Help me make a choice: Braun MR530 Sauce or Kenwood HB 724.
A blender is primarily needed to make mashed potatoes (vegetables, meat) for a child.
Kenwood attracts the mashed potatoes attachment. It is embarrassing that the instructions (read on the M-Video website) indicate: before mixing, cool the liquid to room temperature. In addition, I came across an article about testing submersible blenders (Kenwood, however, is represented not by the 724, but by the 714 model). The article states that Kenwood did a poor job of chopping cheese, nuts, raw vegetables and fruits. There are also reviews about Kenwood's poor service (no spare parts, they change for a long time, the warranty does not apply to attachments).
Braun has fewer attachments (whisk and mini chopper only).
Maybe someone had the opportunity to compare: which blender is better?
Thanks in advance for all the help.
Rita
Don't read the instructions. If you need mashed potatoes, the nozzle on the 724 makes an excellent mashed potato with a special nozzle - tasty and airy. And copes with the rest of the functions. Give a link to the article, most likely the article is ordered.

leila, where are you from? If from Ukraine, then the service is correct. I threw out the Kenwood chocolate bar.

leila, I have both of these blenders. Both work great. The fact that you looked at the video is complete nonsense. In Ken724 all nozzles operate at high temperatures. I also chopped nuts, raw vegetables in Kena, the meat did an excellent job. Brown does well with vegetables, nuts, and meat too. I didn't notice much difference. In Kenwood, the power is 700W, in Brown, 600W. Well, as you wrote, Brown is inferior in the number of nozzles.

I also have Brown, but I also want Kenwood. From the mash nozzle

I bought today Kenwood724 in the Metro on Varshavka for only 2500 rubles.
Whoever chooses in Moscow - it's time to buy.

who has such a model from kMix HB891 blender at home? I think to buy

I chose a hand blender for a very long time, read reviews both on the forum and on the Internet. I wanted to place an order in the online store to make it cheaper. But I bought it from MVideo in the Braun MR530 Sauce store, so cute, nice to hold in my hand. Tested in work, it works very quietly, so you can use it at any time of the day or night.

The only thing I like about the Braun MR530 Sauce is the whisk and hand blender. Bowl chopper - full of crap
No matter how I try to grind something in it, it only spoils everything. In theory, since the bowl is small, then small volumes of products should be chopped. And figurines! Food must be placed at least 2/3 of the volume of the bowl. Half is not enough for him, you see. It will only smear everything on the walls. You can't grind the nuts in it either - the knives are crushed and pressed at the same time, and it turns out that at the bottom of the bowl the nuts are ground into dust and pressed, and the unmilled remains remain on top in large pieces. The design of the knives is dumb (and the knives themselves do not shine with sharpness either). Grind unevenly, unless something liquid is normal. But even here it is not without surprises - if the bowl is at least half full, this very liquid during grinding rises along the walls of the bowl and overflows (the blender does not seal the bowl tightly). Agree, it's nothing pleasant when, during the preparation of a small portion of the sauce, vegetable oil tries to escape from the bowl ...
Today I swore at him again - I put 3 apples, several frozen cherries, dripped some water. No, to make mashed potatoes - he just smeared everything on the walls with uneven pieces. And no matter how I collected everything back into a pile, I had to finish the mashed potatoes with a submersible blender. Here they are, and I'm quite happy with the whisk.
Do not think that my failures are due to curvature. There is simply something to compare with. I also have a combine with a large bowl, it chops everything perfectly, even if it is only a third full. Never let me down.
And this g ... oh - just no words.
So keep this in mind when choosing a blender if you plan on using a blender. It is unlikely that he will please you ...

I have both Brown and Kenwood. And each is good in its own way! And there is never too much good ...

I have a Kenwood 724 (already a year)
I mainly use a chopper:
onions, carrots for sautéing just super. mashed potatoes (but small volume)
fruits, berries, nuts, creamy cream and everything else I do in it.
even whipped sour cream!
really like. he gently grinds everything, mixes it in mashed potatoes, cuts, whips.
BUT: very noisy in my opinion.
my husband is afraid when I cook in the evening - he says the neighbors will come :)
whisk-like whisk. such a good whisk :)

forgot to ask:
will his leg fit with accessories of other models?
for example, to the 895th?
and is it possible to buy separately, for example, a bowl-grinder?
na2sik
and this nozzle for ken mashed potatoes in a special way? is very different from a puree made with a regular foot?
Rita
A regular foot puree is more like wallpaper paste.

I suffer in front of almost the same choice ...
Braun multiquick mr 570 Patisserie or Kenwood hb 724
was in the mood for brown, but what was written by konkolla embarrassed ... the girls who eventually bought the brown, are you happy with it and does it grind so badly?

Does anyone have a Patisserie model with a bowl for chopping, slicing and kneading dough? there are conflicting reviews on amazon ...
Choice of blender: Braun MR530 Sauce or Kenwood HB 724

yeah, wallpaper paste sounds unappetizing
and if you make vegetable purees for children (not potatoes), is there also a significant difference (if anyone has tried it)?

The paste is obtained only from potatoes. From other vegetables, normal puree, suitable for baby food.
To be honest, the firm Brown does not cause me special reverence. There was a juicer - I didn't like it and broke down quickly.

I constantly use the mashed potatoes attachment and remember all sorts of potato grinders in a nightmare. Without dancing with tambourines, an airy puree is obtained in a few seconds. I have had a cache for a year now and I still sing odes to him.
Rita
I can't get enough of this attachment either. True, I have Phillips.
Stafa
I saw phillips in the store - the attachments are identical.

I saw phillips in the store - the attachments are identical.

I didn’t need other attachments that Kesha had, and Filya was cheaper - that decided everything.
Stafa
And I needed FSE, I use all the attachments (except for the funny whisk) and the grinder very often.
Rita
Well, I just have 3 blenders ... I also use a funny whisk when I need to whip a small amount of cream or sour cream.

It turned out that the mother-in-law bought a brown six months ago, yesterday they crushed an apple on Skype, chopped everything very well, even such a small amount !!! So my doubts about his ability to grind well were dispelled!

I also looked at the Warentest assessment, this is such a global test for products in Germany. Both have the same GUT score (2.2)
Choice of blender: Braun MR530 Sauce or Kenwood HB 724

The following is written about brown (model Patisserie, with shredding bowl):
"The best food processor substitute. Versatile. Also kneads dough. Chops vegetables. Many parts (in terms of attachments, etc.) With whisk and dough hook. No ice pick."

The following is written about ken:
"Soup pro, the best tomato soup in the dough. Finely and evenly mashed. Lots of baits, three legs. Disadvantage: in narrow containers creates too strong cravings (as far as I understand). Heavy."

According to the reviews of the people on the test site, ken is definitely in the lead!
na2sik
It remains for me only to decide which is more necessary: a leg for ken puree or a brown shredder
na2sik
Got ken ....
Nra
only really a little hard and noisy ... (compared to my old man siemens)

But I just dragged this ken back to the m-video ... One thing is good - the money was returned without problems. At first it turned out that we could not break a ripe banana in milk, then we could not cope with minced turkey with milk in the mill (I tried to make a soufflé), and in conclusion, on the second use, the mash maker ordered to live long ...

I read the last message and felt uneasy ..
And I just stopped by to show off my purchase and sing another saga to Kenwood ...
I liked him very much.
Homemade mayonnaise makes it at once, even at the third speed.
And on the fifth, in general, it is almost impossible to tear the leg off the glass, such a thrust is created.
And mayonnaise - even cut with a knife ...
I'm doing it now at third speed, just right.
Recently I watched how hard Zelmer fought with mayonnaise.
The turbo overheated and shut down. Okay, then I cooled down and recovered.
But the difference is striking (in Kenwood's favor).
He does it all playfully.
And a card attachment. I had time to try mashed potatoes.
It turns out very airy, we liked it.
There is no rubber at all.
I am very pleased with the purchase, especially when you consider that it was twice as cheap as in stores.
I took it via the Internet.

By the way, and grinds the meat in the grinder - just lovely,
and for cutlets, and chopped ...
No problem.

Well, that means I am the only one so "happy" ... In the M-video they were also very surprised, and then, when they could not remove the mash pot from their feet, they were even more surprised. Be that as it may - I bought a brown with two containers - and I am also very happy. Now I am making my favorite liver pate, and a small container grinds the onions not in mashed potatoes, but as if they cut it very finely with a knife

And I have Brown 550 ordered to live long. The engine block burned out, and its cost is 2000r in service. I ordered a new Brown 530 (1900r) and Kenwood 724 (3500r) Now I'm waiting for delivery.
poglazowa2011
And I have been using the Brown MQ 5137 Sauce + blender for a year now. Satisfied VERY VERY VERY! Before him there was Moulinex - "burned out" on mayonnaise. And Brown suits EVERYONE. A medium-sized grinding bowl - threshes everything and in different quantities: meat, nuts, cheese, vegetables, dried fruits ... Mayonnaise in "Turbo" mode - literally 2-3 minutes (and I make a triple portion, 400 ml. Plant. oil). The nozzle for mashed potatoes is just a "fairy tale", but now I do mashed potatoes for her. I used to do it with a mixer - I seem to like it, but with this attachment - a completely different puree turns out: airy, homogeneous, "not snotty". In a word, I can safely recommend this blender. Buy, you will not regret it!

I studied Blenders and realized that in the end I choose from two companies. Kenwood or Brown.
Kenwood found 404. It's basically the same as mine.
But I also look at Brown cartoon videos. I understood how the 9 multiquick differs from all the others. And 3, 5, 7? What are the differences between them. Can someone tell me?
And I don't need any harvesters in blenders. Only the main leg, a whisk, and a glass with knives.
Rita
caprice23, look, in Ukraine you can buy a new motor unit 🔗 ... I think there are also in Russia.
caprice23
Rita, Thank you! I think)
Although ... In Russia, if you buy, add 1000 and you can take a new one.
