They haven't fixed anything. In addition, I found another store in which Dex-50 costs 358 UAH. 🔗

It has a mixer Gorenie 501N for 176 UAH. Moreover, everywhere it costs at least 230 UAH. I called this store and they told me that the price is correct, a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer, a new mixer, a complete set. I sit and think what could be the catch. Order or not? I just wanted to buy this model, but here the price is so low. It worries me. Or am I wrong?

I would also be alerted. Perhaps this model is so stale in warehouses that they decided to sell it at a loss. The cost price of this multi is much higher.

Although ... There is another version in my head. Perhaps this is the new price of the Dax company for this model. Maybe a new model is being prepared for production, so they are selling off the remnants of this one, and will not be released again. Oh, that would be a shame. Everyone is chasing the 60th Dax, although there are not so many differences between them.

For a year and a half, my gum and valve have already smelled specifically of food smells, despite the fact that the cartoon is always open when not in business. There were thoughts in my head - take a new 50-ku. It's now faster to think, or something ...

when the milk boils, the program turns itself off. Wow.
How does the cartoon know that the milk is boiling?
By the way, it happens, and does not turn off, boils for itself .... but this is rare, more often it turns off.
For me, I have to try another discovery myself
maybe off, as the temperature gets over a hundred?
Daffi
Greed won out for me. I ordered the Gorenie mixer. I will pick it up myself. If I don't like something, I'll just refuse.

Online store UkrMart deceivers. I ordered a mixer. And first she called and clarified about the low price. When I placed an order and the manager called back, it turned out that the price was not UAH 176, but UAH 240. Such shops are blacklisted.

Well, now everything is clear. A marketing move, really untidy. This was the very first thought, but I always want to believe in the best.

This is not a marketing ploy, but black self-promotion. I talked about this here, and I will also write on the Kharkiv forum. Because it is dishonorable and stupid to do so. They drown the store with their own hands.

I just was in a warehouse in Technotochka. The managers are shocked there. Calls. When dialing discounts, someone confused the prices. They have a jubilee today 4 years discount 4% So they don't sell mules for 350 gr, they say we would take it for such a price

Tanya, I remembered when I have a big flood, mainly when I cook soup. This will be an indicator - cooking soup on Stew.Cook more than half a pot of soup, do not look in for 30-40 minutes during cooking, and then, abruptly open the lid (the program is still running or has just ended, no Heating!). Now, if you have condensation only in a rubber band, I'll go eat earth.
So, the photo report.
Buckwheat soup with mushrooms. I poured more than the maximum mark. Extinguishing hour. I didn’t look under the lid during cooking. I opened it right after the signal, just in case I even captured this crucial moment:
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
As agreed: she abruptly opened the lid, did not blot anything. The only thing is that Fotala did not immediately let the main pair come out, because he, an infection, was covering the lens. So, pay attention to the gum and puddles of condensation (red, because I pre-fried carrots with mushrooms and onions). I marked the borders of the puddles with toothpicks, just in case:
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
There was more condensation on rice / express, but also not critical. Of course, there was no characteristic "Pshshsh".
Oksanka, don't try to eat land! It's not worth it. And the ability to run a house has absolutely nothing to do with it. I have already said: each unit has its own temper. Yours gives abundant condensate, mine behaves very modestly with condensate, but ... it cracked on the steam valve And now I remove the valve no more than once a month, and every time I twitch: I would not crumble right in my hands. I called the service center - they have no spare
Don't ask for a valve: I don't want to pull it again.
Lozja
Tanya, maybe your crack works like that? I'm joking.
This means that we will assume that half of the copies of all Dacks - the lid heats up more, the steam comes out better. Something like this. Otherwise, nothing comes to mind, because I'm not the only one with so much condensation, and even not only in the 50s, but also in the 60s, no less cases.
Although, to be honest, I remain with the opinion that the whole point is in different exploitation, I will not say more precisely, but purely intuitively and logically - something like that.

Oksan, our lid heats up, as you know, only on baking and languishing. So I cooked cartoons on stewing and express without using the overhead heating element.
As for the management - well, I do not agree! Tell me how you can still use the cartoon if you and I have agreed: there is more than half of the water (I have a little more than the maximum mark), the extinguishing program, do not look under the lid until the end of the program, do not keep it heated. If all conditions are met, the operation cannot be different. Is it that we close the lid somehow differently? But personally I only know one way
I tell you - each unit is individual
Honestly, I'd rather wipe off the condensate than shake over the valve. For if it crumbles, nothing will help my dexico

If there is a problem with the valve, you need to contact the service and demand to replace the entire multicooker Or is the valve a non-warranty case?

Not guaranteed. As well as a saucepan. It is believed that this could be damaged by careless use.

It is necessary to demand from the manufacturer the availability of spare parts for breaking in services. Otherwise it turns out to be a mess. The money was paid, but there was no service. You can at least buy a saucepan, but you can't.

Described. We'll see. Honestly, I don't expect anything worthwhile from this venture. Well, let's see. In any case, I have nothing to lose.

A negative answer is also an answer. Because in this way the manufacturer will show how he treats his customers. If the company is not ready to provide the owners of the multicooker with the necessary, then what's the point of buying the products of such a company.

The slow cooker is good, no one argues. But the manufacturer must take care of service maintenance, provide replacement of breaking parts. In addition, it is still unclear what will happen after the expiration of the warranty period. How can such multicooker be repaired? Early buyers will expire this fall. Some wave of repair problems can be expected.
IRRINA
Something new receipts are not. Maybe they will sell it and go to the bottom? All the same, 2 years of exchange guarantee is something

This is yes. But so far there is no answer. However, it is too early to draw conclusions from this - only a few hours have passed since I sent them a request.
But about a two-year guarantee ... Somewhere I met information that a real guarantee is a year, and the second is like consulting services

Nothing is true. My suppliers, if written, have a two-year warranty, which means two years. And everywhere else, I think. A guarantee is a guarantee in Africa, not a consultation.

It turns out !!!
Yesterday I examined my brand new valve purely outwardly, did not disassemble it. Today I decided to test it for condensate.
Steam valves for Dex-50 are DIFFERENT !!! At least two types.
Look. These are the lower parts:
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
The left one is my old one, with a crack. The crack starts at the insert and goes straight to the end of the valve. And along the perpendicular to the very top - if you look closely, you can even see a point from above - this is a type of crack profile.
The right one is new. But after cooking. And we cooked black beans with him, as you can see in the photo
The upper parts are also different:
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
On the old one there is a recess for the lock that sticks out on the lower one.
However, different valve designs does not affect the amount of condensate! Here's what happened after boiling black beans (up to mark 5, stewing mode, 40 minutes, without heating, opened abruptly):
Multicooker DEX DMC-50
She pulled out the pan - the steam interfered with the photo. As you can see, there is no more condensation than after my previous photo report.
nimart
in my old cartoon dex50 was a valve without a tail, like you have in the photo, right, and a valve with a tail is like in dex60.

probably, the dex60 model was slightly improved and dex50, adding a hinged steamer, modifying the valve, maybe even in the "stuffing"

valve with tail is easier to open-close
perebachte, I know to be buggy - now there is no Russian alphabet

Keti, hello! Yes, you are probably right: the valve with the tongue is a newer design (judging by the fact that I bought the cartoon recently compared to most of you, and I came with two steam cookers).

It happened to me. Changed without problems and red tape, when and how it was convenient for me.

Well, I've had my slow cooker for a year and a half, the pan seems to be frayed. It has a shabby bottom and a low wall height. Nothing sticks, but after washing the pan, some kind of white coating appears, as if protruding from the inside. This happens on modern cheap aluminum cast iron. What is there in dex under Teflon is unknown. I ordered a new pot for 179 UAH. in the same store where I bought the cartoon, will be one of these days. I will use the old pan for steaming, than I have not done before, I took care of the coating. I decided that a spare pan would not hurt, because even if the cartoon itself is covered, I will buy either the same (95%) or dex-60.
Regarding wear and tear: I cook in it on average 5-6 times a week, maybe sometimes and more often sometimes less often. These are mainly cereals, baked goods, stewing fish.I only fry the porridge roast at the beginning of the program for Frying vegetables.
Lozja
Girls, I came to show what cool rolls our Daxiki bake. Braid on kefir from Omelka (I have it on homemade yogurt) -

Multicooker DEX DMC-50

And baked buns before that, next time I'll take a picture and lay out the recipe - it turns out something. I would never have thought that such rolls would be delicious and fluffy, like from the oven. The only difference is the pale top and shape, and no difference in taste.
That's all the same, probably all thanks to the strong power of our Daxik and its strong temperature on the Bakery. For tender casseroles, it is too strong, but for yeast dough - just right. I think buns are even better than muffins because of the high temperature.
I have been without an oven for the second month already, and only now I decided to try baking rolls in a cartoon, in vain I dared so long.

It was I who didn’t give Genesis the temperature just now, when the heat was not yet there, or I didn’t keep it, and I ended up with some kind of "underdoiogurt". And from "nedoyogurts" I always bake Omelushkin braid, bake until all the failed yogurt is used.
