Why is it cute and the power is good, why not look at the VT-5014, free hands are always more convenient, and when necessary, you can take it in your hands: girl_wink: Only I did not see the price

The answer is, though it's too late!
Natasha, I reported about the purchase of a mixer right here.
And what a breakdown, it just stopped turning on.There was no smell of burning, I took it to the store. The seller initially did not put a stamp on the beginning of the guarantee, but it can be seen and remembered me. Since I wanted to buy Zelmer from him, and he persuaded me to do this MPM. He checked it and said that it would be better to send the mixer to the city of supply - Lviv. It will be much faster than service. If you need to change which part, then they will change it faster. I was waiting for a replacement for almost a month. He said at first the relay flew, when they brought it in, the motor was changed
To my surprise that there was no burning smell, he said, it happens. I didn’t understand much, I really missed him (you get used to good things quickly) and went home sooner. And what was the surprise at home when I began to insert corollas and one of them is not fixed, falls out. It can be seen that the nests were not correctly placed during assembly, they were reversed. Sent back to Lviv

Our bowl does not rotate. I, by the inertia of thinking, always stand and slowly rotate it with my hands. And the wife basically turns on and leaves. As a result, the biscuit is the same.

Hello. I reread the Temko. You need a hand mixer mainly for whipping proteins on a meringue, biscuit and protein cream. I will use it often. The old one recently burned down (it was still Soviet), I want to buy a powerful and reliable new one. Needed without any bells and whistles and grinders, just good whisks and powerful, practical. I looked at such models:
1. MOULINEX HM610130
2. Mixer Bosch MFQ 4030
3. Philips 1571
Girls, please tell me from personal experience which model should be chosen. Thanks a lot in advance.

I have Bosch, but a slightly different model and Moulinex 500 watts. I can say that both are good.
But I can't say anything about Phillips.
Vilapo
NatkaM, I have a Bosch MFQ 3550 with a small grinder, a similar model 36400 only with whisk. Works great, whips quickly and efficiently. Lightweight, the hand does not get tired The Bosch MFQ 4020 mixer differs from mine only in design, well, whoever likes it

From the above, I would choose 1. Moulinex HM615130 Powermix
This is really a beast, bizet whips into a dense mass with a standing spoon, and does not even heat up.
Compared to the Zelmer 381.61 SL that has been in active use for several years ... it's like a Zaporozhets and a Mercedes ...
Zelmer heats up, makes more noise, cannot whip up squirrels in a bizet in the normal mode on a stand, has a fragile and inconvenient attachment to the bed, has fragile rims, from which plastic elements simply fall off.

Moulinex on a standard stand and in a standard container can easily beat 2 squirrels into a dense thick mass for bizet only at the third speed out of 5 (which Zelmer could NEVER do even at the 5th without using a smaller container), practically does not heat up, it works quieter , the plastic of the bowl, and its fastening is of better quality, the rims are completely metal, with 2 plastic inserts (the gear is the bowl drive and the protective cap, but they are fixed on both sides with metal and are made of strong plastic.)
It is very convenient and reliable to remove and place the mixer on the stand. There is also no such eternal problem in the zelmer with the rims touching the bottom of the bowl, here everything is clearly a 1 mm gap and no backlash. The mixer itself is heavier than the Zelmer one, in the manual version it will probably be heavy, but on a stand it is not so important, although it sits better in hand without a stand than the former Zelmer.

Moreover, from the experience of using Zelmer 381.61 SL ... I can say that I do not recommend buying such an inconvenient and bad mixer at all, this is wasted money and a bunch of problems. There is also a negative experience of use with Zelmer meat grinders ...

After tormenting with Zelmer, I was already seriously thinking about planetary mixers, and almost bought KitchenAid, but thought better of it in time ... decided to take a chance and buy this moulinex ... the mixer lived up to expectations, for tasks bizet, biscuit and protein cream, ice cream ... suitable in all respects.

Shl. Although advertisements and posts on forums regularly trumpet about the super-duper Zelmer technique ... Think and don't get fooled.

Hello everyone! I want to share my impressions of the new mixer, maybe someone will help with the choice. After the "death" of my old Chinese mixer (well, he did not master the "wet meringue" for 4 squirrels to beat!) My husband was urgently equipped to the store for a new one, because she was making a cake to order, decorating with "wet meringue" and running out of time. ... BUT! Thank you very much to everyone who writes to this Temko, because I already knew about what I wanted .... Alas, in our stores the choice is scarce, therefore it was purchased BOSCH 3646/. I wanted BOSCH 3560, BUT there was nowhere in our city!
I have been actively using it for two months now. I can't get enough of it. Stationary bowl with rotation is THING !!!! He twists himself, whips himself! Came up and abandoned - wait, admire. Biscuits with whipped eggs for 10-15 minutes are really taller and more luxurious! Well, I didn’t have enough patience with the old manual one to stand for 10 minutes.))) Moreover, a small child requires attention all the time .... It can be easily removed from the stand. By weight itself is light. Beats up quickly. The last time I made a cream "wet meringue" for 5 proteins - quickly, my hand did not have time to get tired. Nor does it get hot! And it works quietly. Minus - the bowl rumbles a little when I use it as a stationary one, although I have nothing to compare with, maybe this is intended. So thank you all for your help!

I wonder if it is as light and quiet as its predecessors? We don't have this in stores at all, and it's not always available in online stores.

Hello everybody. After reading the reviews in this Temka, I bought myself a BOSH 3560 mixer with a stationary bowl 5 days ago. The only question is: in your mixer, the beaters do not reach the bottom either by about 0.5 cm, or am I inserting something wrong?

Thank you. As I understand now, for beating 2-3 proteins, it is still better to use it as a manual one?
I bought it especially with a bowl, because after work in the evenings on weekdays I often bake muffins and casseroles.Last night I made a charlotte, beat my new Bosch 4 eggs (not divided into whites and yolks) until the sugar dissolved for about 12 minutes at the highest speed. And so the build quality and work is excellent, moderately noisy. Let's see further.

In my Phillips, the corollas are scraping straight along the bottom, I even worry about him. Is it okay?

So long? I do not beat any proteins and eggs for more than five minutes, in the sense that it takes about 1.5 minutes to beat the whites, and 4-5 minutes for eggs with sugar not more! ...

I can't say anything either. I bought mine only after one forum member here whipped everything in her recipes in 1-2 minutes, and I didn’t finish off 10 on the old one
So I asked her in the wild about the model of her mixer and bought myself one. And after the first time I was stunned by how cool and quickly he whips everything up. And then I bought a second one, almost the same, but with a bowl. As a result, I just use manual, the first one))) it is always at hand, compact and convenient, and the bowl is lying under the rubble of various containers, silicone and molds, etc., getting too lazy))))

Ksenia V, to be honest, I was a little puzzled, you whipped for 12 minutes. at the highest speed? This is too much, I have a model 3550 (without a stand), the biscuit whips perfectly in about five minutes. I have no complaints about this mixer at all, it works great. Maybe you need to try for comparison, do the same, but in manual mode and compare

Girls, everything, figured it out. Last night on YouTube I found videos about the 3560 mixer, and that's it - I really did not insert the mixer correctly on the stand, it turns out that you have to press the lever on the delivery and insert the mixer. And the gaps between the beaters and the bowl are now only 2mm. I'll try to work with him on the weekend.

I fully agree with the statement sd255 about mixer Zelmer... I bought a stationary mixer with a bowl less than two years ago and has already "died". The motor is still alive, but the plastic gears inside, which actually turn the corollas, are completely worn out, which indicates poor quality. I tried to find a replacement, but from Poland they can only be brought with a motor. I didn’t often use the mixer, didn’t make tight dumplings dough on it, did yeast dough no more than 20 times, mainly used for biscuits and cream.
In general, I do not recommend buying a Zelmer stationary mixer!

There are a lot of positive reviews about Zelmer meat grinders, so people are on this wave and buy Zelmer products, assuming that they are all at a high level. But it turns out that this is not entirely true.
