Good day to all! I bought myself x \ n Perfezza in Comfi. I chose it according to the principle: "I will buy the cheapest one and see how much it will be in demand at home. If you like it, then I will buy another, more solid company and more sophisticated." At that time, it cost 454 hryvnia. Of course, not for nothing, but considering the fact that the rest were 2-6 times more expensive, then almost for nothing ... I've been baking bread in it for almost a month now ... I've been mastering it, so to speak. The first drawback, which was immediately noticeable, was a too short instruction: as much as 8 (!) Pages, where both the description of the x \ n, and the instruction, and as many as 7 (!!!) recipes were fitted. I did not find descriptions of baking modes, duration and temperature of the process there. There is no "Rye bread" mode either. And I bought x \ n just to bake, basically, rye bread, because I love it the most. So I had to sit next to x \ n and write down all the stages of each regime minute by minute. Therefore, the idea arose to share my experience and learn about the experience of other owners of similar x \ n. Bakeries, respond!
I chose a large size and a dark crust.

No, x \ n is different. And it is called Perfezza PB-200. I can't insert a picture - I can't. I'm not very familiar with the site yet, I can't do a lot of things: insert pictures, quotes; change the font; BB has not studied the code. How can I learn all this? Tell me, pliz. I think that I am not able to noticeably by the appearance of my messages.
KETY.
How I chose my x \ n I wrote in the first post. She is my second month. Good quality-price ratio. Bread baked different: white light, with cheese and sausage, Darnitsky from fugaska, cottage cheese Admin, wheat-rye on MKZ from Admin, "the same Borodinsky" ... Almost all the breads turned out well and excellent (in my opinion))) ... If something didn’t work, then it’s no fault of x \ n ... It was - yeast let down (when I took Saf-Levure), it was - the roof fell off when the kolobok rule had not yet mastered (I will not tire of repeating "Thank you" Admin for it works), it was - the experiment failed))) But these are all the costs of learning or thirst for something new. It's not the oven's fault. It bakes well for its price. How long it will last - we'll see. In the meantime, I can name one drawback: meager (no) instructions. If not for this site, I would have made many more mistakes. Although according to those seven recipes that were given to x \ n, almost everything worked out.

It is a titanic work to sit for hours by her, catching the regimes. I am now doing about the same with the Perfezza-PR-57 multicooker.
It seems that this Perfezza is well made, I decided to take a bread maker from this company. But until I figured out whether it would be possible to make Borodino bread in it, and whether there is a "Delayed start" in this oven - in the evening I filled in and fell asleep, and she herself would turn on in the morning and make bread. Can you tell me?
I also read Arietta 125 and 130, for some reason they did not appeal to me, although the 130th is beautiful, I love strict forms.
What about Perfezza noise? I've read that cheap ones buzz loudly, they should be hidden behind closed doors at night.

SWIFTA tell you are you satisfied with this company? I read flattering reviews about this multicooker company (by the way, on this forum), but I haven't seen about bread makers.
The multicooker Perfezza PR-57 is made very well for a very cheap unit. I haven't looked inside yet (cheap stuff is immediately visible there), but outside nothing creaks, doesn't dangle, all the edges of the parts are joined together. The design and ergonomics are well thought out. Of the striking design flaws - slippery plastic legs. Just touch the multicooker (to open the lid or press the buttons) - it crawls on the table. The problem was solved by sticking pieces of self-adhesive rubber seal for windows / doors on the legs. Another shameful nuance is the lack of a power switch. It is necessary to plug and pull out each time. So my grandmother forty years ago turned on the only device in the house - an electric stove. And now ... now I’ll master this wonderful unit a bit, and either it will go to eternal storage in the barn as unnecessary, or I will disassemble it and install a tumbler.
And of course the instruction (that is, its absence). Although it is in three languages, it boils down to the fact that "if you want to cook, press the cook button, if you want to reheat, press the reheat button." In other words, it is necessary to drive each mode (and there are about a dozen of them) with just clean water and write down on a piece of paper what time the water temperature is (fortunately, temperature sensors are built-in and their readings are displayed).
Using this experience, I want to buy a Perfezzu bakery, but I just need to clarify some details.

Yes, titanic, but I put it next to the computer (fortunately it does not splash) and combine business with pleasure: I fill the bucket in the kitchen, bring it to the computer and write down all the stages of the process. And at this time I study the recipes on my favorite site.

She has a "delayed start" until 4 pm (as the instructions say), but I have not used it yet.

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=263.0
I baked on it. It turns out very tasty, tastier than in the store. The regime was set by "Whole Grain". I bake all the recipes on it using rye flour, there have been no misses yet. So don't let that scare you, both Borodinsky and Darnitsky are doing very well. And what about the buzzing ... It all depends on the strength of your sleep: it doesn't interfere with my husband's sleep, and I can't sleep even with the receiver turned on. But it seems to me that the signal that notifies you that it is time to pour various additives into the dough interferes with sleep more. So everyone has it, in my opinion. And so, if you do not sleep in the kitchen, then it should not interfere, it does not work noisily.

I think - they will soon rise in price. This brand has not yet been promoted and the product is unfamiliar ... And the product will start to be in demand and that's it, goodbye to the national price. Yes, for that kind of money, you can buy a new x / n every year and not fool your head with a spare mixer or bucket. Maybe I can buy another one for parts, eh?

Girls and boys - even if they don't bake in KhP (well, you never know, many people like the taste from the oven better) - it is an excellent kneader, just slightly large in size

Where else will you find for that kind of money such a kneader also with the possibility of proofing?

The kettle itself is COMPLETELY disconnected from the electricity.
And in the multicooker there is a microcomputer. It works all the time as long as the cord is plugged into the outlet. The display is more clearly visible, the light on the "start" button flashes constantly. It's cool at first, and then it starts to annoy. But the main thing is electrical and fire safety. The multicooker should be washed and wiped periodically with a damp cloth - and it is all energized! And God forbid the child shoves a needle or a nail into the slot - and there, like in an outlet - 220 volts! And then, the kitchen is a place for humid park processes (there is also a bathroom nearby), and no electronics like moisture, especially under voltage. And in general, leaving an unnecessary electrical appliance on is bad manners (sorry, I'm a former electrician).

Does she whistle on all 12 programs? Or only on those where you really need to pour something? Before starting the bread making program, I can "ask" her to whistle to me for filling, and if I do not intend to pour anything, then be silent?

By the way, my multicooker squeaks so piercingly when I press the buttons that it creates a problem at night, when the household is asleep (across the kitchen, a long corridor, plus half a room - about eight meters). But in the afternoon - excellent. No TV, water, noise will block this signal.

There are 3 sizes of baked breads in this x \ n: 750, 900 and 1200. I bake on medium or large, I don't like the recipes under the small one, it seems to me that they are wrong. Anyway, from the instructions I baked only 3 times (at the very beginning), and then I took all the recipes from this site, where I don't remember my instructions. Yes, and she is poor. And almost unnecessary. You'd better first learn the kolobok rule, and then take any recipe from the site and bake, applying this rule. And most importantly, don't be afraid. Get yourself a notebook and write down all observations and results there so as not to repeat mistakes. Bake the recipe two or three times, correcting mistakes, and you already have your own recipe. Experience cannot be replaced by anything. And read more about the experiences of others. There is a lot of this on the site. Good luck to you.

Recently, 2 days ago, white bread unexpectedly ran out, and I decided to bake white bread on an accelerated mode and at the same time try this mode.
In this mode, the size of the loaf and the color of the crust do not change.
Well what can I say? Since it burned with guests in the house, it could have made a mistake somewhere: in this mode, the rise is heated, and the heating element clicks almost throughout the entire cycle. And I didn't want to open the lid once again, and I couldn't. Therefore, the data may be approximate. But they give a general idea of the regime. I didn't like the bread in this mode: it didn't rise very well, and the taste leaves much to be desired. For myself, I decided that I would bake in this mode only as a last resort: since our white bread goes mainly with butter and tea, it’s better to bake a biscuit or a cake. But this is for my family ...

As for the other modes ...Jam I am not going to cook, because I prefer to freeze fruits in summer, and in winter to defrost them, add sugar and mix with a blender - the live jam is ready. Cake, vermicelli, dough - everything seems to be clear here. And here is the mode a sandwich intrigued me. The instructions say: "Sandwich: the program provides kneading dough for baking sandwiches." BUT ... When you select this program, the display shows the time 2:50 and the arrows "size - medium" and "crust - medium" appear, and if you change the size to a larger one, then the time increases - 3:00. In theory, there should be not only kneading, but also baking. But nothing has been said about her ... And then what is this? I noticed this recently and did not have time to try it yet: I was not going to bake the sandwiches, and I didn’t have time to run idle. Nobody tried this mode? If anyone has tried - please respond.
And in general, answer the owners of Perfezz. Somehow one is uncomfortable ... By the way, I was in Comfi, so my x \ n is no longer there, they took everything apart, they were the cheapest they had ... And I also bought a multicooker for myself from this company for a promotion. I think it won't disappoint, especially for that kind of money. Maybe you can also buy an airfryer from this company? I have plans to buy an airfryer ...

Yes, what else did I notice in my x \ n: when the electricity is turned off (or pulling the plug out of the socket, which I sometimes do), the program is saved in x \ n's memory for 20 minutes. Maybe more, but I was wrong once and I don't want to experiment anymore.

So, in this regard, I have a question - you need to stand near all the x / n and write down the process or are there such that such and such bread is written - will you press the button and that's it? It will just be difficult to explain to my mother (she is a pensioner) that you need to stand over her and control her, I suspect that she would rather put it aside and say use it yourself. She bakes everything in the oven, but she wanted to make a gift.

: o Please read my posts at the beginning of the topic and everything will become clear. There is no need to stand near x \ n and write down the process - everything has already been written down and stood for you and for you. : kolobok: You just have to write everything down on a piece of paper and give it (this piece) to your mother. And from a leaf, I think she will read. Or does she need the time to be written in the instructions? What's the difference? I wrote all this down for myself, it was interesting for me, and I had to decide on which program to bake rye or rye-wheat bread. If your mother is not interested in this, then those recipes that are in the instructions will be enough for her. So it will be as you want: will bookmark products in a bucket x \ n, press the button and that's it. And the x \ n will do everything further: knead, distribute and bake.

I would have posted pictures a long time ago, but so far there is nothing to make them. So you have to take their word for it. I can only give a link to the photos where the bread looks like mine similar to this (May Admin forgive me for my comparison, I do not pretend to be her product, just the shape of my loaf is very similar to this) https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=596.0
True, my color is somewhat lighter, since I have no wort and I add dry kvass for color. In my x \ n, this bread is a win-win. In addition to him, she baked bread according to many recipes (see post No. 4.12, etc.). I'm happy with the bread maker so far. Moreover, recently, when dealing with the modes, I was pleasantly surprised. Before that, I thought that the regime Cake in my x \ n no. : girl_cray: But there is a "Cake" mode, about which the instructions say: "Cake: the program provides kneading dough for making cakes for homemade cakes and pies. "After reading this description, I understood it to mean that this program kneads the dough, but does not bake it. But when I tested this mode in operation, this is what happened.
Cake 1:40
batch 0:15
rise 0:20
baking 1:05
size - medium.
It turns out that something is wrong with the instruction, because it looks more like the "Cupcake" mode. And I am very happy about that.
Well, for now.

The second one I have, now, like a dough mixer (there are 4 types of dough and a long bucket, you can challah, rolls)

Now I have a Scarlet SK-400, for a small buzanochka - 500-700.
I see. I just do not bake in such quantities yet. I generally don't like to bake ... that's why I took HP. although it may be necessary to think carefully about baking - after all, the house is full of peasants, and they need to be fed ...
I now dream of doing everything ... I keep forgetting the name ... Moldavian pancake ... like a sheet of dough, and there is a filling in it ... but THIS should be fried in a frying pan, and my stove is closed.
but in the oven or AG I would not refuse to learn how to bake some meat or vegetable pies.

and also tell me why make small loaves? like a small family or is it some other joke? On the contrary, I thought that 900 grams would be a little HP for me. and in the comfy it was written that the perfezka is designed for 900 grams.

SWIFTA, what is the maximum weight please verify.

: hi: But about the size of the loaf - that's another question. The fact is that in the instructions in the recipes, the declared weight is 750, 900 and 1200 grams. But on the stove itself, the size is chosen from 450, 675 and 900 grams. Go and figure out where the truth is. I had a desire to weigh a loaf, but ... Since there was no electronic scale at that time, the weight could be determined approximately. I remember that if you bake according to the recipe given in the instructions for a loaf weighing 900 grams, then it turns out somewhere about 750-800 grams (there were no scales, I measured liquid and loose ones with spoons and glasses, that's why such a result ..). When I bought an electronic scale, for some reason I was not interested in the weight of the loaf, so I didn’t weigh it ... And somehow, over time, recipes for me ceased to be a dogma, but rather became a bank of ideas that I adjusted to my taste and mood, as well as a desire to experiment and the availability of products in the house. Now I don't bake at all according to recipes from the instructions. I, as soon as I mastered the kolobok rule (thanks again Admin, for me it really helped a lot), began to experiment with different flours and learn how to bake rye bread. For this, in fact, I bought x \ n ... Now I figured out a little with yeast wheat and wheat-rye breads (that is, I learned how to form a bun, figured out the modes, and then she does everything herself). Now I want to learn how to bake rye-wheat and rye with sourdough. But if before I dealt with yeast wheat dough, then rye or sourdough dough is new for me. Until now, rye-wheat based on sourdough without yeast at all in c / n without my intervention does not work - I have to increase the time of raising the dough manually. I suspect that this is unrealistic: you will either have to bake in the oven or add yeast to the dough ... Well, nothing, the road will be mastered by the one walking ... I have already decided to buy a small electric oven for this purpose, my gas oven is probably already 100 I celebrated my anniversary, and in electric ovens the temperature regime is more manageable. Girls, can you tell me the model of a good small (tabletop) electric oven suitable for our purposes? I looked in supermarkets, so there the choice of such ovens is very small, 1-3 pieces. Yes, and they cannot tell anything about them, this is not a built-in wardrobe ... I looked at Temka on the forum, but there are also few people who share their experience, basically they are looking more, like me. Or a choice of models is offered that are not available on our Ukrainian market ...

Thank you, IRR! I have already read this Temko, but I live in Ukraine (or as they say now "in Ukraine"), and there are mainly models for Russia, we do not have such, unfortunately. So I'm sitting without an oven.

I also live in it, I have a good scarlett for 300 gr. from Comfi. I'm hanging out with her there. And there were also Auroras and others, there is a choice.

: yahoo: Well, I took a picture, now I need to insert more ... Since everyone requires a "photo in the studio", I had to do it seriously. I baked bread in x \ n (I am now mastering sourdoughs and pastries in the oven, fortunately the weather is right, in the summer I use x \ n again), took a camera down for a while and took pictures, but ... not mine (and I don’t need it), then I safely deleted the first pictures of the whole loaf somewhere, but I noticed this only after I cut this loaf. ... I had to carefully connect it and take another picture. If anyone discovers this ... well, it just so happened, the second bread did not bake - we will not eat it, but did not want to wait - I was already tuned in to the photo session. This is what happened as a result, do not throw tomatoes - just learning to take pictures and insert pictures. It's here Bread Maker Perfezza
and this is already in the context
Bread Maker Perfezza
The bread was made on sourdough with the addition of yeast from rye and wheat flour of the 2nd grade. If interested, I can write a recipe. "Eternal" leaven, about a month old. The bread rose well, it was possible to start baking earlier, but I decided to wait until the end of the proofing, and the bread stood a little. But it didn’t affect the taste: soft, airy, fried crust ... Nyamka (I’m FastFast, like ...).

: bravo: Hello, please help! Yesterday I bought a C / p pepper, but I can not understand why, including the start, the blade in the bucket does not knead the dough, while the lower blade is spinning, and the one that is not in the bucket may be missing some part because the mixer is spinning with my hands in the bucket, or am I something wrong? Thank you

anyta,. I didn’t quite understand which lower blade we were talking about. Maybe you mean a pulley? How do you insert the bucket into x \ n? When you insert the bucket, you need to keep it not parallel to the walls of the x \ n, but slightly turning it counterclockwise. You lower it into x \ n, you get the protrusions on the seat of the bucket into the protrusions on the pulley x \ n, lower it all the way, turn the bucket clockwise (very easy, do not apply force !!!) so that its walls become parallel to the walls x \ P. Gently (lightly) shake the bucket: if it does not move, but stands firmly in the nest (the place where you inserted it), then everything is in order. Try to turn on x \ n with an empty bucket and see if the mixer is spinning in the bucket. Check if the agitator is correctly attached to the axle: the upper edge of the agitator should be flush with the upper edge of the axle it is on, not higher. If everyone did this, and the mixer is not spinning, write, we will think further.
