I have this one. 450 watts. Mixer

But for a tough test, I would take more. Bosch MFQ40304 500 Watt

Elena1707, and heavy - is it like a pizza dumplings, or something else you mean? Do your whites beat well? I'm looking at the MFQ 4020, only it is also 450 watts in my opinion, but it looks like 40304.

I'm certainly far from the kitchen. And I can only judge by what I see, going into the kitchen and from the words of my wife.
ALWAYS !!!, the wife pours something into the bowl, does something else when the mixer kneads. That is, her hands are free.
How to combine all this is a big question!
But from the point of view of the convenience and functionality of the device - UNIFORMALLY MIXER WITH A BOWL!
Any mixer with a bowl is detachable and works like a manual one.
Moreover, the difference in price is not that great.
Unless, of course, a couple of times a month. knead a little something, then the wrong can be done manually.
But if you feed seven cakes and pastries "according to an adult" - then the bowl should definitely be.

pinochio, and Moulinex HM615130 Powermix was not considered? At 44 p. sd255 I left a very good review about it. I plan to take it. What do you think? I would like to hear your opinion. Thank you.
Anna, I'm not an expert in everyday life. technique. So you shouldn't be guided by my opinion.
Above I wrote that I was in the int / store, on the issue of Saturn. I was offered this particular Moulinex and allowed to feel it. To be honest: the bowl is not a bowl at all !!! If the kneading is, as a rule, in the lower part of the bowl, then what can be mixed there?
fruktis
pinochio, they convinced only the one that they wanted (Bosch mfq 3560) is not on sale, even in those stores where it says `` is available '', then they call back and say, it is not there and they offer another And I will not decide on the other, that's why I thought to take it manually.

And where is the `` what '' cup? Did you feel something else? And how to determine this from the picture ???
pinochio
Unfortunately, I didn't feel it!
In supermarkets, everything ... There is not enough time to deal with this "closely".
I would have learned it with gratitude.
But doubts overwhelm me that I will choose something worthwhile. There is simply nothing worthwhile ... or my request is too large. Here the bourgeois cannot make Kithen, or something like him, at the national price !!! I would have bought this one right away.
Ukka
Agree with pinochio, the mixer is better to take with a bowl!
I was lucky - at that time, when I was choosing a mixer, I came across a Bosch Mum 4427 combine in Nekkerman at a ridiculous price (like an ordinary Bosch mixer), there really are also graters, but I took it as a planetary mixer. And if I didn’t have Muma 4427, I would definitely look with a bowl. Very convenient - hands free.
Irina Dolars
I had a German mixer with a bowl a long time ago (I don't remember the name anymore). I used it often and was happy. But at some point she began to remove the mixer from the stand and use it like a manual one. I noticed that the biscuit is whipped better: it becomes more magnificent
So it would be nice to have a manual one too
MomMaxa
Good day everyone! Maybe someone will be helped by information .... I wrote the history of buying a mixer here on page 44. But it was November, now I can report on the operation of my unit. Me too (like fruktis ) wanted BOSCH 3560, but when the question of buying arose sharply (I make a custom cake and the old mixer burns out) rushed to look, there is no this model anywhere. I went to the BOSH website and there it is ... And instead of it BOSCH 3646, No differences, only the braid of the handle, but the price is higher. I had to take it ..... One of the main advantages of this model (except for power, etc.) is the ability to work with it both stationary with a bowl and manually. During these six months I have never regretted it! A rare day not used! Dough for pancakes, beat butter, dough for biscuits (when you really need to beat for 10 minutes), sour cream - all just in a bowl. Hands free while the mixer is beating, you can still redo a lot of things. And considering that I have a small child .... this is a huge plus! I use it manually, only for whipping cream "Wet meringue", when I whip cream on ice cream, on trifles ... But by and large, buying household appliances is like a lottery .... you can buy a good thing in an online store and it will serve for a long time and you can buy in a reliable trusted store, but there will be a marriage ((((. Good luck to you all in your purchases!
Here is my mixer:

MomMaxa, thanks for sharing! Only in our online stores now, for some reason, with a bowl of 350 W Boshi, but I want something more powerful (in the locals, everything is completely sad, despite the fact that there are enough stores with appliances in the city, the choice there is horrible). So I don’t know whether to wait for another miracle, or take another brand. I chose and read for about a month, I chose. Now I can't buy it for almost a month ... Again, I choose, I read .. But in general, of course, the light did not converge on Boch, but it seems to be more recommended.
fruktis
Thank you, Elena! I'll try now, 101 times, probably, order Usually, the order is accepted, it hangs for a couple of days `` in processing '', then they call back and say that, unfortunately, it is not in stock (but on the site it is still `` in stock '') and suggest waiting for an unknown amount of time. Already 6 or 7 times I tried to order this, in different stores.
And I still don't understand, if 3560 and 36460 are one and the same, why is the second much cheaper (744 versus 498)? Is this a cheat?
fruktis
Vooooobsche ... What is learned - these mixers is currently not in stock in Kiev, wagon from Slovenia, supposedly somewhere along the way ... There are warehouses in two weeks, but not until February 4. This is the official Bosch store said. 3560 and 36460 are really identical models, the difference in design and year of manufacture. Well, something like this. Suddenly who will come in handy

From the experience of almost half a year of use, I will say one thing ... everything that I wrote in the initial reviews on 44 pages, I can confirm.
And, the bowl .. looks and feels flimsy ... but during operation it turned out that it is COMFORTABLE and functional, it washes perfectly, some kind of plastic plastic, not fragile. And, the mixer mixes the dough perfectly.
This mixer is a great purchase.

Hello. I reread the Temko. You need a hand mixer mainly for whipping proteins on a meringue, biscuit and protein cream. I will use it often. The old one recently burned down (it was still Soviet), I want to buy a powerful and reliable new one. Needed without any bells and whistles and grinders, just good whisks and powerful, practical. I looked at such models:
1. MOULINEX HM610130
2. Mixer Bosch MFQ 4030
3. Philips 1571
Girls, please tell me from personal experience which model should be chosen. Thanks a lot in advance.

From the above, I would choose 1. Moulinex HM615130 Powermix
This is really a beast, bizet whips into a dense mass with a standing spoon, and does not even heat up.
Compared to the Zelmer 381.61 SL that has been in active use for several years ... it's like a Zaporozhets and a Mercedes ...
Zelmer heats up, makes more noise, cannot whip up squirrels in a bizet in the normal mode on a stand, has a fragile and inconvenient attachment to the bed, has fragile rims, from which plastic elements simply fall off.

Moulinex on a standard stand and in a standard container can easily beat 2 squirrels into a dense thick mass for bizet only at the third speed out of 5 (which Zelmer could NEVER do even at the 5th without using a smaller container), practically does not heat up, it works quieter , the plastic of the bowl, and its fastening is of better quality, the rims are completely metal, with 2 plastic inserts (the gear is the bowl drive and the protective cap, but they are fixed on both sides with metal and are made of strong plastic.)
It is very convenient and reliable to remove and place the mixer on the stand. There is also no such eternal problem in the zelmer with the rims touching the bottom of the bowl, here everything is clearly a 1 mm gap and no backlash. The mixer itself is heavier than the Zelmer one, in the manual version it will probably be heavy, but on a stand it is not so important, although it sits better in hand without a stand than the former Zelmer.

Moreover, from the experience of using Zelmer 381.61 SL ... I can say that I do not recommend buying such an inconvenient and bad mixer at all, this is wasted money and a bunch of problems. There is also a negative experience of use with Zelmer meat grinders ...

After tormenting with Zelmer, I was already seriously thinking about planetary mixers, and almost bought KitchenAid, but thought better of it in time ... decided to take a chance and buy this moulinex ... the mixer lived up to expectations, for tasks bizet, biscuit and protein cream, ice cream ... suitable in all respects.

Shl. Although advertisements and posts on forums regularly trumpet about the super-duper Zelmer technique ... Think and don't get fooled.

ZYY. To moderator: I copied the entire message with the model correction, since there is no "edit message" button

I want to support the previous speaker, maybe a little
on this topic. About Zelmer. My friend's blender could not do
mayonnaise at the fifth speed, humming strained, turned off from overheating
and in the end he smacked the mayonnaise.
And my Kenwood makes mayonnaise at 3 speeds (out of five) for 15 seconds.
Without strained roar and visible effort.
So Zelmer's capabilities, to put it mildly, are greatly exaggerated)))

sd255, what about a fast first speed? True? And does it make a lot of noise (most often I do something when the lyalka is sleeping, it happens almost at night)? Well, how is it with spraying? And then it's even scary somehow with an inclined bowl (did I understand correctly, do you have one?) And the last question - is it really possible to replace dough like no dumplings-pizza, or is it fantastic?
gala10
Yulia, I fully support sd255... On the advice of this topic, I bought Moulinex HM615130 Powermix and I am very, very happy. I kneaded a very heavy dough with them - everything is fine. The first speed did not seem too fast to me.
Good luck with your choice!

The first speed is still fast, but it does not interfere too much, with a spoon we mix the flour with the liquid with a few movements, so that it just "grabs" and then everything goes automatically.
It is buzzing, I would not say that much, but it is buzzing, it doesn’t wake up a sleeping child behind a closed door, and in the evening the neighbors don’t come either.
It doesn't splatter, the tilting bowl is cool because it allows you to whip in small portions and you don't have to manually move anything to the whisk.

It is possible to knead a steep dough, but not more than 500 grams, if it is larger and steep, then the mixer starts to warm up, so it is better to twice 500 grams, than once 1000 grams.
Although more often we knead on pizza, in a bread maker, then it turns out better, because it also stands in the warmth.
Dumplings, also mostly in a bread maker, but what we tried with a steep dough, the mixer did a great job.

No matter how skeptical I was about moulinex, but this is a good model, I recommend.
fruktis
Thanks everyone
About the dough I understand that it is better in a bread maker, it is still only in the plans. Somehow I cannot cover everything at once, unfortunately - a young family, renovation, a small child, etc., etc. - I'm sorry that I don't on the topic .. Therefore, I'm really interested in hearing about the mixer's capabilities from real people, and not on the store's website (I don't always have reviews on the market). Because, if it's really more or less substituted for dumplings, then I definitely need a bowl - I really don't like this business
Once again, thank you all, probably on Moulinex and I'll stop, because Bosch still has to wait, but I'm already on fire, And so I spent a lot of time searching and thinking

The first speed is very fast. Flour scatters all over the kitchen - you have to stir it with a spoon first. Noisy enough, but there are hardly any silent mixers
It does not spray liquid products, but solid ones (for example, butter) can be scattered slightly at the beginning.

In fact, there are spiral-shaped whisks for flour, if you use them at the beginning of the kneading ... but nothing ever gets dusty, but then it's lazy, then wash 2 extra whisks, I understand. Here you need to choose either 2 extra whisks, or an extra spoon.
Are you throwing ice cream butter ???
It's strange we make cakes with a pack of butter ... warmed to room temperature and cut into pieces ... and ... nothing flies.

was upset. Then right on my own I see the inscription Powermix - I feel better, I don't suffer by the way - for 20 years there was a shovel mixer without a bowl, as usual, and the question of free space worries more than free hands. I tested it to the fullest - they don't want meringue anymore, I got tired of the biscuit, and probably a week's worth of mayonnaise ...

Well ... In some recipes, you can read `` gently mix the whipped whites / yolks / eggs with flour, you can at the first speed of the mixer ... '' I don't think this will definitely work. Oil, again, softened. And the same flour. Cream, it seems, is recommended to start whipping at a low speed. I don't know what else to think of. I mixed vanilla biscuit on boiling water with a neighbor's mixer (there is a very low first speed), maybe in vain, but it turned out well. In short, I would not refuse low speed, but I think we will get along with fast

annnushka27, Anya (?), Tried, of course, just not everything she wanted. Squirrels for meringues - 3 pieces were whipped for 2-3 minutes, the meringue turned out to be good, which could not be achieved before. I kneaded the dumplings dough - I kneaded a pound of flour at intervals of 5 minutes - I was afraid longer (5 peace, I interfere, min 10 I rest). I liked that it was not necessary to knead with my hands, I did not like that for a long time, since at intervals. Yesterday I whipped mashed potatoes with a mixer - so, for the sake of interest. It turned out well, I usually have small lumps left when I press with a crusher, with a mixer the airy potatoes came out. I tried mayonnaise from the remaining yolks from the meringue - it didn't work out, it stratified. Apparently, something was wrong with the oil - somehow I added it wrong. But! It's in the bowl, in manual mode I'm sure it would turn out well. I had to beat with the usual method - a submersible blender. I kneaded the gingerbread dough, it also turned out well, but initially I did not put enough flour and after the `` rest '' of the dough I mixed it by hand.
Of the minuses, for some reason I have a gear that turns the bowl, even though it is covered with a plastic rim (I don’t know how to explain more precisely - someone with a bowl will probably understand). Washing it is a pleasure, then I also play with an ear stick ... And sometimes the bowl slows down - this is with a tight dough, that is, it spins, spins and at some point it kind of slows down and starts spinning back - as it turns out in jerks. This is just with a cool dough. Well, the mixer sometimes becomes somehow wrong, the bowl does not spin - I correct it, it starts spinning.
Regarding free hands, I still cannot say that I am directly engaged in another matter - it is just that it is still interesting, so I am nearby while the mixer is working - I admire, but my hands are still free! Stir in something, add is convenient. As I play enough, I appreciate the presence of a thicket stronger
Quiet-loud in moderation, it does not take off, like the parent Moulinex meat grinder - I was afraid of that. No louder than a blender.
I was ready for a fast first speed, so it seemed to me not strong and fast, in a sense, I thought more. It didn't bother me yet.
Doesn't spray flour too much - maybe small portions, as long as there are no problems too.
Today or tomorrow the mixer has a special task, for which I bought - there is a biscuit and whipped cream ahead. Then I'll write how I can handle it. I think 5+. I also want to try bread ... But this is just for the sake of experiment (I still want a bread maker)
Somehow like this. On the whole I am satisfied, I don’t regret the purchase, I don’t even remember Bosch.
If anything - ask

In such cases, we immediately wipe the gear with a rag and without any problems, but this happened only a few times, and that was due to the fact that we missed when we fell asleep with the ingredients. Make sure that the contents do not fall on the notches at the top of the bowl, then the gear will not get dirty.

fruktis, Julia, thanks for the tip. All clear. Yes, it's interesting about biscuit and cream, because that's what I'm taking. For yeast and dumplings dough, HP suits, I have it with two mixers, kneads 2 kg. yeast dough at a time. If a little dumplings, then in the bowl of the chopper. Regarding mayonnaise, it's better to beat it with an immersion blender, I have 2 of them.
Dough for pies, muffins, biscuits, for creams I need to beat. Well, eggs (together yolk and white) for the "biscuit on boiling water" is the main thing.

sd255, yes, I also had this a couple of times, not all the time. I really did help and could contribute.
Well, the mule whipped the cream in 1-2 minutes, very quickly. A longer sponge cake - not a classic one, but with boiling water. I didn't separate the eggs, they beat them with sugar for about 8 minutes, maybe it was possible to stop earlier, but for sure, then with boiling water for 3 minutes. (there was 5min in the recipe). 5 eggs + a glass of sugar + 100 ml of water took up the volume of almost the entire bowl; the mass was very lush and thick. In short, I am not disappointed. Now the next in line is the classic biscuit, I have never really been friends with it before, it falls off, then it will not rise at all - I hope I will make friends with the new mixer

I am glad that many doubters and seekers ... read the review and took a cool thing for sane money.

When choosing, there is a lack of normal, practical, non-advertising reviews that would help to choose from the whole "variety".
And it turns out that when deciding to take this or that technique, you have to shovel a bunch of information in order to get something normal for sane money.
And so with almost all equipment ...
