Girls, what to do if the warranty is over?
matilda1001
I took mine to the service, the temperature regime for extinguishing is about 160 degrees. But there the sensor is simply pushed into a saucepan, that is, the lid is covered, but does not fit completely. I think if you close it tightly, the temperature will rise too? The sensor showed that the program will absolutely not work without water. We need to pour water. It is logical to add water to products that emit little of their own juice. But vegetables, cabbage - excuse me. And I didn't like this service. The master has repeated a million times that I am simply not happy with the device and I want to get rid of it as soon as possible, so I am looking for all sorts of reasons and find fault. This service lasted for many months, the master called a representative of the company that sold the saucepan. They dragged on for time, excuses, then there were no details, then they did not arrive, then they did not answer, then something else. It is clear why they delayed - they waited for the warranty to expire. As a result, the master has already sided with me. But my saucepan became a real hemorrhoid for him. I had already left Ukraine, and I wrote to him by email. He was so angry that he contacted this slow cooker ...
This is my sad experience. I still managed to give back that saucepan and return the money. It was bought as a gift to parents to make cooking easier. Now they don't want to hear about any multicooker. My cartoon is exactly the same, I took the same ones. Errors in work did not immediately begin to emerge, and I did not cook in it very often, we in Europe do not always eat only hot homemade ones. Thus, the warranty has expired, and the problems will come out even more. This is my first cartoon and I have nothing to compare with. I have sinned on myself for a long time that I am so inept. I tried to adapt to her ... My husband now looks reproachfully, because I asked him for money and was filled with a nightingale, what kind of assistant we will have ...
but frying in soup will probably be cool!
I will definitely try it as soon as I leave Ukraine.

If you measure in a closed state, then I think that everything will be 180 there, but did you accidentally measure the baked goods? How many are there? There is absolutely no mode!
On the soup, when you fry carefully! It burns, but does not stick to the saucepan, probably because I ran like crazy to and fro and stirred, this is my helper
I'll see what they will sing to me tomorrow in the service, God forbid, they will sing about it, just like you .... God forbid you to hold on and not put this pan on anyone's head.

wow ... extinguishing ...

girls, I want to draw your attention (it may come in handy for the service, well, so that you can argue with them probably) ... I certainly don't know how they measure the temperature there, but what the cartoon does at the beginning and at the end should be significantly different.

I didn't think about it before, but recently I began to check. So in my SUP mode (in theory, this is a gentle mode), first the temperature reaches 150 degrees, and then it drops to 95.
probably on EXTINGUISHING there should be something similar.

What is all this about - here the temperature is not the most important thing, here you still need to see if any steam sensors are working or what it is called ... in short, the part that is responsible for the timely decrease in temperature.

I think at the beginning very strong heating should go like this - after all, the cartoon should bring the contents of the bowl to a boil, but then ... at some point, she should understand that there is no need to heat anymore, but an urgent need to lower the temperature and only support. here is what is responsible for this action and needs to be checked. IMHO !!!

I am not a technician and I have never seen the insides of multi, but for some reason it seems to me that the problem is precisely in the thing that does not understand WHEN to lower the temperature.

with regard to the baking mode. here probably a completely different approach should be - equally stable temperature throughout the entire process.

When I bought, the price was equally high.
This is probably from old stocks, not sold until now. On the Yummy YMC-500J, prices dropped around March-April 2011. Just after I bought

Now I can't even believe that I wanted Yummy YMC-500B, and buying it for 1300 kopecks is not worth it at all! Don't be fooled by flowers, the Yummy YMC-500J is better.

Tomorrow, 09/06/2011 I'm taking my Yummi to the service. They said that they need 3 days to establish a "diagnosis". If a problem is established, they will reflash the temperature conditions, if something is more serious, replace it with a square Yummy.
But I still hope that they will put my in order!

I like mine, round. I handed it over to the service. For two weeks.
I came home, something is not calm at all, different thoughts in my head ... maybe I gave it up in vain? Maybe it was necessary to adapt? And if they do it even worse? But the job has already been done.
They said that they would make a request to the manufacturer regarding temperature conditions, since the instructions do not say anything about temperatures ... what they should really be. Then they will test. Someone here wrote that they measured the temperature in the service in some mode by opening the lid, this is not correct, we do not do that.
I asked how the measurement process takes place, they are installed with thermal sensors, the lid is not opened. In general, they drive her, then draw up an act, then we'll see.
Then I'll lay out the act to all of you, read it so that everyone knows what temperature should be on which program. Here is the news.

A week has passed since the Yummi service was delivered. I call them today.
Our intermediate conversation is as follows.
They begin to convince me that the cartoon works, they turned it on with water and drove it through the modes. Everything is working. I tell them that I am aware that it works, I do not like the fact that it does not work correctly in some modes. They say that they do not have information on temperature conditions, what they should be, but they wrote a request to the manufacturer and are waiting for an answer.
Then they suddenly tell me that you are just probably tired of it, tired of the device or it does not fit into the interior of your kitchen and you want to change it
I was already at a loss ... then I feel that my feathers start to rise on end from anger I say, I try to speak clearly and calmly that everything suits me, it suits me, and not just the incorrect operation of the Soup and Baking mode.
They argued for a long time. We agreed that they are waiting for a response from the manufacturer, measure the modes and make me an act that the cartoon was in service and all the necessary data ... in short, I realized that I would not get anything from this service, we are waiting for an answer and take it away.
I think that the problem comes from the manufacturer, that's how the modes are stitched.
Looks like I got hit, hit like that

to be honest, this was the answer I was afraid of when I gave my first Perfezza PR-56 for testing.

It seems to me that you are right in your suspicions, because, as it turned out, other users also had a situation with a similar operating experience for the round Yummy. It is a pity that there were no such responses when you chose a cartoon that was sharpened specifically for baking. Who knows, maybe you, as a skilful hostess and a creative person, still fall out, then teach whim-Perfezka-56 to bake, then Yummi to improve culinary qualifications.
Nevertheless, I hope that local craftsmen in the service will meet halfway and be able to work with temperature firmware.
matilda1001
About the fact that the device is tired and want to get rid of - word for word, as I was told in the service! Are they somewhere specifically taught to talk to clients like that? You still have to go to the consumer protection society. Because bickering will result in the warranty expiring. I sincerely sympathize with you. By the way, I described my situation with Yummi in great detail in this thread.I don't know why my posts were ignored ... But it was also a warning and a call for help. I just thought, what if we, the owners of round Yummi, somehow cooperate and turn to the manufacturer itself? ... But who thinks what?

I am "FOR" only who will cooperate and what will we get as a result? Will we change the cartoon? No! Will the regimes be interrogated for us? I also doubt it terribly ...
Right now I am preparing for the fact that they will simply give it back to me and say that, like, do not show off, it works, cook it for your pleasure ... but the pleasure is not the same ..
And who will write? You, yes I, yes we are with you? After all, besides the two of us and somewhere else I read someone in this thread was dissatisfied with baking, no one brings his disappointment to the public judgment .. as if everyone is fine. But after all, there is a problem, as it turned out, not one of me, so you need to talk about it, shout, trumpet, and not keep silent to yourself in a rag. So that people who want to buy Yummi read and think about whether or not to take this or that model ...
The topic itself is not active, people are inert here ... I don’t understand such silence ... then I’m bad and figs with him, let them buy further, even if they will feel bad!

tigra-tigrica
Girls, you have such sad news here. And, I will come to you with the prices for your Yumki. In Optimart the price is 666 gr. on JB and JR,
Most likely this is such a party. And the brand owners know this. So they taught, like parrots of service workers, to excuse themselves from the problem with learned phrases. Whoever has several MVs, he understands that Yumka does not cook like that, and whoever has her is the first and only one, then they probably think that it should be so. Oriana, I wish you the best of luck. Do not let these "masters" get off the ground, press on the fact that this is not an isolated case. and they know this very well, and it would not hurt to remind them of the phrases they have learned. I think you can contact the ZPP society, because it will be a complaint about the work of the service center, and not about the store. And, once again, I wish you good luck and a positive result.

Experience No. 1. SUP
First, I warmed up the meat (I have pork) for 10 minutes on "Pastry" (so that there was no foam in the broth), then I added onions, bell peppers, carrots, parsley root, zucchini, potatoes, poured water up to the maximum mark, salted and turned on "Soup ". When the soup boiled (nothing spilled out, although it was boiling very actively), I held it for another 10 minutes on this program and switched to "Stewing" for 2 hours. 30 minutes before cooking, I added noodles, at the end - greens. The soup turned out to be transparent, tasty and what pleased me most of all was that everything was cooked and nothing was digested - the meat is soft and the vegetables are whole.

Experiment No. 2. CAPE THREE WISHES
I did it according to this recipe:
150 g sl. oils
150 g sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
270 g flour
30 g poppy seeds
50 g raisins
2 tbsp. l. cocoa
Beat butter with sugar, add eggs, beat, add flour with baking powder. Divide the finished dough into 3 parts. Add raisins to the first, cocoa to the second, poppy seeds to the third. In the same manner, place the dough in a MV saucepan and Pastry for 85 minutes.
Baked perfectly evenly! I didn't even expect. In HP, my cupcakes always turn out too "tanned" and at the same time are sometimes not baked inside.
Achma is also very good - a lazy khachipuri made from lavash and an unusual apple pie made from a dry mixture without kneading. The recipes are on the site. I have not yet succeeded in casseroles from cottage cheese. I tried different recipes, they get wet cakes. But I still hope! Good luck to all!

of course, they could not guarantee that they could change something BEFORE the diagnosis, they could not, but at least the attitude is different, and you have a lot of magic words in a conversation, and your terms are absolutely not TWO WEEKS, but 1-3 days ...

in short, if you don’t find it at home, I’ll look for a service at home. we will bring your lady to a putt! at least I really want to believe in it.

Marinochka! The situation with the "service" multi is super-outrageous !!! But, what is annoying - predictable. I agree with Polinka - to expect help is really only "on the side", when material interest will contribute not only to testing, but also to setting up multi. Unfortunately, the temperature features of the operation modes set by the manufacturer are not known, so the claims hang in the air. The soup really boils, and you can bake it for 4 cycles in a row. It is annoying, or rather disgusting, that service providers, instead of a correct conversation and at least the appearance of help, present the client as a capricious user. Eh ...
There is no need to wind up your nerves, you yourself will decide what is optimal - to look for someone who would undertake to adjust the temperature regimes or adapt to the available possibilities. The main thing is that you are able to "portray" a small culinary miracle in any device !!!

Girls, I will not contact another service. I will not because it is not known what else is there, in the new service center they will do it with the cartoon and it is not known how it will work after all these flashing.
If the service that was called upon to maintain this model failed, then I just don't trust it to others, that's all.
I will write a complaint in defense of consumer rights to this service center, for the fact that they did not provide me with service, and even insulted me.
I took this attack with instructions as a personal insult.
I will also get used to it, since I am such an armless fool and study materiel.
But this "service" I will ruin my life too.
TyominaAlyona
Marishka, I read about your decision - RIGHT!
It is simply necessary to bring the pseudo-service to life, not only did they fool their heads for 2 weeks, creating additional difficulties - the device was not used in the family for its intended purpose, but was stupidly lying around in the service. The question is, what has been checked for SO MUCH time if it is impossible to check the modes for compliance with the temperature probe? And what kind of state secret is connected with Yummy's temperature maps, since you can't even entrust them to service technicians ?! This is just an excuse or, indeed, it is irrationally "protected" temperatures - soup on a powerful boil, and baked goods on almost "stewing"? !!! In this case, this is just a blasphemous misleading consumer who buys a product with deliberately incorrect settings. And this model is still being implemented! As a result, no one, having understood the essence of the issue, reduced all problems to inept exploitation, and even in an offensive form !!! And what kind of "advice" is it to contact the manufacturer directly, and what does Big Brother provide for the service workers? Although, I would use the advice and send an angry letter there, too, promising anti-advertising in Internet resources. Yes, to let off steam !!!
And, perhaps, you are right that you do not want to calibrate Yumka - they can only make it worse. And if she outlined a plan of retaliation for the service workers, then the cartoon cannot be touched with flashing.
You are a fine fellow, Marinochka !!!
tigra-tigrica
So, maybe the modes are confused. Soup is baked goods and baked goods are soup?

everything is possible, but it doesn't make it easier for me, again work by trial and error
matilda1001
Girls, I once had a problematic situation with the return of goods. True, then the service supported me. But I contacted the manufacturer personally, directly. The service said that repairs were impossible due to lack of spare parts. It was with other large kitchen appliances. At first I spoke by telephone with the director of the manufacturing plant. And we agreed that if within a certain time the situation with the store does not change and the goods are not taken away, then I should write to the address of the manufacturer with a demand to replace the goods or return the money. They, in turn, pressed on the store and returned the money to me.
I think that in a situation with cartoons, it is worth asking the manufacturer in writing for information about temperature regimes, referring to the fact that the service center actually refuses high-quality service due to ignorance and the impossibility of checking these very temperature regimes. Something like this ... For example, it can be presented not as a repair, but as a test for temperature conditions, since the instructions do not say a word about this. After all, the service recommended reading the instructions carefully! And there is nothing in it about the power of the modes.
I still have a question: how to find this very paid service? In our city, for example, everything is somehow painted according to brands. Those who are engaged in Panas have nothing to do with Yummi.

And if you really write, then probably you need not to China, but to the official representative office of Yummi in Ukraine, if there is no such thing, then in Russia. you will correspond with the Chinese for a long time and explain the problem.

Write to manufacturer ... to China? And what devil am I going to write to them? The service center should write this, not me. I brought them a cartoon and expressed my displeasure with its incorrect work, and all correspondence should already be conducted by the service center.
After all, it is with them my cartoon is in service, that's why we will deal with this service center.
If we start a "war" with the service center, then I would ask in writing "how the diagnostics were carried out (methods and devices) and what results were obtained (time, temperature, etc.) and in what time frame."
(It happens that it is easier for them to check the device again than to write scribbles).
By law, they are obliged to respond within 1 month. On the basis of this answer, then I would have already contacted the representative office.

But first of all, I would decide what I want to get in the end: a working multicooker or punishment of a service center, frayed nerves and wasted time?
Anyway - good luck

Girls, for a long time I have not gone into the topic (there is catastrophically no time), but now - SHOCK !!! So much negativity about Yummi ?! When I bought for my daughter in April, I climbed various multi-cooker, bakery forums and practically did not see any negative reviews about Yummi (and indeed there were few of them) - so I bought Yummi jb. And now I don't understand - are these problems only with YummiB or with Yummi j? The fact is that I use my daughter's multicooker more than she does, and I bought it so that my daughter (who gave birth to a baby in April) does not stand at the stove, but pawns food and went for a walk. Before that there was no CF and this CF seemed to me just a miracle. We practically don't use baking for baking (2 times I made a biscuit: the first time it turned out great, and the second time it fell and the middle was not baked, but then it was noisy in the kitchen, perhaps that's why - the biscuit is "a delicate matter"). I don't like the soup either - after intensive boiling (though I didn't get out of the pan, but the lid got splattered heavily), I switched to cooking soups and borscht on Stew - everything turns out fine. Before that, if necessary, I make frying on "baking", 20 minutes is enough. True, the daughter and son-in-law are inclined to dietary meals, so they use the Steamer with might and main. While stewing, she made all kinds of vegetable stews, vegetables with rice. Porridges are cooked on the "native" program. My daughter once cooked potatoes on "potatoes" (I, in principle, thought that this program was just for boiling potatoes), but they like steam more. But the most interesting thing is that my son-in-law, who is completely indifferent to meat in general and did not welcome the purchase of MV in principle (he does not like any household appliances - he takes up a lot of space, he makes yoghurts in a thermos, and does not want to hear about the yogurt maker, although I more than once offered to give it to them), loved the MV stew. Says, pointing to MV - "Here is the shaitan, addicted me to beef stew, do not come off." Indeed, the beef turns out to be tender, juicy.
Perhaps we enjoy cooking in this MB so much that we have not seen others? I hope everyone will get on with this MV. Although, if I had seen so much negativity before buying, I probably would not have bought it. So I want to buy myself a MV (economy class), now I don't know which model to choose.

And they do not have these reviews, we are talking about Yummi V ... and in our topic there were no negative reviews about this model, although, as it turned out later, people had complaints about the work of some programs in this particular model, but for some reason nobody wrote anything ...

And I had before and had something to compare, despite the fact that the first multicooker can be said to be generally a little-known company, but it works as it should and there are no complaints about it. And this one seems to have a more or less well-known name, but there is no service at all and what she has with the programs is still not clear!

I don't know how about building relationships ... maybe it's real, to cook stewed soup, and bake in soup, but personally in my situation, I'm a little tired of constantly adjusting to something.
In my first slow cooker there is no "baking" mode, I found it on the "crispy rice" mode and I bake it quite successfully. But my Prefezza, in comparison with Yummi, costs half the price, but here I overpaid and again have to adjust? Plus, the service is such that you want ... I don't know, I don't want anything ...

I also have Yumka and I am happy with her, it just seems to me that there are more negative reviews because when it’s bad, emotions burst out and I want to share, and when it’s okay, no one writes anything, I immediately praised my Yumka a lot. , when the sensations were new, and now I got used to it as if it was necessary.
SupercoW
but it seems to me they are silent for two reasons:
- or there are still assistants (many more) who will insure. because all sorts of jambs are not so scary.
- either this is the first cartoon, and the person just thinks that everything should work like that.

Well, if clear tasks are set before the multicooker, if the manufacturer has declared the fulfillment of these tasks, and if nothing is done ... of course, it turns out dishonestly and you don't want to be silent.

there is also what parsley - there is a suspicion that they cheated with a round model of yummi, and most of them seem to be square. if I understood correctly. that's why there weren't really any real reviews about the round.

here I agree with you !!! when you pay certain money, you actually count on something!

I also noticed that the smaller the amount, the more it boils. at least on the Soup program.
Today I cooked borscht on "Soup" for 7 people, filled the saucepan even above the maximum. I thought it would overflow, so I did not leave the CF even a step. It boiled for a long time, but then it boiled quietly as if stewing.
