Slavina, 60 is expected from day to day. Maybe you should wait for her, since you're in the mood? Yoghurt is in the 50s, of course, you can make if you want, but some dances with tambourines are coming. Yoghurt is better either in a yogurt maker or in a 60-ke.
It's clear about the spare bowl: the family is big, cook a lot, with two bowls and one cartoon it will be more convenient (and with two cartoons it will be even more convenient!). But here's what I didn't understand - why are you going to purchase an additional steamer? There are already two of them in both models: hinged and internal, both are included.
And this is accurate information that 60ka from day to day? I've been waiting for her for 3 months)) I'm tuning in to 50k

Exact! Wait until Saturday at most! Maybe even tomorrow there will be ...
Slavina
azaza, thank you very much for your reply!
So I will, I will wait for Dex 60.

At first I didn't understand and hurried to ask ... It seemed to me that there is only one double boiler in the MV Dex 50 - a low plate with legs. Thank you for the clarification!
and with two cartoons it's even more convenient!
you can't argue with that. But for now, I'll try to master one, but who knows.

Now I live in two houses, and there are a lot of all kinds of devices, except for the multicooker. And a yogurt maker, a bread maker, a double boiler and a hedgehog are available with them. But on the cartoon as it is not ripe earlier.

Tell me how to completely turn off Dex50 when you are not cooking anything? Should the red light on the start button flash when nothing is being prepared?

It should be a standby mode.
And completely turn it off - pull the wire out of the socket.

thank you very much for your reply.

It's strange, girls, I'm probably behind the times, but I've never seen Dex 50 with 2 steamers throw a reference at me, pliz!

You cannot set the time less, and if you need to increase the baking time, then just start it again at the end of the program.
..Elena..
Thank you very much Vitalinka for your answer.

Hello everyone!
Tell me, how can the clock be adjusted? I understand that they are walking while they are walking and that's it ... My time is already showing incorrectly ... And when switching to winter-summer ... Maybe somewhere, something opens and how is it adjusted?

Press the Clock button and hold. When you start blinking, adjust. The same with the minutes.

In the sense of the "Hour."

what a beauty!!! but how to get it out of the multi so neatly? in the recipe, the mold is detachable for the oven .. and here you need accessories?
Daffi
Unreal beauty. I can imagine how delicious it is (squinting at the scales and upset). Haven't you tried all the same, but without a test pad? Well, to get just a curd soufflé or something like that.

Yes, paper with a high border. Now I'll tell you how to do it carefully. We take paper and cut out a large circle or square, with a margin relative to the diameter of the saucepan. Then we turn over the saucepan and carefully make cuts from edge to edge of the bottom of the saucepan, make the sun, in general. Then we put this sun in a saucepan, overlap the rays of the sun on the sides of the saucepan and everything turns out neatly and without folds of paper. Then for the same rays and pull - quickly and with someone in 4 hands. Just let the cake cool, or it can fall apart along the way.

I sometimes make such casseroles without dough - not that, in our Dex, tender casseroles are not very good, you know. So this layer of dough just keeps on itself the temperature that comes from below. And it turns out something airy and just the right thing. Try it, I myself was surprised by this result.
The curd mass was whipped in a blender, and not with a mixer, as in the recipe. The starch is necessarily corn, with potatoes such tenderness does not work.
Daffi
Thank you. I have not made curd casseroles in Dex yet, so I don't know what the problem is with them. Can the bottom of the saucepan be lined with foil to remove some of the heat?

Have not tried. The temperature is too high in our decks. For bread and rolls - ideal, for delicate curd casseroles - steep, they are slightly baked from below, if kept longer, then fall after cooling.
In this cake, the filling also rose strongly, but then nothing fell off sharply, dropped a little and that's it, it's still very airy inside.

Regarding the figure - there are enough hazards for it in the filling itself - and sour cream, and sugar, and starch. So don't worry about this thin layer of dough. To die, so with music, as they say.
And the cottage cheese in my pie, by the way, is zero - fat-free. At least some joy for my conscience.

Oh, I forgot to clarify - in the cartoon I did 2/3 of the total amount of ingredients.

I was walking along the Scarlet-Yummi multi-cooker branch and I read somewhere that girls like souffle cook in steam baskets, it turns out they were bragging about. In my opinion, if I'm not mistaken, Penguin did so.

That oto, Ksyusha. And I vote for baking, and if curd, then finally. Let it fall, I'm not at the exhibition. I still have these favorite "pussies". Eggs, cottage cheese, raisins, dried apricots, starch, sugar, and a blender, refrigerator, then to Deksik - here is the recipe for cottage cheese happiness.

I didn't understand why first in the refrigerator, and then in Daxik? It's usually the other way around for me.
Grypana
Wow, I'm a bastard, semolina, not starch, sometimes starch. Because of the semolina, all the fuss. Well, the semolina should swell, I'm putting everything together, and then in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or maybe until the morning. And then I just bake. I have a recipe. Maybe in an abnormal way, but somewhere in the last century I still learned and still do it.

So ask what is not clear. I don’t know how to explain it better, I didn’t think of taking a picture.
Daffi
Somewhere in this thread there were photos of how to lay out paper.
Keti
I just make long strips of 4-5 centimeters in width and length from baking paper so that they look out of the saucepan, put them on a cross, and cover the ends of the strips with a lid and then pull them out.

Lozja, and the dough also made 2/3 of the norm?

Yes, only 2/3 of both the dough and the filling.

Now I'll put the buns and draw how to cut the paper.

Did you immediately put the filling on the dough or, as in the recipe, baked it first, and then with the filling?

We do everything according to the recipe - lay out the dough, make a high side (I then equal it already in the cartoon with a plastic scraper), turn on the Baking. Cooking the filling quickly. After 10 minutes, turn off the cartoon, put the filling, fruits on top and turn on the Baking again, full cycle, 45 minutes. While baking - we have a rest, we do not look into the cartoon. Truncated. Then I take out the saucepan from the multi to cool down faster, and then I take out the pie itself.

Yes, it's there to do something, take longer to read. The only thing that takes time is flattening the dough along the bottom and making a side. The rest is nonsense if there is a blender. I recommend making the dough, as the author did - in a blender, well, it turns out very quickly. The filling is in the same place. Good luck!

Only I made a mistake there, instead of semolina - I wrote starch I Do with semolina.
Olya, it is possible, of course, once at a time it is not necessary, everything is from memory, and by eye only, it seems to me that everyone knows and uses this recipe - beat 3-4 eggs (you can also separately, when I divide into proteins, yolks, when not ), a pound of cottage cheese or curd mass, sugar to taste (I always have more than half a glass), vanilla, if the cottage cheese is dry - a little sour cream or kefir, but not fundamentally, semolina - zhmenya, or two. Add raisins, dried apricots, apples, cherries, whatever you want. Stir everything, put it in the refrigerator. The semolina is swollen there, wait a little or a lot, then grease the saucepan with oil, pour in the dough. Baking mode, 1 cycle, and it will stand there on heating for a little 5-10 minutes. That's the whole recipe. More often I do this in the evening so that I can bake it in the morning.
