Hello everyone! Where have you disappeared? I've put the cheesecake in Yumka ... let's see how it works out here, it should work out, since it even turned out in Perfezka ... I think
My husband has a People's Day on Sunday, let's go to the dacha, I already ordered a Zebra, sooooo everyone liked it, super-duper recipe
I baked a cheesecake .... oh and sat for a long time !!! The first 65 minutes beeped, I don't open it, I stood for half an hour with the lid closed. I open - wet !! I touch it with my finger - there is raw dough on my finger! Pancake! I'll have it for another 50 minutes ... well, I think that's it, wait, I'll get the sole, it's been 50 minutes, I open it - the height is up to 8 in the pan. The sides are rosy, not opal, baked. I left it in a saucepan to cool, I don't know how I will pull it out in texture like a soufflé, it already sways ... I poked it with a knife - it's dry inside ...
In short, I baked it for a total of 65 + 50 and half an hour with the lid closed. And in Perfez in 65 minutes it was already fried ... well, you saw the pictures ...

She pulled it out, cooled down, sat down a little.

Can I have a cheesecake recipe? I tried to make it according to different recipes, it turned out a hammered, low pancake.

Marinochka, what a hearty cheese !!! And tasteful !!! I also bake it for a long time. But, most likely, I will bake the cheese in Panas so that there is a tender crust.

I'm not overjoyed at my new helper
We are now preparing a vegetable stew, an hour has passed, everything is ready, the vegetables are whole, nothing has boiled down, nothing has fallen apart, despite the fact that I have zucchini and cauliflower there ... so delicate stewing, just a smart girl, not a machine (ugh three times). Everything in the form I laid, not a single vegetable turned into porridge

That's for sure! Cartoons can stew perfectly! This has always won me over. Does Perfezka extinguish not so ???
oriana
Perfez does not extinguish, it languishes, because the stewing program in Perfez, I perform during cooking.

Marish, I'm not really happy for you !!! You have done so many useful things in Perfezz - you deserve an excellent baking regime, you have suffered through it!
but to be honest, I liked the cheese from perfezza more ... externally ...

Thank you, Polinka! Cheesecake from Perfezka is more fried, I baked it completely in XP mode, I didn't even turn it off for the last 20 minutes ...
And here all of himself is so tender and white and baked 65 + 60 ... In terms of taste, Yummi is more like cheese, the taste of souffle is more pronounced ...
So much for the temperature differences between the cartoons, now I am again making ham in Prefezka and then I will make lard stuffed in my sleeve ...

Today I baked a cupcake "Three desires" It tasted like chocolate-orange, I highly recommend it to everyone! HERE.

Girls ... well, what is it ...while I was walking about on business, I was away for three hours, my everything, my little brother still pulled himself up with the girl and ate a pie ...
They left me such a tiny piece ... I just do not have time to bake, not only will I have to keep a cow on the balcony soon, but I will also have to build a mill in my country house (extract flour) ... they tell me, it's nicho, we're your third cartoon give
TyominaAlyona
:) Marishenka, dear, this is the best proof that the cake was a success! Well, at least you got a piece to try! And I have a problem on the contrary - I want to bake something in a new cartoon, my hands are itching straight, but I see that I ate a lot of flour, don't go

That was a success, only tomorrow they will have to bake again ... fragrant like that, but this is due to orange peel, vanilla and cocoa ...
Make your own ham in cartoon, you will definitely not regret it !!!

Soooo girls, almost brought the result with fried potatoes on the "Potato" mode closer to the ideal. She put the potatoes, cut them into not thick strips, threw finely chopped onions there, added vegetable oil and a little water. I put it on for 30 minutes. After the signal, I opened it, turned it over to the other side, the potato acquired a golden appearance (in some places), I didn't really calculate honey agaric with water, we need even less of it. So I turned it over, the potatoes were 90% ready and for another 10 minutes.
The scent is crazy - the taste is divine.
I draw a conclusion - we need a little more oil, a little less water and we will get fried potatoes!
TyominaAlyona
Marishka, what if NO water at all? Why is she? Potatoes are not dry in themselves, like cereals

Alenka, the instructions say that the potatoes must be cooked using water .. I don’t know why this is so, the water should cover the potatoes 1 cm above it ...
I did it for the first time - I got stewed potatoes, today I got 60% fried potatoes ...

Fry in Baking - 40 minutes. Stir once in the middle. I'm frying for 7 people! Doesn't fit in a frying pan, but excellent in CF!

Few races. oil, no water. Fry under a closed lid. Stir after 20 minutes. I hope you will like it. Good luck.

Girls, tell me pliiiz who owns the information. How many degrees does the cartoon hold in baking mode? I'm not very happy with the baked goods at Yummi.
It bakes for a very long time, the middle is damp, the dough itself is sticky on top, and everything is baked and slightly ruddy below. Today the cupcake stood at 90 + 20 and anyway, the top was slightly damp ... More confusion about the valve. Why, when you bake fragrant products (cinnamon cake), you absolutely do not hear the smell, you can't even see that the steam comes out intensively? Maybe I have something wrong with the valve? When I bake in Perfezz, the aroma is worn throughout the apartment, nothing is heard in Yummi, absolutely nothing!

You know, I don't like making cupcake in MV either. Better in HP (also long, but the cake turns out to be more baked). The oven is of course ideal (I have 30 minutes to bake the cake). The classic cake contains a lot of butter (margarine), the dough is fatty and requires a high temperature. MV is more suited for light dough, such as a biscuit.

Girls, save me. I read about the multicooker, bought a Yummy YMC-500B. But I was very disappointed. Attempts to cook the soup were unsuccessful, because after boiling the products, the stove turned off, a zero appeared on the timer and went into heating mode. I tried to increase the time, all to no avail. The product boils, boils a little (no matter how much time is left until the end of cooking) and is cut down (the signal sounds about the end of cooking). The same story today with the extinguishing regime. I put the fried fish (0.5 kg) into the cartoon, fill it with tomato and put it to stew (the timer was 60 minutes), after 15 minutes the timer is reset and the heating mode is turned on. Maybe someone can explain to me what I'm doing wrong?
A separate story with pilaf. I fried meat with carrots and onions in a cartoon, loaded rice there, poured hot broth, wanted to turn on the porridge mode ... But it was not there. He didn’t meanly turn on (maybe because everything was hot), he had to limit himself to extinguishing.
I had this with the cartoon. After a long hassle, I had to return it back to the store.
Write how you did it, pliz.

I cook borsch, first I made a frying on baking and poured in hot broth. I put soup on the program, a very strong boil began, spat on the lid, poured out a little through the valve (horror ... in my perfezz on the prog Soup is very comfortable to cook), transferred to stewing ... but stewing is not like in perfezz, which is not extinguishing, but languor. And in Yummi there is a slow boil ... here's a less temperature cartoon ...
Borschik cooked in 40 minutes, tasted it ... a very interesting taste, completely different from the one on the stove, I did not violate the technology, I always cook according to the same recipe. Awesomely delicious))
IRR
oriana, , I already wrote about extinguishing - at first it is active until it boils, then it boils for about 10 minutes with bulbs, and then with small bubbles. I don't cook anything on soup. Only if you suddenly need to boil

I did not notice the bulbs on the stewing, because I switched from the soup mode (crazy bulbs) to the stewing mode and it quickly calmed down and slowly boiled.
The main result is that the borschik succeeded)), the stewing mode is good! And the borscht was cooked too quickly ...
What then is the soup mode for? What can you cook on it on such an active program? Something in a small amount of water?

do not bother asked for a high temperature, they called it badly soup. In my YUMMI - almost everything is on extinguishing, and if frying, frying, then bakery products.

oriana
I poured the borschik today, my saucepan and I saw that some kind of pan was strange ... I looked into Prefezza, and there was Yummkin's pan in it.
In short, I mixed up pots in places and cooked borscht in Yummi, but in a Perfez pan ... here ... pots bka fit perfectly

I baked a muffin recipe in Yumka today.
It turned out to be so aromatic, saturated with the smell of honey and cinnamon, such a bright yellow-brown color (the honey was buckwheat).

Multicooker Yummy YMC-500

I did it according to this recipe:
150 gr. Melt margarine with 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 3 tbsp. warm up with honey, do not boil.
Add 0.5 cups of milk (I had ghee) or 2 tbsp. l. with a slide of thick sour cream.
Mix 3 eggs one at a time
3 cups flour + 2 tsp. Sift baking powder and add to the honey-egg mixture, add cinnamon if desired.
Knead the dough until smooth with a spoon. Mix all ingredients without beating.
Bake for 60 + 10 minutes. The cake turns out to be quite dense, it is cut perfectly!
You can make 12 muffins from half the dough.
matilda1001
I also never use the "Soup" program. I cook all the first courses on the stew - this is my favorite program. Frying on baked goods or without frying is possible, just put all the ingredients at once. The only digression: I bring the meat to a boil in a separate saucepan, then it boils for a couple of minutes. Then I rinse it and put it in the cartoon. This does not work out any foam from the meat in the cartoon.
matilda1001
But the cheesecake didn't work for me. I took the recipe from this temka: charlotte dough on the bottom, and curd mass on top. So, in the process, for some reason the dough came out and turned out to be on top, perfectly raw. I had to scrape it off with a spoon and use it for scrap. The cheese at the bottom turned out to be pretty good.

I fried on baking - it turns out delicious, as if a boiled card with a golden brown crust. This is for 2 servings. But I did this - I cut a small potato in half, covered the bottom of the mv, after 20 minutes turned it over, salted it, jerked it with dill and another 20 minutes. It turns out all in a crust. Om-Nom-nom.

I am interested in your option for a large amount of potatoes. Are you doing half the pot or even more? And it turns out all with a crust? Are you adding onions?

.

I cut all the potatoes into strips as for frying. Salt, stirring. I start Baking for 45 minutes. 5 minutes I warm up with vegetable oil -2-3 tbsp. l, then put the potatoes, close the lid. After 25 minutes, stir, close the lid and until tender. You can stir again in the middle of this time if desired.

I also like this recipe for YOUNG potatoes:
peel and wash young potatoes, whole small potatoes, chop large ones into 2 (4) pieces depending on size. Put potatoes in MV, season with salt, sprinkle with garlic squeezed through a press, sprinkle with dill, put butter in cubes on top, close the lid and "Stew" for 1 hour. DO NOT open, do not stir. DO NOT ADD WATER. The potatoes are tender, whole, not boiled.

Briefly about my ordeals: at first, they hardly found a service center, after that they waited two weeks to no avail, then I had to go and have a fight. As a result, the control panel turned out to be defective, we were given an act on the impossibility of repairing the goods, and the store made a replacement

The last time I had such a situation. I cooked stuffed chicken neck with millet porridge. That is, she stuffed the neck, put it in the cartoon, poured millet around and filled it with water. Put it on the stew. After half an hour, the cartoon turned off. Having looked in, I found a complete lack of water at the bottom, the water was all at the top, but there was nothing at the bottom, the porridge displaced everything, I restarted it again - the cartoon did not even turn on. I started baking with the valve open - it cooked normally.
So now I think too ... why did it turn off after the water boiled off during the extinguishing?
I cooked a vegetable stew on "stewing" without water, with one tablespoon of sunflower oil ... everything went well, stewed out and turned off at the end of the allotted time.
It turns out that in the case of millet porridge, the cartoon, feeling that the porridge slightly adhered to the bottom of the saucepan, prudently cut down the program to avoid burning ... so what?
And in the case of stews, vegetables produce enough juice so that nothing sticks to the bottom, that's probably why the program worked to the end without failures.
But these are just my conclusions ...

Agata21, great! Handsome, is there still cottage cheese in the middle of the pie, or did it just happen in the photo?
But a couple of days ago I did the first time in all the stay of the cartoons with my fish on a vegetable pillow. It turned out delicious, the fish tasted like canned food in oil.
But I will rarely cook fish. I barely tore the cartoon away from this fishy smell, so I don't like it !!! Nevertheless, I think that it is better to do fish, simply stew in a saucepan.

This is not cottage cheese, I just poured it with a mixture of eggs and sour cream

Girls, Yummivods! Answer those who bake in Yummi. She just disappoints me with her program "baking"!
Here again, not far away, as today I was baking a honey cake from Shula. In Perfezza - a chic, tall honey biscuit, baked for only 65 minutes. Today Yummi bakes using the same recipe, using the same technology. Time 60 + 20, low and wet pancake! Well, what is it. I took it mainly because of the "baking", because there are no baked goods in my Perfezza model, but I learned how to bake there. And now Perfezza bakes many times better than Yummi. Yummi cooks beautifully, stews, cooks, fries, but I have a big problem with her oven. In her, only Zebra is good, but in Perfezz Zebra does not work ... what the hell am I already almost roaring, I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Why does she bake like that?
Lower baking temperature than Perfezz or what's the problem?
Agata21
I am also unhappy with the baked goods. I bake in the aurora.

I don’t bake at YUMMI, I don’t need it. I baked only a couple of times - at the beginning there was a biscuit on sour cream and this year Easter cake in MV - it seems to be good But in principle, my baking in MV doesn't work out very well, but it's my own fault - I cut the ingredients - I have such recipes - like - a pack of butter, a pound of sugar and egg cage, critical for hfigura

shl. I remembered baking chocolate with boiling water - there is in the subject. Rose, average. It was baked well, it was porous, not a pancake.

Oriana!- do not worry! peki, where you do better.
