Ingredients

Boiled chicken fillet 400g
Medium potatoes 4 things
canned peas 6 tbsp. l.
green onions a few feathers
egg 1 PC
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
breadcrumbs

Cooking method

  • Cook the potatoes and mash them well. Combine with finely chopped meat, peas, chopped onions, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well. Form balls, roll in breadcrumbs. Then make cutlets from balls. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
