Lyuba, I have an older model, without many of the features that the latest models have. My oven is 65 liters. I have a SAMSUNG BT61CDSTR model. I am still satisfied with the oven. Never broke. I cook a lot and often in it, but mostly baked goods. Although ... recently it has become more often used for cooking meat, fish, casseroles. I don't know what specifically interests you. Ask if I can tell you!
Prus - 2
Lyudochka, oh, it's great that you looked into the topic! I already heard from you that it still works flawlessly! Moreover, in constant operation mode! The oven that I have seen is Samsung NV75K5541RS, 75 liters, telescopes on the same level, 50 auto programs, catalytic cleaning + steam. 3 glasses. There is also pyrolysis, but for 66 liters, 25 auto programs, there are no telescopes. She will cook ...... no one knows what)). I buy her a Multikuzina, Delongy's electric grill, a couple of multicooker, a large Kenwood + the most popular nozzles, a microwave oven and an induction cooker for 4 burners. She is not a fan of cooking, but she may want to after a while. I am leaning towards the 75 liter oven because she asked me 2 questions)), the first - can I bake cakes on 2 levels at once?, The second - oh, so it will be possible to bake a turkey there! The most important thing is that you speak well of this oven - you know exactly what you can demand from such a technique.

Lyuba, I also became interested in this model. The feature of Samsung ovens in the form of Dual Cook attracts very much - not so much the ability to simultaneously cook two dishes at different temperatures, but even half-use of the working space. If you or your daughter suddenly had a chance to test the oven, please describe in a couple of lines your opinion about it. Still, ovens of this brand are not very common - some sellers even discourage them. But to be fair, I don't really trust store consultants. I searched the European Internet: the reviews are good, they write, Dual Cook works, and even the smells don't mix. They also write that it is quiet and warms up quickly.

Lyubasha, a very interesting model, just some kind of plane .. the price, probably, too, respectively ?? I'm on the phone now, then I'll take a look ..
Interesting and pleasant chores you have now, I would gladly attend, buy ..

Good day!
What about Gefest ovens? What do you like and what do not? Who has experience with these assistants?
I have no special requirements for the oven (microwaves, steam are not required, even without telescopes, I think I can do it), so I am considering all the options.
I liked the "relatively simple" models of Bosch and Electrolux. But recently a friend said that she bought such a helper, everything is fine, but the oven has "tangential cooling" - it blows hot air into the kitchen all the time ... even after baking, it cools the oven with such a blow for some time ... is that? is this normal for all Electrolux?

We have a Siemens oven. There is also such cooling. As far as I understand, it is necessary so that the walls of the oven itself do not overheat and, naturally, the walls of the furniture in which it is built-in do not overheat. If there is no such cooling, the furniture may deteriorate!
Yes, the air circulates for 10-15 minutes after turning off the heating, but this is better than it would not be!
After all, the law of conservation of energy has not yet been canceled!
And that's better than the oven would have cooled down for 1.5 hours without forced cooling!
Anchic
My Bosch also has such a cooling. But I don't see a crime in this. If you stand in front of the oven during operation or after switching off and forced cooling, then the outside does not burn at all. Somewhere in the other direction this hot air leaves.
Pirozhulya
I also have such cooling, but this is not for non-overheating furniture, but in order not to overheat the electronics, the instructions say
Igrig

For electronics, of course, this is also necessary! And let the furniture burn with a blue flame?
I sometimes touch the walls of the furniture in which the oven is built, so slightly warm, 40 degrees, and without cooling when heating the oven to 220 I am afraid to even imagine the consequences!
Pirozhulya
In such ovens, thermal insulation is good, ovens in my walls are never hot, the fan does not cool the oven from all sides, it cools the electronics from overheating.

Igor, or do you have a lot of fans there that cool all the walls and bottom?
I have it blowing specifically at the top between the place where the camera goes to the control panel, blowing quite hard.
The instructions say, after turning off the oven, DO NOT disconnect it from the outlet while the fan continues to work, to prevent overheating of the control unit .... something like this, I don't remember literally.
Igrig
Pirozhulya,
Look on the Internet what tangential cooling is. There are many pictures.
In short, air is sucked in from outside the oven, from below and even from the sides, then cools the back wall, then passes over the top wall of the oven and exits under the control panel.
Now let's try to think logically: if you say that such good insulation from the sides, then what prevents it from being done in front of the electronics?
It seems to me that nothing! After all, it is easier and cheaper than making fans, air ducts and so on!
But in reality it is not at all like this: the air is blowing!

Pirozhulya
Igor, read it, even went to turn on the oven.
It turns out the air is drawn in from the bottom, there are holes and it comes out where I wrote, there are holes too ... if it weren't for you, you wouldn't have known about this tang ... how is it cooling there
Mercy for clarification
Igrig
Pirozhulya,
Thanks for the adequacy!
AlisaS
Thanks to those who answered for the answers !!! Now I’ll know that this is normal. I don't know much about them ... yet
That is, Bosch, and Electrolux, and, probably, others have this cooling ...
Painting
AlisaS, everyone has it. You can't do without it.
AlisaS
Someone would compliment their electric oven Gefest?
Should you opt for this company? Or watch something else?
Graziella
Good evening! Please help me make a choice. It became necessary to choose an electric oven within the range of 50 thousand. It is necessary for home baking, baking meat and fish, without steam and microwave. Having shoveled mountains of information, I narrowed the circle to three firms: Bosch, Samsung, Electrolux with approximately the same set of functions and price range. And it stalled, even throw a coin. Tell me which one to take?
Anchic
Elena, and how to help? It is difficult to find a user with all three brands. And it is not entirely clear from the models - what do you choose from? Suddenly there is someone who has the same model and can throw pros / cons.
Graziella
I like many models, but I tend to Bosch HBG632BS, Bosch HBG672BB1F, Bosch HBG632BS1 and Samsung NV75K5541RS. A neighbor has already dissuaded from Electrolux. Already easier, less choice.
Anchic
Elena, well, Bosch and Samsung are now the same thing. There is only one office. I have a Bosch oven, but simpler. No pyrolysis, no telescopes. It bakes evenly, I like it. Easy to clean. It seems to keep the temperature normally - I checked it with a thermometer for the first time.
kseniya D
Elena, I have a Samsung. 2 months of use. I am very pleased that the desired temperature is set, and not by eye, as I had in the previous one, it quickly heats up and gives a signal that it is ready), also gives a signal after a certain set time, this is not a timer that turns off the oven, but a reminder , for example, you need to add something to the dish in the cooking process after a certain time, or, in general, do not forget that something is worth it (I have had this, especially when I put the dough for proofing). There are 40 automatic programs, so far I have only used the dough proofing program. I have not yet tried the function of a double oven, but the most interesting is how you can cook meat and pastries at the same time.
Anchic
Yes, I also have a sound timer in Boch (I use it very often and without an oven at all). There is a shutdown timer and a delayed start timer. I always use the switch-off when I know the exact cooking time, for example, when baking bread. I also use the delayed start, but less often. A couple of times I baked chicken - I went with my son to classes or for a walk, chicken in the oven and set timers so that the chicken was ready for the arrival. Well, when you need to turn on the oven for heating before baking, but I need, for example, to pick up my son from school. The delayed timer can only be enabled with the switch-off timer. First you set the oven operating time, then the oven shutdown time. And it will turn on at the right time.
AlisaS
Hello everyone! I will also ask here.
In general, I chose the oven and settled on the Neff oven.
I study the instructions
Owners of Neff ovens and not only them, what types of heating do you use for baking bread (I want and will continue to bake according to old recipes with sourdough, our most beloved are Lace from Mistletoe) in a rectangular shape. In the instructions for hearth bread 1000g in a rectangular shape, it is recommended to use the CircoTherm gentle function and a temperature of 200-220 degrees, lasting 35-50 minutes. What is the best temperature to set?

Do not throw your slippers. This is my first experience with an electric oven.

And can it also be plugged into a regular socket or just a special socket for the stove?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Another question for Neff owners: when you turn on the Lighting of the working chamber function, the fan turns on. Does it always turn on? even if the oven was switched off and not preheated?

Depends on power.
There is a wire of at least 2.5 cross-section and a bag / fuse for this line of 16 amperes. In general, this is a line only for the oven and we don't hang anything else on it. Electricians counted on me so

Another line with the same characteristics for the panel.

Thanks for the answer!
We have the usual 16A fused sockets. There is a separate 40A fuse under the stove, if I am not mistaken, but there is no outlet as such, that is, there are three wire outputs. Oven power 3.4kW. It is also written on the stickers that the usual heating is 0.97 kWh, the enhanced heating with blowing is 0.81 kWh.
Included to try how it is heated at low temperatures. All OK. But for baking, you need to turn on a higher temperature. And before the first use, according to the instructions, you need to turn on and heat the oven for an hour at the maximum temperature (270). Do you need an hour or can you warm up for a shorter time? Will a regular outlet withstand this heat? Or not to risk it and finish the socket, which is intended for the stove (in any case, you will have to finish it, but you want to bake something tasty as soon as possible)?
Anchic
AlisaS, you need an outlet that can withstand the same 16A. That is, the socket is ordinary in structure, but it must be designed for a certain current.
OlgaGera
Quote: AlisaS
do not take risks and finish the socket, which is intended for the stove
the most correct approach.
I forgot to write about the sockets. Yes, powerful sockets are needed. For heavy loads. There the filling, as it were, reinforced
Anchic
Lelka, under the electric socket sockets, like, for three-phase wires. And the oven for two phases.
OlgaGera
Anna, I have two phases in the tree. Oven and panel.
And in Moscow, when the stove was there, there was such a socket and a thick cord
Anchic
Lelka, so I didn’t understand what kind of socket exactly for the stove we’re talking about - special or not.

I was choosing which one to buy for a very, very long time. Having felt, opened, pressed, turned different, she stopped at Neffe. I almost decided (persuaded my husband) that I want a model that costs 56,990 rubles (according to the descriptions she had a temperature probe - I read reviews from the girls that the temperature probe is very cool and convenient, plus there are telescopes and the coating of the oven itself), but it turned out that she had a temperature probe no it is description error. Was upset. Alas, I cannot afford a more expensive one (temperature probes, as the manager of Neffsalon told me, are in ovens for more than a hundred). Remains option 46990 and 40990. I thought that the telescope is at the same level and I don't really need catalytic cleaning. According to my previous gas oven, it was practically clean, there was never any super pollution. They have no other differences in functions. And so I decided to buy the simplest option.
j @ ne
Hello, also in the throes of choice. In terms of functions, I liked the Gorenje BO758A31XG oven, and there are telescopic guides, and the door closer and the temperature probe are stated in the description. A big discount on it now goes to M-V. I can’t see and touch them live, because I have them only on order. Strains fully touch control, will it be reliable in operation? Once I had a stove of this brand, the oven in it is simple, without bells and whistles, they gave it to my parents, it still works properly. Itself now with a desktop Shteba, bread bakes well, but the working volume is too small for the rest. Maybe there are owners of this model on the forum, are they happy with the choice?

Evgeniya, I really liked this oven .. now I'm completely confused

Olya, I could not resist and ordered it, it will be delivered in a month ...

Why so long ??
AlisaS
Yes. It's somehow strange that there is a huge discount on an absent model ... probably, if "on order", then a certain number of orders may be collected in order to immediately purchase a batch at a low price ..
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Evgeniya, my model is BO8637LX. It has touch controls, door closer and telescopes. The model is simpler than yours. I have been using it for 5 years. Very happy with the oven. Heats up quickly, bakes evenly. The sensors are working.

Ol, do you see the city in my profile? Delivery providers are passing from hand to hand to us, and now it's winter, hands are freezing ... But seriously, the delivery is often long, if not available, I somehow bought the egg cooker - so, they took a month, and Kenwood nozzles, too, apparently , they accumulate orders and then carry the whole batch.
Discounts on many models, not only this one. It's just that I used to have a stove of this brand, I still have a good review in my memory. Mona1 on the oven Gorene.

Tatiana Gnezdilova, thanks for the good feedback, I am convinced that I was not mistaken in my choice.
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Evgeniya, I will be glad if the purchase does not disappoint you. I also had an old stove. Gas top and electric oven. I liked my work very much, I baked great. Therefore, I bought a new one of the same brand. I also like the finishing of the door and telescopes. Unprepared guests get scared when she squeaks when the set temperature is reached.
zvezda
Tatiana Gnezdilova, I read that when you open the door, everything turns off, is it so? I also ordered it
j @ ne
ABOUT! Olya, and when do you have delivery?

Oh class! Mine doesn't have one. The fan inside the oven continues to run.

In general, I checked with the electricians, they say that the networks are designed for such a load and I decided to bake. I'm waiting for the bread to cool down. And I'll rip off the parchment ...

Oven impressions. This is not a gas oven. It's much easier there. What principles of baking bread have not yet figured out. I'll see what happened. I will experiment. I accept tips for baking!

The wire rack and baking tray run perfectly on the slide. So I don't regret that there are no telescopes.
The heat distributor fan in the oven hums, of course, but not annoying.
After baking at 200, as well as after the first heating at the maximum temperature, the oven cooling fan works for a long time. About 30-40 minutes. I measured the temperature of the air leaving the oven during baking - about 60 degrees. The door has two glasses, so it gets hot. Moreover, the top is much hotter. And the sensations are far from 50 degrees, as they say in the descriptions. But this is not critical for me.
Heats up quickly enough to the set temperature in preheating mode. During baking, the heating turns on and off, as indicated by the indicator.
You can set the baking time, the time to turn on the oven and it will do everything for sure and turn itself off. Timer as timer A call in another room is audible.
I will also try to bake my favorite cookies and a biscuit and then I will make a more complete impression of my new assistant.
The only thing is not clear: why is the oven cooling fan blowing (which is above the door) during the simple turning on of the lighting in the oven - does it cool the bulb?

The manufacturers apparently did not expect that someone would watch something in the oven during baking, so they did not provide for pauses in the operation of the hot air distribution fan. That is, you need to be careful with this.

And I still have to study, study and study

My oven is different, but the principle is the same for everyone. On my pause, the fan continues to work to cool the oven. Maybe you too?

Yes, it works to cool the oven (the air from the holes above the door blows).
But the fan, which is behind the rear wall of the oven, also works, that is, it continues to drive heat from the rear heating element, if the fan mode is selected.
zvezda
I refused .. I am missing 16 cm .. when I solve this problem, I’ll come up with a way out, then I’ll buy it. In theory, my oven bakes well, but I'm low and there is no temperature reading on the display. while listening to your impressions
