Ingredients

Melted margarine 100 g
Vegetable oil 50 g
Sugar 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Zest of 1 orange
Finely grated carrots 150 g
Raisins 150 g
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Flour 200 g
Baking powder (mix with flour) 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients, pour into a mold lined with baking paper or into a silicone mold with a diameter of 21 cm. Oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.
  • White glaze: Dilute the icing sugar with lemon juice, water or milk to the desired thickness.
  • This time I had neither raisins nor orange. Instead of orange peel, I put in a bag of lemon sugar. Poured the finished glaze from a bag.
