers, which undertake the obligation to exchange their equipment. By analogy with my former company. We fought for the right to service Inter's equipment. The equipment is quite reliable, there were practically no complaints, and they received money on the account regularly !!!

I think that the Dex company pays a lot of money to these very centers, which undertake the obligation to exchange their equipment. Similar to my former firm. We fought for the right to service Inter's equipment. The equipment is quite reliable, there were practically no complaints, and they received money on the account regularly !!!

And what service centers undertake to exchange Dax equipment? I just don't know.I proceeded solely from what others write and from my personal experience with the supplier. Where are they - service centers that are engaged in diagnostics and exchange of Dax equipment? I have this service of my supplier, I don’t know others. Maybe they are where, but for some reason there is nothing about this in the guarantee. The sellers are engaged in the exchange, who and how they diagnose and change this technique is a different matter. Although, I do not exclude that I do not know something.

I read again carefully what you wrote and delved into it. That's right, the service centers that deal with Dax equipment are directly the services of the suppliers themselves, their task is to diagnose and conclude. But these are not services that you can simply come to from the street and bring equipment, as it seems to me. It seems to me that these are services of large wholesale and small wholesale firms. I explained the situation with simple service workers, which you can come to in any city with a question about repairs. Well, something like this. I don’t know how best to explain.

Therefore, they kick off with Dax in services - if they had contracts with Dax, they would have to take this technique. And so - the exchange guarantee concerns the seller and the supplier from whom he took it, that's all I tried to convey.
Lozja
Everything is even simpler, and you don't need to guess, we read at the office. website:

For warranty questions for DEX equipment, please contact your place of purchase. The list of service centers below applies only to repaired equipment (water heaters, washing machines, air conditioners)

For affordable and functional DEX household appliances, in confirmation of product quality, the trademark gives a guarantee of up to two years depending on the product from the date of sale of the product, with the right to exchange equipment for a similar one in the event of a product malfunction due to the fault of the manufacturer (provided that the product is used without violations rules of operation, without mechanical damage and traces of opening).

Exchange equipment: during the warranty period, in the event of a product malfunction due to the fault of the manufacturer, the equipment is exchanged for a similar one in the trading network.

The basis for the exchange of a product is a correctly executed and fully completed warranty card at the time of sale, where the model, serial number of the product (if present), the date of sale of the product, the name and stamp of the trading organization, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase must be indicated products (cash register receipt or sales receipt).

during my exchange, they told me that they (my online store from Kharkov) will send my cartoon to the Dex SC in Kiev, and if they agree to the exchange, the store will send me a new one
i.e according to them, only SC Dexa gives an indication of this
My phone calls to the SC of an online store in Kharkov put me in a state of shock - they got rid of me "call back then ..."
in Kharkov I was told "we will send to Kiev, and they will send us a conclusion on your cartoon"
by the way, the warranty card was only printed, I filled it out myself

If the cartoon is broken, you need to contact the seller 100%. He sends him to Kiev, where they make a conclusion and send back a new cartoon. I am also from Kharkov, my friend bought a Dex-50 in the Electronic World and asked for help. So I called the whole chain, starting from SC Dex in Kharkov, to the very store El. world and SC store El. world.
And in this thread I asked for help, because Elmira's SC was slightly freezing. But everything went well, my friend was given a new cartoon Dex-50. There was also a problem with the heating elements. He stopped warming at all!

since I personally could not hand over the cartoon to my store, the notorious Elmir, the consumer protection society was advised to correctly draw up a cover letter that will tell everything

my cover letter:

date

To the attention of employees of the service center LLC "Electronic World"

On that date, I bought a Dex-50 multicooker for such and such a sum, received without instructions and a recipe book
(order number ____, invoice number _____, serial number ______)

On such and such a date, the multicooker watch glass has fogged up during the "steam cooking" program.
After drying, I found a detached edge and cracks appeared on the watch glass.

I ask for a warranty repair within 14 days.

Best regards, full name, mob phone _____, address ______

I enclose:
multicooker Dex 50 serial number _________
saucepan, cord, glass, delivery-steamer, spoon, spatula, holder
warranty card
sales receipt No. ______ (copy)
invoice number ______ (copy)
covering letter

but on the phone every time I had to explain everything all over again, as if no one had seen this letter in their eyes
