igorechek, Igor, Moulinekl has ventilation. When the engine is running, the fan cools it and blows directly from the housing.
Moulinex is powerful and everything is good in it, but it is heavy))
LiudmiLka
I have a mulinex combine and a mixer. The combine is many years old, and the mixer is recent. Indeed, it is heavy, but good - powerful and functional (for example, the location of the speed switch is very convenient on the handle). This is a quality technique.

Only this does not apply to Mulinex bread makers - there are bad reviews about them on the network, so when I was looking for HP, I looked at other Brands.

I looked at individual photos - yes, there are ventilation holes, unlike Brown. How good time will tell.
fruktis
Moulinex 615130 definitely has ventilation holes, with long-term operation it becomes warm in the place of these very holes, but not hot.

Who has a Saturn ST-FP1027 mixer?
Like this:
🔗.
I would be grateful for the information.
I looked here for reviews about such a mixer, but I look no one dared to buy it. So I will be a pioneer. First of all, I needed a dough mixer at a very budget price, since I do not bake very often. The harvester is not up-to-date, everything (hand mixer, blender, meat grinder, vegetable cutter) is there separately, so I decided to buy this mixer. In the choice I fluctuated between Saturn and Zelmer (by the way, the Zelmer meat grinder, I am quite happy with it, I have been using it for three years, but not very intensively). Nevertheless, Saturn won in the first place, the volume of the bowl was 4.2 liters, and secondly, the bowl was stainless steel, and it seemed to inspire more confidence. Received today. The first (hopefully lasting) impression is the most positive. A bowl with a rather plump stainless steel, does not bend under the fingers, mixers from some kind of alloy (not stainless steel) are quite impressive, plump. I put the dough on the bread, I haven't baked it for a long time, I forgot the proportions, it turned out to be a very cool dough. The tension was a little felt, but the machine coped with dignity, thanks to the suction cups it stands still. After proving once, the dough became a little softer, but still tight, wrapped around a hook in a bun. But it was mixed perfectly. Stands further on the proofer. To summarize: very happy. I hope there will be no disappointments in the future and my assistant will only delight. I can't post photos yet, the camera is not at home

I really want to buy it for butter dough. If you will make Easter cakes or something similar, write how it behaves when fully loaded? What is the maximum number of ingredients you loaded into it and as a result?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

PS If it's not a secret where did you get it and for how much? The course jumps, the price too, I want to understand its cost in USD. e. You can in a personal.

I report, I was kneading pastry today. My recipe is complicated, first a dough is made on the choux pastry, then the yolks pounded with sugar and the rest of the flour are added, then the whipped proteins are added. After proving, warm oil and raisins are mixed in. Along the way, I got 2200 ready-made dough. The mixer certainly coped with it, but it was very difficult, at times it almost reached a stop. I think that one and a half kilograms is the maximum for him. Kneading the dough for bread again, about a kilogram of dough. Here it does a good job, especially if all the products are laid at once, and not sprinkled with flour on top. In the beginning it gets a little dusty, but not critical, and as a result, almost all of the flour is collected from the walls.Taking into account the fact that I did not set global tasks when buying (more than 2 kg, as today, this is a couple of times a year), and so usually within a kilogram, then such a machine suits me. The main thing is that it would not break. Of course, I don't have much to compare, the Kenwoods may do better, but with my needs I'm not ready to pay for them either morally or financially yet.

but I want this one, I just got sick. can someone cure? maybe I don't need it?

But I'm looking at such a miracle

My old mixer broke down (it fell off the locker unsuccessfully) - it worked for 20 years! Brand binaton, cheap, but as it turned out, I got very high-quality, and now I'm thinking - why should I buy it in its place ... I have cotton kneading bread, the mixer works mainly on cakes, charlottes and creams.

Has anyone dealt with this mixer Blender Stadler Form Mixer Two SFM.330? Here, it seems, someone took a newer model for 11 something thousand, this one is offered for a promotion at a price of 5 300.

Can you knead shortbread dough?
Has anyone used this? If we compare with the mulinexks, which was discussed a little earlier, which one is better?
julia_bb
Hi, I have this - shortbread dough kneads, I'm happy. Check out my photo review on page 51. Does not dust with flour. In comparison with Moulinex I will not say, because I have only one)) It's up to you to decide
olga0101
julia_bb, I read thanks.
judging purely outwardly, I like Bosch more.
I'm generally a layman in technique)) since I didn't have a kitchen before .. ((
I had a Boshevsky submersible blender, it served for about 6 years, but already all the attachments are out of order, I need it for something.
so I'm thinking, whether to take a separate mixer, vegetable cutter and a submersible blender with a mill, or the combine is already head spinning
julia_bb
olga0101, it may be worth buying a combine immediately, if you need to buy a lot at once and the place allows. Simply, all the equipment was gradually acquired from me)) There is a mixer and an immersion blender, and I use them very well. But the vegetable cutter is worth it (they gave it to us) and I don't use vaapche - I'm not used to it
Taia

maybe you should immediately buy a combine

Generally a controversial issue.
Most often, it is still advised to buy devices separately, and not a combine.
A submersible blender is not replaceable at all.
julia_bb
I agree that it is controversial. I just don't have a harvester, and there is nowhere to put, but sometimes I want to)) But if there was nothing initially, I probably would have bought the harvester, and then what is missing, including a submersible blender

A submersible blender is not replaceable at all.

I disagree The attachments for the combine take up much less space than separate units. Now there are such harvesters that nozzles can satisfy any need, even the most manic. Verified personally! Well, except that the hand blender is definitely necessary.
Taia
I have a small harvester, I take it out once a year. It's easier for me to fix everything on Berner.
It's more convenient for me when everything is separate.
Kara
And I have a huge Kenwood, no need to get it, it's standing at the top. I use it every day! Washing nozzles is as easy as Berner's. Saves time at times. I now cook borsch and the second meat for a maximum of 5 minutes (taking into account the cleaning of vegetables and, not counting the cooking), since you can grind the meat and chop vegetables at the same time.
julia_bb
In-in, that's what I meant, a serious combine - like Kenwood or whatever - Kitchen Hades)) But again, it's a little expensive to buy right away, otherwise you can gradually buy everything)
Taia
Oh, of course Kenwood thing, I once had it in my plans. But in order to use it, you need it to stand stably on the table, somewhere under your hands.
And my kitchen is small and really there is no place at all for such combines. Yes, and I have a family - only 2, more than enough and what we have. My Straume mixer has been working for 25 years, it works very well, I beat the whites in a couple of minutes, and outwardly the body is almost pristine.

In the future, I dream of replacing him with Kitchenide (mixer), I have already laid my eyes on him.

Taichka, thing, sooo highly recommend !!!
olga0101
I originally wanted a universal appliance, such as a Philips 1669 blender, but having estimated how much more I would have to buy, I decided that it would be better to buy full-fledged appliances, a mixer, an electric vegetable cutter, a blender, just with their choice it is somehow easier for me.
But with the combine ... I already looked at Temka here and on the Yandex market, there are a lot of models and a lot of nuances.
I don't plan to keep all this technique on the table at the same time.
and another nuance - a good food processor costs a lot, and if you take a separate mixer, blender, vegetable cutter, then the total amount may be the same, but in parts ...
gala10
Olga, and even if the engine of the combine flies, then you will be left without everything at once, and if all the devices are separate, then one thing will fly.
olga0101
gala10, oh, this is very significant !!! a huge plus in the direction of individual devices, so it is likely to be the first mixer))))
and probably all the same it will be Bosch. he's kind of smaller than moulinex
julia_bb
Take Boshik, you won't regret it!
vatruska
People, can anyone compare Boshik and Moulinex with the bowls that are discussed here? Well I mean MFQ 36460 and Moulinex HM615130 Powermix? Why is one better than the other? Or vice versa...
julia_bb
Personally, I didn’t like the fact that in moulinex the bowl is tilted and does not spin. Bosch has a bowl standing straight and spinning.
gala10
I have Moulinex, the bowl rotates. The tilted one promotes better mixing. In general, I really like this mixer. Mixes even very heavy dough.
olga0101
I still have a question here))
Will the Bosch MFQ 3555 mixer be much worse than the Bosch MFQ 36460?
I just have a lot of bonuses in my m-video, but there is only the first model.
I think if the difference is fundamental, then I'll buy it elsewhere, and I'll save the bonuses for the next purchases, maybe I'll buy a blender or vegetable cutter in the m-video later.
vatruska
People, and here's something else I found 🔗
Can anyone say - is it worth taking or not?
Mixer
Svetlana62
vatruska, there is now a review appeared - a man praises.
vatruska
I saw, the problem is that I did not understand who the manufacturer is and he is only in e5. And so it has exactly what I need - nozzles for cream and dough and a stationary blender - nothing else! And the price is too attractive 5-plus ...
So sorry ... China.
julia_bb
And how much is the guarantee for it? And where is the repair?
vatruska
I sent a request to the store, let's see what they answer ...
In the meantime, everything is in disarray:
- I found the manufacturer's website (China), where this model is declared for 10 speeds (one pulse mode) and here 6 (?!) and a power of 500 watts (in e5 - 550)
- I caught my eye on the site of the tele-shop where the miracle-fix food processor is sold, one to one according to the description this thing (color, type, equipment, number of speeds and power) "exclusive from Germany" but at a price of 9990 re.
Question!!! And what exactly does e5 sell?!?
In general, I'm waiting for an answer ...

Two days have passed - no answer or greetings and no changes have been made in the mixer description. Into the furnace!

My ZELMER 481 burned out on the first "wet meringue"
gala10
Maria, and have you bought it long ago?
Matilda
gala10, about two years ago, but I did this cream for the first time.
gala10
Maria, deeply sympathize. 2 years for such a device is, of course, not enough.
Tanyshka
Help with the choice of a mixer, otherwise I’m already completely confused. First I wanted Saturn, the one that is planetary, and then I tried to make Wet meringue with my cheap mixer and realized that it would not last so long. He whips the meringue, but at the same time it gets very hot, and if I buy a stationary one, then how can I make it a wet meringue. Now I want a regular one, but one so that I can knock down wet meringue, and charlotte, and biscuit dough, and butter without any problems. In general, I want a good mixer, help me choose something good
annnushka27
TanyaThe stationary can be used as a manual one too, it is simply removed from the stand.
I want Moulinex HM615130 Powermix. About him on the last 10 pages of this topic was told more than once, for example, on page 49.

Good afternoon, girls, tell me, I bought a Philips HR157 hand mixer, whisk knocking on each other during operation. Is that how it should be? Who had this?

, the corollas knock against each other during operation. Is that how it should be?
should not: girl-th: this happened to me in my distant youth, when there was one mechanical mixer for everything - the corolla nozzles were also wire, not ribbon - they bent from the thick cream (classic of the Soviet era = butter + condensed milk + cocoa at will) and began to hurt each other, the husband periodically straightened the curvatures, but there was nothing to change, now it is easier = if the guarantee is valid - exchange, or try to correct the curvature
