Zucchini pie (pumpkin)

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 0.5-1 tbsp.
squash or pumpkin 1.5 tbsp.
semolina 1.5 tbsp.
salt pinch
cinnamon 1 tsp
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
sunflower oil 0.5 tbsp.
raisins or coconut flakes 0.5 st

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, but without fanaticism. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater (the recipe says 1.5 tbsp., But I put more). Add semolina and let stand for a while so that the semolina swells. Although this is not necessary. Then we add all the other ingredients. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. 20 minutes. until the top is browned.

I read this recipe in the Gastronom newspaper about 13 years ago. Since then I have been using it. It is very convenient to cram zucchini and pumpkin into those who hate them. For example, in my children. I have long wanted to lay out this recipe. All my friends are already baking it. They call it dietary, although I don't think so. It turns out quite lush and fluffy. I didn't find such an option on the site, so I'll be glad if someone likes it.
