Tanya-Fanya, Tan, read in general, about all such models with watches. The watch breaks quickly and then you can't use the brass until the clock block is replaced. In general, something pulled me to mechanical control, somehow it would be more reliable.
Here, for example, Whirlpool is a nice mechanical model, three glasses, no telescopes, and in general, there are no grates on the sides, I realized - there are grooves in the walls of the oven. Well, that's nice. Although in one place it is written - 3 levels of cooking. What is it - only three places where you can insert the baking sheet? In some photo of the inside of the oven - the baking sheet is in the lowest position, and the second level is above the middle in height, and the third is right under the grill. It is also not very good. The design and color are suitable, you can be a little lighter, but you can't often understand in the photo.
Choosing a built-in oven
In general, now we need to read reviews on the internet. And maybe there are owners of Virpuls, like these ovens in general. Or maybe someone has just such a Whirlpool, it's also very interesting to listen to.
By the way, I wrote a letter to the official representative office of Gorenje asking if it is possible to replace the telescope gratings on the model that I wanted, somehow, by buying them in the Gorenie service, whether such a replacement is technically possible. .. Well, maybe they will write in response, although for some reason it seems that they will not answer.)
Tanya-Fanya
Mona1, I don’t understand how you choose the oven? Will you order online? It seems like you need to choose from what the store offers, which took the defective one, or I didn't understand something
Mona1
Tanya-Fanya, Tanyush, this is an internet store. And even if this particular model is not there, then they can bring it to us from Russia (as, in principle, their entire assortment is now being transported from there). They have nothing in stock, only pictures are hanging, they don't care what to carry. You name a model, they look for it and say whether their suppliers in Russia have it or not. Well, and a couple of weeks have to wait until all sorts of customs, customs clearance. As a result, the price is one third higher than in your shops and in Ukrainian ones. Well, what to do? To wait for everything to work out and prices will return from the skies .. So life will pass, expectantly.
Tanya-Fanya
Mona1, Now it is clear.

There are some Samsung models, where there is not one fan in the back wall, but two - one above the bottom - for each level its own
Unless Samsung has perverted and turned it over, but in ordinary ovens, the back wall fan sucks in this air, not blows it out.

Good afternoon to all members of the forum!
Since I will change absolutely everything when I move, I'm also interested here)
On the last pages, did you discuss only Combustion because of the very good ovens, or just because of the design? I opt for a simple steel high-tech electric oven built in. I'm not planning a high-tech kitchen, but this ... Between a loft and a cottage. I will build the oven into a column 60 cm wide, or maybe wider, I plan to put my old Panas as a microwave on the column above the oven, although I cook all the ovens in it, and even in a cartoon. It is hefty and not built-in, you need a lot of space. What technique would you advise me to look at? I'll probably bake cookies in it, and even Napoleon-type cakes, on a whole healthy baking sheet, and meringues. For the rest, I have a different technique. That is, there is no need for special bells and whistles, neither a grill, nor a two-level one (both are in Panas, I do not use it ...) Unless a baking sheet that comes out is probably convenient. A timer is probably everywhere now, and an auto shutdown. The controls are simpler and there are fewer extras (and the price is lower, and the quality is higher, yeah)

models of this particular Provencal appearance.
I am also looking for a "Provencal look" And I need a not built-in stove, but since it is not easy, I suffered for a long time ... As a result, I found both a built-in and an ordinary one
Built-in: LIBERTY HO 719 AVR
Hob: Liberty PWG 6511 AVR (306)
Solid plate: Liberty PWE 6115 Sl
At first I chose Gorenje, they dissuaded me from the service for two.
Mona1
I don’t know what Liberty is. But Gorenje is historically engaged in kitchen equipment, there is an authorized service specifically for Gorenje.
And when I also tortured the masters from the service, which brand is better (then I chose the hood). They said that everything breaks down, but you have to choose from firms that are well known. It is from the availability of spare parts or, if they are not available, then the service center can order them from the manufacturer.
My mom recently threw out the washing machine, some screw garbage wore off and began to slip. As a result, they could not switch to another mode. There were no analogues in the service, and the manufacturer is little known and does not sell spare parts. As a result, the washing machine was thrown out, although it was washing perfectly. Because of the cheap plastic
Tanya-Fanya
Mona1 - Tanyusha, how did your epic with the purchase of the oven end? I missed it, I'm sorry.
Mona1
Tanya-Fanya, Tanyush, so far nothing. They took her away after testing by their masters from the service, they confirmed that there was no compliance with the instructions. Well, a day later they call me and say that in the service center they tested it in all modes and came to the conclusion that it works absolutely fine and there is a discrepancy for 5 minutes and this is not critical. That is, if she signals me after 10 minutes that the temperature is reached, then according to them - after 15 maximum. But I know that not after 15, I would not have arisen then, if it were so. I have toko 200 degrees in 29 minutes. In general, the manager from the store asked me on the phone - how I tested, in what mode, level, etc. Well, I said Top / Bottom 200 degrees, at the middle level I put a thermometer on the grate. She said that she will now transfer all this to the service by phone. Well, it stopped there. I waited until the promised me a maximum of 20 days for such an exchange process and called the store. She asked how my oven was there. They told me: She is now in an authorized center for an examination and so far the result has not been communicated to them. As soon as it is known, they will call me. But now 10 days have passed, that is, today it is exactly a month since they took the oven away from me, and no hearing, no breath. I'll call them again tomorrow. The funny thing is, they took the oven away, but they didn't give me any receipts or receipts in return, that is, in fact, they can just throw me for 50 thousand rubles, say: What kind of oven is this, we see you for the first time. I don’t have any papers at all, that in general I turned to them with this problem, everything was decided in the telephone mode .. So that's it. Well, I will hope that at least this oven of mine will be returned someday. Or maybe they will twist something there so that she warms up faster. Well, what will they throw me at the dough, well, I somehow don't worry much, because in the last 4 years of my life, practically without leaving my city, I realized that this is not the main thing - money, it is important, but not the main thing.
By the way, can anyone know. What is the maximum term for an examination? It seems there are some requirements. Well, at least according to Russian legislation or Ukrainian. In general, we have a third, but here finally a dark matter. Well, at least how is it accepted in the civilized world? Otherwise, tomorrow we will have to swear with them, we must appeal to them for some time.
Tanya-Fanya
H-yeah! It turns out it's not over yet.
Tanya, it seems to me, this is not your expertise yet. The service center has checked and should give a note.
You don't kick them, so they pull.
Mona1
Well, tomorrow I'll kick it))).
Mona1
Girls, well, my oven saga ended in nothing. The oven returned to me with the conclusion that everything was in order. After the examination of our local service, which I spoke about and which confirmed that there was a discrepancy with the instructions, the oven was sent to Rostov for examination there. They did it for a month, finally, they returned the oven with the act that everything was in order. After that, the store decided to conduct another examination at our local service to check who was right again. I said that I wanted to be present there during the examination. They do not mind. I came, their service inspector showed me the cut off warranty card and said that it was cut off in Rostov. I asked: And what does this mean? Answer: This means that it was being repaired, and not just an examination. Most likely, they repaired, and then did an examination. And then the interesting began. He showed me the instructions for the oven and where there are recipes, next to the names of some (about a quarter of all recipes) there is a footnote saying: preheat 10 minutes beforehand. And they in Rostov underlined this phrase with a marker.
The service technician told me that I had a wrong idea of how to measure. Type you need to first heat the oven for 10 minutes, and then turn off the mode and turn it on immediately to the operating mode, and only from this moment it is necessary to count how much it will heat up to the desired one. In general, I turned on the UP / BOTTOM 200 degrees and waited 10 minutes, it just beeps at this time. Disconnected. And again they turned on the same mode of 200 degrees (some kind of nonsense). And he put in his electronic thermometer, I put mine on and began to measure. 5 minutes passed and his thermometer already showed 220 degrees (it is strange why it went so far beyond 200, I suspect that such an "interesting" thermometer). Mine was 180. Well, he says: I've already had enough on mine, but your type is inertial and just didn't have time. And like, it doesn't make sense to measure further, it's already more than 200 and now it's just maintaining the temperature. The set has already been completed, and there on yours - already 180, it remains to dial some 20 degrees, this is a matter of a couple of minutes. So, in total, heating occurs at normal times, 17-18 minutes. A type of norm - up to 10 minutes, after a 10-minute preheating, that is, in total - up to 20 minutes comes out.
Well, I say, okay, it looks like they fixed something, took it home. The next day, I checked at home in the same way as he did in the service, and the next day, as I did before, I turned it on and off until the temperature reached. And - such garbage - 200 degrees were recruited for 28-29 minutes ... It turned out that when setting UP / BOTTOM 200 degrees, both with the first method of verification, and with the second - 180 degrees are recruited in 15 minutes. But the remaining 20 degrees - only imagine another 13-14 minutes. This is a kapets. This means that they did not repair anything, I also had 29 minutes before this whole story.
In general, I mainly use the 180 degree mode, so I just knowing the nature of the oven, I will set it to 200 degrees, and then, after exactly 15 minutes, I will switch to 180 degrees. Well, if you need to cook something at 200 degrees, then when you turn it on, I will warm it up in a mode with a temperature of 250 degrees, for example, for some reason it warms up faster. I checked it somehow.
These are the adventures. Again, I don't want to butt the store. Soon the furniture will be delivered, something needs to be built in, and September is just around the corner, my pastry work begins, orders, I can't go without an oven, and my gas one will be removed by that time, a new set will be installed. So I will adapt, especially since in the rest - she suits me - how it bakes.
Anchic
Tanya, but is there convection? I heat my oven on convection, the heating goes much faster. Which, in principle, is logical - the air is mixed.
Mona1
Anchic, Anya, by the way, yes, as an option, you can heat it on convection. My model, by the way, has a pin - the temperature sensor sticks out in the upper right corner right under the ceiling. Probably, there are already 200, so it starts to turn off the heating elements. And if you mix the air, then the sensor will not react so quickly, it seems to me.
Anchic
Tanya, maybe yes, it turns off earlier precisely because it heats up and the sensor is at the top.

Mona1 Tanyusha!
Well, then you need to adapt to your oven and make it your friend! Whisper sweet words to her, technology also loves affection.
My Gorenje has a separate “quick heat up” oven mode, but I don't use it. I immediately turn on the top / bottom mode for 200 grams and for 10 minutes while kneading or laying on a baking sheet, it squeaks like it has gained temperature.
Tanya, I thought, how sensible are your instructions? I have a stupid one, sorry. I got to some things only after reading the instructions for Bosch, because before that there were only gas ovens.
Maybe you can also look at the instructions for other electrolux, for example, something more specific about warming up, or you will find a recipe similar to yours and with a recommendation on the modes for it.
Mona1

Hello everyone. I have not visited the forum for a long time, but now there is a question, can anyone help.
Essence is spirit. built-in Kaiser multifunctional, touch control. EN 6963
The thermostat began to junk. I checked it with the device, everything is okay, no breakdowns, the inclusion is taking place.
He put the baguettes in the oven as usual and, oh, horror, he burned them completely, this never happened.
In short, I began to check, put up 100 grams. in the oven thermometer with a probe, tamper. passed 100g and climbed to over 200. The relay did not work and did not turn off. for 100g.
The question is, did anyone put a temperature controller with a sensor on their cabinet and if they did, which one.

Yuri, the master changed me. It is on the Kaiser, but there is little use ... it still does not show correctly. By the way, I paid 5600 !?

Most likely, they put their own thermostat from the Kaiser, but it is expensive, about 2600 s with a guarantor. workshop.
And you can put a universal tempera. 50-300gr, depending on the brand, they cost from 800-1500 the choice is large, it is only important to choose for all positions. But I want a better controller, this is better.

Please advise how to bake a cake in the AEG B 9971-4-m oven? I have never seen such an oven, I was asked to find out ...
Tanya-Fanya
Download the instructions for the name you provided.
In general, in electric ovens, the cake is usually baked in the top + bottom mode at a temperature of 180 grams. time depends on the volume of the form.
Mode designations are also in the instructions.
Sashunesha
Thank you, she baked those two cupcakes, but the roof of both of them burst. The shapes are oblong, probably from Fixprice. Is convection necessary if 180?

If the mode is convection, then the temperature should be set to 160-170 degrees (depending on what temperament the oven has).

I congratulate everyone on the many upcoming holidays! So the purchase of all the equipment backed me up. As always, I want to save space on the oven too. As always, as with induction dominoes, an oven with a height of 45cm (Electrolux EVK 95840 AX) costs twice as much as a normal one. My husband already has a question about my normality. And a few more questions. Should I buy a touch-controlled oven or are the conventional rotary knobs better? It seems that people did not particularly complain about the Electrolux sensors, but you never know at all ... And what is the height of the oven itself, will a goose maker, for example, fit into it, or just a baking sheet with meat in French? Who has such low insertions, please respond!
Olga VB
ekivoka_i, Yulia, Go to IKEA, see the narrow Electrolux ovens there. You can take goose pans and other different dishes in the next section and shove it all into the oven. There you can also feel the touch and mechanical control buttons. Well, look at the prices there, and at the same time you will find out if there are any discounts for this technique. Last year there were great terms of purchase. I was not interested in this.
Good luck!

I also have fornelli, only 45 cm. But by the way, the difference is not particularly felt, between 60. But it seems like there is more meta for the boxes.
Olga VB
Elizabet, that's what I need you!
Do you have exactly 45 cm in width or in height?
I look closely at narrow ovens (45 cm wide), there are several models of them from different manufacturers, and I'm still trying to figure out if the game is worth the candle?
In the same place, the height and depth are standard, but the width is actually less. But the width has a strong effect on performance. And it turns out, where the baking in the standard all fits on one baking sheet, there it is necessary to cook in a narrow 2 floors.
I now have a standard Electrolux, and although it bakes very well and stably, on 2 levels, even with convection, the result is not very good to me compared to single-level baking.
Please measure the size of the working part of the baking sheet in your fornelli, I want to compare with mine.
And further. Where does her steam go? Forward?
Can you take a picture of how she fit into the surrounding landscape?

Well them, these sensors!

Great advice about Ikea !!

that's how I chose my oven

* with pyrolysis (thank God pyrolysis !! do not smell chemistry and do not kill joints with otrayka),

* with a temperature probe (switches off itself when meat or bread is ready),

* and with telescopic rails (hurray, hot and heavy is easier to fix or remove / put on)

She's not there already ..
See MATTRADITION for 30 thousand.

Mine is the same in appearance, it cost 40 thousand, but the timer is electronic.
This MATTRADITION has a mechanical ...

I chose not on a timer ...
in my Grenslös telescopes, 71 liters, 5 levels, temperature probe, convection, pyrolysis, range from 30 to 300 degrees ...
Externally the same as MATTRADITION, except for the timer in the center.
the one that is now over 30 thousand. probably? no temperature probe, telescopic guides.
But there is pyrolysis! and also convection (of course) + two grates and two baking sheets (deep and regular).

I'm tired of throwing around online stores .. I took it in Ikea, as in a store that has been standing for years ...
The cost was cheaper than the analogue in Eldorado and mvideo ...

I look at Ikea there is no average choice, but there are either over 30 or over 50 ..

When I took it, there were two options for 40 (with handles, with recessed handles) and for 50 with sensors (Cooking) ...
There was a 10 difference, and I chose pens for 40 ...

If Ikea is near, maybe they have a good oven in the "markdown" ...
It happens that they have been removed from sales, there are new ones, in packaging in the markdown department ...
