I have a good refrigerator.

QUESTION:
Could this be due to the fact that the cow is sick?
What kind of mastitis is there and so on?
Because another milk from another cow / another milkmaid DOES NOT SURGE !!!! It's easy until the end of the week.

To prevent the milk from sour, pour fresh milk into jars of the required volume, cover with gauze folded in several layers, well, in extreme cases, with an inverted lid (or a lid with holes) and let the milk cool to room temperature. And only after that put the milk in the refrigerator. Otherwise, as my grandmother used to say, the milk will "suffocate". To sum up, we pour fresh milk from the milk pan into the required container, cool it open and only then transport it. My milk is stored in the refrigerator not boiled for 3-4 days (although I don't keep that much, I use it in porridge, baked goods, for yogurt). See if it can help you.
