it is probably unrealistic to send something for a replacement
Then they themselves will offer money and take away the oven. Or they will give a certificate to the store so that the money will be returned.

Well, let's see. I read about warranty repairs, I threw an interesting little article under the spoiler, I think many can come in handy who will come across a warranty repair of equipment).

Here's what you need now for a conversation with the SC.
Jouravl
When I called the oven repairman, we signed an agreement in which 90 days are clearly written, now all the terms are prescribed in the agreement. Apparently, taking into account the supply of parts, and the service is in no hurry, we had to speed up the process
Wit
And how much to "speed up the process" now?
Jouravl
Wit, Vitalyyes, complaint to Siemens headquarters
I also got free repair
Wit
Yes, I remembered when I posted the post.
Jouravl
Moreover, before May there was a strong thunderstorm and I had a Siemens cooking gas with its electronics, I called and the next day I was a master and changed the unit, though I had to pay, this is our fault that the lightning struck like that. So, I'm already friends with Siemens
Mona1
Found the Law on Consumer Protection in the DPR, that is, here. And as it turned out, it is possible not to make warranty repairs, but to demand termination of the purchase and sale agreement with a refund, and if the price of the goods has increased, then the amount is paid that is at the moment. And if it has decreased, then the purchase amount. Or you can change to another model, for example, with the payment of the difference, but the difference is also paid based on the increased price between the models. By the way, I bought for 50 thousand, and right now my model is 66 with a tail. But I understood that in order to terminate the contract, it would be necessary to conduct an examination. It seems here somewhere someone wrote about these cases.

I am writing further. The guys from the SC have just arrived. Checked out. And they agreed that the oven was not working correctly and said that there was nothing they could do about it. They said that they would inform the store about it, and they would contact me together and come to some kind of decision, but that would be tomorrow. I asked the service technicians to record all their temperature and time measurements. So that I have a piece of evidence in my hands, but they flatly refused. They said that they did not work for me, but for the store that sent them for verification. And they will tell the store their verdict. True, they tell me: "We will say that the oven is working in a peculiar mode." I tell them: "NO !!! Tell them that the oven does not work as stated in the instructions. What does not coincide with the declared one. And that this is the manufacturer's fault, which cannot be eliminated here. Do you agree with this?" They: "Well, yes." So now I hope that they will convey my idea to the store at least approximately. I will demand an exchange for another oven, but not this one, but simpler and less sophisticated, the Gorenie brand, most likely. I bought such a Gorenje BO 731 CLI for my daughter-in-law, she's not overjoyed. True, I have not measured the temperature there yet.

And yet - maybe someone has this model, then tell me - the color is the same as in the photo or darker? It is desirable for me just such.

kil, Irina, Ira, there was a very strong discharge, and only one, I cooked and everything worked for me - a TV set, a multicooker, and a cooker. So the hob squeaked and went out, everything else is normal. Gyyy, Tanyusha, everyone has different color rendition on their computers.
On my screen, your Burning is brighter than in life. And who knows what you see on yours
And another moment.
It’s a pity that you didn’t think to put the recorder nearby when you talked to the experts.
Take it to the store at least when you go to sort it out. And keep it ready if there is a phone call about this.
By the way, you, like, conducted an official examination at home. Accordingly, there should have been an examination report drawn up on the spot in writing and with the signatures of the experts and with your signature. Moreover, you should have had a copy.
Therefore, it is unlawful on their part that they refused to give you a "piece of paper with measurements."
You read the rules of the examination - take them with you to the showdown.
Be sure to ask the store to show you this act.
And if your signature is not there, then consider that there was no examination, and if your signature is forged, then this is generally a crime.
Was someone else present on your side during the examination? are there still witnesses?
As long as there are two on their side, they will declare them as 2 independent experts. It is desirable that there are witnesses from your side.
By the way, you have the right to conduct an independent examination, and then through the court to bill them for it, and even claim moral damage for an attempt to falsify the results of the examination by their experts.
That is, if they do not decide everything fairly and peacefully.
Good luck!

Olga VB, Olga, well, this is beautifully said, but in fact how it will come out is unknown. We have not very fairness here. I hope that at least they will agree to change it for another. And the difference in price will be given back. Even if the purchase price will be counted. Of course, I will hint that in the law on the protection of rights, the return or settlement for the exchange is based on the price at the moment, but it is not a fact that they will agree. I will hardly sue, for a long time this is all, here our whole life can change at one moment, you don't know in which state you can wake up. in the confusion, they can simply fade with this store in an unknown direction. So quick calculations are valuable here. In just a couple of weeks I have to call the furniture makers and order the kitchen. It is necessary to have a wardrobe in stock so that they make the necessary measurements there. So I will try to persuade you to exchange for Gorene + the price difference. How lucky you are with the size of this difference ..
Wit
Tanya, alas, but these guys from the store came to understand how serious everything is (intelligence), they will tell in the store and there they will think as if, if not blaming this problem on you, then they will try to pull the rubber as long as possible. There were no papers, only blah blah blah. We are waiting for "tomorrow", which may be postponed for a week. A day after tomorrow direct access to the OPPZ or a phone call. The store is afraid of the court, because if the OPPZ does this, then the costs will be hung on the store (and he will lose the court!), Which will be several times, or even an order of magnitude higher than the cost of the oven. Moreover, the money for it will have to be returned. We are waiting! ...
At the same time on TV to the kitchen. To fit against the wall does not depend on the TV, but on the bracket. They are sold separately. You just say that you need an end-to-end bracket and take your TV passport with you to show you what you are going to hang. In a normal store they will understand that you need to fly. Which TV set is difficult to advise. I have a Samsung with a diagonal of 19 ". The sound is good, not boo-boo-boo. LED. Read here - it will help.

Wit, and what is the OPPZ. Consumer Rights Department ... and Z - what is it? I hope everything will be settled peacefully. They have already changed my smokehouse pressure cooker for another pressure cooker. But the truth is, then it was within 14 days of purchase. They will take it, I think, especially if I do not insist on a refund at the current price. They will also win .. Well, I practically did not use it, even the stickers and protective film on the bottom of the oven were not removed, it was new for six months. It will even be profitable for them to take it from me, and then it is more expensive for someone to suck it in. It works so well. Well, it just warms up a little longer. And not all are so clever to measure temperature with their thermometers and compare it with the display.

And about the TV set that you wrote, I have already read this rating, drew attention to it, but it is not in my store. By the way, I look after the TV set as an option for exchanging ovens. There, the difference in price is significant and they obviously do not want to part with a large amount. I can offer them to partially take this amount by telecom.))

In general, as the servicemen told me, she called back the next day in the store (that is, yesterday), they said that they had not yet received anything from the service, and that their boss was not at work yesterday, that he would come today, they will find out everything and call me. Well, no one called yesterday, as expected))). Well, along the way, I found the address of the consumer protection inspectorate in our city, and there are telephone numbers. But for now, I'll wait for order.
Along the way, I'm thinking about options for another oven. The version of the Gorenie that I wrote is still there, but I read that there were reviews with complaints that the middle of the pies is not baked. True, along the way, the same user actively praised AEG, which led to the idea of a customized recall. I have nothing against AEG, I know that this is a cool technique, but reviews of this type are alarming and not very hard to believe. In addition, this review was duplicated there in the list of reviews several times with an interval of several months.)))
Who has electric ovens Burning, how they bake, evenly or problems with the middle of the pan. And I am also considering the Ariston brand, my mother has such a company, it bakes very well, but this model is no longer there, it was purchased for 10 years. So maybe the owners of the current Ariston electro also drop a few words about uniformity and maybe someone checked with their thermometer - how many minutes does the oven reach the temperature you set and whether it matches the indication on the oven - that the temperature is already that.
kseniya D
Mona1, Tanya, I have Ariston. I used the first oven for 12 years, there were no complaints, so when they were making repairs and changing the kitchen, I bought Ariston again (the old one did not match my color). Now 5 years have passed and I still have no complaints. The temperature in my oven is set manually, but I don’t check how much it corresponds to the value that is set inside. There was no reason. Heats up to 180 in about 10-12 minutes. All bakes well. I use it constantly. Bread, rolls and other pastries are not translated here.

Mona1, Tanya, I have Burning it60, and someone else on our forum has it, it bakes great, no problems with the middle, it heats up like everything else, 10-15 minutes.

And I have the same burning. Pah pah pah, plows daily. We can't fried, so we cook a lot in it.
On convection, it blows the heads of muffins onto the barrel if they are baked in tiny tins.
I did not measure the temperature, there was no need.
The built-in temperature probe pleases.
Only pyrolysis is lacking, so as not to suffer with cleaning. Catalytic panels certainly save, but the top and bottom have to be cleaned with handles.
Mona1
Girls and boys, thank you for your empathy and help! In principle, it bakes well for me and the temperature set is the same, only not after 10-15 minutes, but after half an hour of warming up, but it is the same. And after that, as it warmed up, it bakes great. Therefore, in general, I'm in thought - is it worth giving it away, it is not known which copy will come in exchange. and among good models there is a certain percentage of marriage. Today I was with my mother, she has Ariston with mechanical control and a strange complete set - 2 wire racks and one deep baking sheet. I measured her compliance with a thermometer. The same conditions - 200 degrees set Top / Bottom. The light, signaling that it has warmed up already, went out before 200 on my thermometer. But I don’t remember how many it was on mine at that moment, because I had a sound, I was waiting for a tinkle, and that the heating indicator light went out, I did not immediately see it. But I watched my thermometer. And 200 on it was 17 minutes after switching on. I also went to my daughter-in-law, she has Gorenje_BO73 CLВ. She also set the same conditions. I also don’t know when the indicator went out, the granddaughter was distracting, but she looked at her thermometer periodically and the temperature reached 185 degrees in 15-16 minutes and stopped. Further heating gave nothing. Costs 185 and that's it. That is, I understood that the temperature in the daughter-in-law's copy takes 15 minutes, but it must be borne in mind that there is a discrepancy of 15 degrees. Therefore, if you need to bake at 200, for example, then you need to set 215. The maximum there seems to be 275 degrees according to the instructions, but because of the shift, the maximum you can get there is 260. These are the studies.

Then I came home, looked at my beauty (and she is really a beauty) and so I felt sorry to give her away. I decided to try to warm it up in some other mode. I switched on Top / Bottom again, but not 200, but 300 degrees (this is the maximum in my model). So, the temperature of 200 degrees on my thermometer was reached in 14 minutes, that is, two times faster than setting it to 200 in the mode. But the scoreboard at that time was 260 degrees (that's what the machine thinks). Well. You can, of course, warm up at 300 degrees, but after 14 minutes switch the mode to 200 or after 13 minutes to 180. But how to catch these minutes. In addition, it is not a fact that after switching the heating elements will turn on. The oven then thinks that there is 260. And it will cool down to 200 (in her opinion, 200). Maybe 15 minutes will just stand there. The service technicians looked into the oven and said that there was a temperature sensor attached right under the top heating element or grill. The fact is that it is, of course, hotter than in the middle of the oven, where my thermometer is and where we cook. Here is the oven and is guided by the sensor under the ceiling.
Today again no one called me from the store, well, I had no time. I want to conduct another experiment tomorrow morning. Just because of this heating element under the ceiling. Again I will turn on 200 degrees, but not Top / Bottom, but Top / Bottom + Convection. So the hot air will not stagnate near the sensor, but will spread evenly throughout the chamber, the heating elements will not turn off and on so often during the heating process, which means that we will reach the set temperature faster. If it turns out that in 15-17 minutes my thermometer was 200, then I will consider this a solution to the problem and there will be no need to give the oven.
P.S. Sorry for such a long opus. As they say, brevity is the sister of talent ... This is not about me.))
Wit
Tanya, thanks for the long opus !!! There is a lot of valuable information to which I myself did not add something. I have top-bottom and the same picture. But there is something blowing. The fan thought. No, it's worth it. But obviously it's blowing straight from ... I don't understand from what. The door is then closed tightly. And I put the thermometer downstairs. And when I turn OFF the top-bottom, this wind blows off and the temperature on the thermometer goes up quickly. Tomorrow I will also try with convection.
But I don’t understand where it is blowing !!! The fan is worth it!
Mona1
Wit, so what is blowing through the gap above the door is not the fan that makes convection. I also blow, although the fan in the back wall is in place. This is a separate fan for cooling the door. It is not visible. Only in my oven, if you turn off the preheated oven, then this cooling fan continues to blow. Only if you pull it out of the socket, it stops. But then you have to adjust the clock again, a hassle. So I don't pay attention. Blowing until it chills, then it is cut out
Wit
I'll check it out in the evening. It seemed that when the oven was turned off, the blowing stopped and the temperature immediately began to rise to the set value.
Anchic
I even described in the instructions that the cooling fan works for some time after turning off the oven to cool the oven faster.
Mona1
In the morning I ran the oven on the Top / Bottom mode 200 degrees + convection. Heated up to 200 degrees in 24 minutes (without convection it was heated for 29 minutes). Too much anyway. After the cona warmed up with convection to 200 degrees, I turned off this mode and immediately turned on Top / Bottom without convection 200 degrees and watched my thermometer for 10 minutes. The arrow stood at 200 degrees. But when I opened the door and put an empty baking sheet inside (like, as if I put something on to cook, and closed the door, the temperature dropped to 160 degrees, that is, as much as 40 degrees and it took another 15 minutes to recover to 200. In general, I decided to contact the store and I got through and they said that several times they called me and sent me text messages, and could not get through. Well, maybe so. Our telephone connection works here every other time. And I want to believe in good things in people. , she told me - yes, they contacted the service, they confirmed to them that the model was buggy and they told me that they would definitely pick it up and exchange it. Tried to tell me that it was for the same model, but I said no, the service providers said that this is a glitch in the program and on for sure he has all these models. So I'll take another oven instead, Gorenie BO73CLI has already voiced them. In general, they said that the return process lasts up to 20 days maximum (I don’t know why, most likely, because the shipment through customs to Russia goes through). Well, I say: You are bringing Gorenie to me at the same time. And then 20 days return, then a couple of weeks to wait a new one. Well, in general, we'll see how it turns out, but I'm glad that they solemnly promise that they will take this buggy oven, they don't refuse.
Here, I'm finishing it in the evening. They just called from the store, said how to pack something, they will come to pick it up tomorrow morning (and what is interesting for me to pack it? I finally brought it without a box. Two polystyrene top and bottom and wrapped everything in polyethylene. Well, I’ll use improvised means right now to fence something.

Tata74, Tanya, so you Gorenie BO731CLI or BO73CLI? There, in the first two glasses in the door, and in the second three glasses. Which one do you have? There are also non-removable telescopic guides, right? By the way, I need to do without them. Can't you tell me, do they generally, how can you unscrew them in order to remove them altogether, well, or rearrange them to another level?
Tata74
Mona1, Tanya, I will not say for sure, I will get home, I will see what numbers. But I do not have telescopic guides, I decided to save money and took a model without them. And how many glasses - I did not even know that the triple happens. Probably two. More precisely, I will answer in the evening, later.
Mona1
Tata74, you probably have BO53CLI, they have no telescopes, a little less modes and two glasses. And externally the same with BO73CLI. Does the glass get very hot outside?
Tanya-Fanya
Mona1, two glasses are heated noticeably. Three glasses are slightly warm.
Mona1
Tanya-Fanya, Tanyush, well, I generally assumed so.The daughter-in-law has the one with three glasses of Gorenye - barely warm glass, but now I have an old gas Gorenye with two glasses, I can't hold my hand. One thing is bad - Gorenie's telescopes are not removable. Well, horror. And there is no model with three glasses and no telescopes. I mean the models of this particular Provencal appearance.

Tata74, you probably have BO53CLI, they have no telescopes, a little less modes and two glasses. And outwardly the same with BO73CLI. Does the glass get very hot outside?
yes, Tanya, I have 53 model. it is also cheaper, due to the fact that there are fewer programs and there are no telescopes. I use most often the top-bottom mode, and also convection. Therefore, I decided to save on the number of programs. I also chose from the Classico series, I have a set - a hob, an oven and a hood. Regarding the glass, is it warming up or not - something I even froze, it doesn't seem to get very hot ... I haven't turned on the oven for a month already, it's already hot here, I bake more often in the Princess. I went to my son to ask if our glass is warming up or not. Says not very much. well, somehow I did not notice that it was so hot ... used to live in a rented apartment, yes, the glass was warming up near the oven, and how, but there is practically no Burning ...
Mona1
Tata74, Tanyush, but it is baked evenly, but did you read reviews that the middle is not baked? Although my daughter-in-law says that everything is fine in her copy. Very happy
Tata74
Mona1, Tanya, everything is baked, I constantly bake bread, pies, pies, muffins ... dough and yeast, and bulk, and puff. everything blushes evenly, I like everything.

Tanya, if my process was as you described, then of course it is so convenient, but I need a lot of gingerbread for baking. I bake mostly on stone, you can't put it on these skids. But you can even bake without a stone, in principle, but then the gingerbread should be thrown off the board on a Teflon rug onto a baking sheet already preheated in the oven, and tucked in there upside down. It is baked. Then I pull out the Teflon sheet by the corner again onto the board, the baking sheet remains in the oven. I grease everything with an egg (it takes 30-40 seconds for greasing, that is, on extended telescopes with an open door, you won't hold the oven for so long so that the heat comes out). Then she opened it and threw back the gingerbread rug for a couple of minutes. Then I open it and finally pull out the rug with gingerbread and immediately in its place on the hot baking sheet I throw off the second rug with gingerbread for baking. Telescopes will reach with the baking sheet behind my hand when I pull the gingerbread rug from it onto the board.
Well, if, as usual, put the dough pieces on a cold baking sheet and put them in the oven .. I'm not sure. dough honey sticky-viscous wet. I tried this, but the top is already normal and the bottom is damp, sticks to the rug, when I take it off, then the pieces remain on the rug, in general, it is necessary to immediately throw it either on a hot baking sheet so that the bottom immediately grabs or onto a stone - this is how the coolest gingerbreads generally turn out ... Both above and below.
In general, the features of the technological process. Telescopes are convenient if you do not need to insert and remove baking sheets one by one with a conveyor. And put the dish for baking or something is baked on a baking sheet, where you need to periodically stir and turn over, and then just took out the baking sheet and that's it, the end of baking. And when there is such a conveyor, like mine, where you have to go back and forth repeatedly and quickly, it’s inconvenient, I think.
And here is the dilemma. Gorene 3 glasses, but with telescopes and more programs, Gorene 2 glasses, but no telescopes and fewer programs.
Well, and so, I generally lean more towards Gorenie three glasses with telescopes, if there is an opportunity to separately purchase side grids without telescopes or exchange with someone who has Gorenie without them, but would like to have telescopes. But this is again an extra smut.
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Mona1, the side panels can be ordered from the official representatives of Goreny or at the service center. You can also order additional baking trays and a baking stone for your model there. I also have a Gorene oven with three glasses and telescopes, I'm happy.
Mona1
Tatiana Gnezdilova, Tanya, yes, I also think to do so. True, in our city there is no representative office, their corporate center was earlier, but now it is not here. In September I will go to Kiev, maybe I can buy it at the Gorenie service center.
And Gorene's baking stone is not very special. In terms of form. He is round. This is good for pizza, but I need to place more gingerbread at a time, so I need a rectangular baking sheet, with the necessary clearances on the sides and back for air passage. In the spring in Kiev, I ordered for my Electrolux from a well-known company, which, among other things, makes stones to order of any specified size. It is made of sandstone, 2 cm thick. It seems that it should fit into Gorene in size. If it doesn't fit, then I'll find stone carvers, cut off the excess with a grinder.
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Mona1, yes, their stone is round. Why am I talking about add. I wrote the baking sheets, since you have a specificity of baking - gingerbread, you can probably bake them on several levels at once. (or not, I'm just not in the subject, mine are more special in cupcakes and cookies)
Mona1
Well, theoretically, multilevel baking is stated in the instructions, but in fact, I tried it - not so hot, for one baking sheet it takes longer, but better. And if you put two in, then on the bottom baking sheet the bottom is fried, and the top is sticky, and on the top - the top is already ready, cracking, and the bottom is wet-damp. You have to swap them in the process, which is also a hassle.
And while the first baking sheet is baking for 15 minutes, I cut out and spread the gingerbread figures on the second, so it works out fine.
There are some Samsung models, where there is not one fan in the back wall, but two - one above the bottom - for each level its own, so maybe there such baking turns out well. But it will not work for me, since I bake without convection, so it turns out more evenly
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Thank you, Tanyush, I will know. I haven’t come across gingerbread, but I will not renounce it, it’s suddenly useful.
Tanya-Fanya
Mona1, now I realized that your rejection of telescopic guides is associated with gingerbread.
Then here's what I draw your attention to: in different models of ovens, telescopic guides are set at different levels. Moreover, somewhere it is stated that they can be rearranged to the levels you need, but somewhere it is said that they are not removable.
Another nuance about the volume of ovens. When choosing between electrolux and burning, I noticed that electrolux has 5 levels, and burner 4. And their volume, respectively, is also different. But I'm 99% sure that the width is the same!

Tanyusha, on the official sites there are Files with instructions and internal dimensions, make sure that your stone fits and you don't have to order a new one and wait a long time.
Mona1
Tanya-Fanya, Tanyusha, thanks. I will most likely take the oven Gorenie, like a son with a daughter-in-law. Sizes are slightly smaller than my baking sheets. Like the stone should fit. But this is not a problem if it suddenly does not fit. There are a lot of companies where stone slabs are cut, you can always find one where they will saw off the excess. But in telescopes - they are not removable for this model. The daughter-in-law has them on the 2nd and 3rd levels (and you are right, out of 4).So either to adapt or to buy somewhere just gratings or buy externally the same Gorene without telescopes, but there are 2 glasses in the door and there is no very necessary mode - LOW with convection. I'm still considering this Ariston
Choosing a built-in oven

Mom has one, just not a watch, but a rotary handle, it bakes beautifully, and I measured it with my thermometer the day before yesterday - it heats up to 200 degrees in 17 minutes. There are no grates at all in the sides, but as before there were grooves in the walls. But in general it would suit me. But there the maximum temperature is 240 degrees. Somehow it might not be enough, although it might suit me, but the equipment is just seams - 2 grates and one deep baking sheet, and in it the side sides are so wide that the useful space itself is almost a quarter reduced. And there is no shallow baking sheet at all. Although you can buy it from me, and from old ovens there are a lot of such things. But the regimes there are still incomprehensible. Here they are:
Traditional cooking
Simultaneous cooking of several dishes
B-B-Q
Gratin
Fast cooking
Bakery products
Pizza
Well, Pizza and Traditional I know what it is. But there is the Baking mode, which heating elements are switched on there and is there convection at the same time? Or Fast Food, which is. You really need to download the instructions and read
kseniya D
Mona1, Tanya, I have such an oven. To be honest, I use only two modes in general. Traditional and grilled. Here is what is written about "baking": this program is recommended for the preparation of delicate dishes (for example, pastries that require rising of the dough) and small baked goods simultaneously on three levels.
When turned on, the fan starts working immediately. I did not determine where the hot air was coming from. The bottom did not heat up.
Mona1
kseniya D, Ksyusha, thank you! Most likely there is a heating element behind the fan, it is not visible. It heats up, and the fan carries the Heat. And the Pizza mode - This, I think - is the same + heating from below. I read somewhere.
And what is fast cooking for? Have not tried?
Tanya-Fanya
kseniya D, according to the description, it looks like the baking mode is convection, and the heat drives the fan, and they offer baking on several levels at once.

Mona1, in general, it is difficult to choose an oven, and taking into account your gingerbread business, at all

Good luck with your choice !!!

It seems that the modes are what you need and the price is practically, like for Gorenie, what is with non-removable telescopes, and all the reviews are sooooo about the quality of baking, the speed at which the temperature is set and how it keeps it, very laudatory, but after times complaints about the flimsy timer ... Can I use it if the timer breaks. I don't need it at all. I know that many ovens start working only after setting the time on the clock. How are such people in Bosch? Well, again - I would have a light, light beige, ideally, or ivory, in extreme cases, white will do. Isn't there the same blonde?

"After the first connection of the device or a power failure, the current time must be set."
