If you bake for the first time, try to look in - I usually 10 minutes on the heating after and take out
Nymph
when it is baked, it even has a slightly yellowish top and it is so all in the holes
pop in with a toothpick
Nymph
Vei, well, so what have you got there with the donut - it turned out?
Vei
Well, I wouldn't call it yellowish))))
But absolutely all in holes, I poked it with a stick - it seemed dry.
For me, biscuits are the worst thing, I am not friends with them at all!
Pies, muffins, bread, rolls - everything is fine, but biscuits are just some kind of trouble!
A friend gave her Panas for a test, decided to try it, they say that everything is great in it, we'll see
Nymph
Better than Panas biscuits are not baked by any MV - this is my personal opinion, of course.
Tortyzhka has a visual step-by-step instruction for making a biscuit with photographs - 100% result is guaranteed if you follow
Nymph
so I was looking for her - here she is

I have a little different proportions, not like hers
here are my proportions for 10 small panas
3 eggs, cold, large
1 m glass of sand
1 m / glass of flour
1 tsp baking powder (I have very small spoons, I still pour it for safety net)
the rest of the technology with beating eggs and sifting flour, etc. as in the link

With the advent of Panasonic, I stopped straining when baking biscuits, I also throw raisins there after pouring the dough into the bowl - they love mine very much
Vei well done!

Good day! I baked cheesecake in this wonderful saucepan, SR-TMH 181 HTW, all strictly according to the recipe. It turns out some kind of disgrace: melted butter floats on top, filling in lumps, more like a bad omelet. And the same cheesecake was made in the SR-TMJ181 model - complete magic, they didn't eat better. What is the possible reason for such a misfortune?

Maybe you have some kind of typo in my book it says: Cook in mode bakery products 60 minutes After baking, leave the pudding for 10 minutes. for cooling. Then put on a plate. Stewing for 1 hour is out of the question, this is no longer a cheesecake

A bit of prehistory. The fact is that I have two multi 181. One black with stainless steel TMJ181 (bought first), the other white with gray TMH181 (bought the second, in the absence of the first in stores). I just had to buy it in another house. I made this cheesecake in the first slow cooker 15 times already, each time it was a shaderv (compliments to multi), I began to try in the second, the same recipe, the same products - it turns out a complete finggia. The dough is not baked, the cheese pouring decomposes into its component parts. THAT'S TERRIBLE!

You have two identical models, the difference is only in color, maybe something really with a multicooker

The pilaf is delicious, the pumpkin porridge is wonderful, the cottage cheese casserole is also a bunch, only the cheesecake (((((

What could be wrong with her, I don't know for sure. If everything turns out well, but the cheesecake does not, and you are ready to experiment, try increasing the baking time 65 +30 and not simmering, but simply letting the cheesecake cool without opening the lids for 20 minutes.

Girls, and the problem of "imperceptible" transition from the end of the mode to heating in the Panasonic SR-DF101, how is it solved additionally? That is, I would have to make it somehow beep or give some other sign, except for the indicator that everything is ready and now the heating is working .. Or (I, frankly, am sure) is it not real? Well, what if you can somehow modify it? (don't laugh at me, my husband is a computer genius, sometimes it's hard to believe that something is impossible in technology)

I think I found the reason .. Maybe I have a glitch, but yesterday is the first day when I was cooking in the cartoon and the washing machine did not work .. The thighs turned out to be very juicy and tasty. Maybe she really didn’t have enough tension when the washer was working ..

only from the washing machine your voltage will not drop. But in the evenings, for example, especially when heating devices are turned on throughout the house, I sometimes have the voltage drops to 183-186 V. For automatic programs (where it works until boiling, for example) this is a drum, but for those where you set the time themselves, it must be increased to 20-40% (for 200-185 V)

How many minutes do you turn on the heating? Since there is no data on how many degrees in the mult when heated, the question arises, and will the yeast die?

You won't find temperature data anywhere. I will say for reference, if you use an electric stove, that the heating power is about 100 watts. Of course, it won't work for heating cold food for a long time, but for maintaining the temperature or for proving the dough - just (just adjust for how long to put.)

Thank you very much for your reply! Although I wanted to hear from the point of view of practice: in money for a month, has the expense increased much in connection with the use of CF (frequent)?

What do you think? No matter what power the multicooker has, it works in a cyclic mode - it catches up to the desired temperature and turns off. And the electric stove works continuously.
Also, estimate how much heat goes into the empty frying pan or saucepan to heat the air around you. And the cartoon works like a thermos - almost everything remains inside it.

Taki got technical support from Panasonic, they recommended the oven without Baking, only 2 hours of Stewing. They said that maybe the temperature sensor is junk in the saucepan itself, if it doesn't work, they recommended contacting the service center for a check. I tried it on Stew and it turned out superb.

I have a Panasonic 10 for a couple of weeks. When I bought and started to cook milk porridge on the timer, the porridge turned out to be ideal for our taste (viscous). In recent times, the porridge began to burn (at the bottom there are brown films, especially in the center of the pan), the recipe did not change by 3 Tablespoons (slightly less than 1 / 2mult. Glass) 5-6 glasses of milk (depending on the cereal). I cooked rice, millet, wheat. I tried adding and not adding butter, baby milk from a bag, tried adding 4 pieces of ice, rinsing the pan with cold water. Delay for 5-7 hours. For heating from 1 to 3 hours. Today I tried it without a timer, it was burnt. Milk porridge mode. Help, how to cook porridge like in the first week? The pot is not scratched and I have two of them - the result is the same in both pots.

And where is a separate topic? In the section about Panasonic, there are only recipes and comparisons of the multicooker. I wanted to ask about milk porridge in the recipe, but the topics are old.
igorechek
Yes, that's in the second side of the Panasonic-101. Only yesterday we discussed it, I look. I would help, but I rarely do porridge.
And ask on topics for different models. Failures are most often for one reason.

I did it on baked goods, for 45-55 minutes (it all depends on the desired crust) - it turned out just fine.

Thank you for doda, I tried it and it worked. First 40 minutes (I opened the lid and got upset, looked into the cup - like a boiled dumpling on top, so I turned it over and another 10 minutes on baking. It turned out well. I made one in the MV, and three in the oven, as usual. So it turned out to be tastier in MV , but I don't know how to insert the dough softer than a photo (I took a half from the people, barely had time to take a picture, everyone dared.

Please, help. The other day I bought a Panasonic 18 multicooker for 4.5 liters. I managed to make a cottage cheese casserole, liver pie and soup with lentils. We used the stewing and baking modes. Everything is according to the site recipe. Everything turned out great. But I never got steam out of the valve. I was keeping watch on purpose, not a dime. The valve is stuck according to the instruction, it costs normally kind. Condensation collects inside the valve. How so? I really liked the multicooker. But maybe this is a marriage?

If you want to see steam, then turn on the "steam" program, it will not seem a little. The more liquid and the more powerful the program, the more steam. Everything is fine with you, don't worry

I have a DEKH, more powerful than yours, but I hardly notice a couple either, only on the "steam" program. On extinguishing, the temperature is slightly below 100 degrees, so there is little steam there. For example, in a teapot, steam comes down only when the water is boiling, but there is no such boiling on "stewing".
But when you turn on the "steam" program, then you will see how the steam comes out, even my windows fog up. That's why they write everywhere about steam, they warn not to put it under the kitchen shelves.

Yes, this program is for steaming. There I cook vegetables for salads, steam cutlets, and many other things. In my cartoon, there are two stands for this program, one is placed on the bottom, and the other is hinged. I don't know which one you have. And it is prepared like this: pour water into a saucepan, put vegetables (cutlets, meat, dumplings, etc.) in a stand (basket), and turn on the "steam" program, but you just need to make sure that there is enough water and it does not boil away earlier than the dish will cook.
Iriska1979

Acquired Panasonic SR-TMH10 tried to cook pilaf, did everything according to the recipe for sticking to the multicooker, from the time of switching on to automatic shutdown, 1.5 hours passed, the rice was not crumbly porridge, the chicken was dry, burnt from below, someone encountered such a situation, the duration of cooking is very alarming ...
Rina
The programs "buckwheat" and "pilaf" in the multicooker are sensory, that is, they work until the liquid evaporates and the temperature at the bottom of the bowl starts to rise. The problems described - boiled rice and dry chicken - most likely indicate that there was a) a lot of water, b) perhaps it was poured cold. Another question: was pilaf cooked "puff"? That is, during the cooking process, rice and chicken with vegetables were not mixed?

To be honest, I didn't cook it according to the recipe from the instructions, I don't even know which one it is. I cooked only according to the classic recipe. The cooking principle is as follows:
first prepare zirvak (fried vegetables with meat and spices), stew it with the addition of water, then pour washed rice on top of the zirvak (you do not need to dry it in advance so that it does not fall apart later), add HOT water a centimeter above the surface of the rice. Another feature is that there must be a sufficient amount of fat in the zirvak so that this fat envelopes the rice and they do not boil over.
lia256
Thank you very much for such a detailed answer, the water was cold, the pilaf did not stir, and I poured a little more water, it turns out I was mistaken in everything. According to your recipe, I always cooked rice before in a Teflon saucepan, it turned out great, and I got a slow cooker because of stories that you can mix everything and you get a miracle dish without wasting time, I'm sad (((
Rina
"Mix everything and get a wonderful dish" is an advertisement of not the most enthusiastic sellers.

Why be sad? A slow cooker is a cool thing, you just don't have to expect miracles. It is just a smart electric pan with temperature sensors and a timer. And nobody canceled the rules of cooking. What you put into it, you get. But she specifically saves time and effort. And also electricity where electric stoves are installed.

Due to the correct timing and gentle temperature regime, food from a multicooker usually turns out to be more aromatic and tasty. You just need to get comfortable. Start with what the multicooker is "sharpened" for - prepare side dishes (buckwheat, rice). And cook pilaf too, only according to the rules. Let me tell you a secret, my father makes excellent pilaf. For a long time I offered to cook in a slow cooker, my father refused with skepticism. Until the situation developed in such a way that his father cooked zirvak, and he had no time to cook pilaf. I took half of the zirvak, put it in the cartoon, poured it with water, boiled it, poured rice on top ... in general, I finished pilaf "according to the rules", but on the "pilaf" program. And imagine, my father admitted that pilaf turns out even better in a multicooker than on a stove! And my husband used Panasonic when he worked in another city. I canned "zirvak" (with the help of another electric heater - an electric pressure cooker), and my husband only had to put the meat out of the jar, reheat it in a multitude, add the washed rice and then "according to the text". And everything always worked out.

Your help is very necessary! I wrote in the subject with little panasonic girls, but decided to duplicate here too. The problem is this - today I bought a cartoon PANASONIC SR-TMH102NTW, and when they checked in the store, when turned on, the heating went along the circumference of the sides of the pan and on the lid. The circular disc at the bottom remained cold. Which seemed strange to me. And we checked two, and both of them are the same ... I have a large cartoon from another company and the disk is heating up there. Maybe in small ones or at Panasonic in some other way? Or is it a malfunction ...? Can you please tell me in what places inside your cartoon heats up if you turn it on without a saucepan?

Thank you, everything is already in order)) The seller just confused, when checking - he turned on the "heating". At home, I began to check it myself with different programs and everything heats up normally, it just seems that only in the heating mode the lower ten does not turn on. So we will use)

Guys, tell me, what's wrong with my MV (Panassonik18)? I pour water into a bowl up to 1 risks (and even more), put STEAM BOILING for 35 minutes (in order to boil vegetables for salad in a basket). The water reaches a boil and .... from this time the countdown should begin, and my CF resets everything to Heating .... I don't want to believe that my assistant is broken, because she serves me every day for 3 years faithfully. What's wrong?
