Rum and Almond Cupcakes

Ingredients

Wheat flour 190 g
Salt pinch
Sugar 160 g
Butter 200 g
Egg 4 things.
Baking powder 2.5 tsp
Ground almonds into flour 170 g
Dark rum 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat sugar, eggs and salt. Add everything else (sift flour), mix well and into molds. Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180 degrees. All.

Note

I think it's easy to guess from the name that the muffins are rum-almond. The taste is delicate, aristocratic. Other additives, in my opinion, are useless (such as chocolate, vanilla). They will hammer in both rum and almonds. I'm not going to bake everything with hazelnuts. And try pulls. The bright taste of roasted hazelnuts should be very interesting. Actually, this is a pie with almonds from the instructions for HP Bugatti from Moulinex. But somehow I didn't want to make a pie. I decided to portray the cupcakes.

I really want to bake these muffins. One snag, I can't turn almonds into flour. An oily mixture is obtained. And tried to do it in the grinder, now there is no grinder anymore.

Ospidya, why suffer so much? With a blender (in a bowl) into as much crumb as possible. It's enough.

I'm not worried about the grinder. I can't get flour. Rather, the porridge is moist and greasy. Or the main thing is to finely grind the almonds?

Maybe it depends on the almonds, but for me it turns out to be crumbs. Large, very small, such as semolina or small polenta. This is quite enough.

Scarecrow, can you bake cotton?

Initially, this recipe is just from the instructions for HP. I have this recipe in the instructions for both HPs. I baked only once, but I remember exactly, the cake turned out to be very worthy! I baked it in KP. So bake, and you will be happy! Good luck!

Rum and almond muffinsI'm visiting with thank you and a cupcake
Fragrant with a finely porous crumb. Bribed with their amazing golden color. True, I cheated and took petals instead of whole almonds. Grind with flour in a blender and mustache. My husband liked it very much, but I'm a bit fat. Maybe try to replace half of the butter with curd? What do you say? Will it clog the taste?

The curd won't fill. Rather, the dough will weigh down and moisturize, this must be borne in mind.
By the way, finely ground nuts give the effect of fat content and wet-fatty dough. They have a lot of oil.

really liked the cupcakes, delicious and crumbly in moderation

Scarecrow, Natasha, but just ready-made almond flour, can I add?
Scarecrow
Ninelle,

Sure you may!
