Whole Wheat Charlotte

Ingredients

Whole grain flour 1 tbsp.
Salt pinch
Vanillin and citric acid on the tip of a knife
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Eggs 4-5 pcs.
Apples, tangerines, oranges, cherries
fruit optional

Cooking method

  • Grease the MV saucepan with butter, sprinkle with semolina.
  • Prepare the fruits / berries (cut into cubes, you can with the peel, if it is not too tough).
  • In a large bowl, add eggs and beat with a mixer until foam appears, add sugar (in a thin stream or in small portions), beat at maximum speed for 5-6 minutes until a good increase in volume and color change (the mixture becomes much whiter), add vanillin and citric acid , gently and thoroughly stir in flour.
  • Then you can either put the fruits / berries on the bottom of the MV and pour over the dough, or mix them with the dough and then send this mixture to the MV. I do this and that.
  • Baking mode 65 minutes + 10 minutes (as needed). Switch off the MV, do not open it for another 15 minutes. Then put the MV saucepan on the table, cool a little and remove the charlotte from it with the help of a steamer basket.
  • If left in this position, the moist fruit will crush the still warm airy dough. Therefore, place the charlotte on a wire rack, fruit side down, until it cools completely.
  • Now you can cut.
