How do I delete a message? I thought I had 3530, but I have a different model with a bowl.
Natka8
I have a Bosch 4020. I chose between this and the 3530 - I preferred 4020 for all-metal rims at the bottom without plastic fasteners (not for balls). It whips everything well, but I did not use it for more than 15 minutes (there was no need): 10 MB-minutes, Napoleon cream (a lot) -15. Happy choice and purchase!
Freesia
Girls, please advise a normal mixer and not expensive for biscuit dough, meringues, pancakes.

Girls, tell me, but these mixers on the Zelmer link with a bowl, they are only stationary, or you can hold them in your hands. I need a mixer too. It seems like a stationary one, but a manual one is needed, for example, for a Wet meringue. I thought I would take Bosch3550, and then there are options.

natalisha_31, Thank you so much! Suitable for the price! Do you know they do not burn quickly? this mom is already on the doorstep of the store, she calls and asks, but I don't get into them myself, right to you: girl_love: I love our forum
Vilapo, Thank you!
Freesia, my neighbor has been using it for three years, probably everything is fine. Have Svetty mixer zelmer, also does not complain.

Anya, of course, you can hold in your hand. Works both stationary and in manual mode.

I have both Zelmer and Bosch, of course better than Bosch. It is lighter, the hand does not get tired so quickly, whips much faster and better than Zelmer.

Vilapo yes I do not argue. Maybe Bosch is better. I showed Freesias inexpensive mixer. In general, all equipment is a lottery. Whoever is lucky.

Girls, 2 years old, cakes and decorating them with mastic have become my hobby .... but mixers (simple and cheap) quickly break down ... I want to buy a professional one, but which one? advise .....
lily
Girls, first I created my own theme and then I saw this one, tell me with the choice of a good professional mixer. if possible in my topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in..._smf&topic=196808.new#new, Thank you

I really like Bork mixers, both stationary and conventional. Stationary, simply gorgeous, steel bowl and body, a bunch of different attachments, and the attachment not only rotates, but also moves in a circle along the walls of the bowl. And very quiet. Stationary, I think, is more convenient for cooking, you can put something there and move away while it mixes.
martik
I already wrote in that topic, but then I will comment on it. All in all, I really like the Bork Stand Mixer with steel body and bowl.Very quiet, does not see and many attachments are included. In general, stationary mixers, it seems to me more convenient for cooking, you can pour something there and do other things while it mixes.

Hello to all experts!
Yesterday they brought here such a mixer
Maybe someone uses this? How is he? how much you can use continuously. The instructions say 5 minutes, and then a break for 5 minutes.
Is it possible to knock down for a biscuit in 5 minutes?

You can be powerful.
Each mixer has its own individual, one for overheating and 5 minutes is enough, and the other will work 10-15 quietly.

Cheap mixers work no more than 5 minutes because they heat up quickly. You can beat it for 10 minutes, no one forbids it, but the device will quickly burn out.

Each manufacturer writes instructions for a reason. Different mixers have different continuous operation time, it depends on the design and power of the device. The minimum I met in the instructions for Electrolux is 2 minutes, Panasonic - 5 minutes, Gorenie - 10 minutes. Bosch is silent as a partisan, the time is not indicated, the girls beat them for 15-20 minutes and nothing, he doesn't get warm.

What exactly do you want to whip for the biscuit? Proteins? It takes about 2-3 minutes, yolks 3-4 minutes or less. And the flour is mixed by hand, without the use of technology, so time does not matter.

You can beat whole eggs, the whole work takes less than 5 minutes if done correctly. Eggs should be at room temperature, they need to be slightly salted, beat until white WITHOUT sugar. After that, gradually add sugar and beat until the desired standing state. Then, in 3-4 steps, introduce the sifted flour, gently mixing it with a silicone spatula manually or with a hand whisk up and down movements.

, honestly, I do not look at the clock, I can see by the appearance of the whipped product when it is possible to add flour. I have a Bosch 3550 with my mixer, I beat as much as I need
Melanyushka
I also have Bosch 3550, I beat it for a long time, as much as needed, cream Wet meringue also needs to be beaten for a long time, I will not say that the mixer is hot at the end of beating. In general, I didn't time the minutes in minutes, I work as much as I need, I never let the mixer down. I am very pleased with my choice.
Bazru
So the first test is done:
The mixer turned out to be just a beast !!!
Perfectly beat the yolks together with the whites in 10 minutes, although I drove it for about 15 minutes to check, turned out to be a little lukewarm. But it makes a noise like a powerful vacuum cleaner
Satisfied with everything 5.
The only drawback is the distance from the end of the whisk to the bottom of the bowl is 1.5 centimeters
because of this, at first it was necessary to slightly raise the entire structure to the side so that it whipped well, then when the volume increased, nothing was needed. 4 eggs were beaten. The volume of the bowl is 3 liters.
Melanyushka
Bazru, congratulations on the successful testing of the new mixer! Try not to lift anything next time, I think the mixer will do just fine and so, in its current working condition, as the whipping proceeds, the bottom layers are captured and mixed, so that in the end the whole mass will beat well.
Bazru
I still had to take Bosch
For the price were almost the same. This one took because of the color black-metal and stainless steel bowls.
Well dkmayu we will survive this noise, not always

It's good that I got into this topic - I just need a mixer
I read you, I will buy myself a Bosch 3530, I bake cakes for myself and my family, I think I can do without a universal chopper with a lid, a glass with a lid, which is in 3550.

I already ordered 3530
You did everything right.
The German site test.de tested a Bosch 3560 (with a rotating thicket) and gave it a very low rating. During the stress test, the device did not pass the test, the bowl's attachment point broke.
At the same time, the mixer itself was recognized as very good and was recommended for purchase, but only in a manual version (Bosch 3530), that is, without a bowl.

Hello everyone!
I also look closely at the mixers, I want to buy with a bowl, I weigh all the pros and cons, because I use them very rarely, maybe the usual one is enough

It seems to me that if you use it rarely, then a conventional mixer is more convenient, since it takes up less space during storage. but this is subjective, of course, depends on the size of the kitchen;)
and so it is convenient with a bowl, if you cook a lot, you can generally buy a fancy one, such as a drill with a planetary system, where the nozzles do not just spin, but move along the perimeter of the bowl.
ksenka5
Yes, with a mixer I just beat the eggs onto a biscuit and make a dough for pancakes. If I don't buy a mixer with a bowl, I understand that I will regret it, so while I am interested in such models

You need to choose a higher power. Number of speeds.
Even if you don't really like the design ... this is the third thing

Girls, what can you say for this model?
Moulinex HM 6151

Power 500 W

Girls, came to you for help Mixer!!! My mixer Ros for 30 years of experience in the kitchen died a heroic death 🔗
I was left with a whisk from a Phillips blender ... but you yourself know what good it is for him
There was a choice, what to takeMixer?
I want a stationary mixer, and more help. But also the price matters
I read the topic from the first page, walked through the sites.
I stopped at a Zelmerb 481.67 mixer. But I called the Internet shops, out of stock. And if there is, then the hryvnia is 100-120 more expensive.
Can be found without Zelmer scales if you search well.
I think I can take Zelmer 481.6 or 481.64 without scales? I have an electronic scale ... but it's so convenient to add food without pulling out the bowl right away, by weight ...
How easy is the Zelmer mixer bowl removed from the base?
I found such a video ... impressive
.

But they also showed the mixer Dex 960 and again became thoughtful
+ in favor of Zelmer
one.bowl with recess-limiter
2.power more than Dex
scales, if any
3.the appearance, and most importantly my favorite green color (under Berner)
+ in favor of Dex
1.the bowl is larger on the floor. liter
2.the price is lower
3.2years warranty. Dex has it as an exchange
4. match my multi Dex60
In short ... help me out of the wilds. The head is already swelling. I want to go shopping now and do not know what to watch.

nila I don’t know how in Ukraine, in Russia Zelmer mixers have a 2-year warranty. I have a zelmer just, without scales, but with a blender, I'm happy, it beats well.
CheBuRashGO
Stopped for a Zelmer mixer
Zelmer respectable China.
Although it is positioned as a type of Poland.
They are doing well. I have their technique.
But not a mixer.
A mixer with built-in scales is a strange thing.
Scales are above all PRECISION!
A mixer is, first of all, vibration!
How and how long these two mutually exclusive aspects coexist within one device is a big question.
Personally, I would not risk it.
Combine a microscope and a hammer in one device in order to avoid minute distraction (put the thicket on separate electronic scales)

Question on the video.
Who was filming there? I want to write to her. Boobs cats are very nice! So cheerful :-)
Kamusik
In my opinion, only because of the greater power, you need to make a choice on the Zelmer! I have it too!

And the hohlushka is filming ... a cake on UT bakes ...

Nevushka, Kamusik, CheBuRashGO! Thank you so much! Convinced in the direction of Zelmer.
And what is the difference between 481.6 and 481.64 ???
olesya26
Girls, what power does Zemler have?
Dex has 300W + Turbo, (so it works at 1 speed, like my old mixer Khortytsya on the last one), I don't turn on the turbo at all, in general, I liked the price of 237 UAH, I decided to take a chance, and I am very happy. I thought the bowl would be large 3.5 liters, but no 6 proteins per biscuit, yolks, sugar and flour, almost a full bowl. And most importantly, hands are free, he manages himself
THANKS to everyone who left feedback in this thread, and thanks to YOU, I have such an assistant

Irina Dolars
Yes, really ... When the assortment is large, it is difficult to choose.
I primarily look at power. Then the quality of the plastic. Weight means a lot too.
And last but not least ... I look into my wallet
If you like the thing - take it! Even with a small overpayment.

About the built-in devices. Each thing must perform its function with high quality
I think so.
I have a separate scale. I threw all the ingredients by weight (or quantity) ... and beat.
