Ladies, did anyone at the 003 sale manage to grab an Electrolux mixer? Can anyone share their impressions? I am also very interested in the Orson mixer, again from the sale ...

Dear owners of Bosh mixers, tell me how the whisks behave over time during operation, that is, the plastic part that is inserted into the socket. I had a bad experience with a stand mixer from Moulinex (well, with a bowl
Galleon-6
I have a year and a half, everything is fine, I use it carefully and often

Thank you, Elena.
The agony of choice doesn't end there. Boshiki are good mixers, only I really liked the Gorenje M600S, maybe someone has such a representative, tell me, is it very heavy? 1.46 kg well, sooo confuse, it is difficult for a fragile girl to hold such a unit.

Of course heavy, although I'm not a fragile girl. If the mixer was with a bowl ...
I imagined: I beat the biscuit for 10 minutes, because my hands will fall off.
Or maybe all mixers weigh so much now? I have an old one - 800g

Take a look of course! your dream is not at all what I had ...
A long time ago (back in the last century) on the Mulinex corollas, the part that is inserted into the nest was (I think that there was no backlash at the corolla) covered with brown plastic, and then one fine and important day (making a cake) she (plastic mask) took , and collapsed. And the mixer lived with me, in principle, not very long, 5-6 years, and did not use it so often ... And in general it was somehow low-powered (it was thrown out without regret).
But my sister, at about the same time (well, as you remember, in the last century), also bought a mixer with a Philips bowl, only there was no plastic on the corollas, so she still lives on her, and she uses it more often than me ...
Therefore, now I am all in serious thoughts. Time flies quickly, you don't have time to look back and the warranty has passed, and the equipment is covered because of a poorly thought-out design or something.
vatruska
Well, behold! So far I bought an intermediate version - a metal mixer Orson, which was included in the set for the action here ... On ozone now this thing costs 700 plus a tail. Metal body, two sets of standard beaters (paddles and hooks), blender leg and whisk for proteins. Only now I have arrived, by weight rather heavy, tomorrow I will probably try it on cookies ...

In the meantime, I continue to dream of clathronic or Boshik ...
vatruska
So, quickly about Orson. I grabbed it at the last moment for a stock on ozone - it cost 700 with kopecks and free shipping (now 1420 =).
Advantages - well made, nothing staggers, a very stable body - that is, you put it on the table to add something or add something - it stands calmly. The power is just brutal, whips instantly. The whisk in the kit is also not for beauty, much better than in blender sets, it beats everything perfectly.
Now the disadvantages ... Well, where can we do without them ... Firstly, it's heavy, you can't hold it on your hand for a long time and the cord is really extremely short. Secondly, the concept of mixing can be forgotten - even at 1 speed it is very high, everything scatters along the walls (can you mix it with a whisk?). In the second minute, the smell of plastic went ...

In general, for 700 - the purchase, in my opinion, justifies itself ...

P.S.Hallelujah!!! Finally, the liquid cheesecake is closed !!! True, in the end I still managed to ruin it, but these are my crooked handles ...

Hello, now it's time for me to buy a new mixer. My usual scarlet with a bowl has served me faithfully for a very long time, but the bowl is no longer spinning the stubble of the gears

I really want a mixer with a planetary system, I liked 2 options

1. Kenwood KM357 costs about 11,000 rubles power 800 W
Mixer
and now I found another option
2. Mixer Electrolux EKM 4400 cost about 13,000 rubles Mixer I just don't understand a little in one place it says that the power is 1000 watts here 🔗
and in the other 300 W 🔗

in the first it is captivating that it is Kenwood, but minus that the power is less than the second and the bowl is plastic

in the second, a big plus is that 2 bowls go, minus that there are no reviews and a little more expensive

Which to choose? What do you think?
Maybe someone has already purchased something similar? share your feedback

There is not only a plastic bowl, but also a body.

Oh, how glad I am that you responded, and so quickly. Well, write a review, please.

I'd like to hear everything + and -

Is there a planetary mixing system? is the power good? suitable for making cakes and creams? will you make dough on dumplings?
Cope with all the declared functions?

I'm waiting for the answer
Ipatiya
MariNika, alas, I haven't had time to taste it yet. Heavy metal body. Powerful. Bowl LED illumination. Planetary system. Similar to KitchenAid, but much cheaper. I assume that the attachments are also interchangeable. Here on the German Amazon, the twin brother of Electrolux - AEG UltraMix KM 4000 🔗... The AEG brand belongs to Electrolux. There is also a comparison with KitchenAid and reviews. You can focus on them.

will you make dough on dumplings?

I have not tried to make dough on dumplings in it yet. But most of all I like this method of kneading dumplings and dough for noodles - Dumplings dough without kneading in 21 seconds! (dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor) + video... And this mixer is working with a more tender dough.
MariNika
thanks, I will take a look

Good evening everyone !!! Girls are lovely, my old mixer has flown! re-read Temko and generally got confused! how do you like this mixer? I need for biscuits and creams, whip whites.

Girls and boyswho bought and uses Mulinex HM615130 PowermixHow were your impressions over time, as in work, not disappointed?
I also look closely at this model. I need it for proteins, cream, biscuit dough.
gala10
Irina., I have this for almost a year. I use it constantly, I'm very happy.
LiudmiLka
I also really like it, although a little heavy, but for a powerful mixer - this is a necessary "minus".
Irina.
gala10, LiudmiLka, girls, thanks for the answer !!! They helped me make a choice.
In our online stores it is available, so as not to wait for delivery, as soon as I get money for a return kneader, I will buy this mixer right away.
In the meantime, I will study this topic.

I have one. Biscuit dough with a bang. Squirrels-whisk of course, but I like the Phillips whisk better. The cream also beats well.
AlenaDS
p.s. Irin A. - I can't insert photos with a mixer ... the only way I can help; there is an album where everything is clearly shown. There is a photo, But I created it in Odnoklassniki. If you have the opportunity, come in and see for yourself what and how. 🔗
AlenaDS
I want to clarify: I use the mixer almost daily. He really doesn't get warm, a toiler, the bowl is tilted.
Irina.
AlenaDS, thanks, I'll go to OK, there is still something interesting there, probably culinary.
I think that the bowl is tilted, it is convenient, because if I beat with a hand mixer, then I also tilt the bowl so that the whites beat faster.

Quote: AlenaDS
Squirrels-whips of course, but I like Phillips whisk better
And what kind of whisk is it?
AlenaDS
Irina A. - a whisk from Phillips blender, it is for many years. He is under my nickname in "my technique". Now I'm looking for something again, that would be just a leg and a whisk.
Irina.
I also have a blender with a whisk, but I have never whipped the protein with them, it seemed to me that they could not whip until the protein cream, so it is idle. I must try, maybe I shouldn't have rejected the whisk. I use only a "leg", a chopper and a potato grinder.
Irina.
Hurrah!!! I bought it - Mulinex HM615130 Powermix. How cool he is !!! I immediately fell in love with him.
After my unsuccessful experience with the kneader (you can read here) I handed it back. And the question was, what to buy in order to whip up the protein cream and everything else normally.
Thanks everyone, with whose help I chose this mixer. This mixer for sale in our city was only in one itnet store and it turned out to be next to me. I ordered it, I went and bought it yesterday. I looked at him in the store, I liked everything about him. Well done, the bowl is good, I liked it, the plastic is dense. The box is light, I carried it calmly. At home, the mixer warmed up and I got down to business. I decided to make baskets with protein cream. She baked the baskets while they cooled down and took up the cream. I didn't worry much, I didn't want to be disappointed again. I set the syrup to cook, then turned on the mixer with 2 proteins. The bowl somehow rotated with difficulty, with slipping and a loud noise, louder than the mixer itself worked. I panicked, I wanted to run here and ask how it works for you. And then I adjusted the mixer, it turned out that I hadn’t fully snapped it on the stand, so the bowl wasn’t spinning as it should. As I corrected, clicked, and then my delight began. Everything is spinning, whipping. The whites whipped quickly, poured them with syrup, whipped some more and got such a thick cream, I have never had anything like this. The cream was always under-whipped, because the old mixer had to be turned off, he warmed up strongly and was afraid to burn him and he no longer had enough strength to whip the cream to the desired consistency. And Mulinex, despite the fact that he whipped up a thick cream, did not even heat up a bit. I was pleasantly shocked.
I didn't know how long it took for the whole process. My son came, I was distracted, so the mixer did everything myself, I just poured the syrup. I didn't even notice how I playfully made the protein custard. And earlier it seemed to me such a long business and not to leave the stove and mixer.
The result of one day is this - I am very pleased with the mixer. I hope he will continue to please me.
Thanks everyone !!!
Volume
Congratulations on purchasing a good helper! I am also very happy that I bought it for myself, and then for my daughter.
Irina.

Irina.
AlenaDS, what a fine fellow, the photos are cool !!! And the mixer too.
I haven't kneaded the dough yet. I liked the hooks for kneading dough, they are made of such a thick and durable metal.
I still had baskets from yesterday and today I whipped Raw protein cream... Today I decided to check the whipping time, looked at the clock, and then forgot to look when the cream was ready. Everything happens so quickly, how to play. I remembered the time when I had already decorated the baskets. So I whipped cream and decorated 7 pieces. no longer than 25 minutes. The cream turned out great.
Help yourself.

I bought at the Mulinex service center for 199 UAH.Irina A., what a fine fellow you are! I, too, have everything with this mixer somehow quickly, "playfully". And what is most interesting, it does not heat up. Sometimes I put the dough on a charlotte, first the eggs-sugar-flour-whisk, then I change them for hooks and add apples, vanilla. I've been looking at it for 10-12 minutes already. For pancakes in general with a bang! Strongly steep dough is not recommended. But I used it to knead dough for Easter muffins. And I just don't know how I did without him before.
Irina.

That's for sure, without him now nothing. Today he is resting with me, I don’t bake anything, and tomorrow I’ll go back to work.

Irina., and he is removed from the bowl? How can I use it manually?
gala10
Olga, you can, I have the same wonderful device.
Irina.
Galina already wrote. Easily removable by pressing a button.

I have the same one, with a leg but without a bowl / there is not enough space, I decided to do without it /, most often I use it to make butter from cream.
Irina.

Girls, tomorrow I will post you a photo of him without a bowl, like a Soviet mixer that our mothers used, remember one that was simply plugged into an outlet and worked? And a photo with an additional attachment. Be patient, dear ones.

Cream from the market, but the milkmaid has not been changed for five years - she has a mini-farm, everything is fresh and tested.

here I have it without a bowl, I bought it spontaneously to replace the quickly broken blender (the whisk broke), so I think I'll sell mine now, but I'll buy myself with a bowl. I have no problems with the place. I'll find where to put it)
what is his assembly size?
gala10
olga0101, went, measured: assembled 32 * 35 * 22 (length / height / width) in the most "outstanding" places.
olga0101
Galya, thank you tremendous!
Irina.
AlenaDS, thanks for the photo. And then I kept thinking, where is this "leg" attached.
And I definitely needed a mixer with a bowl, if you whip cream or soufflé, then you need free hands.
I have an old Scarlet mixer, it is over 10 years old. It also has a bowl, but not rotating. It was not convenient for me. If you beat the whites, then you had to first hold the mixer in your hand, tilt the bowl, and then, if you fixed it, then you need to turn the bowl with your hands, otherwise it beats only on one side. And if I did "Bird's milk" or protein custard, then there were "dances with tambourines." And his power was 200 watts, not enough to whip the cream to the desired consistency.
And now with Moulinex, it's just a fairy tale. I will do today Sour cream custard for the first time, I'll see how it goes.
Tanyusha
I have Zelmer for 4 years for sure, I like the fact that he has a spatula which, when the bowl rotates, rakes everything off the walls. Here he is:
