egg whites (2 pcs) + water = 110 ml
salt 1.5 tsp
butter 30 g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve granulated sugar in warm milk. Mix flour with dry yeast, add to milk and knead the dough. Leave to ferment for 1 hour. I kneaded the dough in a bread maker, the "dumplings" mode, after 10 minutes I stopped the batch and left it to rise.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the dough. Mode - basic, size - L. The dough is soft, the bottom of the bucket is not smeared.
  • After the end of the program, remove the bread from the bucket and put it on the wire rack, let it cool completely without covering it with anything.

Yulenka, you can knead the dough in a bread maker, the main thing is that the kneading starts immediately. This can be the "dough" or "pizza" mode, or any other mode (program). After 10 minutes, the batch must be stopped (reset the program), pause for 1 hour in order for the dough to rise. Next, load the rest of the ingredients into the bucket and select the main baking mode for simple wheat bread.
