Honey gingerbread

Ingredients

Flour 2 tbsp.
Granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Soda 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Ground cloves
(I really didn't use)
1/4 tsp
Honey 100 g
(3 tbsp. L.)
Raisins
Dried apricots
Ground nuts
(any: hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.)

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs with sugar, add the rest of the ingredients (I pre-soaked the raisins, and the dried apricots can be boiled, as shown in the pear pie recipe and chopped finely). Put the dough into the mold. Grease the finished gingerbread with jam (I used apricot jam) and sprinkle with ground nuts and pine nuts

Time for preparing:

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

150 degrees will be enough. Just watch when ready. I poke through with a toothpick. If the dough doesn't stick, then it's done.
