I use it, I am very satisfied, it takes almost no space in the freezer, it takes only 8 hours to freeze (in general, I have it there all the time, I wanted ice cream, I got it)

I thought about this, but they ran out of UAH 320 each, and now they cost UAH 550 each. The green quack crushed me
I really wanted to buy both an ice cream maker and a waffle iron
I now have them like that

Girls, please tell me what could be: I have a new ice cream maker and it does NOT knock ice cream at all. Everything remains liquid. I made cream and condensed milk like Tillotama in her magazine, but everything remained just like liquid cold milk. Spun for 40 minutes, but there were no signs of knocking down
Most likely, the container is not frozen sufficiently: before the first use, it must be kept in the freezer for 24 hours
Kasia
keep in the freezer for 24 hours before first use
Yes, I held on even more
natasic2466
Chilled food mix? It would be nice to measure t * in the freezer: maybe it's not low enough?

Andrei previously wrote that if the temperature in the freezer is more than -18, then the ice cream maker does not freeze the ice cream enough. Andrei solved this problem by defrosting the refrigerator. After that, the freezer began to give -18, and the ice cream began to freeze perfectly.

1) what temperature did you pour the cream mixed with condensed milk? cold?
2) how many degrees is in the freezer? should be about 18. Does your regular ice cream from the store stay soft or freeze in your freezer?
Kasia
Thank you very much for participating in my problem.
In the freezer, temp. did not measure, but all the products are frozen and the ice cream from the store is always frozen well.
Cream and condensed milk were from the refrigerator. Also cold. Cream 10%. Before that, for the first time I made cream with 33% and even before pouring it into the ice cream maker, they seemed to me very thick and I diluted them with milk. Then I poured it into an ice cream maker and nothing worked for me. I decided that I was just heavily diluted with milk.
Now, for the second time I did 10% on cream, and this is what I did, after 40 minutes of operation of the ice cream maker Even bubbles in the mixture In the container itself there is no freezing of the mixture either on the walls or at the bottom

And yet it's not a frozen ice cream maker, IMHO. Well, it is clear that there is no hint of frost on the walls at all. You still need to check the temperature in the freezer. It is important.
Kasia
Anastasia, Thank you. I will measure, of course
Kasia
Guys, the thermometer lay for half an hour. Now I looked - 14 degrees. If it doesn't catch up anymore, then what? Ice cream won't work for me, right?

No, the temperature is quite suitable. And what kind of ice cream maker do you have?
Kasia
I ordered from Tillotama. I received it three days ago.
That's exactly what

Anastasia
And yet, do you whisk the ingredients with a mixer before pouring into the ice cream maker? Try to make an ice cream according to my recipe-
300 ml cream 33-35%
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Whip the cream separately + 2 tablespoons of sugar. powder to firmness, proteins + 2 tbsp. powder to firmness and yolks + 2 tbsp. spoons of powder. Then combine everything, mix well and place in an ice cream maker for 10-15 minutes. Everyone can get this recipe if the refrigerator and ice cream maker are working properly.

h. s. The ice cream maker does not whip the ice cream by itself, it only freezes it to the desired consistency, so that later it does not interfere with it manually in the freezer every 20 minutes.
Kasia
Yes, I beat it with a mixer before pouring it into an ice cream maker. She gave everything like the tillotama on that link. She even poured in as slowly with stops as she had on the video.
I saw such a recipe, but so far I decided to make the trial easier. And both times nothing happened. Now, of course, I will try this recipe of yours, but ... I’m already so upset.

I would be upset too. Once we did everything exactly, something is already wrong! And in this ice cream between the walls there is some kind of freezing reagent you do not know? I just have another ice cream maker - in it you can hear how liquid flops between the walls, and when it's properly frozen, it freezes ice cream just on the way.
Kasia
Yes, it seems that something is flooded there. She is so heavy.
Well, I'll wait tillotamu... what will she say
Anastasia, thank you
INGUSHA
Kasia, your ice cream maker is clearly not freezing. my mother-in-law has the same problem - an old refrigerator, although meat and fish freeze perfectly. brought the cup to my refrigerator - everything worked out great. it seems to me the first indicator is if nothing freezes on the walls at all, the temperature is not low enough. try defrosting the refrigerator. and look less into it
Kasia
INGUSHA , oh, dear mom !!! Now it is simply NOT possible IN ANYONE. We have a heat of 40 degrees, and there is a lot of food in the freezer. Where can I put them? Everything will flow
And the cold, it seems, is not very old. Everything was always fine.

IMHO, too, the temperature is too much for freezing. Try defrosting your freezer, setting it cold to maximum, and trying again. what is your fridge?

by the look of ice cream, your bowl does not freeze at all. and the mixer has nothing to do with it. I made sorbets in an ice cream maker - they are made of berry juice, you can't beat it with a mixer.

the refrigerator can be quickly defrosted, in a couple of hours there will be nothing with food. I put all the food in a large aluminum basin, wrap it in newspaper and cover it with a thick thick blanket. I turn off the refrigerator, put a wooden board in it for cutting food. I boil a pot of water, and put it in the freezer on a board, so that the pan does not touch the freezer. and on the stove I boil a second pot. as soon as the second boils I change from the first. the freezer melts very quickly, you can do it in an hour. I wipe everything dry and put the food back.

Refrigerator LG, I don't remember the number and letters. With know frost (or how is it correct to say there?)
I really don't know what to do? We'll have to somehow contrive and unfreeze. I'll see what happens next ...

Today I bought a Hepi Meal at McDonald's, and there was an ice cream mold in the shape of the Ice Age heroes. WILL MAKE PROTEIN ON A STICK!
Kasia
Well, I have done all the manipulations now (but at least I washed the refrigerator Gee-gee). And she put hot water and turned on the fan on it, if only it would defrost faster. Now I turned it on. I'll watch sc. will be degrees. But, let's say, tonight, I won't be able to try making ice cream? Do you need to hold the capacity for 8 hours? Do I get it right?

something I'm not really catching up with. If the chiller is noufrost, then nothing should freeze in it at all ... or is it like a partial noufrost?

the first time the bowl must be frozen for 24 hours, 8 will not be enough.

try looking for a regulator in the refrigerator, perhaps it is not at the maximum. you can also look for instructions for the refrigerator and see how much your freezer freezes at least. -10 quite a bit, but it also seems to me that it just hasn't cooled down yet. leave him alone until morning.

what letters does the fridge have? LG what's next?

ps the products did not melt?

And I didn't have anything frozen in it. The walls are clean. But I did all this so that it would unfreeze "inside" faster.
Now all the regulators are set to maximum. I'll see what happens in the morning. I'll look for instructions. I've been freezing for 24 hours. But now there is a bowl in the freezer, it will stand until the morning.

After freezing the bowl, nothing splashes inside it, everything is like stone. And before freezing - some kind of bursts are heard if you shake.

let’s tell you tomorrow what you have with the temperature in the freezer, do not take out the ice cream maker yet, preferably until Monday morning. or at least until Sunday evening. Can you hear the freezer splashing in the melted ice cream maker?

When the bowl is at room temperature, yes. But she is, practically, all the time in the freezer. I'm happy with the ice cream. After a few hours, it is very hard, and an hour later (after the ice cream maker) in the freezer - excellent!

Minimum freezer temperature: -18 ° C

so set the cooling temperature to minimum - look for a regulator somewhere. and it should work.

Yesterday I set everything to the very minimum: there are 5 buttons, so I set it to the 5th (the lowest temperature in the freezer).
I rarely open it today. I'd like to try the ice cream maker tonight. Still, it has been standing since 19 o'clock yesterday evening. Maybe it will already be possible at 20.00?
