Comrades, help .... I have been using the multicooker for two months and have not let anyone near it during this time. She treated her in the most gentle way, but ... scratches appeared at the bottom. : (I'm trying to figure out where it came from. Maybe the bones from the meat damaged the coating? But it doesn't matter ... What to do next? Is it harmful? And if this is not permissible, then where can I get a new bowl? And is it possible to buy it separately? Has anyone gone through this?
Andreevna
My cartoon also has scratches, but I don't pay any attention to them. Two months later and you will not notice them. And the scratches are really from the bones, this problem was discussed on the website of good cuisine, well, because of this, all the bones need to be removed before stewing or cooking?
Lola
Girls, and I also have scratches in the cartoon, but I don't even notice them.
By the way, about the new saucepan, someone wrote that it can be purchased on Gorbushka (on the 1st floor)
natalka
Probably not a bad thing to have a second saucepan. Not because of scratches, but sometimes it doesn't hurt at all. Here in the Multichotter multicooker there are two pots at once. For some reason, they put two of them.

It seems to me that it is better to have a second slow cooker :)) but what could be put on the night like a nesting doll - one into the other .............
milka
The second saucepan on Gorbushka costs 1200, you need to order. And as nesting dolls, they naturally do not fit into each other.
natalka
1200 is a third (I bought a Multicooker for 3600) of the total cost. Maybe the service will be cheaper?

Tell me, has this "tragedy" happened to anyone? Today I forgot that the pan from the multi has not yet been washed and is in the sink, and I set out to speed up the start of cooking buckwheat (also in the cartoon). And - I sprinkled the cereal directly into the multicooker! But pouring it back turned out to be not so easy, since it fell asleep somewhere down, under the disk. It was not possible to solve the problem by simply turning the multicooker upside down. They wanted to unscrew the bottom (as they noticed that the cereal was gradually spilling out from the bottom), but ... they turned off the cogs and tongues, but there was no sense in it. With grief in half, almost all the cereals were poured out somehow through the holes at the bottom of the multicooker, although something clearly remained there. Freezing from my own courage, I nevertheless decided to cook buckwheat and did it! But: what should be done in general in such cases? (Just don't say what to put in the pan! I know that myself!)

(this is just a theory) - suck with a vacuum cleaner?
Andreevna
Lydia , as I understand you, only I had the same situation with the bread maker. It was at the dacha, in the summer. In the evening, the bread ran out and I decided to quickly figure out quick bread in the mode. I measured everything in a saucepan (except water) and, forgetting that I had not put the bucket in the bread maker, poured water into it. The day was Sunday, a lot of people, probably tired and of course tears flowed by themselves. Thanks to my husband, he says do not be upset, wait we will correct the situation, and if it does not work out, then we will buy you a new one. We noticed that water was pouring out from the bottom, unscrewed something there, and on the piece of iron that I unscrewed, all the water was found, poured it out, dried it with a hairdryer and the stove started working. How happy I was that day! But I also thought about multi. Or maybe really, unscrew the bottom and pull out with a vacuum cleaner? If you do, write what happened, because this can happen to everyone.

Did the groats go to the wrong place?
Interestingly, but it was impossible to shake (near the ear) to check if there was anything left there or not? Do not worry. Even if there are dry grains left there, they will not be able to do anything terrible. But water is more serious ...

What to do if you have poured water into the appliance, or if the appliance has been in water.

If you have poured water into an electrical appliance ... Immediately, without touching it or the table (or part of the wet floor) on which it stands, unplug it from the outlet.

But then I personally would do this (the method was developed by me, tested, you can use it calmly). All operations are performed sequentially.

1) Turn the device in all directions, shake it, but try to hold the electronic unit up. This is so that the water spills out, and does not get into the electronics.

2) Put the entire electrical appliance in a large cellophane bag (for example, a garbage bag, or two garbage bags - one in the other - for strength).

3) Insert the outlet of the hair dryer (the one that blows with warm air) into the neck of the bag, making sure that the inlet nozzle of the hair dryer remains open. A technical hair dryer will not work !!!

4) Wrap the neck of the bag around the hair dryer with several turns of adhesive tape so that the hair dryer inflates the bag and there are no air leaks.

5) Make a couple of holes with a diameter of up to 1 cm at the end of the bag opposite the hair dryer with a pencil (pen).

6) Turn on the hair dryer. The bag will inflate. If it is very tight, poke a couple more holes in it. BUT THE BAG MUST BE INFLATED, and heated (but not hot !!!) air should come out of the holes. The point is that hot air enters the bag, inflates it, and, passing through the hairdryer and the bag, exits through the holes. In this case, the contents of the bag will be heated, and the evaporating water will be carried away by the air stream.

7) Leave the hairdryer turned on under supervision for a time not more than indicated on its body (for example, 20 minutes). Make sure that the bag and hair dryer do not overheat by bringing your hand to the holes in the bag - it should be warm, but not hot. If it's hot, make another hole. Etc. But the bag must remain inflated.

8) After the time specified in clause 7., turn off the hairdryer, rotate the heated electrical appliance without taking it out of the bag, shake it in different directions. In this case, not dried water will spread over heated surfaces and will dry faster.

9) Turn on the hair dryer again. So repeat several times and all the water inside the appliance will dry reliably.

IN THE SAME WAY IT IS POSSIBLE TO DRY QUICKLY (for example, after washing) SOME SMALL ITEMS ON THE TRIP. All "equipment" - hair dryer, scotch tape and cellophane bag.
Pakat
I agree with everything stated, small additions:
1.1 Before you start drying with a hairdryer, gently dry with paper towels or a heavy-duty towel, stuffing them everywhere to remove as much moisture as possible ...
2.1 Option: Pick up a box or box of a suitable size, open it on both sides, insert the item to be dried in the middle, wrap it with plastic garbage bags, hereinafter in the text.
In this case, you can use not only a hair dryer, but also a heated vettilator or a technical hair dryer. It is not necessary to make holes, the temperature should be adjusted by decreasing or increasing the outlet.

9.1 After drying, let stand for at least 24 hours to allow the condensation to evaporate.

Uv. colleagues, multicooker!
This happened today: I put the milk in the "Steam cooking" mode, it warmed up to small bubbles and ... the cartoon switched to the "heating" mode. I began to click on all the programs, as soon as I turn on "Start" it immediately jumps to heating. I walked around, thought, turned it off and turned it back on, I already started to work, but I didn't hold it for a long time, I'm afraid it will switch again ...

Did anyone have this?
Andreevna
I did not have it, but others wrote that this may be due to a voltage drop in the network and the program crashes. You need to unplug it from the outlet and then turn it on again, which you did.
Lika
Celestine, try to turn it off for 2 hours to completely cool down, and then turn ON STEAM again for 10 minutes. Boil 1 egg in the insert. What will happen, will it cook as it should and how will the cartoon behave? If all is well - a single failure, if it does not boil over or the cartoon will "hooligan" - something with the sensor and you will need to believe the rest of the programs, how they behave. I hope everything works out
Celestine
Thank you girls. But I’m afraid to turn it on, I don’t want to get upset. I turned on the heating, it warmed up the milk for yogurt, which means it’s warming up. And then I'll check everything else when I have the courage.
And, in general, there should be multi soon, I scored one for myself, now I understand for what case. Although I have not heard that they would break from someone by themselves
Lika

They broke, broke, but the peak voltage was to blame, it has voltage drop protection, but not the peak voltage. In this case, the buttons blink chaotically.
Gather your courage and turn it on, check it out. Do not be afraid, we are with you !!!

It happened to me several times. But it seemed to me that it requires some rest after the performed program. In any case, this happened to me exactly when I wanted to turn it on immediately after the execution of a long-playing program. After some time, literally after 2-5 minutes, it slowed down and allowed a new program to be put on

That to the second, the point is that she had not yet finished the first program, even the milk did not have time to boil, it took about 5 minutes from the beginning, so there was nothing to overheat ... to see such a mood she had
foxtrader
Right, I just didn't write it exactly. I interrupted the program in order to put on another, but she doesn't give me a fuck. Although five minutes from the beginning of the program is already too much and the truth. So it is not buggy due to overheating. I'm starting to be afraid too

And today I got a spare saucepan for the multicooker. I ordered it just a month ago in Panasonic Plaza at the Cheryomushki Trade House. They said that they would have to wait 3-4 months, but they sent it now! smile.gif
What I liked, what when I received it, my name and surname were written on the box, that is, the pots do not go anywhere to the left, who ordered, and they will give it back.

This is almost a third of the total cost ... Probably normal, probably a necessary thing, since its coating is not very durable and quickly becomes indecent. Anyway, here in the Multichotter there are two pots in the kit at once.

Yes, now, following the example of other multicooker girls, I will fry in the old one, stew something not very tender with bones, and I will use the new saucepan for cereals, baking, in general, for everything that cannot damage the saucepan's coating.
Lydia
And where exactly on Gorbushka can you order a multicooker pan? In a Panasonic brand store? How much it costs is already the second question ... and not the most important one. I have been using the cartoon for the 8th month, I seem to be very careful, but the bottom in one place is not just scratched, but peeled off (about 5-6 sq. Cm). And without this unit it is already difficult for me to imagine my kitchen.
Elena Bo
You can order a saucepan by calling tel. 739-63-73, 780-71-12.

The kids, the cartoon is only a week old, they cooked porridge, baked, made roast. Everything was cooked and turned over with either a wooden spatula or a Teflon one and very gently! But the bottom has already fallen into disrepair. All in small scratches. This is normal: ((((Help answers: ((
Anastasia
If you yourself do not see a particular deterioration in taking out finished products from a cartoon, then it's okay. And if it is noticeable that it has become worse to pull out, then I think that you can apply for a guarantee. I have a cartoon for 2 years already, there are also small scratches on the saucepan, but this does not affect the performance in any way - the baked goods pops out like a new one.
Do you have a bowl with a saucepan coating - new (dark) or old (still light) and in general a multicooker of a new model or an old one? Here in the photo

Technical assistance and spare parts for multicooker Panasonic
Technical assistance and spare parts for multicooker Panasonic

do you have both?
liswork
I have the one on the right. I was already beginning to think that the temperature might somehow soften the coating. Just a week !!! And the bottom is already worn: (((
Anastasia
Yes, it's a shame, of course! But even if you handle it very carefully, the bowl is still gradually covered with scratches - both from meat with bones, for example, and from other solid components of dishes. Observe again, and if you see that this really is some kind of coating is not the same, then it is quite possible even to try to apply for a cup exchange under warranty.
Here is a new modification called for you - what we argued about in another topic - has the cartoon deteriorated in quality with the release of a new model?
Link
I followed the link that Anastasia gave. Something I did not like (IMHO) this new model of the multicooker. Especially the valve, it will clog up, the holes there are so small - it is probably not convenient to wash. I have two multicooker "old model" and there are small scratches, but they are outside at the bottom. And inside there are no scratches, although I cook a lot and do not always handle the saucepan very carefully.
Lydia
My cartoon pot bottom is far from perfect either. She got scratched almost immediately, although I also treated her very gently. I'm going to order a new saucepan. But I'm afraid she will quickly come to the same state. And without multi now it would be bad ...
Leska
The attached branded spoon itself draws these scratches on the bottom; it is better to use a silicone spatula. And the bones leave marks. A non-stick mat will remove these "scratches".

And there is also a small chip on the pot inside :-(. Is this a service problem? Is it possible to change only the inner pot?

Chips are not covered by warranty claims. This is mechanical damage during operation. Exit-order extra. a saucepan for your money.

And in my program Buckwheat, the multicooker does not go into heating mode. Yesterday they came from a walk, she cooks everything, today again more than 2 hours have passed, and she cooks and cooks everything :-(. Previously, everything was fine. Go to the service :-(? And also on a saucepan inside a small chip :-(. Is it a service problem? Is it possible to change only the inner saucepan?

Tashunya, can't you have a mistake with the volume of liquid? The "Buckwheat" program cooks while there is liquid. If she cooks, it means there is something to cook, that is, there is water.

And the chip is definitely not a warranty problem.
Ksenia
I have already written to Panasonic twice that the coating needs to be improved - after two years I change to a new bowl. True, the latter is somewhat better - not so quickly ripped off. I use both of them: the old one - meat, etc., which does not blow out the whole thing, the new one - with pastries, etc. Good luck!

Yes, for all the greatness of multi, Panasonic has an obvious flaw. Why not include a similar silicone one instead of this spoon? And if you need a non-stick mat (I'm now replacing it with baking paper), then why a non-stick quickly peeling coating?

Tell me, can you buy a bowl (casserole) from an old-style multicooker (TMB) for a new type of multicooker (TMH) to replace it? Are they the same size? There are no bowls for the new multicooker yet, but for the old one.

Faced the problem of being able to thoroughly wash the lid of the multicooker.
Once I read on the forum that you can remove the cover
Who tried it, share your experience

Pour water into the cartoon, steam the program for 10 minutes, and then just wipe the lid.

the gasket should also be washed, unless, of course, it is strongly launched. And so that there is no smell, do not tightly close the lid of an empty multicooker.

And to remove the smell, throw a piece of lemon into the cartoon, pour in some water and, as Boobu Varka wrote, for a couple of 10 minutes.
