It looks like you are pouring little water. look in the instructions for the MB, it indicates the minimum allowable amount of water.

I ask for help. I have a small Panasonic multicooker. I made casseroles and biscuits in it a thousand times, everything was just super. The last two casseroles were crooked, much higher on one side. I sinned that I did not level well before baking. And today I decided to bake a biscuit. Again - from one side twice as high. Where it is lower - the feeling that it has not been baked. What could be connected with?
