Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 stkn
Sugar 0.5 stcn
Butter 150 g
Egg yolks 5 pieces
Raisins 0.5 stcn
Cognac or liquor 2 tbsp. l.
Ground nuts 2 tbsp. l.
Vanillin, icing sugar

Cooking method

  • Grind the softened butter with sugar and, whisking, add egg yolks one by one. Then add raisins, vanillin, brandy and flour. Mix everything.
  • Grease the molds or one large form with a thin layer of odorless vegetable oil (preferably lubricated with a brush) and sprinkle with ground nuts.
  • Spread the dough up to 2/3 of the mold height. Press lightly on the bottom and sides to compact the dough.
  • Bake for 20 ~ 40 minutes depending on the size of the pan at a temperature of 200-220aboutFROM
  • After baking, cool the muffins slightly, remove from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
