Add flour, stir with a spoon, and then turn on the mixer.
I do this too, otherwise it still gets dusty.

So on the first and dusty
Apparently, all the same, there are no special secrets, you have to use a spoon. I didn't want to
Vilapo
Maybe we all write about different mixers? I am writing about the Boch 3550 in it the first speed is so low that nothing is dusty. I didn't write about Zelmer, they can't stir the flour at first speed, they have to stop and stir with a spoon

Can anyone advise on how to make sure that when flour is mixed in, this flour does not scatter in a cloud all over the table? The mixer is also a mulinex with a bowl.
Pour flour in small portions into the center of the bowl so that the mixer rakes it up with whisk gradually, and you will be happy.

Shl. I have a mixer Mulinex HM615130 Powermix.

I specifically wrote in the first message what kind of mixer I have. Mulinex HM615130 Powermix

Pour flour in small portions into the center of the bowl so that the mixer rakes it up with whisk gradually
But this should be tried. thanks for the advice

Interestingly, but now in all mixers the attachments are automatically pushed out, by pressing a button or do you need to take them out?
Vilapo
I have three different mixers and in all the nozzles are pushed out with a button
Lagri
I assumed so. Now, probably all brands do this.
AlenaT
Earlier, even in Rosinka and Rosi, there were also push-out corollas ...

I don't know if I'm writing here or not ... If anything, kick in the right direction.
Interested in Bomann KM 370 CB (especially the price)
Mixer Mixer
Power - 1200 W
Bowl volume - 5 L
Number of speeds - 7, Pulse mode
Attachments - Whisk Attachment, Kneading Attachment
Anybody have? Tell me what?

Lena, where I just didn’t look for reviews, but I didn’t find it. I already wrote here that I need an inexpensive gift, in this the price suits me very much and at the same time scares me)))

They say that Bohmann is the same Clathronic. We discussed it somewhere here. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=8100.340 or here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...n=com_smf&topic=173608.20
Here is Klatronic Mixer
Masinen
I was told that the Boman is assembled at the same plant in China as Kenwood. Therefore, they are so similar in appearance.
Elena Bo
Then why is it so much cheaper? It is very interesting inside plastic or metal. For that kind of money I really want. But I don't want it to break in a month or even a year. In general, I love all my equipment and usually it does not break and serves for a very long time. Now I have two Wishlist itching.
celfh
In the otzovik bomann 367 discussed. Everything seems to be the same, only with nozzles. To the work of the mixer, it seems like there are no questions, more and more about the difficulties with the attachments (device, washing)

I'm still very interested in the weight of the kneader, but they don't write anywhere ((

No, it still does not help Unless you pour half a teaspoon

We pour in the center + scattering in a thin layer over the bowl, if the layer is thin, then it is normal and does not get dusty.

Thank you, Arkady, for the advice! I will order one of these days!

I also bought my own the other day. Thought to take this Bosch, but accidentally ran into a discount. My Tefal HT4121 seems to be the same as the Moulinex HM4121. For the money that I got it, a 450-watt one is just a gift. Quiet, pulls tight and does not overheat. Inside, the cooling turbine is decent and the air after 25 minutes of kneading came out of it slightly warm (kneaded the dough with whisk on the curd cake). For practical reasons, I was looking for a plastic cup, not glass. Bosch has a + oblique gear - almost everyone has straight lines everywhere. At the bosch, the stirrers are fired, at the tefal they are pushed out. The length of the wire for both is decent, noticeably more than a meter. At the edges of everyone, flour remains during kneading, I take it off with a complete spatula on the go. In general, I am very pleased with him.
OlgaYUB
all! You dispelled all doubts for me! I take it with peace of mind! Thank you! True, there are no discounts

Good day! A question has ripened, perhaps a stupid one. I am now in search of a mixer, I tend to the manual one, I looked at the Bosch MFQ 4020. One moment is embarrassing - that the tips of the corollas (I don’t know what they are called correctly) are plastic, not metal. Actually the question is - how reliable are they? I will not use it very often, 2-3 times a month, I think. I just have a negative experience with a chopper in a Philips blender (the gear in the lid has worn off), and both me and my mother have two lids - a native one and purchased in a service. I really don't want to run into the same thing in a mixer. Maybe you should still choose completely metal - if so, what would you advise? or not to bother? Who uses Bosch - there were no such problems?
If I wrote something wrong, sorry - I have been reading the forum a long time ago, but I am writing for the first time
Taia
In my 30-year-old mixer, the ends of the beaters are made of plastic. Wholes. But the mixer is not Bosch, just Soviet.
And what you write about Philips, about exactly that type of breakdown in the grinder - it is typical for many brands, both cheap and expensive. This is completely different.

Yes, not like, but the same thing. It's just "games played by international concerns and holdings."

And my hand-held Scarlett was capricious, once he just refused to turn on. After assembly and disassembly, it seems, it worked, but there you need to change the brushes. So I came here to read to be "aware" of which one to buy, in which case ...
Can all mixers with a bowl be used in manual mode?

Do not pull with worn out brushes, change. You can select and fit on the construction market, for example, from a screwdriver. The worn out brushes "kill" the anchor. And it's easier to buy a new device.

Probably I can't wait for an answer to my question on this page about the Saturn ST-FP1027 mixer
He looks strong, with a planetary system, a decent bowl, I haven't found a single review on the network.
Arkady _ru
pinochio, on the market in reviews about it, of the shortcomings, only weight)) wrote a person dealing with Kitchen aid in the restaurant business
pinochio
At last!!! Waited for an answer !!!
There was Phillips, he worked for 6-8 years almost every day. But recently licked the drive gears. When disassembling, it turned out that the reason for licking is in the large backlash (from time and wear) of the drive bushings.
From what I watched on the net, I have a crush on Saturn. And the price is reasonable and ... somehow the size of the device inspires hope for metal gears, rolling bearings and, as a result, reliability. I'm not particularly scared that this is Chinese. The Chinese sometimes do better than the Europeans.
In second place was Bosch, but somehow he was not impressed with either the declared power or reliability. Painfully small housing for 400 W power, and even gears. This seems suspicious to me. Everything should be proportionate. A normal anchor of this power, with a direct drive (without a gear), should weigh under 1 kg.
Although I may be wrong.
Arkady, please throw the link of this market, be kind !!!
Thank you in advance.

Nowhere in Russia did I find Saturn in stock, only in Ukraine. Outwardly I liked it. And I found one review - laudatory.
pinochio
Arkady, thanks for the info about the market. I already found it.
I will take it.
I will definitely write a review.
4.9 kg. the mixer MUST be good!
My Phillips weighs at most 1.2 - 1.5 kg.

pinochio, we are looking forward to your feedback!
What a fine fellow you are! I wish my husband would help me choose the technique!
pinochio
Anna, merci for a compleman, of course, for a fine fellow, a cucumber!
What remains for me?
The only two dishes I can do is make dumplings and spread a sandwich! Frying a kebab does not count.
All I have to do is to make money on goodies, kitchen gadgets, etc., and to look for a convenient and reliable kitchen on the net. device.
The beloved wife does the rest.

Wow "only "! First, I need to find reasons that I need this, then choose the best model, and then get some money to buy, and if you also need to connect, like a PMM, then again a lot of nerves. Yes, even if it's hard and voluminous, then ask to find time to call in to pick up.
In general, my husband is good, but with household appliances we have it. But everything related to purchases related to the car is solved quickly and independently.

Therefore, I will not choose a mixer.

I definitely don't need a kneader at this stage, but the next mixer I probably would like with a stand.

I understand, thanks. I've already whipped a couple of biscuits on it, I'll definitely be careful about the next one before installing new brushes.
But it’s still necessary to get out to the market somehow .... And time can’t be stretched out!

Probably I can't wait for an answer to my question on this page about the Saturn ST-FP1027 mixer
He looks strong, with a planetary system, a decent bowl, I haven't found a single review on the network.
Here's a link with a couple of reviews: 🔗

And here is another page with reviews about the mixer, also Saturn, but only model ST-FP1025:
Taia
So in the review and write about the poor quality.
My opinion about Saturn is.
pinochio
Today I could not resist, drove into a local int / store, talked. They refused to sell Saturn and Orion altogether. Very frequent breakdowns.
Then I drove into the service, there is the same opinion.
It's sad !!!
I was disposed towards this mixer.
It remains one to take Boshik.
But Bosch suffers for little things and constantly:
A week later the refrigerator began to flicker with a light bulb (although it has been working for 10 years without problems) Button defect.
The combine that cuts into cubes - the problem with blocking the blender (probably not only my problem), disassembled, there is too wise blocking. The Germans overdid it in terms of security. Simplified - works without problems.
Hairdryer - they also misunderstood, I had to dig deeper.
From Bosch, only a double-circuit boiler has been working without problems for 17 years and a smart, sophisticated iron is self-ironing.
TTTTTTT.
I want a powerful mixer, with a large bowl, well, moderately reliable. From the network, no matter how you look at one misunderstanding. How we agreed! Or a power of 500 watts, but a bowl with a fist. Don't eat, just stain your teeth! (Moulinex), or nothing for yourself! , but the power of the mixer will only be enough to mess up at the bottom.
In general, I'm still AGAIN !!! at the crossroads.
Tired already !!!
Just take it and refuse cakes and pastries !!!
By God !!!
annnushka27
pinochio, and Moulinex HM615130 Powermix was not considered? At 44 p. sd255 I left a very good review about it. I plan to take it. What do you think? I would like to hear your opinion. Thank you.
fruktis
Annnushka27, I also looked at him and at Bosh'iki. I just haven’t decided yet whether I need a bowl ... but I look, many Bosch advise ... And about this Mulinex I read somewhere that the first speed in it is very high. I would like it to be small. In Boch, the plastic on the corollas scares me off, I wrote above. So what else is also in search. I was still staring at Tefal, but I was still undecided. For me, the difficulty is that everything is through the Internet, I can't feel anything myself, in our city there are only Zelmers, basically, and different nouns with a hard-to-read name, but I want something reliable. I will listen with you to what smart people will say
annnushka27
fruktis, so I choose everything, but I decided that I needed a bowl, I felt the Moulinex mixer in the store, though it was manual, but the price ..., in the internet with a bowl is cheaper, so you still have to order. the high first speed is confusing, but not very much. I seem to have decided, it's just that there are other costs now, not up to the mixer. There is time to think.
fruktis
But what else is interesting to me - again, probably a stupid question. I don’t have any mixer at all, I suffer with a whisk on a blender, sometimes I take some Br from my neighborown seems to be (not Brown). 350 W is written on it, but it does not whip up very well after it, I always finish it off a little with a blender (proteins and cream). So I'm wondering, is the declared power on the `` famous '' mixers and on the `` no-names '' really the same, or is it a lottery? That is, if the same Moulinex or Bosch 350 W will whip in the same way, or is it better? Has anyone compared? My mother has an old Moulinex about 18 years old, probably, the speed switch has broken on it, it is threshing on one, it is not known which one, so I cannot check it myself (and my mother is 100 km away from me), but I don’t really remember how it worked before, but it seems did not complain
annnushka27
I also never had a mixer, I also whip everything with a whisk from a blender, I have 2 of them, one Brown, he is many years old, very good, and the second Dex. It happens and two at once, such as a mixer.
fruktis
two at once - it's strong! I’m already bored with one - if it weren’t for the button that you need to keep constantly, then maybe I would have suffered ... I’m actually not going to use it very often, but I want, like people have Pancake-muffins, you can quickly use a blender, but on biscuits, cream and some creams, I still think the mixer will be better. Although I do not bake cakes every day, only for the holidays (my own and my family), and sometimes I pamper my beloved husband (he really wants to be pampered more and more often). Here is the beloved husband and promised to the DR mixer - begged. DR, the truth has passed a long time ago, but I choose everything
And I still can't decide on the cup. It seems to be as you want, but I doubt whether it is really needed, if you use it 2-3 times a month, it will only take up space.
