Garlic donuts

Ingredients

milk 300 ml
dry yeast 2 tea. lies.
sugar 2 tea. lies.
margarine 50 g
eggs 2 pcs
flour 500-600 gr
sunflower oil 1 tbsp. lies.
Garlic dressing:
garlic 6 tooth.
salt 0.5 tea. lodges
water (boiled, chilled) 2-3 st. lies.
sunflower oil 2-3 st. lies.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve dry yeast in milk with sugar.
  • 10 minutes after the formation of the frothy cap, add the egg and a glass of sifted flour. Pour in melted, slightly cooled margarine and sunflower oil. Add the remaining flour a little.
  • Knead the dough well and leave it in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. During this time, it should grow at least twice.
  • Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with sunflower oil or cover with parchment paper.
  • We form small balls from the dough and put them in a mold, leaving a distance of about 3-4 cm between them. Leave the donuts for another 10-20 minutes so that they rise.
  • As soon as the donuts are fastened together, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We cut the tops of the donuts with scissors to give them a beautiful shape, grease with whipped yolk mixed with 1 tbsp. l. water.
  • Bake until beautiful golden brown for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Now let's prepare garlic water for donuts. To do this, squeeze out 5-6 cloves of garlic, add a little salt, water and oil.
  • We grease the finished donuts with garlic water immediately after the oven.

In my family, they eat borscht only with donuts and I also make bacon with garlic (twisted in a meat grinder) - especially my husband (he is not a borscht lover), he only agrees that there would be a whole set for borscht
I used a detachable shape of 26 cm. The pampushki turned out to be very tasty, try it, you won't regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!
