flour 100 gr

vegetable oil 100 ml
sugar 100 gr
1/2 lemon zest
Cooking method

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, add kefir and soda. Stir and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Beat the egg with sugar and butter. Then add everything else, stir the dough with a spoon and place in a mold. Bake in the oven at 180-190 ° C

In the morning I got up and tried it, and it was raw. I put it back in the oven with a temperature probe, already at 190 C for 30 minutes. The probe showed that it was already 90 and I pulled it out, and again the dough inside is raw, I don't understand what's the matter. I did everything strictly according to the recipe. I can see that the cupcake hardly rose.

It cannot be raw. Moreover, you baked, and the flakes very well take away the excess liquid. Apparently you like looser, fluffy cupcakes.
